It appears that Twitch is the new mixtape leak. Kai Cenat recently previewed a new track from Drake and Lil Yachty.
As reported on Hypebeast, the New York City native broke the internet once again. On Wednesday, July 24, the popular online personality took to Twitch and premiered a new track from Drake and Lil Yachty. Now referred to as “Super Soak,” the selection finds both MCs floating nicely on a slow-pitched beat, which samples Mr. Hotspot’s “Goodness Gracious.” Drizzy opens the cut with his signature approach of blending singing and rapping together. “I’m watching the moves, I’m playing it close / S.O.D., Super Soak / Rainy days, his and hers, matching coat / Jet is so big, it feel like a boat, staying afloat / I’m watching the moves, I’m playing it close,” he raps.
Lil Yachty follows Drake after the chorus with some moody bars on the second verse. “Twenty times Bottega, you can get what you want / Twenty times Balenci’, you could have it all / I don’t ask no questions ’bout who else involved / Get rid of your troubles (Phew), problem solved.” As expected, Kai Cenat turned up while the song played and proceeded to cut a rug from the comfort of his bedroom. Earlier this week, Adin Ross teased a song called “Promotion” that features Ye, Ty Dolla $ign and Future.

The Coachella 2024 lineup is here, and it’s stacked.
The official Coachella 2024 lineup is here, and this year’s headliners will include meanie Doja Cat, hater of top rapper lists Tyler, the creator, and Lana Del Rey.
The ridiculously expensive music festival that sees music fans, rich folks, and influencers flock to the Coachella Valley will take place over two weekends, April 12 to April 14 and April 19 to April 21.
Del Rey will headline two Fridays, Tyler will bring his unique energy on Saturdays, and Doja will shut it all down on Sundays.
Coachella 2024 attendees will also see No Doubt reunite. It will mark the first time the “Spiderwebs” band has taken the stage together in almost ten years.
Other big names on the incredibly stacked lineup include Hip-Hop’s new favorite booty shaker Ice Spice, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, J Balvin, Peso Pluma, Jhené Aiko, Jon Batiste, Skepta, Grimes, Victoria Monet, Tinashe, Blxst and more.
For those who don’t have the coins to be in the desert getting their “influency” flicks off, don’t worry because YouTube will once again be the official live stream partner of the musical festival.
Fans head to the official Coachella page to catch live streams of the performances and get exclusive backstage access without worrying about desert dust getting all in their mouths and eyes.
Like it always does, the entire festival will take place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, and ticket presale begins on January 19; good luck if you are attempting to make it out to California.

J. Cole is best known for dropping albums without any features, but when other Hip-Hop stars throw up the Dreamville signal, he never lets them down, delivering straight heat. Now, many fans are shocked to learn that his lyrical prowess doesn’t come with a ridiculous asking price.
Speaking with Lil Yachty on a recent episode of his A Safe Place podcast, J. Cole spoke on his collaborative process. The conversation eventually landed on how much the North Carolina flame spitter charges for a verse and we were all shocked to learn he doesn’t charge for features.
“Yo, bro, it’s just a bar, bro. Like, a lot of my bars be really on point but that’s just a flex. I’m not gonna charge a ni**a $2,000 a word. I don’t even charge ni**a for the verse, I’m doing this shit because I’m inspired to do it,” Cole told Yachty.
Jermaine Cole’s comments come after the rapper, who is “first to do everything,” Soulja Boy, claims he charges $1 million for a feature.
“If you want a verse, it’s gon’ cost you a M. You want a show, it’s gon’ cost you $100k,” the “Turn My Swag On” rapper said to fans during a recent live stream.
We’re curious how much Trey Songz paid for that “LOL Smiley Face” feature.
J.Cole Has Thoughts On Him “Washing” Drake On “First Person Shooter”
Anyway, later in the podcast, sticking on the topic of features, Cole spoke about having his first No. 1 track on the Billboard Hot 100 with his feature on Drake’s “First Person Shooter.”
“If it would’ve went No. 2 it wouldn’t have mattered. I wouldn’t have felt no way. If the other song would’ve went No. 1, it’s like, bruh, I’m cool. If that other song would’ve gone No. 1, ni**a, I’m still grateful I’m a part of it,” Cole said.
By the way, many agree that J. Cole washed Drake on the track, including J.I.D and Joe Budden.

