KeKe Palmer had what normally would be a top media grab in the likes of a Jonathan Majors sit-down interview. However, considering the controversy surrounding Jonanatha Majors, Keke Palmer has elected not to air the episode after public backlash.
As spotted over at The Daily Beast, Palmer was set to have Majors on her Baby, This Is KeKe Palmer podcast with an air date of April 8. The episode was teased on the show’s website and a quick video clip of the recorded chat made its way around social media.
Titled “No Easy Answers: Accountability and Moving Forward with Jonathan Majors,” it appears that the accountability some might be seeking from Majors is sorely lacking. The observation of the clip is that Palmer didn’t dig deeper into Majors’ mindset and the incident that occurred between the actor and Grace Jabbari.
Fans online gathered to decry Palmer’s decision to interview Majors, who is back to starring in films after appearing in Magazine Dreams. Many of them also noted that Palmer was involved in a domestic violence incident and wondered why she would give Majors a platform.
Instead of Majors, Palmer is now promoting an interview with Kash Doll as the next episode of her podcast.

Jonathan Majors finally opened up about fumbling the Marvel bag and more in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, but newly surfaced audio has social media canceling him all over again.
Majors’ Kang The Conqueror was supposed to be a Thanos-level threat of the MCU’s Multiverse Saga, with different variations of Kang making life miserable for whoever is on The Avengers team and other Marvel superheroes for years to come.
Unfortunately, Majors was swiftly given the boot after he was convicted of misdemeanor third-degree assault and second-degree harassment of his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.
So, the last time we saw Kang the Conqueror was in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumanium, where Scott Lang and a gang of giant technologically advanced ants thwarted the multidimensional hopping villain.
He also revealed that he is working on a new superhero project.
Per THR:
On finding out he was fired, Majors recalled, “He goes, ‘I’m just gonna tell you now. That way you’re not surprised, and you can start processing it. They fired you. Marvel fired you.’”
As for his possible new superhero project, he said: “No relation to the big guys, DC or Marvel, but a pretty wicked story. I’m glad to be reading. Sometimes it feels like it’s not going to happen [about his career resurgence]. And sometimes it feels like we start next week.”
Jonathan Majors Claims Therapy & Domestic Violence Program Helped Him
Majors managed to avoid jail time but was ordered to complete 52 weeks of a domestic violence intervention program in addition to probation. Still, his once extremely promising Hollywood career suffered as studios began dropping him and his projects in the wake of his conviction.
The actor revealed as a result of therapy and a domestic violence program he had to attend as a result of his conviction, he was able to unpack some childhood trauma.
Majors claimed he experienced “sexual abuse from both men and women from the time I was 9,” adding he told his mother, and she apologized for not being able to protect him.
It looks like the Jonathan Majors redemption tour has hit a significant snag, thanks to that new audio. Do you think Michael B. Jordan regrets saying he’s “proud” of his Creed III co-star’s “resilience” and adds that he would love to work with him again?

Jonathan Majors was seen as largely shedding some of the bad press that surrounded his name in the wake of the incident between him and ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. Despite the civil lawsuit brought by Jabbari being recently settled, an audio clip has surfaced that appears to highlight Jonathan Majors admitting to strangling Jabbari.
In the audio clip procured by Rolling Stone, Jonathan Majors, 35, can reportedly be heard speaking to Grace Jabbari and seemingly confessing to using physical force against her but it isn’t truly highlighted what the impetus was for that allegedly violent exchange.
In the audio clip, Majors is heard saying “I’m ashamed I’ve ever…I’ve never aggressive with a woman before. I’ve never aggressed a woman, I aggressed you.”
Jabbari is heard firing back saying “You strangled me and pushed me against the car.”
Majors responded “Yes, all those things are under ‘aggressed,’ yeah. That’s never happened to me.”
Jabbari goes on to say that a sarcastic comment she made towards Majors prompted him to violently react to her and she suggested that the actor is contending with deeper issues pertaining to anger management. Majors alluded to the fact that something about Jabbari sparked that side of him before the audio cuts off.
So far, a comment from Jonathan Majors or Grace Jabbari has yet to surface, but on X, plenty of fans have reactions pointing to the actor’s slow climb in rehabbing his image and how this sets those efforts back several paces.
We’ve got the reactions below.

Jonathan Majors was poised to become the next “big bad” for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, widely referred to as the MCU, but was removed from the roster after his legal issues. While rumors persist that Jonathan Majors will return to the MCU, inside sources say that a return is not imminent.
According to an exclusive account from TMZ, Jonathan Majors has not entered into talks with Marvel Studios nor has studio head Kevin Feige made any mention of Majors returning to the fold despite his popularity.
Majors, 35, was found guilty in 2023 of one count of reckless assault in the 3rd degree along with a charge of harassment as a violation. This was in connection to an assault matter brought to light by his former romantic partner, Grace Jabbari, who accused Majors of domestic violence. This led to Majors losing out on brand deals and movie roles, including the role of Kang The Conqueror.
Jabbari brought a lawsuit against Majors in March of last year for defamation, assault, and battery. However, Jabbari dropped the lawsuit without prejudice, leading many to assume that this would lead to exoneration for the actor.
Since splitting with Jabbari, Majors is now engaged to actress Meagan Good with the couple announcing their engagement in 2024.

