Best Eras Tour Movie Outfits

model wearing oversized Shania Twain graphic t-shirt

Daydreamer

white t-shirt that reads

Amazon

If you want something comfy that doesn’t sacrifice trendiness, pick up this cotton graphic T-shirt that says “a lot going on at the moment.” It references the exact shirt the pop star wore during some of her tour nights, and you can pair it with black sparkly shorts to complete the look.

model wearing black and white snake skin leggings with black sneakers

Amazon

In your Reputation era? Make sure you sport these snakeskin-patterned leggings that are made with a polyester and elastane material for extra coziness, and a seam-free center to prevent any digging. Complete your look by adding a fishnet drawstring hoodie and snake ring bracelet to your cart.

model wearing pink and orange tie dye long sleeve and shorts

model wearing white and black contrast cardigan

Amazon

You can’t have Folklore without the iconic cardigan, and as you sing along to each song, make sure to do so in a two-toned cardigan, which is inspired by the one Swift wears in her music video for the single. This one comes with two front pockets to store your phone, wallet and other small belongings, and has a longer midi length perfect for wrapping yourself in.

model wearing brown and black flannel dress

RuPaul Announces His Upcoming Memoir That Left Him ‘Gooped, Gagged & Stripped Raw’

Throughout his blockbuster career, drag icon RuPaul Charles has built a personality on being the big, boisterous glamazon who fans have become accustomed to seeing on RuPaul’s Drag Race. But now, Ru is ready to let fans see the person behind the makeup.

In a video posted to his Instagram on Wednesday (Oct. 4), RuPaul announced his upcoming memoir, The House of Hidden Meanings. Set to release on March 5, 2024, the memoir will follow RuPaul as he recounts the story of his life, from pre-fame childhood poverty in San Diego all the way to his global renown today.

RuPaul made it very clear in his announcement that the book also dives into aspects of his life he’s never shared before. “I’m so excited and so anxious at the same time because I reveal so much of myself,” he said in the candid video, sporting a cap and hoodie. “This world today, it feels so hostile, and it’s such a scary place to be vulnerable in. But I did it. So get ready.”

In the caption of the post, Ru continued to underline the exposure in the new memoir. “Writing this book left me gooped, gagged and stripped raw,” he wrote. “I’ve learned that vulnerability is strength, but so far, all I feel is nervous as hell, yet super excited to share it with y’all. When all is said and done, it’s just me, Ru.”

This won’t be RuPaul’s first time flexing his writing skills. The House of Hidden Meanings marks Ru’s fourth book, preceded by his 1996 autobiography Lettin It All Hang Out, his 2010 style guide Workin’ It!: RuPaul’s Guide to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Style, and his 2018 self-help guidebook GuRu.

Travis Kelce Agrees NFL Is ‘Overdoing’ the Taylor Swift Hype, But He ‘Can’t Be Mad’ About How Things Played Out

Travis Kelce is well aware that the NFL‘s coverage surrounding his rumored romance with Taylor Swift might be pushing the limits. But he’s definitely not complaining, either.

On the latest episode of his New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, Travis conceded that the pro league’s role in hyping up his rumored relationship with Swift — from Swift-themed social media posts to commercials, not to mention the many questions and segments about the singer in sports media in recent weeks — is getting to be a little too much. “I think everybody is just overwhelmed,” he said on the Wednesday (Oct. 4) episode.

“They’re overdoing it a little bit, for sure,” he added. “Especially my situation. I think they’re just trying to have fun with it.”

The “situation” in question started months ago, when the Kansas City tight end first revealed on New Heights that he had a crush on Swift and had tried unsuccessfully to slip her his phone number via a friendship bracelet at an Eras Tour show. Things kicked into high gear in September when the “Anti-Hero” singer attended the Chiefs-Bears game at Arrowhead Stadium and was seen leaving the event with Travis.

Over the weekend, she was spotted again at a Chiefs game, this time at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. She cheered Travis on from a box suite filled with many of her friends, including Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Sophie Turner and Brittany Mahomes — a spectacle NFL production made sure to capture on camera multiple times throughout the game.

