Hip-Hop purists recognize and appreciate the OG MC’s who’ve made a name for themselves by spitting gritty bars and rhymes that make heads nod and faces scrunch and rappers Joell Ortiz and Styles P fit that bill perfectly so why not have them do their thing on the same track for the holder heads?
Linking up for the visuals to “W.A.R.,” Joell Ortiz and Styles P use old footage of themselves to show how far they’ve come in life with JO stunting from his humble residency and Styles holding down his juice bar while Poet Ali drops some gems of his own. Good to see those brothers doing well for themselves.
GloRilla meanwhile looks to get her girl power on and in her clip to “Whatchu Kno About Me,” she and Sexxy Red team up to get turnt up at the beauty salon with their fellow sexy ladies and… Boosie Badazz?! That was hella random.
Check out the rest of today’s drops and some joints you might’ve missed over the weekend including work from Curren$y and DJ Fresh featuring Premo Rice, Euro, and more.
