The latest episode of The Mandalorian was a redemption story for a longtime Star Wars actor.
Ahmed Best, known for his role as clumsy Gungan/Senator Jar-Jar Binks from the polarizing Star Wars prequel films, is back in a galaxy far, far away. Best appeared in Wednesday’s episode of the popular Disney+ original series The Mandalorian as the Jedi Knight, Kelleran Beq.
Beq answered a major question revealing himself to the Jedi Knight who got our favorite youngling, Baby Yoda, to safety and out of the crosshairs of clone troopers who were killing the force-sensitive warriors as part of Emperor Palpatine’s Order 66.
Best has taken on three roles in the Star Wars universe, Jar-Jar Binks, Achk Med-Beq in Attack of The Clones, and Kelleran Beq, a game show host for Star Wars: Jedi Temple Challenge, basically Legend of The Hidden Temple with a Stars Wars spin on it.
Beq was never considered Star Wars canon until his appearance in The Mandalorian, so who knows, that might not be the last time we see Kelleran Beq wielding two lightsabers.
To celebrate his return to the sci-fi/fantasy franchise, Best shared a photo of himself in the gym with the caption, “Gratitude! Good to be back. There is so much to say and share. It’s going to take a couple of days. But, for now, I’ll just say thank you to all that have held me up and made me better.”
Twitter Loves Seeing Best Return As Kelleran Beq
A much brighter outlook from the actor, who wrote in his book, he was deeply depressed, leading to career setbacks and even death threats following Jar-Jar Binks’s poor reception.
Twitter has been praising the actor’s return to the franchise and the fact Beq is officially canon.
This is the way.

Megan Thee Stallion took an understandable break from the world, but now she is back and putting us on notice.
The Hot Girl’s leader is back. Megan Thee Stallion ended her social media hiatus during Oscars weekend, showing up at Vanity Fair Oscars Party looking G O O D. Still, she wasn’t done blowing our minds and tantalizing our senses.
She followed up her Oscars Party glam by dropping a series of Instagram photos of herself in a bikini, showing off her killer, toned curves while sporting a more natural look, rocking the hair she was born with and a makeup-less fresh face.
In the first photo, the 28-year-old Houston rapper is rocking a hot pink bikini top while showing off those beautiful natural burls and a fresh face to match.
In the second picture, she is sitting on a bed wearing a colorful cutout Miaou one-piece bathing, giving her fans a very inviting look.
She comes in hot in the third photo in the gallery, rocking some Nike athletic gear while it begs the question, what waist? While showing us that while she was gone from social media, her mental health was not the only thing she was working on during her time away from the limelight.
The Hotties React To All Natural Megan Thee Stallion
The fourth photo is another jaw-dropper as the “Savage” rapper rocks a similar bathing suit while looking gorgeous on a beach.
The hotties immediately noticed the theme and began showering their favorite rapper with compliments.
“Megan thee stallion really disappeared for months and had the audacity to come out looking that fine. The hair .. the dress .. the face.. the body. She slapped me in the face so hard,” one user wrote on Twitter.
Another tweet read, “no one told me megan thee stallion looked like TAHT i never seen her without makeup damn she’s stunning.”
No lies detected.

All That fans rejoice. Dexter and Ed are coming back for Good Burger 2.
Yes, you read the correctly. A sequel to the 1997 film Good Burger, based on the popular All That sketch, is in the works and is coming to Paramount+.
Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell made the big announcement on Friday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Production for the sequel begins in May and will arrive on the streaming network sometime in 2023.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, the film’s plot will “follow them as they reunite in the present day at fast-food restaurant Good Burger with a new group of employees. Phil Traill (The Middle, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Single Drunk Female) will direct the film, with Kevin Kopelow and Heath Seifert (All That and Good Burger) serving as writers and executive producers.”
In a statement announcing the film, Thompson said, “I can’t believe it’s been a little over 25 years since great customer service was born at Good Burger! Being a part of something so many generations of people have come to love has made me so proud, and now to be back where it all began working on the sequel is surreal! Love performing with my brother Kel and can’t wait to show the fans what these characters have been up to since we last saw them.”
“Ed is one of those timeless characters that has brought so much joy and laughter to fans, and it’s such a beautiful blessing to still be doing it after all these years. It’s super awesome to come back and continue the stories of Dex, Ed, and Good Burger for both the people who grew up watching and their kids,” Mitchell added.

