The online retailer has become a go-to destination for style on a budget with more than 7.8 million videos on TikTok made with the hashtag “Target Fashion Finds 2024.” This matching set has TikTokers in a chokehold though as it features a ’90s-inspired design featuring dainty details such as a tiny bow in the center of the skirt paired with small lace accents. User @michaela.delvillar showed off the complete set in a video that has racked up more than 47,000 views.
