While many of her counterparts talk a good game Sexyy Red is really here for the smoke. She and her crew got into a massive brawl at an airport.

The St. Louis, Missouri, native was caught on video in a wild fight with multiple individuals. On Saturday, June 8, she and her entourage were at Newark Liberty International Airport in the early morning hours. Around 1:20 a.m. they got into it with another group at Terminal C, gate 82. Things escalated very quickly to the point where the “Skee Yee” rapper picked up a stanchion and started using it as a weapon. Soon after a man can be seen pulling her away from the action, but it seems she stayed active in the melee off camera.

The Port Authority has since issued a statement to XXL regarding the incident and have confirmed multiple arrests including Sexyy Red, born Janae Nierah Wherry. “Two victims were found to have lacerations to their heads,” reads the statment. “The two males accompanying Ms. Wherry, Leslie Baptiste and Carl Thompson, were arrested for assault, and Ms. Wherry was arrested for disorderly conduct. The male victims were transported to University Hospital with minor injuries.”

It is reported that Sexyy Red was released the following day. She acknowledged the detainment on social media when she was hanging with Kodak Black shortly after saying, “I just got out, good morning.” The “Pound Town” performer would also offer to replace a missing phone. “To the people that was in that altercation at the airport please dm me so I can replace yo phone !!” she wrote on Instagram.

Sexyy Red isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and this latest reason isn’t helping her get in the good graces of those people.
Suppose you happen to catch any of Sexxy Red’s performances on purpose. In that case, you will notice a big red inflatable cap that plays around with the new-age Klan hood, Donald Trump’s MAGA (Make America Great Again) hat, and flips it with Make America Sexyy Again, which hilariously spells out MASA.
We couldn’t make any of this sh*t up if we wanted to.
Sexyy Red’s MASA hat stage prop was the subject of discussion back in March during her performance at Rolling Loud Los Angeles on March 15, and it is once again stirring things up on social media.
Social Media Is Not Here For Sexyy Red’s MAGA/MASA Antics
The “Get It Sexyy” rapper brought the MASA hat out again on stage, this time for her Roots Picnic 2024 performance this past weekend, and people in attendance were not happy about it, calling out the 26-year-old Hip-Hop star on X, formerly Twitter.
“This isn’t just a one off, Sexyy Red has repeatedly dove into Trump MAGA s**t. It’s the way I’ll never get into her sundown town ass,” one person wrote on X.

Another person wrote, “I clocked that Sexyy Red and MAGA connection long ago. What she’s doing and being given an opportunity to do is intentional. Smh.”

In response to the backlash, Sexyy Red took to her personal X account, claiming she is not “endorsing anybody, period.”

Fans have quickly reminded her when she showed love for Donald Trump because of stimulus checks and getting people out of jail on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast.
“I like Trump,” she said. “Yeah, they support him in the hood. At first, I don’t think people was f**king with him. They thought he was racist, saying little s**t against women. But once he started getting Black people out of jail and giving people that free money. Awe, baby, we love Trump. We need him back in office.

Social media never forgets.

Looks like Sexyy Red might be ready for a career change as the red-headed rapper just made her wrestling debut on WWE’s NXT (seriously).

This past Tuesday night (May 28), the “Pound Town” rapper made her NXT debut and though she didn’t put anyone in a headlock, she did have heads bopping when she walked into the ring while her hit song “Get It Sexyy” blasted out the speakers.

Taking to the ring to unveil the new NXT North American Women’s Championship belt, Red was introduced to the Orlando crowd by The Rock’s daughter, Ava, and took to twerking as soon as she stood in the middle of the ring. After picking up the NXT North American Women’s Championship belt and dancing with it, Sexyy was rudely interrupted by Tatum Paxley who wanted to take the belt for herself.
It was hilarious.
Sexyy Red even put in a little work when she linked up with the tag-team champs, Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans, and played a role in their match to secure their victory.

But that wasn’t it for Sexyy Red as she will be hosting the 2024 NXT Battleground event in Las Vegas June 9. Expect a lot more twerking and booty bouncing in Vegas come that night as that seems to be Sexyy Red’s calling card. Whether or not she’ll actually put hands on a female wrestler remains to be seen, but if Snoop Dogg done did it before, why can’t she?

Drake may be done participating in rap beef for the foreseeable future but that isn’t keeping the King of The North from having a little fun with the remnantes of his latest war.

In the midst of Drake’s battle with half of the Hip-Hop game (we’re exaggerating of course), Metro Boomin dropped a free “BBL Drizzy” instrumental for the heck of it and offered up a bag to whoever was able to flip it the best. Well, it seems like challenge was accepted and after multiple artists gave it a try (most of them dissing Drake of course), Drake and Sexyy Red have decided to give it a try and just dropped a collabo cut, “U My Everything” over the Metro Boomin instrumental.

