Kanye West AKA Ye is slowly coming back around on the heels of an appearance at a recent Fear Of God runway show and a pop-up of his YEEZY SEASON 10 event. Fans are also noting that Kanye West is sporting a new look in the form of some booty-hugging leggings that are tighter than a turn off a highway exit.
Kanye West, 45, was spotted earlier this week on the West Coast in all-Black leggings and a new shoe design that appears to be socks. According to the chatter on the digital streets, the sock-shoe combo is a new creation Ye is hoping to get pushed.
Adding to this, West just opened a YEEZY office on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles next door to an adidas store. Could be an epic troll move, who knows? At this rate, the new YEEZY SEASON 10 drop didn’t bring about the usual excitement that West is known for regarding fashion trends.
Of Ye’s new look, the top half of what we’ve seen in photos trends towards the baggy, slouched look of the 1990s and early 2000s, but the pants are of extreme contrast in fit. It could be part of Ye’s push for out-the-box designs in fashion or, he just doesn’t care anymore. It could go either way with Kanye West.
On Twitter, reactions to Ye in those skin-tight family jewel huggers are cropping up and we’ve got the best of the bunch below.

Adidas is still wrestling with how to dispose of 1.2 billion euros ($1.3 billion) worth of Yeezy shoes after its breakup with the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, forcing the German sportswear maker into a big loss at the end of last year and expectations of more pain ahead.
CEO Bjorn Gulden said selling the popular line of shoes would mean paying royalties to Ye, who was dropped by Adidas five months ago after making antisemitic remarks on social media and in interviews. During an earnings call Wednesday, he pointed to “many variables” about what to do with the shoes now stacked in warehouses.
Destroying them could “raise sustainability issues,” though some companies have offered recycling solutions, said Gulden, who was named CEO after the blowup over Ye’s remarks. Restitching them to hide the Yeezy brand so they could be sold “is not very honest, so it’s not an option,” he added.
Suggestions to give them away to those in need in places like earthquake-hit Syria or Turkey would mean the product would “come back again very quickly” due to its high market value, “so that’s not really an option,” Gulden said.
If Adidas does decide to sell the shoes, “I can promise you that the people that have been hurt by this will also get something good out of it and get donations and proceeds in different ways, shapes or forms,” the CEO said.
Adidas split with Ye in October, following other brands that were facing pressure to end ties with the rapper over his antisemitic and other offensive remarks. The company is now struggling to find ways to become profitable again and replace its banner Yeezy line, which analysts have said amounted to as much as 15% of its net income.
The Ye breakup cost 600 million euros in lost sales in the last three months of 2022, helping drive the company to a net loss of 513 million euros. The decline, also attributed to higher supply costs and slumping revenue in China, contrasts with profit of 213 million euros in the fourth quarter of 2021.
More losses could be ahead, with the company forecasting a 500 million-euro hit to profit earnings this year if it decides not to repurpose the remaining Yeezy products in stock. The company is predicting a 2023 operating loss of 700 million euros.
Gulden said “so many companies” were willing to buy the popular shoes but that would mean paying royalties to Ye. Rumors that the company was in talks to sell them, however, “are not true.”
He had heard from “gazillions of people that have opinions about this, and of course when you’re sitting on the inside, it looks a little bit different than it looks on the outside.”
Gulden also said Adidas is still investigating former employees’ allegations that Ye created a toxic work environment and that the sportswear company knew about his problematic behavior and failed to protect workers.
The CEO called 2023 “a transition year,” saying “we can then start to build a profitable business again in 2024.”
Last year, fourth-quarter net sales were up a bare 1.3% at 5.21 billion euros from the same quarter a year ago. The company pointed to revenue dropping 50% in China and higher costs for supplies and shipping, which could not be offset by price hikes.
For the full year, the Herzogenaurach, Germany-based company said it made a net profit of 638 million euros on sales that rose 6%, to 22.5 billion euros.
Adidas also further shook up its leadership by replacing its top sales and marketing executives. Global sales head Roland Auschel will leave the company after 33 years and be succeeded by Arthur Hoeld, now head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Brian Grevy, head of global brands, will step down March 31. CEO Gulden will take on his product and marketing responsibilities.

