An eagle-eyed fan commented, blink twice if *NSYNC is on a song called “Paradise,” to which JT responded with blinks. Talk about paradise! Listen, I was hoping for a full-on *NSYNC album, but I’ll take whatever I can get — this is just the beginning. This next story set Twitter on fire.

JoJo Siwa Says She Has Baby Names & A Sperm Donor ‘Lined Up’ for Future Children

There’s planners, and then there’s JoJo Siwa. In a recent interview, the 20-year-old singer/dancer revealed that she already has her future mapped out to a T when it comes to her plans for motherhood, from baby names to a sperm donor.

Sitting down with Access Hollywood, Siwa got on the topic of kids when she revealed that she has two tattoos in honor of her future babies — of which she hopes to have three. “This one’s dedicated to my baby girl one day; her name is Freddie,” she said, pointing to some ink on her arm. “Then this is dedicated to twin boys: Eddie and Teddie.”

“Freddie, Eddie and Teddie,” she continued. “I want three babies. I’ve got a sperm donor lined up.”

The Dance Moms alum’s left arm is decked out with black tattoos. During her recent stay in Florida, Siwa acquired some new ink, per a Feb. 28 post on her Instagram.

In January, it was announced that Siwa would replace Nigel Lythgoe on So You Think You Can Dance for season 18. The 74-year-old judge stepped down from the panel after Paula Abdul sued him over claims he sexually assaulted her twice, both of which he denies. In addition to Abdul’s claims, a pair of unnamed contestants on “AAG” — which is believed to be a reference to the reality series All American Girl — came forward earlier this month with accusations that Lythgoe made unwanted sexual advances and groped them inside his Los Angeles home in 2003.

The new season of the dance competition series premieres March 4 and will feature Allison Holker and Maksim Chmerkovskiy as Siwa’s co-judges. “FINALLY!…. ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ is coming to FOX this summer and I am so grateful that I am going to be a judge!” the “Boomerang” singer wrote on Instagram following the news. “It’s such an honor to be a part of this shows come back!!!”

Woman Suing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in ‘Gang Rape’ Lawsuit Can’t Remain Anonymous, Judge Rules

A federal judge ruled Thursday (Feb. 29) that an unnamed woman suing Sean “Diddy” Combs over allegations that he “sex trafficked” and “gang raped” her must reveal her identity as the case moves forward.

The judge acknowledged that disclosing the accuser’s identity “could have a significant impact on her” due to the “graphic and disturbing allegations in this case,” but said the woman had failed to prove that she could proceed anonymously.

“While the court does not take plaintiff’s concerns lightly, the Court cannot rely on generalized, uncorroborated claims that disclosure would harm plaintiff to justify her anonymity,” Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke wrote.

Trending on Billboard

The judge cited previous lawsuits against Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein in which John Doe and Jane Doe accusers, respectively, had been denied anonymity and said that allowing cases to proceed under a pseudonym in the U.S. court system was “the exception and not the rule.”

The ruling will not take effect immediately; instead, the accuser will not be revealed until after the judge rules on Diddy’s pending motion to dismiss the lawsuit. It’s unclear when that ruling might come. If the case survives, the Jane Doe will be forced to reveal her name.

Thursday’s decision came in one of several abuse cases filed against the hip-hop mogul late last year. In the current case, the unnamed Jane Doe accuser claims that Combs and former Bad Boy Records president Harve Pierre “plied” her with drugs and alcohol before raping her in a Manhattan recording studio when she was a high school junior.

Combs has strongly denied those allegations, saying: “I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.” Last week, he formally responded to the lawsuit, arguing that that the allegations are “fictional” and violate his constitutional right to due process.

For months, the two sides have wrangled over whether the Jane Doe accuser could proceed anonymously. She argued that the media attention she would face would result in fresh trauma, adding to what she already allegedly suffered. Diddy’s attorneys argued strongly the other way, saying it would be unfair to let his accuser proceed under a pseudonym while his name was dragged through the mud.

On Thursday, the judge sided clearly with Diddy’s argument, ruling that she had failed to show the kind of “particularized harm or current vulnerabilities” that would necessitate such special status.

“Although this case involves highly sensitive allegations and Doe has not publicly revealed her identity, all other factors weigh against Plaintiff’s motion should this case survive Defendants’ dispositive motions,” the judge wrote.

The 56-year-old is mom to Brandi, Trace Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Braison Cyrus and Noah Cyrus — all of whom she shares with ex-husband Billy Ray Cyrus — and opened up about how the use of marijuana might have helped her in motherhood. “I actually feel like I would’ve been… I didn’t smoke pot when I had kids. I didn’t start smoking until I was like, 46,” she shared. “And so I think I would’ve been a better parent if I would’ve smoked then. I think I would’ve been… like, I don’t know, school projects, I would’ve felt more fun.”

Brandi agreed that Tish would have been “much more tolerant,” to which she replied, “I really do wish I had smoked then.”

Tish also recalled Miley’s years of using marijuana, which she has since quit. “She loved weed. And at that time, I didn’t smoke weed,” she said. “And I was not happy with her.”

The matriarch went on to explain how she uses weed throughout her day. “I don’t get up and smoke a whole joint,” she said. “but I like to get up and take a couple puffs. And then throughout the day, that’s what I’ll do.”

She added that weed “has just been the best thing ever” for her. “My decision making is so much better now that I smoke weed,” she explained.

Watch Carin León & Kane Brown’s Heart-Wrenching ‘The One (Pero No Como Yo)’ Music Video

Just days after premiering “The One (Pero No Como Yo)” at the 2024 Premio Lo Nuestro, Carin León and Kane Brown have released the track’s music video, which Billboard is premiering exclusively.

