Now, you can wear the summer-inspired scents beyond sunscreen and stock up on Vacation’s new perfumes. And if you’re looking to turn your home into a tropical oasis, the beauty brand has you covered with a variety of candles that’ll bring a cozy yet vacation quality to your space.

More than 91 million videos have been made on the social media platform just for Vacation sunscreen, showcasing how much of a fanbase the brand has gathered.

User @carewithkate also showed how effective the sunscreen is, going as far as to use a UV light to spotlight the amount of coverage Vacation’s sunscreen actually provides — hint: It’s a lot. The video has gathered 1 million views, with the TikToker stating it’s a sunscreen that “really takes the cake” as it “doesn’t leave a white streak” and applies consistent.

Vacation Sunscreen Classic Whip

The TikTok viral Classic Whip sunscreen is marked at just $22 and features Vacation’s signature scents, which holds notes of banana, coconut, pool water, pool toys and swimsuit lycra. When applied, the texture comes out creamy, with the aim to be lightweight and smooth. After application, the sunscreen remains waterproof for up to 80 minutes.

Vacation Super Spritz Face Mist

For a quick spritz, Vacation’s face mist will give you practically instant protection against harmful UV rays with just a spray. The formula includes 50 SPF and also features the brand’s iconic signature scent (instead of the classic sunscreen smell). It also aims to apply clear with no white residue, so you can spray it even over your makeup.

Vacation Sunscreen Home Resort Scented Candle Set

Turn your home into a resort with Vacation’s candle set, which includes three different luxury candles created in partnership with ARQUISTE Parfumeur. This pack comes with all of the brand’s resort-inspired candles (so far): Lobby, Suite and Pool Boy or you can purchase each individually. Lobby comes with notes of flowers, high gloss magazines and ocean breeze while Suite has aromas of linen, cleaned surfaces and island breeze and Pool Boy smells of coconut sunscreen, swimming pools, towels and cologne.

“VACATION” by Vacation

Rather than layer on Vacation’s sunscreen for the scent, the beauty brand launched a perfume of the popular smell that won’t have you throwing SPF on when the sun goes down. It’s not only a bestseller on Vacation’s official store, but more than 1,000 bought in past month, according to the online retailer.

“VACATION” by Vacation Candle

If you can’t get enough of the viral scent, you can also purchase the Vacation candle, which also spotlights the scent featured in its popular sunscreen. The candle isn’t just display-worthy with its black and gold coloring, but is paraben- and paraffin-free using a 100% cotton wick. For additional savings, you can also purchase a duo pack that includes the candle and perfume for just $89 (reg. $102).

“AFTER SUN” by Vacation

This unisex perfume looks to emody the scents and feeling of summer nights and after sun care. You can expect notes of aloe vera, green tea, melon, linen and resort towels. It arrives in a clear bottle that is worthy of being a simple yet elegant piece of decor.

With the rise in popularity of pickleball and tennis, thanks to movies like Challengers, Prince teamed up with Vacation to debut a limited-edition candle to help bring tenniscore into your home beyond Prince apparel. The exclusive collaboration is still in stock and you can pick up one of the display-worthy candles below.

Ball Boy Scented Candle

The Prince x Vacation candle comes in a tennis ball holder-shaped container for a more sporty aesthetic. Once lit, you can expect scents of cucumber and cotton with a premium soy blend wax and 100% cotton wick.

US v. Live Nation, Beyoncé Sample Suit, Graceland Foreclosure & More Top Music Law News

This is The Legal Beat, a weekly newsletter about music law from Billboard Pro, offering you a one-stop cheat sheet of big new cases, important rulings and all the fun stuff in between.

This week: The federal government files an antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation and Ticketmaster aimed at breaking up the concert giant; Beyoncé faces a copyright lawsuit over a sample featured in “Break My Soul”; Elvis Presley’s heirs win a bizarre battle over Graceland; and much more.

THE BIG STORY: “It Is Time To Break It Up”

Fourteen years after federal regulators allowed Live Nation and Ticketmaster to merge into a concert behemoth, the U.S. Department of Justice and dozens of states filed a long-awaited antitrust lawsuit last week that aims to effectively reverse that decision.

“Live Nation has illegally monopolized markets across the live concert industry in the United States for far too long,” said Attorney General Merrick Garland at a press conference announcing the case. “It is time to break it up.”

Ever since the merger was approved in 2010, Live Nation has faced criticism over its huge market share. But scrutiny increased dramatically following the disastrous 2022 rollout of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, which saw widespread service delays and website crashes. While the DOJ had already launched its probe prior to the Swift incident, the debacle sparked widespread public anger that led to Congressional hearings, private antitrust lawsuits, and repeated calls to break up the company.

