Black Woman Liberates Herself of Her Bum Boyfriend On TikTok After He Quit His Job To Play PS5

Focused Man Gaming Intensely on Console

Source: South_agency / Getty / Black TikToker

Plenty of grown men have quit their jobs to pursue a career in gaming, but that wasn’t the case with this joker.

A Black TikToker who goes by the handle @tianaredd_ was officially fed up with her bum a** boyfriend after he quit his job to play the PS5 she bought him.

Like many people lately, she ran to the popular social media platform on Dec.28 to ask her followers for advice because she believed the man quit his job to pick up the sticks, saying in the video she felt like she was on an episode of Pranked.

In a follow-up post, Redd finally took action, making her apartment as uncomfortable as possible for “Nard,” her now ex-boyfriend.

In the video with color commentary, she can be seen throwing out food, packing up meat to give to her friend, and even trying to get the electricity turned off, but the landlord said if she did that, she would breach her contract.

The last step was her going to the local Walmart to pick up tools to change the locks on the door but come to find out, she didn’t even need to go that far because all it took was a confrontation with “Nard” that led to him packing up his belongings and leaving the apartment.

Some People Asked Why She Went Through All That

Some people commented on the post wondering why she went to such great lengths to get “Nard” out of the apartment and just kicked him out in the first place.

Redd revealed their relationship was an abusive one, replying, “We got over 10 domestic violence cases. Burglarizing, kidnapping, all of that. So, why, in my good mind, would I just throw his shit out. Do you think I wanna get [punched]?”

We are glad she could get that bum out of her life without things getting physical.

Eden Muñoz’s ‘Como en Los Viejos Tiempos’ Hits No. 1 on Regional Mexican Airplay Chart

Eden Muñoz acquires his fourth No. 1 on Billboard’s Regional Mexican Airplay chart as “Como En Los Viejos Tiempos” rallies 8-1 to lead the Jan. 27-dated ranking. The nostalgic ballad checks into the penthouse after a bulky 64% boost in audience impressions, to 7.4 million, earned in the U.S. during the Jan. 12-18 tracking week, according to Luminate.

“Como En Los Viejos Tiempos” ejects La Fiera de Ojinaga’s “La Neta Que No” from the lead after its one week in command. The song drops to No. 10 with a 42% drop (to 4.22 million impressions).

“Tiempos” is the title track and first single of the Muñoz’s 18-track eponymous album, which debuted and reached No. 19 on Regional Mexican Albums last December.

The song, released Nov. 20 via Muñoz’s own EMC/Bajo label and Sony Music Latin, takes the indie imprint to its first No. 1 on any Billboard chart.

Further, as the norteño and banda singer-songwriter and producer sends “Viejos Tiempos” to his roster of No. 1s, here’s a look at Muñoz’s four No. 1s on Regional Mexican Airplay :

Peak, Title, Artist, Weeks at No. 1
May 21, 2022, “Chale!,” three
July 2, 2022, “Hay Que Hacer Dinero,” Banda MS featuring Muñoz, two
Nov. 11, 2023, “Amor Clandestino,” with Maná, one
Jan. 27, 2024, “Como En Los Viejos Tiempos,” one

Beyond its Regional Mexican Airplay win, “Viejos Tiempos” takes Muñoz to the upper region on the overall Latin Airplay tally, with a 20-4 surge.

Bad Bunny Scores His 24th No. 1 on Latin Airplay Chart With ‘Mónaco’

Bad Bunny’s Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana spins off a third No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart as “Mónaco” rises 3-1 on the Jan. 27-dated ranking. The new champ follows two other chart-toppers from the album: “Where She Goes” and “Un Preview,” both one-week rulers in 2023.

“Mónaco” leads the overall Latin radio chart with a 7% gain in audience impressions, to 8.75 million, earned in the tracking week ending Jan. 18, according to Luminate. The track leads in its 12th week, after five weeks in the top 10, and unseats Feid and Rema’s “Bubalu” from the summit after the latter’s two-week reign.