Good Burger first gained popularity as a sketch on Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy show All That and subsequently turned into a film. It would gross $24 million at the box office, easily recouping its reported $8 million budget.
The movie became a cult hit with fans, with Mitchell and Thompson reprising their Good Burger characters on The Tonight Show for a 2015 sketch.

Lance Reddick was loved not only in the real world but also in the virtual world.
The world was stunned following the tragic loss of Lance Reddick. The actor, best known for his role on the iconic HBO Series The Wire and other standout performances on other shows, was also HUGE in the video game space.
Reddick recently took on the character of Albert Wesker in Netflix’s now-canceled Resident Evil series, a role the showrunner said he was perfect for. Reddick himself wished he could continue playing.
The actor’s likeness brings to life Sylens, the mysterious antagonist in Horizon Zero Dawn and its fantastic sequel, Horizon Forbidden West.
But Reddick has become legendary with players of Bungie’s looter/shooter franchise, Destiny. The actor’s iconic voice is behind the Titan Vanguard of the Tower, Captain Zavala, who issues out missions to guardians.
He was also an avid player of the game as well.
To pay tribute to Reddick, Destiny 2 players have been showing love to Captain Zavala by kneeling in front of him and making other gestures to show love to the 60-year-old actor who died from what is described as “natural causes” by his family.
So dope.
It will be interesting to see how Destiny and the Horizon franchises handle Reddick’s passing because he was integral to the progression of both games’ main stories.
Until then, you can see more touching in-game tributes from Destiny 2 players and more in the gallery below.

Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors made sure to send love Angela Bassett’s way.
Following Angela Bassett’s loss or “snub,” her Black Panther co-star Michael B. Jordan and his new bestie and Creed III boxing partner Jonathan Majors came through with some support giving her a shoutout before presenting the Oscar for Best Cinematography.
For those who didn’t tune in or didn’t care to watch the 95th Oscar Awards, Bassett, who was heavily favored to win the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her stellar performance in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, didn’t do the thing losing out to Jamie Lee Curtis for her performance in Everything Everywhere All at Once adding to the film’s epic night.
Many also feel Jamie Lee Curtis’ co-star Stephanie Hsu was “snubbed” and should have taken home the Oscar.
Once Jordan and Majors hit the stage, the Creed III director said “Hey Auntie” to Bassett, a nod to the popular line from the first Black Panther film. Majors told the iconic actress, “We love you.”
Twitter, who was still in their feelings about the “snub,” did appreciate the moment from Jordand and Majors. “Some real gs. Those few words = a whole conversation understood by many of us. What’s understood doesn’t always need to be explained,” one Twitter user wrote.
“Michael B Jordan to Angela Bassett: Hey Auntie. Jonathan Majors to Angela Bassett: WE love you IM CRYING,” another user wrote.
Angela Bassett Has Not Said Anything About The Oscars Moment
Bassett has yet to comment on the night and whether or not she felt she was the victim of another snubbing. She didn’t bring home the gold statue for her brilliant performance in the Tina Turner biopic, What’s Love Got To Do With It.
Speaking with CBS Mornings earlier this month, she spoke about it, saying, “Of course, in the moment, you’re hoping and praying and wishing … but I don’t walk away thinking I’ve been robbed,” she said. “That’s too negative of an emotion to carry with me for the rest of my life.”

Twitter is screaming CARESHA PLEASE after watching Yung Miami’s acting debut in BMF.
BMF Fridays are in full effect, and Twitter has much to say about the latest episode. Yung Miami has caught the acting bug, appearing in the Netflix film You People and now with her highly-anticipated debut in the Starz original drama series.
Unfortunately, instead of receiving praise for her role as Deanna Washington in season two of BMF, many have taken to Twitter to call out Yung Miami for what they feel is TUBI quality acting.
“Yung Miami better thank God for colorism and “pretty privilege,” because talented she is NOT! There are too many great actors for y’all to be hiring the likes of Caresha and LaLa!!,” one Twitter user wrote in the caption of tweet with a video of Joe Budden.
“Uno I love me some Yung Miami but this scene was terrible I wasn’t convinced hopefully she improves #bmf,” another Twitter user wrote.
Yung Miami was well aware of the hate coming at her and took to social media to respond to the BMF watchers who thought her acting was real bad.
“The more they hate the more opportunities come!! It’s only the beginning for me!” the rapper wrote in reply to a tweet defending her acting debut.
Showing that she has a sense of humor, Diddy’s former boo wrote, “it wasn’t funny, lol,” in response to a tweet that read, “Caresha had me screaming on BMF last night she’s mad funny.”
She Can Hit La La For Some Advice
We hope Yung Miami keeps at it and doesn’t let the haters get to her. You don’t become a great actor overnight. If she needs to talk to anyone, she can hit up La La, who also felt the wrath of Power watchers for years.
So That’s How Meech Got The Big Nickname
That wasn’t the only thing that BMF fans, specifically the ladies talking. The thirst is real on Twitter because of a sex scene featuring Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. flashing his goods.
Quickly the jokes and reactions came in, with many agreeing the young actor should change his name from Lil Meech to Big Meech.
LOL.