Consider us shocked that Cole doesn’t charge for features. This is just another reason his legend continues to grow in the Hip-Hop world.
But, also, when you’re really good at something, you never do it for free.

Popular streamer Kai Cenat got some high praise from Lil Yachty.
In a recent episode of Cool Kicks that was released on Saturday, Oct.14, Lil Yachty talked his ish in a rant about the streaming platform made popular by gamers, Twitch, boasting that he was one of the first Hip-Hop stars alongside “rapper” Post Malone on the platform.
The “Talk To Me Nice” crafter also used his rant to give props to Twitch’s current superstar streamers Kai Cenat and Adin Ross, both of whom have made successful careers off streaming alone.
Ironically, Cenat has confronted Ross about his use of the N-word.

“Kai is my brother, shouts out to Kai. Shouts out Fanum, shouts out the whole AMP, shouts out f**kin’ Adin Ross,” Yachty said. “Yeah, for real. The young guys, the young bros, they goin’ crazy. Kai for sure got more money than, I think, 90 percent of rappers. 90 percent of rappers, I think Kai got more money than them. Adin too, sure!”

Regarding Cenat, what Yachty is saying is definitely not cap. Cenat broke the record for subscriptions in a month, getting over 300,000 subscribers in the month of February alone.
Cenat has also won awards for his for his streaming.

But he has also seen his share of drama. Cenat caught some well-deserved flack after allowing a white woman to say the n-word during a stream.
Cenat was also arrested in New York City in August for causing a riot with his impromptu PS5 giveaway. Still, Cenat remains as popular as ever, with people like Travis Scott and Offset vouching for him.
As for Yachty, his claims of being the first rapper on Twitch caught the ire of Soulja Boy, who is first to everything, it seems.
The rapper went on a nonsensical rant about Yachty’s comments.

I ain’t gon’ even cap, Lil Yachty, sit yo bi**h-a** down, ni**a,” Soulja Boy barked about Yachty’s claims. “Drake, you and Lil Yachty getting on my muthaf**king nerves. Lil Yachty, you is a bi**h ni**a. Fruity-a** ni**a. Painting yo muthaf**king toe nails and sh*t.”
“I’m getting tired of y’all f**k ni**as,” he continued. “You wasn’t the first ni**a to do sh*t. I’m getting tired of y’all pu**y a** ni**as, man.
Someone needs to tell Soulja Boy to chill, and it’s not that serious.

DJ Akademiks has to explain to himself yet again. Lil Yachty is calling him out for saying Playboi Carti got him to change his style.
As spotted on HipHopDX, the Quality Control Music talent is feeling a ways about the media personality. During a recent Twitch stream, the podcaster made some wild claims about Big Boat. “Lil Yachty in my studio told me, this is before he dropped ‘Poland’ and ‘Strike’ and all this other sh*t. N****a, he said he’s in the studio with Carti, and Carti made him change his entire style. Facts,” he stated. AK went on to add “Once I heard that, I was like, ‘Damn! Carti’s like that?!’ Sorry, I have nothing more to say. Carti’s that n***a.”
Naturally, the claims quickly landed on Lil Yachty’s radar. On Sunday, July 9, the “One Night” rapper took to Twitter to refute the allegations. “@Akademiks u r so insane, I didn’t tell u this at all. Stop drinking bro. I said tyler encouraged me to take that route. Wtf,” he wrote.
Earlier this year, Lil Yachty spoke to Billboard magazineduring his promotional run for Let’s Start Here. In the interview, he credited Tyler, The Creator as one of his biggest supporters to change his musical approach up. “I would love to do a project with Tyler [The Creator],” he said. “He’s the reason I made this album. He’s the one who told me to do it, just go for it. He’s so confident and I have so much respect for him because he takes me seriously, and he always has.”