Fusing country and regional Mexican — two genres that are more similar than different (for starters both center on storytelling and live instruments) — León and Brown deliver a nostalgia-filled music video to match the emotional ballad. In the three-minute visual, the pair serenades couples on the dance floor, and one of them has a heart-wrenching story that takes centerstage.

It’s the first time the artists have collaborated together, marking a big moment for Latin and country fusions. “One of the first names in country music to collaborate with that somebody put on the table was Kane Brown,” León previously told Billboard about the team-up. “It was 2018 or so when I started hearing his music. He’s, like, the link for our genre and country music to happen. I met him and his team, and he’s such a humble person and good guy and one of my friends in this game that is music. I’m very happy that he believed in our music and it is the perfect time for this to happen.”

“He’s [like] me but in Latin form,” Brown said of León at Premio Lo Nuestro. “I am in his presence, and he’s the king for me right now. I’m honored to be part of his success. I’ve always been the outcast in country music and I feel that my song with Carin will open more doors.”

Most recently, León made his Grand Ole Opry debut, where he performed “No Es Por Aca,” followed by a solo version of “The One (Pero No Como Yo)” and “Primera Cita.”

iHeartMedia Says 2024 Will Be a ‘Recovery Year’

The radio business’ slog through a slow advertising market appears to be improving in 2024. “As we look to the year ahead, we see 2024 as a recovery year and we expect a return-to-growth mode,” iHeartMedia CEO Bob Pittman said during the company’s Thursday (Feb. 29) earnings call for the fourth quarter of 2023.

iHeartMedia expects its first-quarter revenue will be flat to down 2% compared to the prior-year period. That would be an improvement from the 5.2% revenue decline, to $1.07 billion, in the fourth quarter. iHeartMedia actually beat its previous revenue guidance of a high single-digit decline. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $208 million was down 34% from the prior-year period but fell within the guidance range of $205 million to $215 million.

Wall Street cheered the news. iHeartMedia shares rose as much as 33.9% to $3.04 Thursday morning before falling to a still-impressive $2.75, up 21.1%, in the early afternoon.

Trending on Billboard

Full-year revenue of $3.75 billion was down 4% year over year. Revenue for the multiplatform group — which includes broadcast radio stations, live and virtual events, and the company’s national sales organization — was down 6.2% to $2.44 billion.

Podcasts were bright spots in both the fourth-quarter and full-year results. In the fourth quarter, a 16.6% increase in podcast revenue more than offset a 1.1% decline in all other digital revenue, leading the digital audio group revenue up 5.5% to $317.7 million. For the full year, a 13.8% improvement in podcast revenue drove a 4.6% improvement in iHeartMedia’s digital audio group as other digital revenue was flat.

iHeartMedia had the top podcast audience in the U.S. in December with 29.8 million listeners, well above No. 2 Wondery’s 18.4 million and No. 3 NPR’s 18.2 million, according to Podtrac. COO and CFO Rich Bressler estimated iHeartMedia’s share of the podcast market at 20%. “In terms of profitability, we’re a lot more than that,” Bressler said during the earnings call.

Pollster Calls C A P On Orange Menace, Donald Trump’s Claims His Black Support Increased Due To His Indictments

Donald Trump Not Gaining Black Voter Support Due To Indictments

It should come as no surprise that Donald Trump continues to make sh*t up.

The disgraced former president is not popular among Black voters, but if you listened to the nonsense he spews during the campaign trail, you would think he is.

During a stop in South Carolina to speak to a room “full” of Black conservatives (spoiler alert, there were more white people in the room), Trump made one of his most ridiculous claims to date.

“A lot of people said that’s why the Black people like me, because they have been hurt so badly and discriminated against, and they actually viewed me as I’m being discriminated against,” Trump said, adding, “I think that’s why the Black people are so much on my side now. Because they see what’s happening to me happens to them.”

Spotted on Raw Story via a report from USA Today’s Sudiksha Kochi, Trump’s claims are pure C A P, and there was no “bump” in his Black support due to him finally being held responsible for numerous crimes.

In fact, his support remains at 12% and hasn’t increased since 2020.

Per Raw Story:

“Several pollsters and Black political scientists that spoke with USA TODAY said that the former president’s comparison between his legal troubles and the injustices that Black Americans have faced in the legal system are invalid,” before adding, “in 2016, Trump received the support of 8% of Black voters, according to exit polls. That support increased to 12% in 2020. The USA TODAY/Suffolk poll from January found that Trump’s support among Black voters has stayed the same at 12%. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s support has slipped from 87% in 2020, according to the Roper Center, to 63%.”

The Real Reason Black Folks Support Donald Trump

According to Sharon Austin, a political science professor at the University of Florida, any Black person who proudly shucks and jives for Donald Trump is doing so out of disdain for the Democratic Party, not for Trump being criminally indicted.

If anything, Trump being able to still run for the highest office in the land with 91 criminal charges, four indictments as well as being twice impeached shows the disparity in how Black people are treated if they faced the same legal issues because they definitely would be in jail already.

“There have been numerous instances of disparities in the sentencing and arrests of Black men and women who have been accused of crimes that have nothing in common with whatever he thinks he’s experiencing,” Austin explained.

Trump and the GOP have done very next to nothing to appeal to Black voters, but if you ask them, they are out here doing the work.

The latest dumb** taking point claims Trump is reaching Black voters because he showed up at Sneaker Con to show off some trash $399 gold sneakers that Fat Joe felt he needed to add to his sneaker collection.

Besides the usual Black supporters, Donald Trump isn’t making any strides with the Black community.