With everything that’s gone down over the past few weeks you can tell Drake took it all in stride and is embracing the hate as he’s dropping bars like “Why you love me still a mystery/Me and this surgeon got history/I changed a lot of girls lives for real, they need a new body they hittin’ me/Hey! BBL Drizzy, they want a new body they ask me for it.”
Lowkey clever on his part.

Now that Drake has brought back the baggy pants look from yesteryear, it seems like the man isn’t done with the retro vibes as he’s taken to using an OG camcorder for his directorial work on his latest visuals for the SZA and Sexyy Red assisted, “Rich Baby Daddy.”

For the video celebrating the pregnancy he has with his “wife” Sexyy Red, Drake captures the beautiful moments of their baby shower before Red goes into labor and they dash to the hospital where she gives birth to their little bundle of joy.

To help mark the joyous moment, Drake, Red and SZA are joined by a gang of thick young women who seem to have made their way to the hospital directly from the club as they twerk up and down the hallways of the medical center. Even Sexyy Red joins in on the twerking competition right after pushing a whole little person out her body. That’s… impressive?

Here’s a reminder to never get on Khia’s bad side. The Florida rapper had a lot to get off her neck and her back about “Pound Town” rapper Sexyy Red.

In an episode of her YouTube series, Gag Order, Khia fired back at the St. Louis rapper who said she was a “hater” for rejecting comparisons to her. For more than two minutes and with lyrical dexterity, Khia unleashed a scathing torrent of words on the young rap star from comparing her to looking like Young Thug to commenting on her pregnancy.

“We the people versus fugly, non-sexy, f*cked up-a*s Red,” she began. “Your a*s is being charged with not being ashamed of your goddamn self. Doing h*e shit and being mad about it. Being a deadbeat baby mama, a deadbeat daddy, a deadbeat daughter and a deadbeat, Young Thugga-looking-a*s b*tch. Skin looking like a wrinkled bed sheet. Attempting to come for a real queen. Being ugly than a m*thaf*cka. Looking like an old crumbled up stale backwood that ain’t nobody buying — take that sh*t back to the store wh*re. But ain’t no refund.”
She continued: “Not being able to handle the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you God – but ain’t nobody helping you but the Devil. Acting like you that b*tch but you ain’t sh*t and it shows, b*tch. F*cking on n*ggas that don’t want you, not knowing who your baby daddy is. Sucking on balls and toes at the same damn time, getting pissed and sh*tted on trying to come for a real queen.
She added, “Bumping your head on the headboard one too many times thinking you can come for me. And acting like you a superstar rapper when you still looking like a copper penny, chile, and a old dusty penny too that’s been left in the cupholder of a old school box Chevy.”
The entire rant was punctuated with Khia rapidly banging a gavel, and it was a sight to behold.

The Florida rapper fired back at recent comments by the younger rap star who took offense to comments that Khia made where she rejected being compared to some of the current female rap stars, who she said are pushing a “hoe” lifestyle.
Khia made the comments on a previous episode of Gag Order where she rejected comparisons of herself to the current wave of “female rap” despite the monumental success of her single, “My Neck, My back.”
“I’m ’bout tired of y’all comparing me to these h*es. I said my neck, my back, my p*ssy, and my crack,” she said, “Not these n*ggas out here, these h*es out here… I still stood 10 toes down like a m*thaf*ckin’ queen. Hair still wrapped like the first day. I ain’t changed a bit, okay. It’s respect me. It’s snatch the m*thaf*ckin’ cat back. It’s don’t trust no m*thaf*ckin’ n*gga. Get your own sh*t. It’s tell that n*gga to hit the m*thaf*ckin’ door.”
She added: “You wanna f*ck these b*tches, you wanna f*ck these h*es. It ain’t eat no n*gga’s a*s and suck no n*gga’s toes. Y’all h*es couldn’t have grown up listening to me because that ain’t how the f*ck I roll.”
“I been out here 25 years and y’all ain’t seen no pictures of my p*ssy, no videos of me sucking d*ck, my phone never been stolen and y’all ain’t seen me with no man, b*tch,” she said, seemingly referencing Sexyy Red’s recent sex tape leak. “And I got a m*thaf*ckin’ husband.”
“Y’all ain’t never seen me do sh*t. Y’all ain’t seen no husband, no children, no n*gga I’m f*cking… Y’all ain’t never seen me twerking, y’all ain’t seen my p*ssyhole from the back… Y’all ain’t got sh*t on the queen.”
Sexyy Red caught wind of the comments and replied in the comments section of a post about the statements by the Neighborhood Talk, writing, “Just another ol washed up h@g hating ona yung turnt rich bthc,” she wrote. “Hatin on btches den & you still ah mad hater.”

She has yet to reply to Khia’s latest comments.
