It’s Wednesday, May 8th, and Drake & Kendrick Lamar’s beef is getting intense. While the culture’s been preoccupied with the hot tea that’s been brewing between Kendrick Lamar and Drake, many Hip-Hoppers have overlooked the drama that’s unfolded between Quavo and Chris Brown and while some have been following at the unnecessary beef, Quavo seems ready to move on from it and keep it pushing.
Getting back to his regularly scheduled program, Quavo links up with 21 Lil Harold and G Herbo for the visuals to “One In The Head” and with their respective crews right behind them, the three rappers take to the streets to get poured up and smoked out while some thick young women drop it like it’s hot.
Kehlani meanwhile seems to know a thing or two about shaking her tailfeather and in their clip to “After Hours,” the seductive singer hits the bar with a gang of their closest associates and turn up with some choreographed dance moves to get you hot under the collar.
Check out the rest of today’s drops including work from Eric Bellinger featuring Sevyn Streeter, Big Hounchi, and more.

In the first episode of ‘Billboard Unfiltered,’ Billboard staffers Damien Scott, Carl Lamarre and Trevor Anderson discuss the Drake and Kendrick Lamar feud that has taken the hip-hop world by storm, J. Cole’s exit from the drama, Tommy Richman’s debut on the Hot 100 and more!
Carl Lamarre:Hey, hey! What’s going on, guys? Welcome to a fresh episode of ‘Billboard Unfiltered.’ Guys, we have a jam-packed episode as we’re gonna dive into arguably one of the greatest hip-hop battles we have seen of all time. Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar. Guys, I mean, I have not seen anything like this.
Damien Scott:It’s definitely the busiest battle ever.
Trevor Anderson:Yeah, just the drop, drop, drop, drop, drop, drop, drop, drop…
Carl Lamarre:I mean, they got us working overtime.
Damien Scott:Drake called it. He said drop, drop, drop, drop. That’s what n—as did.
Carl Lamarre:I’m curious to get your takeaways from the battle. I mean, obviously, we have not seen anything like this. Seven disses in a week, double digits in a month.
Damien Scott:That’s crazy.
Carl Lamarre:What are some of your biggest takeaways from this battle? I’ll start with you, Dame.
Damien Scott:My biggest takeaway is that these are two of our best hitmakers working today. I think people already knew Drake was a hitmaker. He’s our genre’s premiere hitmaker. I think people underestimated how good of a hitmaker Kendrick was just because Kendrick doesn’t drop that often. And when he does drop, you never know what you’re going to get with Kendrick. He can be going in a different, more personal direction, where he’s not really focused on the charts, or he can make an album like ‘DAMN.’ where it’s much more accessible. I think this shows that these two guys, I would say, are the best we got.Watch the full video above!

Over the weekend Jim Jones had social media bugging out when a video of him wrestling two old white men hit the internet and though he’s shown he could very well have a new career in the WWE, the man is more than happy to continue to be a rapper.
Linking up with Dot Malik and the Black Soprano Family in their visuals to “Food,” Jim Jones heads to upstate NY to link up with the Black Soprano Fam where they hit the studio to smoke some bud and drop some bars while Jim flexes some ice and his muscle tone to remind y’all he’ll body slam a foo on an escalator with no problem whatsoever. That video was wild.
Speaking of flexing ice and muscles, DaBaby is more than capable of doing both too and in his Skilla Baby assisted clip to “Judy,” DaBaby and Skilla hit the streets to turn up with a mob of thick young women who shake and bounce to the beat while DaBaby partakes in the festivities much to his own delight.
Check out the rest of today’s drops and some joints you might’ve missed over the weekend including work from Kodak Black, Boosie, and more.
