John Legend is just as disappointed as many folks are in Kanye West. He says it is sad to see where YE is at now.
The award winning crooner recently conducted an interview with The Times. During the Q&A John Legend detailed his early beginnings, start in the music industry, his high profile marriage and more. When discussing his life he makes it clear that the celebrity has not changed him. “I just dropped my kids off at school,” he says. “It’s not difficult because it’s all me. I’m being my full self in the different facets of my life. I’m not playing a character, and that makes it easier.”
John Legend also reflected back on his debut album Get Lifted. “I was thinking about Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder and Al Green, but also my collaborators in Hip-Hop, then fusing it all with my roots in gospel,” he explains. “So much of that album was about my heritage.” Of course the British newspaper asked him about Kanye West to which he admitted that he is just confused as everyone else when it comes to the rapper’s recent bizarre antics.
“Back then Kanye was very passionate, very gifted, and he had big dreams not only for himself but also for all the people around him,” John Legend remembered. “He had so much optimism, so much creativity. It does feel sad, sometimes shocking, to see where he is now.” While he doesn’t know for sure what caused Kanye’s drastic change he does think it is connected to losing one of the most important people in his life. “I don’t think we’re qualified to psychoanalyse him, but after his mother passed in 2007 there was definitely a difference. His descent started then and seems to have accelerated recently.”

We get it, Kanye West is a proud antisemite. The Chicago multihyphenate dropped a video for a song called “Heil Hitler” which will be reportedly on a forthcoming new album called Cuck.
Ye already caused controversy when he recently released a song called “Cousins,” where he detailed engaging in sexual relations with a male cousin, which is reportedly from the same aforementioned album.
As for his latest tune, “Man these people took my kids from me, then they closed my bank account / I got so much anger in me got no way to take it out,” is how Ye kicks things off on the track, and that’s about as good as it gets.
The visual features Black guy outfitted in furs and animal costumes as they chant “N*gga Heil Hitler, they don’t understand the things I say on Twitter.”
Sure. This is where we point out that as the leader of Nazi Germany, Adolf Hitler killed over 6 millions Jews as well as homosexuals, people with disabilities and political foes. And Hitler definitely wasn’t a fan of Black people. But yeah, this is who Kanye West is idolizing.
There is art and then there’s kitsch. This is the latter.

For the past few weeks Kanye West has been doing interviews and making appearances in the most random livestreams and ultimately found himself alongside right-wing favorite journalist, Piers Morgan, but unfortunately for Piers, it was a short-lived interview.
Sitting alongside his new buddy, Sneako, Kanye West agreed to be interviewed by the British media personality only for things to go left after Morgan not only called him by his original name instead of “Ye,” but even dared to miscount the number of followers Kanye has on his social media pages.
After going on a quick back-and-forth about Kanye being at peace in his life as opposed to the anger he displays on X formerly known as Twitter towards, well, everyone, Kanye took issue with Piers stating that he had 32 million followers saying he was taking “inches off my d*ck.”
Morgan then went on to correct himself by saying it was 33 million (big difference), Kanye decided to Kanye and went on a mini rant about how impactful his music has been on the lives of everyone (including Piers) and accused the media (again, including Piers) of hating on people who “put out love” which prompted Piers to ask “What are you talking about?!”
After Morgan asked the question that was basically on everyone’s mind at that point, Ye bowed out of the interview and said he’d return when Morgan was able to count.
End scene.
Even Sneako was left bewildered by what just happened before having to do a little impromptu interview with Morgan himself and tried to clean up the mess that Ye left behind telling Piers “You know what you were doing” suggesting that Morgan was purposely patronizing Kanye by calling him “Kanye” and misrepresenting the number of social media followers he had.
Morgan responded by saying that the duo “d*cked us around” before the interview and called it a waste of time and money. Taking his aim (and anger) towards an unsuspecting Sneako, Morgan asked him how he feels hanging around a pro-Nazi and antisemitic Kanye West. Sneako tried his best to deflect, but to no avail as Morgan came with receipts (X posts) and left Sneako reaching for answers to questions that he wasn’t prepared for.
After the two argued and spoke over each other throughout the remainder of the interview, Morgan called Kanye an antisemite and “sniveling little coward” before Sneako walked off on the interview himself.
As crazy as this interview was, we have to admit it was pretty hilarious all things considered.

Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, joined forces to sue a Beverly Hills dentist for malpractice earlier this week. According to the complaint, Kanye West alleges that the dentist supplied the producer and rapper with high amounts of nitrous oxide, causing him to become addicted.
As reported by E! News, Kanye West and Bianca Censori, previously reported as split apart, are seemingly still an item. In documents obtained by the outlet, West says that Dr. Thomas Connelly allegedly gave West high amounts of nitrous oxide while getting cosmetic dental work done starting last year into 2025, sparking an addiction to the anesthetic.
“You repeatedly administered or supplied nitrous oxide (‘laughing gas’) and/or other sedative substances to Ye in quantities and frequencies that had no legitimate dental or medical justification,” West and Censori’s legal team wrote in a formal notice of an intent to sue sent on the couple’s behalf by Golden Law. “Notably, you went so far as to deliver large ‘surgical-size’ nitrous oxide tanks to Ye’s personal residence (including the residence he shared with Ms. Censori), effectively enabling and encouraging him to inhale nitrous oxide outside of any medical setting.”
In addition to nitrous oxide, the couple is also accusing Connelly of giving him a sedative intravenously, and said that he discharged him before ensuring West’s “medical soundness” was intact. Further, West’s attorneys added that because of the claims of addiction, it has caused a divide in his marriage with Censori.
“Instead of enjoying a healthy married life, she [Censori] was forced to witness Ye’s physical and mental distress and deterioration and to assume the burden of caring for him under extremely distressing circumstances,” the attorneys wrote.
Connelly has not publicly responded to the letter, nor have there been further comments on the matter from Kanye West or Bianca Censori.

Kanye West is at it again. He went on another tirade about not having custody of his four children with Kim Kardashian.
As spotted on Page Six the man now professionally known as Ye crashed out over his famous ex-wife and lack of parental guardianship. During a live stream he made it clear that is not happy about the current agreement of how and when he is able to see his kids. “[DJ] Akademiks put that battery in my back, bro. ‘Cause I was in the airport by myself … I’mma go get these kids, man!” he said. While he was wearing a black mask during the live it was clear he grew frustrated with his situation as he continued to speak. “F**k all these fa***t n***as. I’mma go get these kids, bro. I’m talking to the lawyers — it gets to the point where I don’t lose my f**king mind where I got to get used to not seeing my kids.”
This is not the first time Kanye West has criticized his Kim Kardashian and the way she parents their children. Earlier this year he voiced his frustration with their arrangement and the lack of time he has with the kids. “I DONT WANT TO JUST ‘SEE’ MY KIDS. I NEED TO RAISE THEM. I NEED TO HAVE SAY SO OF WEAR [sic] THEY GO TO SCHOOL AND WHO THEIR FRIENDS ARE AND WHOS [sic] HOUSES THEY SLEEP OVER WEATHER [sic] MY DAUGHTERS WEAR LIPSTICK AND PERFUME,” he wrote in a since deleted X post.

On a recent unfiltered livestream, Kanye West delivered another fiery tirade, this time targeting fellow rap heavyweights J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar.
Known for his unpredictable and often controversial commentary, Kanye didn’t hold back, reigniting long-standing tensions within the Hip-Hop community.
Speaking on J. Cole, Kanye bluntly stated, “When I would meet up with Drake I would ask him why are you working with J. Cole, he’s not an actual person. When people would tell me they like J. Cole I be like don’t tell me that. I hate J. Cole, it can’t even be called music.” The harsh critique left fans stunned, especially given the mutual respect often expressed among the “Big Three” rappers of this generation, Cole, Kendrick, and Drake. Kanye’s dismissal of J. Cole’s artistry seemed personal, bordering on surreal, calling into question whether there’s deeper unresolved beef behind the scenes.
Ye was far from over too. Turning his attention to Kendrick Lamar, Kanye added, “I heard Ben Affleck that Kendrick Lamar is one of his favorite rappers. I was like, bro, anybody that has Kendrick as one of their favorite rappers don’t know rap.” The jab at Kendrick, long praised for his lyricism and cultural impact, raised eyebrows and drew backlash from fans and artists alike.
Whether this was another headline-grabbing rant or a sign of deeper tensions in the Hip-Hop world, Kanye once again reminded everyone, he says what he wants, no matter the fallout.

Kanye West has officially released “Donda 2” to major streaming platforms, bringing an end to its two-year exclusivity on the Stem Player.
Originally teased in early 2022 as a follow-up to his 2021 album “Donda”, the project was executive produced by Future and initially made available only through the $200 device, limiting its reach to a niche audience. Now presented under the artist name “Donda,” the streaming version includes 18 tracks, many of which resemble the original versions from the Stem Player release.
Now presented under the artist name “Donda,” the streaming version includes 18 tracks, many of which resemble the original versions from the Stem Player release. Some songs have been renamed or slightly altered. Future appears on multiple tracks, including “Happy” and “Mr. Miagi,” while a shortened version of “5:30,” previously featured on Vultures 2 with Ty Dolla $ign, also makes the cut.
The album’s release is notable not just for the music, but for its context. Donda 2 had gained a sort of mythic status due to its limited availability and the lack of a traditional rollout. Its arrival on streaming allows for a wider audience to engage with the project for the first time, whether they followed its early leaks or are hearing it now in full.
Whether the album reshapes Kanye’s discography or simply fills a long-standing gap, Donda 2 is now part of the broader conversation. Its release opens the door for new interpretations, comparisons, and critiques, with listeners now able to evaluate it on more equal footing.

