Recently, the self-proclaimed Prince of Pan-Africa, Dr. Umar Johnson, made an appearance on Nick Cannon‘s Counsel Culture so he could lecture Black America while continuing to spread his archaic and myopic views on masculinity, particularly, as it pertains to Black men.

During the episode, Johnson and Cannon discussed an aspect of Black entertainment that has long been discussed by Black people but has gotten renewed attention ever since Katt Williams brought it up during his internet-breaking interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay—Black men wearing dresses in Hollywood.

“If we will admit that entertainment is a weapon of indoctrination in an age where we see a war against not only the life of Black men but the survival of Black masculinity, how can a Black man putting on a dress not be a problem?” Umar began.
Umar didn’t bother offering any evidence that entertainment is intentionally used as “a weapon of indoctrination” or that there’s a war on “Black masculinity,” which is a common claim made by members of the Hotep-verse whenever they see images of effeminate Black men or anything they even perceive as such.
“I want us to make sure we draw a distinction between feminine energy and female sexuality,” Johnson continued. “For [Black] children, who consume more television per capita than any other ethnic group in America, so the messages you put in those movies are going to hit our children 50-times harder because they’re more dependent on television than anyone else and they’re less likely to have a father at home.”
While it is true that Black people, on average, consume more TV per capita than any other racial group (not by anything close to 50 times more, but whatever), Johnson, like many others, has just kind of decided that Black comedians and actors wearing dresses will affect a Black boy’s masculinity and that “feminine energy” is a detriment to Black boys and by extension, the Black community.
Even if this were true—and there are no non-hotep certified sociological studies that show it is—Umar’s logic completely ignores the fact that Black men in film and TV are shown not wearing clothing meant for women far more often than they’re shown in dresses. He appears to be ignoring other programming such as the world of sports, where football and basketball, especially, still serve as a popular mainstream source where Black masculinity can be witnessed in all its abundance.
Listen: Black people are going to feel however they’re going to feel about Black actors in dresses and feminine Black males in general, but what it all comes down to is a fear of the normalization of gender and/or sexual fluidity. Umar and his ilk suggest that these concepts will cause young Black boys to struggle with their identities, others will argue that the same concepts will aid in the development of Black children and all children who already live that struggle.

Anyway, you can watch the full interview between Johnson and Cannon below.

Nick Cannon is hosting an event in Las Vegas on Thursday night (December 7) with sponsorship from Cannon’s company and The Zeus Network. Fans on X are roasting Nick Cannon after a flier for the Bad Vs. Wild Las Vegas event featured text framing the face-off as a battle of dark-skinned and light-skinned women.
Back in October, a trailer for the Bad Vs. Wild Las Vegas event was unveiled, which appears to be styled like a baddies version of Cannon’s popular Wild ‘n Out series. Based on the description in the trailer, which we’ll share below, this is a new series that will film its first season live in Las Vegas and tonight’s taping will also feature Sukihana as a musical guest.
[embedded content]
X user @KMZWRLD shared a tweet featuring the flier in question, which has since been quoted and retweeted several times so far. It isn’t clear where the flier originally came from and we’re still trying to locate the source.

Based on our research, it doesn’t appear that Cannon nor The Zeus Network has billed this show as a “dark-skin vs. light-skin” but a flier featuring that text on the front is making its rounds on social media and fans are ticked off. The link on the flier to join the studio audience also appears to work but is different from the link that Zeus is promoting on its pages, which isn’t operational.

As we saw on Zeus’ Instagram page, the Bad Vs. Wild taping has been happening all week with French Montana and GloRilla performing in earlier events. Again, we’re still not seeing anything featuring the colorism battle working from any of the main players involved so we are not claiming that the flier in question is an official release.
Check out the reactions from X below.

Nick Cannon has always been capable of slick commentary, and recently 50 Cent found himself in the host’s sights. The serial impregnator slandered the Queens rapper over his alleged weight gain.

The comment was sparked after actress Vivica A. Fox recently revealed that she would be open to revisiting her relationship with the G-Unit rapper from over a decade ago. During an episode of his The Daily Cannon podcast, Mariah Carey’s baby daddy went in. “You can like, fantasize about Fif from 15 years ago,” said Cannon. “…he look like he got a pack of hot dogs on the back of his neck.”
However, Cannon’s co-host said they did still find Ferarri attractive. But, Cannon only doubled down.
You looking at them pictures from ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’,’ now it’s get thick or die fryin’.” Bruh…

50 Cent has to respond, but you just know the get back is going to be nuclear. Well actually…

For now, peep some of the reactions, and it ain’t looking sweet for Nick Cannon on these e-streets.