With “Mónaco,” Bad Bunny scores his 24th No. 1 on Latin Airplay among 47 chart appearances. Aside from Nadie Sabie’s three No. 1s, the set has also tallied one more entry on Latin Airplay: “Perro Negro,” with Feid, which debuted and peaked at No. 46 in December. As Bad Bunny ups his career No. 1 count, he ties with Maluma for the fifth-most champs since the chart launched in 1994. Here’s the winner recap, with J Balvin still at the lead with 36 No. 1 hits:

36, J Balvin
33, Ozuna
32, Enrique Iglesias
28, Daddy Yankee
24, Bad Bunny
24, Maluma
22, Wisin

Beyond its Latin Airplay coronation, “Mónaco” concurrently lands at No. 1 on Latin Rhythm Airplay, advancing from No. 2, for Bad Bunny’s 23rd champ there.

Venesti, Nacho & Maffio’s “No Es Normal” Rules Latin Pop Airplay: Over on Latin Pop Airplay, Venesti, Nacho and Maffio’s first team-up, “No Es Normal,” holds strong for a third week with a robust 21% increase in audience impressions, to 4.1 million during the same period.

The collab earned each of the artists their first No. 1 when it lifted 2-1 on the Jan. 13-dated list. Nacho came up short a few years back, when “Báilame” achieved a No. 2 peak in Nov. 2017. Over a year later, “Déjalo,” with Manuel Turizo, took him to a No. 7 high in April 2019.

While Nacho and Maffio have secured previous entries on the chart, the song earned newcomer Venesti his first chart visit. The Colombian, however, scored his first No. 1 on any Billboard chart with “Umaye,” which spent one week atop Latin Rhythm Airplay last October.

Over on the overall Latin Airplay list, “No Es Normal” pushes from No. 35 to No, 24, Maffio’s highest ranking there.

5 Best Skincare Fridges That Will Keep Your Beauty Routine Chill

All products and services featured are independently chosen by editors. However, Billboard may receive a commission on orders placed through its retail links, and the retailer may receive certain auditable data for accounting purposes.

Skincare fridges have become the new norm in beauty routines as they keep everything from your serums to eye creams nice and cool. The compact storage container can easily turn into one of your most valuable grooming products, as it also helps declutter your bathroom counter, giving you additional space to display all your makeup tools.

While it may seem pointless to store your skincare essentials in a mini beauty fridge, it can also help extend the life of your creams and oils as well as provide cooling relief during application. This is especially valuable for any beauty products containing all-natural ingredients, which come with an expiration date — unlike those filled with preservatives.

The best skincare fridges will allow you to personalize the temperature to your liking and offer built-in drawers and pockets to keep everything organized and tidy. Some designs include a built-in mirror, so you can see yourself as you perform your skincare routine. Depending on your aesthetic, you can choose from bold patterns or keep it more minimalist-friendly with a basic shade like white.

No matter what time of the year it is, incorporating a skincare fridge into your routine is never a bad idea. Instead of scrolling through the endless options advertised on the Internet, Billboard Shopping did the research for you to find the best beauty fridges based on reviews, no matter your budget or preferences.

Ice Spice Teases Ex Reveal in Starry Super Bowl Commercial Sneak Peek: Watch

Ice Spice’s brother might be the superstar football player but she’s set to be involved in Super Bowl Sunday in another capacity.

Starry has tapped the “Munch” rapper to star in the soft drink’s Super Bowl commercial and they released a teaser of the expensive ad on Wednesday (Jan. 24).

With her “Deli” instrumental thumping in the background, viewers are in a POV conversation with Ice Spice who hints at her ex-boyfriend walking into the room before the 15-second commercial cuts off.

“Baby, you look so pretty when you ‘grahhh,’” the narrator tells Ice.

She replies while sipping on a Starry: “Stop, you play too much!” The Bronx bombshell eventually caves and gives the fans a signature ‘grahhh.’