Another Monday and another weekend filled with Kanye West social media outbursts that would’ve been deemed outrageous in any other normal timeline, but in this MAGA one it’s become par for the course.
A week after Kanye West admitted to having same-sex relations with his own cousin, the embattled and obviously off kilter rapper has decided to once again rehash his beef with the dearly departed and much revered designer, Virgil Abloh. During a livestream with Sneako over the weekend, Kanye West decided to take shots at the Off-White founder again and said that Virgil Abloh’s passing was basically karma for the designer stealing from Kanye West.
After going off on Cam’ron and 50 Cent for criticizing him, Kanye West suggested that he’s some sort of deity amongst humanity and said “Ni**as who go against me be dead, bro. Ni**as who steal, bro. Look at Virgil, he dead bro. Ni**as who steal from me and try to take the king position be dead bro.”
Virgl Abloh passed away from cancer in 2021. We’re not sure how Kanye West can associate a rare cardiac angiosarcoma diagnosis with someone stealing from him, but like we said, in this timeline it is what it is. Continuing to explain his status amongst us mere humans, Kanye added: “When we say ‘watch the throne,’ it’s only one throne. It’s only one king, and we know who the king is obviously. Who y’all watching, who y’all care about?”
Yeah, we can’t call it.
While many fans hope Kanye West seeks some kind of help or therapy to help him conquer whatever demons has him claiming Nazism and throwing shots at damn near every one of his Hip-Hop peers, it seems like this version of Kanye West is going to be sticking around for a while, and there’s nothing we can do about it.
We truly do miss the old Kanye West.

Cam’ron isn’t buying into any of Kanye West’s latest antics. Killa thinks that Ye is being conveniently gay.
The crew from It Is What It Is had some very interesting takes regarding Kanye’s recent admission that he and his cousin engaged in homosexual acts. And as expected, Cam’ron did not bite his tongue when assessing the controversial reveal. “Ni**as be conveniently gay,” Cam’ron said. “It’s like, ‘Yo, let’s be gay for a little while now ’cause it’s popping. Now, let’s talk about when I was gay at one time.’” He went on to explain why he finds Yeezy’s timing to be suspicious.
“I don’t have nothing against gay people,” Cam’ron added. “I respect the gay people that say they gay. Come out and say that you gay. If that’s what you going, cool. Kanye been in the public eye for at least going on 20 years, if not longer. And now you gay, or had gay acts? Sh*t ain’t working.” Like a seasoned litigator the Diplomats founder also referenced all the stunts Kanye has pulled in the recent weeks. “Everything he got going on ain’t seem to been working. He had swastikas. He was Hitler last month, wasn’t he? Then he was KKK ni**a ’bout three weeks ago. Now he molested his cousin and he going do a song about it. It’s just too convenient.”
Cam’ron pulled out additional receipts to further explain why he feels Ye might have confessed to participating in gay acts with the family member. “Kanye, he play crazy with who he wanna play crazy with… that n***a’s crazy when it’s convenient,” he said. “Every time I seen Kanye he’s perfectly fine, I’ve never seen the crazy Kanye, personally. Ever.”

Kanye West just poured gas on a long-simmering fire by clowning Boosie Badazz during a livestream, straight-up calling him poor, and he didn’t hold back.
While on live, Ye said, “I ain’t never met Boosie a day in my life, but I know he’s poor,” sending the internet into full-blown chaos. It was a bold, random shot that caught everybody off guard, but it didn’t come outta nowhere.
Boosie has been one of Ye’s loudest critics over the past few years, especially when it comes to Ye’s wild online behavior and controversial takes. Every time Kanye goes viral for saying something off the wall, Boosie’s usually not far behind with a tweet calling him out. Now, Ye’s finally clapping back, and he’s doing it with the kind of energy only Kanye can bring. After hearing the diss, Boosie responded on Twitter with a simple but spicy, “Ye u better chill lol.” That one tweet might sound playful, but if you know Boosie, you know that “lol” can flip into “let’s go” real quick.
With both artists known for speaking their minds with zero filter, this back-and-forth could turn ugly fast. Ye throwing shade about money hits hard, especially in the rap game, where pride and wealth go hand-in-hand. This might’ve started with a livestream jab, but now the spotlight’s on Boosie. Will he respond with bars, interviews, or more tweets? One thing’s for sure, the beef has officially been seasoned.