In a lawsuit aimed at doing just that, the DOJ focused on what it called Live Nation’s “flywheel model” — an alleged cycle of reaping revenue from ticketbuyers, using it to sign artists into promotion deals, and then leveraging that repertoire to lock venues into exclusive ticketing contracts.

To bolster that model, the feds say Live Nation engaged in a wide range of anticompetitive conduct, including acquiring rivals and retaliating against venues that didn’t use Ticketmaster. In particular, the DOJ focused on emails between Live Nation chief executive Michael Rapino and venue management firm Oak View Group, a “potential competitor-turned-partner” that allegedly helped Live Nation stifle competition.

For all the details, go read our full coverage on the Live Nation lawsuit — including our news story on the filing of the case (featuring the actual complaint filed by the DOJ) as well as a deep dive from Dave Brooks into those emails from Rapino. And stay tuned for more coverage from Billboard as the big case moves forward…

Nicki Minaj Holds Moment of Silence for Princess Diana, Calls Her a ‘Dear Friend’

The Queen of Rap shouted out the people’s princess.

Nicki Minaj took her Pink Friday 2 World Tour to Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, United Kingdom, on Sunday (May 26) when she took a moment to chat with fans in the crowd. In a video circulating social media, the rapper asks a group of fans where they’re from. When they replied that they are from Wales, Minaj began speaking in a British accent.

“It always reminds me of a dear friend of mine,” Minaj noted. “Well, she’s not here anymore, but the Princess of Wales.”

Minaj then urged the crowd to hold a moment of silence for Princess Diana, who tragically died in a car accident in August 1997 at age 36. While the duo weren’t actually friends — the “Super Bass” rapper was just 14 when the English royal passed away — Minaj has made nods to Diana in the past. Most recently, she was featured on Ice Spice’s 2023 track, “Princess Diana,” which features the lyric, “Callin’ my phone, but they know I don’t answer/ In the hood, I’m like Princess Diana.”

Last week, Minaj was released from police custody in the Netherlands just hours after recording herself being arrested by Amsterdam authorities allegedly “carrying drugs.” As a result, the artist was forced to postpone her Manchester concert as part of her Pink Friday 2 Tour to June 3.

Skrillex Announces Surprise San Francisco Show With Fred again..: ‘Fred & I Have Way Too Much New Music’

Skrillex and Fred again.. both just expanded their U.S. summer tour schedule, announcing Friday (May 24) that they’re playing a show together at San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza on June 1.

“Fred and I have way too much new music we need to test out so we’re going to throw a rave in San Francisco next week BRB,” Skrillex wrote on X to announce the event. Tickets for the show went on sale Tuesday (May 28).

This last-minute show expands Skrillex’s U.S. summer tour schedule by a third, with the producer playing a headlining set at Lightning in a Bottle near Bakersfield, Calif., this past Sunday and a set scheduled for Lollapalooza in Chicago this August.

Meanwhile, Fred again.. is headlining Bonnaroo in June and before that will play three headlining sets at the Frost Amphitheater in Stanford, Calif., June 4-6. Skrillex also made a surprise appearance during a Fred again.. set in Mexico City earlier this month.

The pair have not performed together in the U.S. in an official capacity since headlining Coachella with Four Tet in 2023, when the trio — who earned the name “Pangbourne House Mafia” after making music together in Pangbourne, England — was swapped in as the festival’s Sunday night closers after Frank Ocean pulled out of the show. That trio made their U.S. debut in February 2023 when they headlined Madison Square Garden, with the show selling out in two minutes.

Details for the San Francisco show are scarce, but the space can hold approximately 3,000 people, according to the San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department.

Bunnie XO Grinds on Jelly Roll & Claps Back at Haters Who Say She Doesn’t Act ‘Like a Country Music Star’s Wife’

Bunnie XO needs a favor from haters who say she doesn’t look the part of a proper country music star wife — but be warned, it’s pretty explicit.

Shortly after sharing a video of her dancing provocatively on husband Jelly Roll, the podcaster uploaded another clip telling critics exactly what they can do with their opinions about her appearance and personality.

It all started Monday, when Bunnie uploaded the video of her grinding on Jelly from behind as the “Son of a Sinner” singer carried on a conversation with someone in public. “Any time my husband is trying to have a serious convo,” she captioned the TikTok, with which she paired 2 Live Crew’s NSFW track “Me So Horny.”

Just a few hours later, however, the Dumb Blonde host shared another video. This time, she responded to commenters who, according to Bunnie, told her she doesn’t “act or dress like a country music star’s wife.”

Wearing a baggy flannel shirt and red sweatpants in the TikTok, she lip-synced along to comedian Brittany Broski saying the following: “That’s such a weird thing to say to someone, be softer, be more feminine … How about suck on my nuts?”

Trending on Billboard

“I will not fit in your tiny close minded box. Ever. #jellyandbunnie,” she added in her caption.

