Xbox and PlayStation currently have Black Friday sales, so it should be no surprise that Nintendo is also joining the money-saving fun.

Like Xbox and Playstation, Nintendo’s Black Friday sale has also come early, before the official start of the annual shopping holiday on November 27.
The iconic gaming company is offering discounts on software and hardware, so if the gamer in your life is interested in a Switch console, there is no better time to swipe the card for one.

Right now, there are sales on Switch console bundles, accessories, and, of course, games. HHW Gaming did all the hard work finding the deals for you, so sit back and hit the gallery below to see what you can save a few coins on.

But wait, there’s more.
Nintendo has also slashed the price of the Nintendo Switch Lite: Hyrule Edition for $209.99, which comes with a bonus Nintendo Switch Online and an expansion pack. You can scoop one up at Best Buy, Target, and GameStop while supplies last.

Super Mario Party Jamboree

Release date: Oct. 17

As for the game itself, Super Mario Party Jamboree is a multi-player game with up to four players that features more than 110 mini-games across seven boards with 22 playable characters. It also introduces two online modes with rooms up to 20 players (via Nintendo Switch Online).

In our play through, we found Super Mario Party Jamboree to be loads of fun, especially in multi-player mode, with bright animations and a massive amount of characters to pick (our tester played as Shy Guy and Mario throughout the game). While it is still a good game to play in single-player mode, this game, at its core, is a party game and meant to be played with a group of friends and family.

Additionally, the “Koopathlon” online play gives you a dose of friendly competition with gamers from around the world, while the “Bowser Kaboom Squad” online challenge give you an opportunity to work together with someone in a shared goal.

One of the most fun minigames in the collection is “Rhythm Kitchen,” a new musical game show. Players cut veggies and fruits to the beat of the music to create tasty dishes and become a superstar chef in the game.

Priced at $59.99 and available for purchase at Target, Best Buy and Amazon, Super Mario Party Jamboree is out now. In the meantime, watch the overview trailer for the game, below:

With the success of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom last year, Nintendo introduces a new entry in the nearly 40-year old franchise. However, this isn’t just the same old game. This new addition is the first game in the series where you get to play as Princess Zelda herself, instead of Link.

‘The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom’

After Link gets trapped in a mysterious rift called “The Still World,” Princess Zelda must venture into Hyrule, with the Tri Rod and her fairy companion Tri, to find and rescue him and save the kingdom.

In our gameplay, we found that Echoes of Wisdom is a throwback to older Zelda games, like A Link To The Past and Link’s Awakening, instead of the open-world design of newer games, such as Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

It features new mechanics to replica objects to help you throughout your journey — which have a slight learning-curve — but, ultimately make it fun and rewarding to use what you’ve learned to solve puzzles and battle enemies. And even though you play as Princess Zelda, this is very much a Legend of Zelda game through and through, and serves as a challenging and additive adventure through Hyrule.

Priced at $59.99 and available for purchase at Target and Best Buy, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is out now. In the meantime, watch the overview trailer for the game, below:

Nintendo fans will reportedly have to wait a bit longer to get their hands on a Nintendo Switch 2.
The video game streets were talking after word got out that Nintendo showed a bunch of lucky game developers at Gamescom last year the Nintendo Switch 2, fueling the fire that the follow-up to the Nintendo Switch is coming in 2024.

Welp, unfortunately, according to sources close to the matter speaking with VGC, the Nintendo Switch 2 will be dropping in Q1 2025.

A Brazilian journalist also said the same in a video, plus “similar whispers” from sources speaking with Eurogamer also claim the Nintendo Switch 2 is coming in 2025.
If the reports are accurate, the next Switch console could launch around the same time as its predecessor did in March 2017.
Two sources confirmed to VGC that they were developing two titles for the Nintendo Switch 2: Switch Pro or whatever name it will go by when Nintendo finally unveils it.
The Verge reports the later date could allow developers to get launch titles like Metroid Prime 4 ready. That game was first announced in 2017, and its development was restarted in 2019.
It’s been five years since we heard anything about Metroid Prime 4, but according to Polygon, Nintendo could have decided to hold the game for the console’s launch.
In Other Nintendo News
This latest news comes after reports indicated that the new Switch will not have an OLED screen, which is honestly a bummer, but understandable to keep the price down, and it will still use physical cartridges.
In other Nintendo news, a Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase is going down on Wednesday, Feb 21, focusing on games coming to the Nintendo Switch from the company’s publishing and development partners.
We will report on any big news that comes from it.

All products and services featured are independently chosen by editors. However, Billboard may receive a commission on orders placed through its retail links, and the retailer may receive certain auditable data for accounting purposes.
