On the Osbourne’s podcast the family had a little bit to say about the legendary Miss Britney Spears. With Ozzy stating, “I’m fed up of seeing poor old Britney Spears on YouTube.” Britney heard and jumped on IG comparing herself to Kate Beckinsale saying: “I realized how incredibly cruel people were talking about her IG saying she needs more age appropriate content… she’s in her fifties and I thought it was pretty badass how she responded with a mini bow in her hair looking literally 4 years old!!!! Not as bad as some of my comments saying it’s sad that I’m as old as I am and I’m dancing every single day on my IG !!!! Number 1) I hardly ever dance …. And number 2) I’m not poor at all !!! I have more ligature in my left toe than any grown man or woman on earth !!!! If you dont believe me … how long do you think I should keep this going for ??? Trevor Anderson:
I think that’s crazy for someone who spent their whole life, you know, all these kids have been doing it since they were teenagers maybe even before that to say when you hit a certain age, stop.

Damien Scott:
If you just wrote on a piece of paper, what Big Sean’s career is, all of that equals superstar.

Carl Lamarre:
Let’s get into it because we got a lot to talk about. Eminem! Album came out on Friday.

Damien Scott:

Carl Lamarre:
In case you guys missed the memo, The Death of Slim Shady, previously released singles “Houdini,” “Tobey” featuring BabyTron, Big Sean. Album loaded with features: Jelly Roll, Skylar Grey — familiar face, you know, known for cooking up big records with Em.

Damien Scott:
Came back.

Carl Lamarre:
Yup.

Kyle Denis:
It was a welcomed voice.

Carl Lamarre:
A lot of Dr. Dre production. I think freakin Ex Mil, that’s the artists signed to Shady, he was on the record as well. First impressions of this album … thoughts?

Damien Scott:
I like it. We’re talking about this in the office. My favorite, I guess, later stage Eminem album is Kamikaze. It’s 12 tracks, it’s very focused. He’s talking about his detractors, some personal things in his life, like the breakup of D12. And he’s like, putting the final thoughts on his relationship with I believe his baby mother. Great, amazing rapping, good features.

Tinashe’s “Nasty” has been all over the ‘Tok and even in our studio, but now Tinashe’s highest charting solo Hot 100 hit is getting a remix with superstar Chlöe Bailey.

Charli XCX Takes Fans Through a Day In Her Life | Billboard Cover

Billboard cover star Charli xcx made a statement this summer with BRAT. She takes us through a day in her life in London, showing us her favorite spots and reflecting on how her previous records contributed to her current success. She explains how her BRAT inspiration transpired and why the BRAT green is uncool, her Sweat Tour with Troye Sivan and more!

Charli XCX:
Hi, Billboard. I’m Charli XCX. Let’s spend 24 hours together.

This is Artwords — this is a bookshop that I sometimes come into. It’s on a very cute street by London Fields and I just like to come here on the weekends when I’m in London. To be honest, I don’t read loads. I won’t lie — I’m more of a movie watcher, but I definitely go through phases where I’m, like, really on a book, you know? The book I’m reading at the moment is David Bailey’s autobiography. He is an amazing British photographer. I really like reading David Sedaris books, I love reading Natasha Stagg’s books, but I’m not a big fiction reader, to be honest. I like reading about people who exist in the real world and their stories and how they’ve ended up where they are.

I’ve definitely been on a journey with my creative process and the music that I make and I think … You know, my first record, True Romance, which I think literally, like, 11 people heard, is one that is really dear to me and I love it. And I think it’s, in my opinion, stood the test of time, but you know, obviously, everyone else will have their own opinions on that. But after that record, I made a much more, I don’t know, kind of like a commercial-sounding record which is what I wanted to do at the time.