Kanye West, also referred to widely as Ye, was often seen being friendly with the throng of paparazzi that followed his every move at the height of his career. Now something of a pariah in some eyes, the Chicago superstar called the cops on the paps after claiming that someone challenged him to a bout of fisticuffs.
Page Six exclusively reports that Kanye West, 45, filed a criminal complaint against the paparazzi earlier in the week. According to a statement delivered to the outlet by a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office, West was allegedly followed and contacted by a group of photographers on Feb. 14 during the late afternoon hours local time.

The spokesperson says West allegedly argued with a member of the paparazzi who then challenged him to fight. Shortly after, West and his entourage visited the Sheriff’s Office to file the formal complaint.
Once a person who adored the fanfare that surrounds him, West is seemingly becoming more guarded about his personal space in the wake of all the controversy that ensued in the last year and continues to loom heavily over his every move.
In January, we shared details of an incident where West was being recorded by a woman where he then snatched her phone. He is currently at the center of a battery investigation regarding the incident.
So far, no charges have been filed regarding the criminal complaint filed by Kanye West.

Kanye West, also known as Ye, made heads turn after declaring his embrace of antisemitic tropes and expressing love for Nazis. Via a new report, it appears that Ye’s stances have caused an uptick in hate crimes against members of the Jewish community and raised several alarms in the process.
Kanye West has been keeping a lower profile than he normally does these days but according to a new report from the Anti-Defamation League, the Chicago superstar’s influence in stoking antisemitic sentiment reigns supreme. Centering on a so-called #YeIsRight movement, the ADL says that if found that the hashtag was seen by around 6 million users on Twitter alone since last October.
More from the ADL’s report:
Ye’s October 2022 antisemitic comments coincided with Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter, at which time the ADL noted an increase in both antisemitic content on the platform and a decrease in the moderation of antisemitic posts.
Since October 1, 2022, there have been more than 10,000 Twitter mentions using or referencing the “Ye is Right” slogan. These posts have reached at least six million users on Twitter, garnering more than 22,000 likes and more than 5,000 retweets.
The report says the hashtag movement began at the top of the year via the Groypers white supremacist organization, using the slogan “Ye Is Right, Change My Mind” to coincide with Ye’s 2024 presidential campaign.
Other findings include an uptick in antisemitic vandalism at schools, college campuses, and Jewish institutions among other locations across the nation. Reports of harassment against members of the Jewish community are also on the rise along with the establishment of white supremacist groups.
Kanye West remains largely mum after cutting business ties with adidas and other brand partners in the wake of his comments against Jews, although last month he found himself in legal hot water after a woman filed a battery charge against him for snatching and throwing her phone.

Hip-Hop’s Clayton Bigsby, aka Kanye West, is in trouble with the law.
Spotted on TMZ, antisemYe, better known as Kanye West, might have taken his hate for being photographed or filmed a bit too far.
Ye has been hiding or “missing” but recently emerged a married man in all his Nazi-sympathizing glory, and the paparazzi have been snapping away, much to the rapper’s dismay.
One woman felt Kanye West’s rage after she got some video footage of him on her smartphone, and he took matters into his own hands, claiming she was following him and now he could be in serious trouble with Los Angeles law enforcement.
Per TMZ:
Kanye West is the named suspect in a battery investigation after a heated exchange with a photographer escalated to the point of Ye grabbing and throwing the woman’s phone.
The woman exclaims, “You’re a celebrity!” but that’s enough for Ye, who grabs and throws the woman’s phone into the street.
He then hops into his SUV where his wife, Bianca Censori, is patiently waiting.
The celebrity gossip website says West is a suspect in a battery investigation, and deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department arrived on the scene around 4:30 PM and have video evidence of the encounter.
It’s unclear if the woman is an actual paparazzi or just a regular citizen, but TMZ notes she was near the sports complex where North West, YEEZY’s oldest child, took part in a basketball game.
What Has Kanye West Been Up To?
West has seemingly moved on from begging for his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, back and dissing her choice of men and dressing up fake poor woman Julia Fox to look like the reality star/mogul.
Yeezy is now hooking up with Bianca Censori, an architectural designer at YEEZY brand, and was with her popping tags her at Balenciaga.
Keep in mind the high fashion brand that cut ties with him because of his penchant for antisemitism.