You can add Nick Cannon’s name to the list of people who are happy Red Table Talk was canceled.
N’Credible seed spreader Nick Cannon recently celebrated Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook Watch talk show Red Table Talk getting axed after Meta announced it was scrapping all its original programs.
The Wild’ n Out creator and host claimed “that toxic table” ruined the Smith’s “royalty” status. “If there was no ‘Red Table Talk,’ then he wouldn’t have slapped the shit out of Chris Rock,” Cannon said on his radio show The Daily Cannon last week.
“That was royalty, Will and Jada. Then they brought it to the table,” he continued. “I don’t want to know all this shit about y’all.”
Cannon’s statements echo social media chatter that the Pinkett-Smith clan overshare regarding their marriage. “I just want to mind my Black-owned business,” Cannon said. “I don’t want to be up in everybody else’s kitchen. Keep that sh*t to y’all selves.”
For those who have forgotten, the infamous Red Table Talk episode was where Pinkett admitted to her entanglement with R&B singer August Alsina. Will Smith became a popular meme because of his “distressed look”.
That would eventually lead to the infamous Oscars slap, where Will Smith slapped the taste out of Rock’s mouth for his distasteful joke about Pinkett Smith’s lack of hair, who suffers from alopecia.

“Too much honesty can get your ass slapped in the face,” Cannon said. “They made all them memes about my brother Will. They didn’t need to do that.”
Social Media Is Side-eyeing Nick Cannon
Cannon’s comments on Red Table Talk and about knowing too much about the Smith’s business have social media calling this a classic “pot calling the kettle black” situation.
The mogul has constantly been the talk of the news because of his baby-making ways with multiple women, the count currently at 12.
“This dude has how many babies by multiple women, but Will and Jada’s open marriage had him feeling a ways? So unserious,” one Twitter user wrote.
Points were made.

“I have so much respect and admiration for the individual,” Cannon explained. “Everybody has their challenges – but when you really understand this woman has given the greatest sacrifice, and sacrificed her body to bring a child into [this world], that’s the best gift any man could ask for. Regardless of what goes on in any scenario, I’m gonna always show love and respect. I’ll never say anything disrespectful or bad about any of the mothers of my children.”

Of course, the radio hosts went on to poke some fun at Cannon, telling him that his “pull out game is trash.” In response, the comedian joked, “Or my insert game is amazing.”

Cannon shares twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey, and twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa, who gave birth to her third baby with Cannon, Beautiful Zeppelin, less than two months prior to his youngest child, daughter Halo’s birth. He shares the 3-month-old with model Alyssa Scott.

He is also dad to Golden Sagon, Powerful Queen and Rise Messiah, whom he shares with Brittany Bell; Legendary Love, whose mom is Bre Tiesi; and Onyx Ice Cole with LaNisha Cole.

On child support payments, Cannon says he gives whatever his children’s mothers ask for. “It ain’t even about a monthly allowance or amount of money because I don’t give myself that. What they need, they get it,” he shared. “There’s never been something that one of the mothers of my children has asked for and they didn’t receive…. That’s why they call me the provider.”

Listen to the full Hot 104.1 interview here and below.

Nick Cannon is Hollywood’s favorite procreator, and he revealed whom from his past he regrets not having children with.

The father of 12 recently joined The Shade Room for an interview, where he revealed that he would have been down to start a family with his Love Don’t Cost a Thing co-star and ex-girlfriend Christina Milian.

The couple dated for two years before splitting in 2005. Four years later, Milian announced her first pregnancy with her ex, The-Dream.

“When Christina Milian and I were doing Love Don’t Cost a Thing, I remember when I found out she was pregnant, I was like, ‘Dang, man,’ but I was so happy for her,” Cannon shared, adding that “everybody talks about having kids” when they’re together.

“I remember that we was kids in love early on, and so we talked about that, but to each his own,” he continued. “Life plans it out. The universe gives it how it’s supposed to be given.”

Even though the couple never welcomed a child together, Cannon’s daddy duties are already piling up. He shares twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey, and twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa, who gave birth to her third baby with Cannon, Beautiful Zeppelin, less than two months prior to his youngest child, daughter Halo’s birth.

Don’t believe everything you see on the Internet. Nick Cannon took to Twitter on Friday (March 17) to clear up online rumors that he died.

“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of Death… They been trying to kill me off for years!!!” he wrote along with a laughing emoji, retweeting an article from an Idoma Voice writer. “What else you got!?”

While he’s certainly not dead, Cannon has been the butt of online jokes surrounding how much life he creates. The father of 12 shares twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey, and twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa, who gave birth to her third baby with Cannon, Beautiful Zeppelin, less than two months prior to his youngest child, daughter Halo’s birth. He shares the 3-month-old with model Alyssa Scott.