Remember when crypto was all the rage? Now celebs who were out here pushing them are getting in T R O U B L E.
The SEC is cracking down on celebrities nefariously pushing crypto on normal people. Lil Yachty, Soulja Boy, Ne-Yo, Akon, Jake Paul, Lindsey Lohan, Austin Mahone, and adult film actress Kendra Lust were all hit with charges by the SEC for illegally promoting cryptocurrency.
According to Pitchfork’s reporting, everyone has agreed to pay a fine of $400K in “disgorgement, interest, and penalties” to settle the charges without admitting or denying the SEC’s findings. Mahone and Soulja Boy have yet to pay the funds.
The SEC also charged crypto pusher Justin Sun and three of his companies—Tron Foundation Limited, BitTorrent Foundation Ltd., and Rainberry Inc. (formerly BitTorrent Inc.) for the unregistered offer and sale of Tronix and BitTorrent. Sun is also in trouble for allegedly violating federal securities laws by plotting a scheme to inflate Tronix’s trading volume artificially.
Sun allegedly duped investors into buying Tronix and BitTorrent by using celebrity influencers and throwing them money to promote what the company was offering while telling them not to spill the beans on how much they were receiving in compensation.
Per the SEC:
While we’re neutral about the technologies at issue, we’re anything but neutral when it comes to investor protection. As alleged in the complaint, Sun and others used an age-old playbook to mislead and harm investors by first offering securities without complying with registration and disclosure requirements and then manipulating the market for those very securities. At the same time, Sun paid celebrities with millions of social media followers to tout the unregistered offerings, while specifically directing that they not disclose their compensation. This is the very conduct that the federal securities laws were designed to protect against regardless of the labels Sun and others used.
These latest celebs join the likes of T.I. who the SEC hit with a charge in 2020 for pushing bootleg initial coin offerings from a company called FLiK. In 2018, Floyd Mayweather and DJ Khaled felt the SEC’s wrath, with the boxer coughing up over $600K and the music producer having to pay over $150K and agree to not “promote any securities, digital, or otherwise,” for multiple years.
Kim Kardashian also got in trouble for the crypto jig as well and had to come out of her pockets. It was fun, but the SEC is not playing anymore.

The 6 God feels remorseful about rapping about his former love interests in his songs.
Speaking with Lil Yachty for the premiere episode of his FUTUREMOOD’s A Moody Conversation series, the 36-year-old Canadian Hip-Hop star had a moment of self-reflection.
“Maybe I coulda done without, like, s—ting on people for age or disrupting somebody’s life,” the “God’s Plan” crafter said speaking about his exes.

“The lyrics are never with ill intent, but I had somebody tell me one time, ‘You know, it’s not necessarily what you’re saying about me, it’s the fact that you said it,” Drizzy told Lil Yachty.
Drake went even deeper talking about a conversation with an ex about him name-dropping her in a song.
She told the OVO general, “You don’t know who my boyfriend is at the time, or you don’t know what my family knows or doesn’t know. And if you express any form of discontent for me and call me by name in a song, then all of a sudden I’m left to pick up the pieces of my own life that I’ve tried to build up for myself.”
“So I’ve tried my best to stop doing that,” Drake continued. “But I like to be honest in music too, so that one’s a push and pull.”
We guess that is a sign of growth.
Drake has gone on to boastfully rap on songs about hooking up with Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, and SZA. He brought up the singer’s name on his track “Mr. Right Now.”
“Yeah, said she wanna f— to some SZA, wait / ‘Cause I used to date SZA back in ’08,” he rapped.