A startled Ice Spice then pushes the camera away: “I said don’t look, it’s my ex!”

Ice Spice has kept her love life under wraps but confirmed she was dating someone in an interview with the Los Angeles Times in October.

Outside of her relationship, the 24-year-old continued to elevate her superstar status throughout 2023 and Ice Spice parlayed her success into four Grammy nominations and another four Hot 100 top 10 hits in the calendar year.

She’s carrying her winning streak into the new year where Ice Spice will be honored with the Hitmaker Award at the 2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards in March.

Tracee Ellis Ross will play host at the 2024 Billboard Women in Music Awards, which will be held Wednesday, March 6, at YouTube Theater at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, Calif. and will stream on March 7.

No matter who’s lifting the Lombardi Trophy in Las Vegas come Feb. 11, the Spice Cabinet will be winners either way.

Melanie, Beloved ‘Brand New Key’ Singer, Dies at 76

Melanie, the pop singer behind tracks “Brand New Key” and “Lay Down (Candles in the Rain)” who performed at Woodstock, has died. She was 76 years old.

The singer’s three children — Leilah, Jeordie, and Beau Jarred — shared a message on Facebook this week, writing: “We are heartbroken, but want to thank each and every one of you for the affection you have for our Mother, and to tell you that she loved all of you so much! She was one of the most talented, strong and passionate women of the era and every word she wrote, every note she sang reflected that. Our world is much dimmer, the colors of a dreary, rainy Tennessee pale with her absence today, but we know that she is still here, smiling down on all of us, on all of you, from the stars.”

No cause of death was given in the post, but the siblings made a request for fans, that on Wednesday (Jan. 24), at 10 p.m. CT, “each of you lights a candle in honor of Melanie. Raise, raise them high, high up again. Illuminate the darkness, and let us all be connected in remembrance of the extraordinary woman who was wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to so very many people.”

Melanie — full name Melanie Safka — was born in Astoria, New York, and had two top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart throughout her career, “Brand New Key” and “Lay Down (Candles in the Rain).” According to Variety, she was in the studio earlier this month working on her 32nd album, which was a project of cover songs.

Elle King Reschedules Billy Bob’s Texas Show After Grand Ole Opry Concert Backlash

Elle King rescheduled her Friday show at Fort Worth, Texas, venue Billy Bob’s Texas following her controversial performance at a Grand Ole Opry concert over the weekend. The Billy Bob’s show will now take place on Sept. 21.

The news comes after King’s profanity-laced performance during a tribute show at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium in honor of Dolly Parton’s 78th birthday. Video from the performance shows her attempt to cover Parton’s “Marry Me,” in which King slurs her words and forgets the lyrics to the song. At one point, King herself tells the audience that she is “f—ing hammered.”

“I don’t know the lyrics to these things in this [expletive] town,” King sang at one point during the performance, adding, “Don’t tell Dolly ’cause it’s her birthday.”

In video footage from the performance, one of King’s bandmembers suggests that they perform one of King’s songs, to which King responded, “I’ll tell you one thing: I can barely play another person’s song; let’s see if I can play one of mine.”

The Grand Ole Opry offered a public apology on X, stating, “We deeply regret and apologize for the language that was used.” However, King’s camp has made no public statement regarding the Opry performance.

Though a rep for King confirmed to Billboard that the Texas show had been rescheduled, her team did not offer a reason for the move.

King’s next scheduled concert, according to her tour calendar, is for a Feb. 22 concert in Shipshewana, Indiana.

In 2023, King released her first country album, Come Get Your Wife, which featured the Dierks Bentley collaboration “Worth a Shot.” King is known for pop hits including 2015’s “Ex’s & Oh’s” and “America’s Sweetheart,” as well as two No. 1 Country Airplay collaborations: “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)” with Miranda Lambert as well as “Different for Girls” with Dierks Bentley.
