Earlier this week social media collectively clutched their pearls when former Good Burger star, Kel Mitchell went on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast and revealed that his ex-wife, Tyisha Hampton, was impregnated by multiple men before and during their 6-year marriage.

Now Hampton has decided to speak on the situation and according to TMZ is refuting Mitchell’s claim saying it’s all cap and he’s basically making things up to slander her good name. In said Club Shay Shay interview, Kel recalled how Hampton allegedly had an abortion before the two married in 1999 and after the procedure he was told by his pending wife that the baby wasn’t his. Unfortunately for him the supposed the cheating didn’t stop after the two took their vows and Hampton eventually ended up getting pregnant by another man and according to Kel, he didn’t find out until a doctor mentioned that Hampton lost a baby that he didn’t know about.

After days of social media weighing in on the situation and throwing in their own two cents on the matter, Hampton decided to speak up and defend herself saying Kel Mitchell’s account is inaccurate and went so far as to call him a “psycho” after she stopped accepting his personality traits. Saying he was “narcissistic” during their marriage, Hampton says he made up the abortions and that the first time she got pregnant was with her son who is currently alive and well.
TMZ reports:
For her part, Hampton’s calling BS on all of it … saying when she stopped simply accepting Kel’s behavior he went off on her. Tyisha says Kel’s lying about the abortions, and calls her ex-husband narcissistic. So, each person seems intent on trashing the other here.
Tyisha and Kel share two children, and Kel’s got two more with his current wife Asia Leewhom he married back in 2012.
BTW … the interview takes another wild turn — ’cause Kel claims Tyisha put a hex on him, and he had a full-on exorcism performed while he prayed with demons’ names coming from his mouth.
In cases like this you really don’t know who to believe unless you’re familiar with both parties and have an idea of the type of people they are.
Check out Tyisha Hampton’s response to Kel Mitchell’s wild story and let us know who you think is capping in the comments section below.

Kel Mitchell suffered a health scare earlier this week, but it appears he’s on the mend after sharing a note with his fans. Taking to Instagram, the Good Burger actor assured his supporters that he’s better now and thanked them for the support.
TMZ first reported on Kel Mitchell suffering an unreported health scare on Tuesday earlier this week and was admitted to a hospital in the Los Angeles area for treatment. Mitchell, 45, was reportedly held until Wednesday for treatment.

On Thursday (November 10), Mitchell took to Instagram to share an update with his 1.2 million followers.

“Grateful for the flood of prayers and positive vibes that surrounded me during a genuinely frightening time. That scare was real, but so was the support. With the grace of God and the skill of the medical team, I’m now on the road to recovery at home, embraced by the love of my family,” began Mitchell’s statement.
He concluded with, “Your kindness has been a lifeline, and I can’t thank you enough. Much love to each of you.”
Mitchell is slated to appear next in the upcoming Good Burger 2 film alongside Keenan Thompson. The film is still reportedly under production so a timeline for release has yet to be determined.
Get well, Kel Mitchell.

Ed and Dexter are back, whether you care or not. The latest trailer for Good Burger 2 has arrived and gives us a better look at the upcoming film coming to Paramount+.

In the new full trailer for Good Burger 2, Dexter (Kenan Thompson) and Ed (Kel Mitchell) have to save the fast food restaurant once again when the evil Mega Corp threatens to put Mega Good Burgers all over the country that feature robots as staff.

Word of the sequel’s existence first hit the web in March, and a teaser trailer arrived in August, and it was met with some mixed reactions.
Most criticisms revolved around the film being years too late and Kel’s “casket-ready glam” for Ed.
This new trailer not only reveals the film’s plot but also shows off the star power in it. In the trailer, we get appearances from mega-popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat, Marsai Martin, and Rob Gronkowski, along with newcomers Lil Rel Howery, Jillian Bell, Kamaia Fairburn, Alex R. Hibbert, Fabrizio Guido, Elizabeth Hinkler, and Emily Hinkler as Cindy and Mindy, and Anabel Graetz as Ruth.
Returning cast members include Josh Server, Lori Beth Denberg, and Carmen Electra.
Good Burger 2 Is Banking On Nostalgia
Even though Good Burger 2 is not coming to theaters, Paramount+ and Nickelodeon Studios are banking on nostalgia, bringing back lifelong fans of All That, the Good Burger skit, and the cult classic 2008 film that was a box office success bringing in $24 million on $8 million budget.
Paramount+ also hopes the sequel will bring in new fans, and who knows, we could get a Good Burger 3 if this film is better or as good as the first movie.
We’re happy to see Kenan and Kel working together again. Good Burger 2 arrives exclusively on Paramount+ on November 22.

The first look at the long-awaited (and possibly too late) sequel, Good Burger 2, has arrived.
Good Burger 2, the sequel to the cult classic 1997 film, is coming to Paramount+ this year, and it looks to recapture that feeling of the original movie while luring in some new fans.
As far as the plot for the sequel, the logline for the straight-to-streaming film says it “follows Dexter Reed (Kenan Thompson) and original cashier Ed (Kel Mitchell), as they reunite in the present day at fast-food restaurant Good Burger with a hilarious new group of employees.”
Good Burger 2 was finally announced in March and came after both Thompson and Mitchell said they were both open to bringing back the beloved characters for another film. Per Variety, joining Kenan and Kel in the new film will be “Lil Rel Howery, Jillian Bell, Kamaia Fairburn, Alex R. Hibbert, Fabrizio Guido, Elizabeth Hinkler, and Emily Hinkler as Cindy and Mindy, and Anabel Graetz as Ruth.”
Other original cast members from the first film returning are Josh Server, Lori Beth Denberg, and Carmen Electra.

Before becoming a successful box office film, grossing under $24 million against a $8 million budget, Good Burger gained its relevance as a skit on the popular Nickelodeon sketch comedy show All That. From there, it would receive cult status, with Thompson and Mitchell reviving the characters for a skit in 2015 on The Tonight Show.
Mitchell also appeared as Ed in the revival of All That in 2019.
X Users Have Thoughts About Good Burger 2
Good Burger 2 finally getting a trailer and release date is a big deal, and X users are reacting. It’s a mix of reactions ranging from excitement, confusion about why it’s happening, and thoughts about Mitchell’s makeup in the film.

All That fans rejoice. Dexter and Ed are coming back for Good Burger 2.
Yes, you read the correctly. A sequel to the 1997 film Good Burger, based on the popular All That sketch, is in the works and is coming to Paramount+.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, the film’s plot will “follow them as they reunite in the present day at fast-food restaurant Good Burger with a new group of employees. Phil Traill (The Middle, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Single Drunk Female) will direct the film, with Kevin Kopelow and Heath Seifert (All That and Good Burger) serving as writers and executive producers.”
In a statement announcing the film, Thompson said, “I can’t believe it’s been a little over 25 years since great customer service was born at Good Burger! Being a part of something so many generations of people have come to love has made me so proud, and now to be back where it all began working on the sequel is surreal! Love performing with my brother Kel and can’t wait to show the fans what these characters have been up to since we last saw them.”
“Ed is one of those timeless characters that has brought so much joy and laughter to fans, and it’s such a beautiful blessing to still be doing it after all these years. It’s super awesome to come back and continue the stories of Dex, Ed, and Good Burger for both the people who grew up watching and their kids,” Mitchell added.
