There’s still a few weeks left in winter, but Hilary Duff wants to make sure that your little ones are ready for spring. The How I Met Your Father star launched her second limited collection with Carter’s on Tuesday (Feb. 21).

Available at Carters.com and in select Carter’s stores, the adorable collection features baby apparel and accessories, including cozy sets, lightweight dresses, swimwear, linen tops and rompers in ultra-soft thermal, textured gauze, breezy linen and lightweight fabrics that are perfect for transitioning from winter to spring.
The collection, designed in a gender-neutral color palette, is priced from $10 to $22 and available in sizes ranging from 0 to 24M. There are also clothing bundles featured in the collection that are priced from around $34 and up.
“I love dressing my kids up, but I know firsthand that practical, comfortable and easy-to-change clothing is a must,” Duff said in a press release. “I’m beyond excited to introduce my newest Carter’s collection. It really feels like springtime with lightweight fabrics like woven gauze and designs like the signature print with little suns, rainbows and arrows. Duff’s eye for style seems to be resonating well with Carter’s customers. Pieces from her last capsule collection sold out in just 72 hours, noted Kendra Krugman, executive vice president of merchandising & design at Carter’s.
“It’s rewarding to bring another collection to life that is inspired by Hilary’s experience as a mom and her eye for style, paired with Carter’s trusted quality, convenience, and value,” said Krugman. “It continues to be a pleasure working with Hilary as our ‘CMO’ to deliver unique clothing and helpful solutions to our Carter’s families and communities.”
Duff signed on as the first-ever chief mom officer of Carter’s last year. Her position includes working directly with Carter’s as a parenting consultant and creative director designing two limited-edition capsule collections for babies, and a few goodies for moms to enjoy.
The 35-year-old actress put her personal touch on the exclusive collections of baby apparel and accessories. Additionally, Duff’s role includes curating shopping guides that feature tips and tricks for moms along with sharing other parenting content.
“While every mom is a chief mom officer in her own way, I’m honored that Carter’s chose me to represent the brand and be the ultimate champion for mom’s everywhere,” Duff said last year after announcing the partnership. “I was inspired by Carter’s mission and their commitment to inspire parents and future generations. Who’s Performing at the 2023 All-Star Game?
Burna Boy, Tems and Rema will headline the halftime show with an Afrobeats-themed performance. After the halftime show, LeBron James will be honored for becoming the league’s all-time scorer.
Post Malone is set to perform a medley of hits during pre-game show at 6 p.m. ET on TNT. The All-Star Draft Presented by Jordan Brand will take place before the game at 7:30 p.m. ET.
Actor Vin Diesel will introduce the All-Star Game players. Grammy-nominated singer, and Utah native, Jewel will perform the national anthem while platinum-selling Toronto artist Jully Black will perform Canada’s anthem.
2023 NBA All-Star: How to Watch the Game, Halftime Show & Other Events Online
The 2023 NBA All-Star Game begins on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. ET (TNT coverage starts at 6:00 p.m.). The game will broadcast on TNT, which gives you different options when it comes to streaming.
If you already have TNT through a cable, internet or satellite provider, you can watch or stream the NBA All-Star game on your TV or online from any location.
No cable? Streaming plans tend to be cheaper than cable, plus you don’t have to worry about renting (and returning) a cable box. The 2023 NBA All-Star Game will be streaming on platforms like SlingTV, and Fubo (Vidgo offers ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes but not TNT).
Philo is certainly a more affordable streaming option at $25 a month, but the streamer does not carry TNT. However, Sling TV has TNT and other sports, news and entertainment channels for just $20 for the first month (regular $40/month).
DirectTV Stream is another decent option for live television — it’s not very expensive and you can get perks like free HBO Max with select plans and a free trial for five days. The streaming start at $74.99/month for 75+ channels. Hulu + Live TV is around the same price for 85+ channels and access to Disney+ and ESPN+.
Sport lovers who want to stream the NBA All-Star Game internationally can do so with ExpressVPN or NordVPN. Additionally certain All-Star Weekend events can be streamed on the NBA app, including Saturday’s NBA All-Star Media Day Presented by AT&T (1 p.m. ET),

BTS has a “dynamite” new collaboration with LEGO that drops early next month, the toy giant announced on Thursday (Feb. 16). The forthcoming LEGO Ideas BTS Dynamite music video set retails for $99.99 and will be available on March 1.

The LEGO Ideas BTS Dynamite set (21139) was originally submitted by fans Josh and Jacob in 2021. “Josh did the building and design work and, as a massive BTS fan, I told him what needed to be in it, what details were most important. It was a really fun process,” Jacob told LEGO.
“Jacob had the BTS knowledge, and he was able to direct my build in the proper way. I watched the music video over and over and tried to capture its essence in the LEGO bricks,” added Josh. “It was insane when the project went viral online overnight.”
“When we saw Josh and Jacob’s colorful design we knew it would be a hit and this was proved by how quickly they reached 10,000 views in the LEGO Ideas voting,” said Federico Begher, Head of LEGO Product Group. “The BTS fans have already got behind the design and so it was important that we were as faithful to the original creation as possible. The set highlights creativity, passion and most importantly, fun! We can’t wait to see the fans building and displaying it.”

Start your engines! The 65th annual Daytona 500 returns to Daytona, Fla. on Sunday (Feb. 19).
Country star Dierks Bentley is slated to perform during the pre-race show. “I’m ready to get back to Daytona with all the biggest NASCAR fans,” Bentley said in a press release. “The energy there is unmatched, and I know we will have a blast getting them ready for the race.”
Bentley’s performance is slated for 1:15 p.m. ET. The 14-time Grammy nominee has previously performed at the Daytona 500 in 2011, Speedweeks in 2009 and the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race in 2021.

“We are honored to have singer and songwriter @shawnmendes as the global male brand ambassador of our 2023 campaign, celebrating nature and the creative inspiration it provides,” the brand wrote on Instagram.
One of the videos shot for the campaign shows Mendes walking around a plant-filled room strumming his guitar while wearing several pieces from David Yurman including a sterling silver curb chain necklace ($1,850), box chain bracelet ($350), chevron woven cuff bracelet ($595), streamline double wrap leather bracelet ($395), chevron band ring ($395), DY classic band ring ($350) and what appears to be a custom-made a black onyx, exotic stone signet ring($495) engraved with his initials.
“Nature has always inspired me. It’s where I go when I’m creating music,” says the 24-year-old singer on the brand’s website.
Another shot from the campaign shows the Canadian recording artist at a beach wearing a 18k rose gold curb chain necklace ($28,000) with the brand’s Roman Elongated Tag in 18k rose gold ($5,200), a matching curb chain bracelet ($11,00) and streamline three row band ring ($7,000).
Mendes is a fan of David Yurman’s minimalist aesthetic, he recently told PEOPLE. “I find that David Yurman jewelry has this super organic feel to it where you can feel dressed up and still feel authentic,” he explained. “That’s why I’ve always worn these pieces on my neck because it’s always been special but also subtle enough for me to feel comfortable in my own skin. It feels easy and effortless — you don’t have to put on a character to wear this jewelry. You’re elevating yourself in a comfortable way.”