“Take away your feelings for Taylor,” Jason said of Travis on their podcast. “What is your honest opinion on how the NFL is treating celebrities at the games?”

“I think it brings a little more to the atmosphere, it brings a little bit more to what you’re watching,” the younger Kelce responded. “But at the same time, I think …”

“They’re overdoing it,” Jason chimed in, with Travis agreeing.

Even so, #87 isn’t feeling too shabby about how things have played out with Ms. Swift. In an interview with the Chasin’ It with Trey Wingo and Chase Daniel that aired Tuesday (Oct. 3), Travis said he had “no idea” how much attention his pursuit of the pop star would garner. “I had no idea, man,” he admitted. “I had no idea. You can’t tell me that anybody else did either, but I can’t be mad at how it’s all played out. I’ll say that.”

Sexxy Red Wants Donald Trump Back in Office: ‘We Need People Like Him’

Sexxy Red is the latest rapper to show support for former president Donald Trump.

Her comments came during recent interview with comedian Theo Von on his This Past Weekend podcast, during which she praised the mercurial figure for freeing Black people from prison and giving out stimulus checks during his controversial four-year term.

“I like Trump,” she said. “Yeah, they support him in the hood. At first I don’t think people was f–king with him. They thought he was racist, saying little s–t against women. But once he started getting Black people out of jail and giving people that free money. Aww baby, we love Trump. We need him back in office. We need him back because, baby, them checks. Them stimulus checks. Trump, we miss you.”

“I love Trump. He funny to me,” she continued. “I used to be watching him talking to people. He used to be calling people fat. He just bold. He funny. We need people like him.”

Though Trump had a tumultuous term, rappers — including Kanye West and Kodak Black — have come to his defense. In 2021, the former president pardoned Black while the artist was serving a 46-month federal prison sentence on a 2019 weapons conviction. The “Tunnel Vision” rapper came to the former commander in chief’s defense last year on social media, saying, “We need Trump in office forever, man. Just like how them Chinese and Russian and Korean motherf–kers have their president. Trump the best thing for America — ya heard me — for sure.”

Her comments come as Trump faces a bevy of charges. Among them, in March, he was indicted in New York for allegedly making hush money payments during his 2016 presidential campaign; he pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of felony charges. In June, he was indicted on charges he mishandled top secret government documents, and faces 40 felonies in the case. Then in August, an Atlanta grand jury indicted Trump and 18 others on state charges for their alleged efforts to overturn the former president’s 2020 election defeat.

The twice-impeached former president is currently the frontrunner for the Republican nomination for the 2024 presidential election.

Krayzie Bone Gives Health Update In New Instagram Post

HipHopWired Featured Video

Krayzie Bone Hospital selfie

Source: @krayzie_bone / Instagram

A few weeks ago it was reported that Krayzie Bone from the iconic Hip-Hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony was fighting for his life at a local hospital in Los Angeles due to his sarcoidosis.

While things looked grim at the moment for the “Crossroads” rapper, it seems like his condition is improving as the man was able to send his fans an update on his condition from his hospital bed. Late last night Krayzie Bone (whose real name is Anthony Henderson) took to Instagram to let his fans know that he pulled through his latest health scare and thanked everyone for their support and their prayers that came through in the clutch.

With a picture of himself in his hospital bed and hooked up to all kinds of machines, Krayzie threw up the peace sign and in the caption wrote, “Just fought for life “Literally for 9 days straight. And I only won the battle this time because I know Jehovah God was with me every step of the way fighting for me. Never take life for granted enjoy it while have you have it! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers trust me I needed every last one of them

-KB”

Those must’ve been some terrifying days for himself, his family and of course his fans.

Fans of Krayzie Bone have been worried about the rapper’s health ever since he checked himself into an LA hospital last month after coughing up large amounts of blood. After a CAT scan revealed that an artery was leaking inside of one of his lungs, doctors performed emergency surgery but unfortunately the first one wasn’t successful. A second surgery was performed days later and apparently things have been going well since for the 50-year-young artist.

Hopefully this is the last health scare that Krayzie Bone has to go through for a long while as we can’t lose anymore of our Hip-Hop legends anytime soon.

