YesJulz

It seems Ye FKA Kanye West has yet another legal battle ahead of him. YesJulz says she is countersuing him after being terminated from his company.

As reported by XXL Magazine, the Miami, Fla. native has spoken out about her recent departure from YZY. On Friday, March 29 she took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to detail her version of the events that led to the professional split.

“I come here to speak my peace because i care only for my truth to be known amongst my personal supporters and audience- not clout or additional eyeballs” she wrote. The talent manager would go on to reveal before she took legal action she attempted to reach out to Ye to work things out but she was unsuccessful.

“By the way – i reached out to every mutual friend i could think of urging them to have @kanyewest call me so i wouldn’t have to move forward with a countersuit I assume everyone is too p**** to address him about this so this is my last attempt before i take action,” she said. YesJulz also took issue with Ye’s Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos. “I gave everyone over a week to do the right thing and fire this pedo, pay me for my completed work and drop the nonsense intent to arbitrate. Even asked everyone in a text if this was real because the way Milo wrote it was so damn laughable.”

Last month, YesJulz was fired from YZY for reportedly violating the company’s nondisclosure agreement. “Fines incurred to date as a result of your NDA violations come to $7.7m. While you were a contractor, I suspended enforcement of this debt. It now falls due. Please note that any further violations will accrue more fines” an email from Milo to YesJulz read.

Ye has yet to comment on the matter.

Ye aka Kanye West is suing his former employee YesJulz for violating an NDA, but the media personality remains defiant in response.
The turmoil between Kanye West and YesJulz is boiling after the rapper and producer sued his former employee for $8 million for allegedly disclosing personal information and violating a non-disclosure agreement.

YesJulz, aka Julianne Goddard, was fired by West last week over claims that she was leaking information in conversations with unauthorized Kanye West fan pages including unreleased music from his DONDA album and reportedly  YesJulz responded to the firing on X, formerly Twitter, writing, “ F—k an NDA. Sue me.” West published the legal notice in a now-deleted post on his Instagram Stories.

“Julianne Goddard has repeatedly, intentionally and grossly violated the terms of her Non-Disclosure Agreement with complainants including publicly disclosing corporate sales figures, social media strategies, text messages with Ye and management, release plans for Vultures album and product designs before release,” the document read in part before adding her behavior was, “hurtful, hateful, and destructive.”
The statement does point to a possible private resolution. YesJulz had previously exposed Milo Yiannopoulos, West’s chief of staff, on X for insulting the rapper’s fans saying they have “Down’s Syndrome.”
The 34-year-old has been defiant and calm in her reaction online.
“One thing I won’t do is sit here and let a group of d–k riding, misogynist yes men go out of their way to slander my name in an attempt to ruin everything I have worked my a– off to build from scratch over the past decade,” she wrote in a thread on X, saying that she has proof that she never signed an NDA. YesJulz was heavily involved in the rollout of the artist’s latest album, Vultures 1 which was released in February.

YesJulz is also beating back accusations from others online, responding to someone in another post who questioned her previous posts regarding Kanye West and Milo.
“The audacity for a company ran by someone who posts screenshots to over 20 million people at his leisure, without consent, to attempt to intimidate a former team member with a ridiculous lawsuit with basis claims of over $7 million in incurred fees for breaking a doc that was never signed is truly laughable, she wrote before adding, “People need to be held accountable for their actions & fuckin with me, they most certainly will be.”

YesJulz is currently embroiled in a public back-and-forth with Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, after being fired by the Chicago producer for reportedly violating an NDA agreement. YesJulz took to social media to share her side of the story along with sharing messages between her and YZY Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos.
YesJulz, real name Julieanna Goddard, took to Twitter to share the story from her side after Ye announced her firing via Instagram with a post reading, “We have decided to no longer have YesJulz involved in the roll out of Vultures. All the activity on her page and with our fans in the past few days has been unauthorized.”

Adding to this, an email from Yiannopoulos announcing the firing and the issuance of a $7.7 million fine leaked to X, formerly Twitter, which sparked a flurry of comments from the popular influencer.

All of this seemingly stemmed from a Twitter Spaces chat Ms. Goddard held with fans of Ye and threw out some ideas that would operate under the YZY banner and further the brand’s reach. It appeared to be received well but things have changed in the days since the chat.
In a tweet responding to a tweet calling her firing unjust but also understandable considering the man behind the intellectual property, YesJulz made the first of many defenses of her actions.

