One of the most revered Rap talents is bringing his talents back to fashion. André 3000 is launching his own brand workwear line.

As per High Snobiety, the Atlanta, Georgia, native continues to evolve with his art and style. Since the release of his instrumental flute album, New Blue Sun, in November 2023, the esteemed MC has been synonymous with apparel that would be suitable for garden work. This seems to be intentional as this week, the website revealed that he has a workwear brand in the works.

Writer Tayler Willson claims the “So Fresh, So Clean” rapper is working with a “currently-unnamed Dutch label” to bring the vision to life. Additionally, the journalist speculates the project is being curated in partnership with Bonne Reijn, founder of BONNE. The Amsterdam tailor is known for his bold but approachable twist to suiting and outerwear.
In his cover story for High Snobiety, 3 Stacks detailed his love for overalls; which have a mainstay in his wardrobe since ATLiens. “Whenever I’m on the street, at least for a month, whenever I see someone with overalls on, they’re going to get a free pair,” André says. “Because I know they’re overall lovers. It takes a certain person to wear overalls. They’re like grown-people baby clothes. They feel very comfortable — that’s why I love them.”

Currently, André 3000 is on tour for New Blue Sun until March.

Tierra Whack is ready to share her wardrobe with fans in a new partnership with the clothing rental subscription service from Urban Outfitters, called Nuuly. The Tierra Whack x Nuuly collaboration dropped on Thursday (Feb. 22) and features 41 stand-out pieces from the Grammy-nominated rapper’s personal closet, tour looks and even costumes.

From statement denim dresses to jeans for women and more, Nuuly subscribers have the option to rent or purchase the pieces with some being co-designed by the “Heaven” singer as well as pieces made by Molly Goddard, Anna Sui, Farm Rio and more.

Whack was excited for the opportunity, wishing she had something similar before becoming an artist herself. “I would have loved to wear some of my favorite artist’s wardrobe pieces growing up,” she said in an official press release. “Nuuly made it possible and I jumped at the chance to give someone else that opportunity.”

She also added that “Affording certain pieces can be challenging at times, and because artists borrow clothes most of the time, I can relate to what Nuuly has created. I think it’s really dope!”

It was more than about playing dress up for the 44-year-old, though. She’s also a fan of how comfortable and easy the pieces are to incorporate into practically any look.

“Styling all of my SKIMS looks was so fun, and my favorite piece was the SKIMS Sculpting Mid Thigh Bodysuit,” said Furtado in a press statement. “The fabric is amazing and feels so good and secure on my body. It makes me feel excited about getting dressed, and I love working it into my wardrobe for both work and play.””

In case you needed an excuse to add even more of the chic-yet-comfortable leggings and shapewear to your rotation, SKIMS also tapped the shoulders of other stars they consider “renowned women across entertainment,” including Kim Cattrall, Lana Condor, Coco Jones and Hari Nef, who also showed off their favorite Skims pieces.

There’s practically no such thing as owning too many bras, and after trying Furtado’s pick, you may never go back to just any style. The SKIMS T-Shirt Bra is with a full-coverage style that can even adapt to those in-between sizes thanks to its stretchy material. The neckline has also been modernized with zero stitching to allow it to lie flatter.

Skims

You can enjoy full coverage without worrying about any dig marks left behind in a pair of these SKIMS briefs. The high-rise waist helps to smooth your body while the stretchy material aims to adapt to your unique body. It’s also seamless to prevent any panty lines!

Skims

Layer up in a pair of sheer sculpting tights that come in a range of nude colors or, if you want something more dressy, grab a pair in black. The material is made with full support that’ll aim to sit on your hips — in other words, reduce the need to constantly pull up your tights. Plus, you can layer them under pants, skirts, dresses and more.

Skims

In need of a pair of shapewear? Furtado prefers this mid-thigh style and it’s easy to see why. Not only does it come 10 shades to choose from, but it’s made with strong compression that targets the stomach, waist and legs. As an added bonus, the material has butt-lifting pockets in the back to help create a more lifted appearance.

The brand also took to Instagram to share the full campaign video, which you can see below.