The Rose Hits No. 1 on Emerging Artists Chart Thanks to ‘Dual’ Album

The Rose re-enters Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart (dated Oct. 7) at No. 1, becoming the top up-and-coming act in the U.S. for the first time, thanks to the band’s new sophomore set, Dual. The coronation also marks the band’s first No. 1 rank on any Billboard chart.

Dual, released Sept. 22 on Windfall/Transparent Arts, debuts at No. 9 on Top Alternative Albums, No. 13 on Top Rock & Alternative Albums and No. 83 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart with 12,000 equivalent album units earned in its opening week, according to Luminate. With nearly 11,000 of that sum from album sales, the LP also debuts at No. 5 on the Top Album Sales chart.

The Rose is a pop-rock quartet from Seoul, South Korea, comprised of members Woosung (lead vocalist, guitar), Dojoon (keyboards, guitars, vocals), Jaehyeong (bass) and Hajoon (drums).

The group scored its first overall chart appearance in August 2017, when its track “Sorry” debuted and peaked at No. 14 on World Digital Song Sales. The group has charted four additional songs on that ranking since then: “Baby” (No. 14 peak in 2018), “She’s in the Rain” (No. 13, 2018), “Red” (No. 7, 2019) and “Beauty and the Beast” (No. 15, 2022).

The band has also charted two EPs on World Albums: Void reached No. 8 and Dawn: Mini hit No. 5, both in 2018.

In 2022, the group’s debut full-length, Heal, reached No. 4 on Heatseekers Albums and No. 19 on Top Album Sales.

The Emerging Artists chart ranks the most popular developing artists of the week, using the same formula as the all-encompassing Billboard Artist 100, which measures artist activity across multiple Billboard charts, including the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200. (The Artist 100 lists the most popular acts, overall, each week.) However, the Emerging Artists chart excludes acts that have notched a top 25 entry on either the Hot 100 or Billboard 200, as well as artists that have achieved two or more top 10s on Billboard’s “Hot” song genre charts and/or consumption-based “Top” album genre rankings.

Jamie Lynn Spears Reacts to Shocking ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Elimination: ‘I Got to Raise Some Money’

There will be no mirrorball trophy for Jamie Lynn Spears. The singer-actress — who was paired with pro dancer Alan Bersten — was eliminated from Dancing With the Stars in just week two of the competition on Tuesday (Oct. 3), and shared her thoughts on social media after the show.

“Alan, you’re the absolute best friend and partner that anyone could ever ask for. I got to raise some money for my #SAGAFTRA community and meet some of the most amazing ppl, and That’s a win by all accounts in what I set out to do,” she captioned an Instagram carousel of photos and videos from her brief time on the ballroom bash.

The “How Could I Want More” singer had delivered a cha-cha for Latin Night that the judges pointed out lacked confidence, though she did improve upon week one. She earned 16 out of 30 points for the effort — far from the lowest score of the night, making her cut a surprise for views and the judges alike. (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky landed at the bottom with 12 points for their salsa.)

The Zoey 102 actress told her fans in her post that she was aware of their dismay over her unexpected elimination. “Yalllllll, I promise I hear and see all the many wonderfully passionate ppl who are not happy with the way things fell tonight, and i appreciate the tremendous amount love and support, but this was an amazing experience, and I’m very happy to have been apart of it,” she wrote. “soooo excited to see all the fabulous contestants and their partners continue to KILL it each week!!!!!”

Bernsten also shared his disappointment at their early exit from the competition. “There’s nothing I love more than dancing on @dancingwiththestars,” he wrote in an Instagram Story that was accompanied by a large crying emoji.

When Spears was first announced as a cast member for the 32nd season of the dance competition, she shared on Good Morning America that her earnings would be going to a good cause. “I’m ready to challenge myself, and also being able to do it for a reason that means a lot to me while everybody in my community’s on strike in SAG,” she said at the time. “I’ve had this unique opportunity where I was offered a chance to work when my community cannot work. So I figured, ‘I’ll do this, and I’ll donate my weekly salary to SAG, WGA — just give back to them in a time where they can’t even give to themselves.”