From X:
Ye is up against the system
Having the discussion with fans
in an open forum setting was unconventional,
but it allowed for inclusivity
& open visibility
for an entire fan base to opt in,
give feedback, be heard, connect with one another to combine efforts
Which is what i feel is needed
For Ye to stay on top for these next two runs.
I was also given specific direction
to “rally” the fans, let them each lead their own chapters, activate within their locations- etc.
This was MY way of doing so.
I am not a conventional woman
& this is why i worked at the company i worked at in the first place.
I never wanted work done for free
I wanted to help the fans present
their work to Ye
So that he could hire them
Instead of stale ass losers who dont know the slightest thing about culture
like Ben Priest & Milo Pedofilist
To build his company for him
Anyone who has ever been in contact with me for as little as 5 minutes knows
The last thing id ever need to steal,
Is an idea.
I’d actually pay to have less as the amount of ideas i have overwhelm me daily.
Refer to my February tweets about hiring fans
Listen to the space.
Its very clear who i am
and what i stand for.
Goddard then went on a leaking spree, sharing internal messages from Yiannopoulos, who had some unsavory things to say. Check out the string of messages in the tweet below.

It’s Yeezy season, and we’re not talking about his ugly sneakers and clothes. Kanye West is back with his latest album, Vultures, and like with his other recent album rollouts, this one is a hot a** mess just based on what went down at a recent listening event for the project.
Kanye West put on a show in a room full of enablers during his listening event for his new Ty Dolla-assisted project Vultures, which was supposed to drop on streaming platforms on Friday, December 15.
Videos from culture vulture YesJulz’s live stream of the event began hitting X, formerly Twitter timelines. One moment many folks reacted happily to was the reunion between Kid Cudi and Ye.
For those who forgot, the two friends had a huge falling out in February after West said some hurtful things about his fellow Kids See Ghosts collaborator because of his friendship with Pete Davidson, his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian’s former lover interest.
After getting the boot off the DONDA album, Ye and Cudder have made up with the “Day ‘n’ Nite” rapper appearing on West’s new project.

Kanye West Went On Another Epic Rant
West reuniting with Kid Cuid wasn’t the only thing that happened during the event. Like with any other Yeezy function, the rapper went on a wild rant where he name-dropped Jay-Z, Travis Scott, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Adolph Hitler, and Jesus.
“They want a Virgil, then, don’t let me speak at the funeral. I saw two, three, four, five white people not let me speak. Drake, I love you, I’m a get the tattoo. But any of y’all n-ggas, Trav, whoever, y’all gotta show up. Don’t tell me I’m talking crazy. Me, Pharrell, we broke down this door; we’re all in this sh-t together,”

Oh, he wasn’t done. The antisemitic side of him made an appearance, and the Chicago rapper didn’t sound remorseful about his previous comments either.
“I don’t wanna hear sh-t from any of these Jewish n-ggas saying I’m in an episode,” Ye says. “Harley Pasternak followed me to the f-cking hotel, and that n-gga killed Aaron Carter. And now they won’t clear the Backstreet Boys sample. Harley Pasternak, Pusha. Your trainer. Harley Pasternak, Jay-Z.”

But wait… there’s more.
Mr. West kept on spewing his unproven theories and stats. He claimed that he prayed with Tory Lanez and even took a dig at Nicki Minaj for not clearing her verse on New Body, preventing him from putting it on Vultures.
“The French own 80% of the banks in Africa. It’s 60 million of us in America and 60 million Jews in the world,” Ye says. “50% of our deaths are abortion. 25% of us go to prison.”

Oh, what a mess. Mr. West needs some serious help, but unfortunately, the people in his orbit just keep letting him make a fool of himself.

Daniel Caesar was riding the wave of fame in 2019 but it all came crashing down when he rushed to the defense of influencer YesJulz and demanded that Black people stop insulting her. In a new interview, the R&B singer walked back his defense YesJulz and apologized to the Black community.
Daniel Caesar sat down with Apple Music and was questioned about his defense of YesJulz, who caught the wrath of Black Twitter and beyond for wearing a shirt featuring the N-word. Caesar stepped in the line of fire for reasons unexplained at the time and was largely written off by many.
After some reflection, Caesar says he understands the backlash now.
“I completely understand the response. And in time, after taking time to get over myself and to really honestly look at myself and everything that was happening, I was wrong. I was wrong, and I’m sorry about that. For a long time, I was like, ‘You can’t do anything, you can’t say anything without whatever. You can do and say whatever you want, but it’s like for every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction. And that’s physics. That’s science.”
The apology comes at a convenient time considering the Canadian singer just released his first project in almost four years, Never Enough, which dropped on April 7.
On Twitter, the reaction to the apology has been bubbling after the interview aired and we’ve got that portion of the clip plus the entire Apple Music chat below for your viewing pleasure.