North West is her mood, and she is expressing it on what her dad Kanye West considers the devil, TikTok.
Another thing we didn’t see coming, like Tyga and Avril Lavigne swirling, is North West being a fan of Hip-Hop’s hottest star, Ice Spice.
The oldest of Ye and Kim Kardashian’s flock is currently expressing her love for the Bronx rapper on TikTok, and it has become the latest thing Twitter is debating about.
In her latest post, North West took things to another level by dressing up as the “Munch” rapper and dancing alongside friends to “Boys a Liar Pt.2,” a collaborative hit from Ice Spice and Pink Pantheress.
North West gets her cosplay on by rocking an orange wig and Juicy Couture sweatsuit compliment with two chains, one closely resembling Ice Spice’s $100,000 diamond signature neck jewelry with her face on it.
In another video, Ice Spice is in a TikTok post with arguably her most famous fan.
The Yeezy Fans Mount Up For Kanye West
The relatively harmless post has Twitter, primarily those still rocking with AntisemYE, claiming he was right to feel a way about Kim Kardashian allowing their daughter to be on the uber-popular social media platform.
West has made it clear he is not a fan of TikTok, and his loyal fans got “Kanye Was Right” trending. One user shared a video of Yeezy explaining his disdain for his ex-wife antagonizing him by allowing his daughter to be on TikTok.
“Father, I know y’all don’t respect fathers and the idea of family, and the media tries to promote something. I said, ‘I am not allowing my daughter to be used by TikTok, to be used by Disney.’ I have a say so,” West said in the clip. Remember, he also bought Kim K $100,000 worth of Disney stock, so the hypocrisy is loud with this one.
“Kanye was right,” another user began their tweet. “There’s no way a 9-year-old should be idolizing ice spice and listening to her music about twerking and having $ex with men… Kim is a terrible parent.”
Some feel people need to lighten the hell up and relax, saying Northy is just being a kid like everyone else and having fun.
“Y’all saying Kim is wrong and Kanye needs custody bc North got to hang out with her fav artist is so goofy. Y’all are the most miserable group of adults ever,” another Twitter user wrote in a tweet.
The former adidas collaborator has not said anything about his daughter’s latest TikTok posts. Still, he is back on Instagram, so we expect some shenanigans in the form of an IG post to arrive.

Nobody had Tyga and Avril Lavigne dating on their 2023 bingo cards.
Well, this is something no one saw coming, Tyga and Avril Lavigne being a thing. The two musicians confirmed their romance with a kiss while at the Mugler X Hunter Schafer Party during Paris Fashion Week on Monday, March 6.
According to TMZ, the couple was holding hands when they arrived at the bash after rumors began swirling of them possibly dating after being spotted together in Los Angeles and Paris, which also happens to be the same place Lavigne’s ex, Mod Son popped the question to her.
The celebrity gossip site also saw Lavigne and the OnlyFans content creator/rapper grabbing dinner at the swanky seafood spot NOBU and hugging in the parking lot.
The “Complicated” singer gave Mod Son the boot in February, a year after he put a ring on it, TMZ exclusively reported. According to sources, their relationship was off and on before moving on from him.
Following the confirmation of the swirling, Twitter’s reaction to the news has been utter confusion and shock. “Tyga and Avril Lavigne was not on my Bingo card,” one Twitter user said, and we totally understand.
“Tyga dating Avril Lavigne is the most random thing.. What..” another Twitter user wrote and sentiments we can totally get behind.
Before linking up with the Pop-Punk music star, Tyga has been romantically linked to Blac Chyna, with whom he shares a child, Kendall Jenner, and Camaryn Swanson.
We are intrigued to see how long this relationship lasts.