Bunnie has long been outspoken when it comes to brushing off haters. Just a few weeks ago, she posted a sweet video of her and Jelly kissing at the 2024 CMT Awards, captioned, “How we walk thru life together knowing we make ppl smile & others sooo mad.”

She and the “Save Me” musician have been quite active on TikTok as of late, with the couple giving followers a look at one of Jelly’s morning workouts last week. In a video posted on Bunnie’s account, he went for a swim in their home pool before declaring that he wants to run a “5K by Turkey Day!”

Blessd & Feid’s ‘Si Sabe Ferxxo’ Takes Over Latin Airplay Chart

Blessd and Feid combine forces atop Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart, as the singer-songwriters’ first collaboration climbs from No. 7 to lead the list dated June 1. The new champ is the second team-up by two Colombian artists to rule the overall Latin radio tally in less than a year, after Shakira and Manuel Turizo united at No. 1 through “Copa Vacía” (one week in charge) in Oct. 2023.

“Si Sabe Ferxxo” is one of eight collaborative cuts from Blessd’s 14-track album, Si Sabe, which earned the 24-year-old his first entry on any Billboard albums chart, debuting and reaching No. 29 and No. 15 high on the Top Latin Albums and Latin Rhythm Albums charts (dated Feb. 10), respectively.

Trending on Billboard

The song advances to the chart’s summit with a 28% gain in audience impressions, up to 8.5 million, earned in the U.S. during the May 17-23 tracking week, according to Luminate.

With “Si Sabe,” Blessd achieves his second No. 1 on Latin Airplay, following his three-way collab “Medallo,” with Justin Quiles and Lenny Tavarez, in May 2022.

For Feid, “Si Sabe” becomes the hitmaker’s eighth No. 1 on the overall radio ranking, which began with “Porfa,” featuring J Balvin, Maluma, Nicky Jam, Sech and Justin Quiles, climbing to No. 1 in Aug. 2020. Here’s his collection of champs:

Peak, Title, Artist, Weeks at No. 1
Aug. 29, 2020, “Porfa,” with J Balvin, Maluma, Nicky Jam, Sech & Justin Quiles, one
March 4, 2023, “Hey Mor,” with Ozuna, one
April 15, 2023, “Yandel 150,” Yandel, four
Aug. 19, 2023, “Niña Bonita,” with Sean Paul, one
Jan. 13, 2024, “Bubalu,” with Rema, two
April 20, 2024, “Perro Negro,” with Bad Bunny, one
May 4, 2024, “Luna,” with Atl Jacob, two
June 1, 2024, “Si Sabe Ferxxo,” with Blessd, one

As “Si Sabe Ferxxo” rises to No. 1, it unseats another Warner Latina song from the summit: Myke Towers’ “La Capi” dips 1-5 with a 25% decrease in audience impressions, to 7.71 million.

Elsewhere, thanks to its radio haul, “Si Sabe” rises 36-31 with the Greatest Gainer/Airplay honors of the week on the multi-metric Hot Latin Songs chart, which combines airplay, digital sales and streaming data.

All charts (dated June 1, 2024) will update on Billboard.com Wednesday, May 29, a day later than usual due to the Memorial Day holiday in the U.S. on Monday, May 27. For all chart news, you can follow @billboard and @billboardcharts on both X and Instagram.

Watch Manuel Medrano Call His New Album ‘Perfecto’ a ‘Tribute to Pop’

After navigating the spaces between funk, disco and rock in his first two albums, Colombian singer-songwriter Manuel Medrano reveals that his third studio album, Perfecto, is mostly pop. “I think it’s a tribute to pop,” Medrano tells Billboard‘s Leila Cobo in an interview for Billboard News. “It’s also a way to show a little bit of everything I’ve learned in my processes.”

Since he debuted in 2015 with a self-titled album that earned him the 2016 Latin Grammy Award for best new artist and best singer-songwriter album, Medrano has taken several years between one project and another. His second LP, Eterno, came out in 2021.

“I feel it’s normal for an artist to take four or five, sometimes seven years to release an album,” he said. “The processes of modern music involve many people working for an artist, many songwriters, many producers, with a huge infrastructure for an artist to release songs every weekend. I come from another school.”

Continuing, Medrano added that he was “not criticizing the processes of other artists either, they seem fabulous and I’m connecting more and more with them.” But, when it comes to his own personal release strategy, the singer said that he leans “a little more traditional — me with my guitar, in special moments of my life, in my happy place. More intimate, getting everything out, putting everything on the table.”

Dressed in a cream suit over a black silky shirt, Medrano also spoke about his tattoos — he revealed what the next one he plans to get is — and even sang a snippet of one of the new unreleased songs from the album, “Mojado”. Watch the full interview in the video above.