Earlier this month, the host of The Masked Singer dropped the official teaser for a new game show, Who’s Having My Baby With Nick Cannon. Hosted by his close friend Kevin Hart, the series will premiere sometime this spring on E! and, according to the clip, seems to involve trotting out female contestants in front of Cannon for some sort of prize … and actual pyrotechnics.

Don’t worry y’all. Nick Cannon is not having another kid…YET.
The N’Credible seed-spreading mogul had Twitter buzzing, thinking another kid who would get a ridiculous name was on the way. “EXPECT some big news tomorrow,” along with eyes and a baby bottle emojis he wrote in the cryptic tweet that had users screaming another one like they were DJ Khaled.

He followed that tweet with a viral clip claiming he is “expecting a new show on E!” called “Whos Having My Baby” along with Kevin Hart as a host.
In the clip, Hart tells Cannon, “You’re gonna get some contestants that want to have your baby.”

Nick Cannon & Kevin Hart Got Us Good

The clip immediately sparked confusion among people and even news outlets, with the Today Show reporting on it as if this was an actual show coming to E!
Welp, it was an elaborate prank and a genius way to promote Kevin Hart’s new show Celebrity Prank Wars, coming to E! on April 6. The show will see the duo take their “friendly feud” to another comical level, including their famous friends.
This will be the second gameshow Hart has with the network. He is currently the host of Celebrity Game Face, a job he has held since 2020.
Per The Hollywood Reporter:
Episodes will see stars “planning and perpetrating some of the wildest and most viral pranks on each other,” according to the network, with co-hosts Cannon and Hart selecting the winner of each prank war. Each prank is expected to be more elaborate than the next. The show’s celebrity participants will include Anthony Anderson, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Lil Duval, Big E, Fantasia, Tiffany Haddish, Taraji P. Henson, Lil Jon, Kofi Kingston, Ludacris, Joel McHale, Killer Mike, Chance the Rapper, T-Pain, Robin Thicke, T.I. and Xavier Woods.

No More Babies At The Moment
So breathe a sigh of relief, Nick Cannon is not procreating at the moment, but there is still a chance as he awaits a message from God telling him to chill.
Will you be tuning into Celebrity Prank Wars? It sounds like it could be a hilarious watch.

Lucky number 13? Nick Cannon took to Twitter on Monday (March 6) to tease what seems like another baby announcement.

“EXPECT some big news tomorrow,” he wrote along with eyes and a baby bottle emoji.

If he is indeed announcing another bundle of joy on the way, the child will be Cannon’s 13th kid.

Cannon’s headline-making fertility is so unorthodox it’s become a bit of a joke for his friends. Shortly after the Drumline star welcomed four children in the span of about six months starting in December 2020, Kevin Hart posted a massive billboard in Los Angeles revealing Cannon’s actual phone number.

“For any advice on fatherhood ? Call my best friend Nick Cannon,” the billboard read.

“It’s not about what society deems is right,” Cannon told Men’s Health in 2022 about having kids with multiple women. “It’s like, what makes it right for you? What brings your happiness? What allows you to have joy and how you define family? We all define family in so many different ways.”

“People even often ask, ‘Are you gonna have more? You gonna stop?’” he continued. “I’m like, those are questions that I don’t really even sit around and think about. I’m just walking in my purpose and trying to be the best father and best provider I could possibly be.”

In 2022, Nick Cannon could not stop making kids. Now, we have to hope the one above is just as tired as we are about him making babies.

The entertainment mogul can stop his N’Credible seed spreading ways when he wants to, but instead, he’s leaving that decision up to God.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Cannon said, “God decides when we’re done, but I definitely got my hands full.” He even hints at continuing his child-conceiving ways well into life, adding, “And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But, when I’m 85, you never know, I might [have more].”
We hope he’s joking, but there is a good chance he is not.
The last child Cannon welcomed into the world was Halo Marie, with Alyssa Scott.

Halo joins the long ever-growing list of siblings with interesting names, including Legendary, Rise, Onyx, Golden, Powerful, Zion, Zillion, Beautiful Zeppelin and Monroe.
Whew, that’s a lot of kids.
Cannon’s penchant for making children was all the talk of 2022, where it seemed he was taking and dropping maternity photos every week.
He was even subjected to jokes on his popular variety show Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘n Out. The regulars jokingly take swipes at him about constantly knocking his love interests up.
Hopefully, God speaks to Nick Cannon in his dreams or during a prayer session and introduces him to a procedure called a vasectomy if Mr. Cannon needs any ideas on how to pause his child-making.
