Arguably the most show-stopping part of Rihanna‘s Super Bowl Halftime Show earlier this year was her unexpected baby bump reveal, announcing to the world that she was pregnant with her second child. But according to the 35-year-old singer-mogul, the moment was completely unplanned.
“Here’s the thing — I do what I have to do, right?” she told Access Hollywood at her recent Fenty x Puma event in Los Angeles. “My jumper couldn’t zip up. No one knew I was pregnant — I just told my stylist, ‘Make sure it’s stretchy.’”
Come game day, and the “Umbrella” singer’s red jumpsuit zipper wouldn’t even move past her belly — much less cover the bump. “The zip, it just stopped right there,” she said, laughing. “So it had to be what it had to be!”
The Fenty Beauty founder give birth to Riot Rose, her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky, in August. His big brother was born just the year before, with Ri and Rocky welcoming baby RZA in May 2022.
“I loved him differently as a dad,” the “Rude Boy” musician told the outlet of her partner. “It’s a turn-on, it’s just like, wow. What a leader, what a great, patient loving — my kids are obsessed with him. I’m just a background, like I’m an extra.”
Speaking of baby boys, Ri joked that between fashion, beauty, music and business, there is actually one thing she can’t seem to get the hang of: “So far, have daughters,” she quipped to E! News on the Fenty x Puma red carpet.
“I’m batting at a 75% for a boy next time, so we’ll just keep our fingers crossed.”

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is joining the Dyson family. The K-pop star has been named Dyson’s newest brand ambassador, the company announced earlier this month.
On Monday (Dec. 18), Jisoo took to Instagram to share her excitement for the new partnership and gush over the Dyson Airstrait hair straightener. “Excited to partner with the Dyson family! Love Airstrait that gives me straight, shiny hair,” she captioned the photo.
Dyson’s Airstrait, the newest edition to its lineup of hair dryers, hair straighteners and multi-stylers, was introduced in May. Not to be confused with the Dyson Corrale flat iron, the Airstrait dries and straightens hair at the same time by utilizing directional airflow technology while protecting it from heat damage.
Jisso is also featured using the Dyson Airwrap in the limited-edition Ceramic Pop colorway (get it on sale here). The viral multi-styler retails for $599.99 at Dyson, Amazon, Best Buy, Ulta Beauty, Sephora and other major retailers.
Although Dyson has long been known for vacuums, and more recently for fans, heaters and air purifiers, the Airwrap helped put the company on the map as it relates to hair tools.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the highly anticipated series adaptation of the popular fantasy novels premieres on Disney+ on Wednesday (Dec. 20).
The eight-episode series is about a 12-year-old boy who finds out that he’s the son of the Greek god Zeus and sets out on a mission to find his father’s missing lightning bolt to “restore order in Mount Olympus and save the world.”
Walker Scobell stars as Percy, Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri portray his friends Annabeth and Grover.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians consists of eight episodes. Disney+ subscribers can begin streaming the first two episode on Wednesday, Dec. 20. New releases usually drop at midnight and are featured on the Disney+ homepage.
The remaining six episodes of Percy Jackson and the Olympians will premiere weekly on Disney+.

Ally Brooke said yes to everlasting love! The Fifth Harmony alum is engaged to music executive Will Bracey, Brooke shared in an Instagram post on Tuesday (Dec. 19).
Bracey popped the question at a New York City art gallery Monday night with a ring designed in Turkey by a private jeweler, according to a press release. The couple, who have been together for eight years, first started dating at the end of 2015, after the music exec joined the the girl group as their touring manager earlier that year.
“WE HAVE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY EVER TOLD!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭❤️,” Brooke captioned her Instagram carousel featuring snaps of Bracey proposing, the couple sharing a sweet kiss, the singer showing off her ring, and more. “I CANNOT WAIT TO MARRY YOU 💍”
The artist also gushed to People about the engagement and how it caught her off guard. “It is the best day of my life. It’s wonderful, truly wonderful,” she said. “I had no idea. No idea. When he did it, I was just in pure shock.”
Bracey also dished to the magazine about the proposal and why he chose to do it in New York City. “I’ve been planning it all year, and New York was always our city — it’s where we fell in love,” he shared. “And who’s not a fan of Christmastime in New York?”
As for that sparkler? “Oh my goodness, it was beautiful. I was awe-struck,” Brooke told People. “It fits like a glove, and it looks so beautiful on me.”
The couple’s friends shared their messages of congratulations in the Instagram comments, with fellow Fifth Harmony member Dinah Jane writing, “abouuuuuutttt time William Bracey,” followed by multiple sobbing emojis. In a second comment, she wrote, “LOVE YOU MR AND MRS BRACEY😭😭 MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN.”
