The man who once boastfully sang about women thinking he “invented sex” has racked up another sexual assault allegation.
*Trigger warning: this post contains detailed accusations of alleged sexual assault.*
Right now, Trey Songz has more sexual allegations than hit records. TMZ exclusively reports two women are suing the allegedly dangerously horny crooner of sexual assault.
According to the victims, Mr Songz, born Tremaine Neverson, “forced himself” on the two alleged victims, who passed out after allegedly being drugged while attending his house party.
Per TMZ:

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the women are accusing Trey of sexual assault and battery for an alleged 2015 incident at his Los Angeles-area estate.

In the docs, the women say they first met Trey in June 2015 when they went to his concert and got invited to an after-party he was hosting. They say subsequent interactions led them to be invited to his home in August for his birthday party.
The women claim they took an Uber to Trey’s home and were forced to give a password and turn over the phones to gain admittance. Inside, they say it was mostly women and only a handful of men, and the ladies were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles.

In the suit, the women say they suddenly felt overwhelmingly intoxicated, despite drinking what they felt was a modest amount … and believe they were drugged.

They claim they sat on a couch by the pool, and that’s when Trey swooped in and led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out with their clothes on.

The next morning, the women say the woke up naked … with a naked Trey forcing himself on them.
One of the women alleges Songz performed nonconsensual oral sex on her while she tried to resist his unwanted cunnilingus.
The other alleged victim says she woke up with the Ready crafter allegedly biting her nipples and forcing his fingers into her private area.

Trey Songz Denies The Sexual Assualt Allegations

In a statement to the celebrity gossip site, through his attorney, Michael Freedman, Trey Songz denies the accusations.”This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court,” Freedman said to TMZ.Again, these are just allegations, but eyebrows and ears are perking up as social media is using the moment to remind X users about his other sexual assault accusations.

Trey Songz is dealing with less pressure after accepting a deal related to an assault case at a bowling alley in New York City last year.

According to reports, the singer pleaded guilty to one disorderly conduct violation in connection to an assault that took place at a bowling alley in New York City. In return for the plea, prosecutors on the case agreed to drop the other ten original charges against him which included aggravated harassment. The “Can’t Help But Wait” singer is also required to complete 12 anger management classes by the end of August, which he has reportedly gotten a jump start on.

“We appreciate the New York law enforcement and the District Attorney’s office for their comprehensive investigation and careful consideration of all evidence, which ultimately confirmed what we had known all along and resulted in the District Attorney’s office choosing not to pursue any of the original charges against our client,” Trey’s lawyer Mitchell Schuster said to the press. “With each and every one of the 10 original charges now dismissed by operation of law, Trey looks forward to putting this matter behind him.”
Trey Songz, who is also known as Tremaine Neverson, was accused of punching two people at the bowling alley last October. The incident occurred in a bathroom at the venue, where Songz was alleged to have punched a female victim repeatedly and pulled her by her hair. Another victim, a male, claimed the singer punched him in the eye. He would refuse medical treatment while the woman was taken to a hospital to attend to her injuries. She’d identify Songz to New York Police Department officers on the scene. The singer would turn himself over to the police in December.
The incident was one of a string of cases facing the troubled singer, who has been accused of committing multiple physical and sexual assaults within the past few years. Those cases have been dropped due to insufficient evidence and reaching the statute of limitations.

Trey Songz has reportedly turned himself over to authorities in relation to his alleged role in an assault in New York City at a bowling alley.

According to reports, the “Can’t Help But Wait” singer had voluntarily turned himself over to the New York Police Department at the end of November. Trey Songz, aka Tremaine Neverson, was booked and received a desk appearance ticket for a later date before being released.

The singer is accused of aggressively attacking a woman in the bathroom of a bowling alley in the city back in October. The woman, who is unidentified, claims Songz punched her in the face repeatedly and dragged her by the hair. A motive for the assault hasn’t been detailed. There were more details disclosed afterward, where Songz allegedly also attacked another man who claimed that the artist punched him in the eye. He refused medical attention at the scene.
When contacted for further information, Trey’s attorney Mitch Shuster replied: “We have been proactively communicating with NY law enforcement, the DA, and all those involved. While we will respectfully and proactively work through all the appropriate channels we are confident that Trey will be fully cleared of any wrongdoing.”
This latest development represents another stretch of trouble for Trey Songz, who recently avoided having to stand trial after being accused of raping a woman back in 2016. The unidentified woman, who went by Jane Doe in the filing, was previously in a consensual relationship with the singer before the incident took place. She was also suing for $20 million in damages. The case, which was in California, was dismissed by a judge after reaching the statute of limitations. He had also been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 2013 at the Foxwoods Casino & Resort in Connecticut, which was allegedly caught on video.

Trey Songz Is Out After Surrender To Cops For Bowling Alley Fight Last month, Trey Songz was again at the center of allegations of violence against a woman.