Jonathan Majors may no longer be King The Conqueror in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the man is looking to make a comeback after domestic assault charges derailed his promising career something crazy.
Hoping to get his film career (and reputation) back on track, Briarcliff Entertainment released the first trailer for Major’s first comeback film Magazine Dreams, which stars the embattled actor as bodybuilder Killian Maddox who dreams of becoming the next Mr. Olympia and being the face of the body building community. Seemingly set in the ’80s or ’90s, Maddox’s obsession with body perfection leads him down the dangerous road of steroids, which leads to roid rage, violence and possible suicidal tendencies.
Still, Maddox tries to ground himself and is even open to an interracial relationship with a white woman. That probably won’t end well though as the trailer features Maddox dealing with racism and racial profiling from police officers.
Magazine Dreams was a hit at the Sundance Film Festival back a few years ago and according to Variety, multiple studios wanted in on the film, but things went left once allegations of domestic abuse became public and it never came to be.
Variety reports:
While “Magazine Dreams” was met with buzz after its debut at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, sparking a bidding war that led the film to find a home at Searchlight Pictures for a reported mid-seven figures, the distributor dropped the film in January 2024 after Majors was accused of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
Majors was arrested in March 2023 in Manhattan, which then led to him being charged with several counts of assault and aggravated harassment against Jabbari. After going to trial in New York, he was found guilty of two misdemeanor counts of harassment and assault. Jabbari also sued Majors for assault and defamation, but the suit was settled in November 2024.
They must feel that it’s safe now to place some bets on Jonathan Majors in 2025.
Check out the trailer to Magazine Dreams below, and let us know if you’ll be checking it out when it hits theaters on March 21 in the comments section.

Jonathan Majors earned a bittersweet legal victory after a conviction in 2023 upended the once-popular actor’s momentum and cost him the role of a lifetime. Grace Jabbari, the ex-girlfriend of Jonathan Majors, has now dropped her assault and defamation lawsuit against him which has fans on X wondering if Kang will make a comeback in the MCU.
Jonathan Majors, 35, was found guilty of one count of reckless assault in the 3rd degree and one charge of harassment as a violation. Majors was acquitted of a charge of assault and another charge of aggravated harassment. Grace Jabbari, 31, accused Majors of physical assault and abuse after an incident in March of 2023 found the former couple at odds. Several accounts of the allegedly violent exchange were revealed before Majors’ conviction with the courts eventually siding with Jabbari although some charges did not stick.
Now with Jabbari dropping the assault and defamation lawsuit, observers are wondering if the larger public owes Majors an apology and if the role of Kang The Conqueror within the Marvel Cinematic Universe should still be his. It should be noted that Majors’ conviction from the incident still stands and Jabbari has not publicly claimed that the acts connected to the case didn’t happen.
Majors is already signed up for new films, with a role in the upcoming thriller Merciless from director Martin Villeneuve. Majors will also appear in the 2025 film, Magazine Dreams.
Jonathan Majors has maintained his innocence regarding the assault allegations and says he wants to continue his work as an actor.

Jonathan Majors has finally broken his silence about losing his Marvel Studios gig.
The actor revealed how he was feeling after seeing Robert Downey Jr. make his triumphant return to the universe he built, the MCU, and secure a tremendous bag to the play Marvel Studios’ next big bad, Victor Von Doom, aka Doctor Doom, officially putting to bed Major’ Kang The Conqueror.
Speaking with TMZ, Majors revealed he was “heartbroken” after Marvel Studios announced its latest casting decision at San Diego Comic-Con.
Majors’ Kang was set to play a significant role in this current phase after making his MCU debut in Loki season 1, then starring in Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quatumania.
That all came to a halt after Majors was convicted of assaulting his now ex-girlfriend, and Marvel Studios kicked him to the curb.
“Yeah, heartbroken,” Majors told the celebrity gossip site after being asked how he felt about RDJ taking over the villain role in the upcoming Avengers films. “Come on, yeah, of course. I love him. I love Kang.”
The actor expressed optimism about returning as Kang said, “If that’s what the fans want, if that’s what Marvel wants, let’s roll.”
We doubt that will happen.
Majors also talked about Ezra Miller, RDJ receiving second chances in their careers.
As expected, users on X, formerly Twitter, had plenty to say since the recasting decision. Some are still putting on their capes for Majors.
“Can we as black men agree to stop repeating the lies about Jonathan Majors??? He did not “fumble” anything. A racist white woman named Grace Jabbari weaponized a racist criminal justice system to ruin Jonathan Majors life with obvious falsehoods. Stop lying about that man,” one post on X read.
Others do not feel bad for him at all, and he compares his situation to Ezra Miller and RDJ.
“This is so misleading Ezra DID NOT get another shot. His movie was already filmed so DC(not Marvel/Disney) decided to still release it and not lose money. RDJ issues were over 20 years ago. Iron man was his redemption role and that came years after his mishaps,” another post read.
Welp.

Jonathan Majors still has a harrowing road to redemption in the eyes of some, but part of that upward swing of the arc occurred this past weekend. At the 4th Annual Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards, Jonathan Majors tearfully accepted the Perseverance Award while thanking a host of people during his trials.
As seen in The Hollywood Reporter, Jonathan Majors, 34, was honored at the 4th Annual Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards. Hollywood Unlocked is the platform founded by media personality Jason Lee. The Impact Awards, also founded by Lee, was hosted this year by Tiffany Haddish and held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif. this past Friday (June 21).
Majors was there to receive the Perseverance Award, which an Impact Awards press statement says was to recognize “an individual who has shown that no matter what adversity they face, they will continue to aspire to inspire.”
Taking to the podium, Majors, who attended the event with his romantic partner, Meagan Good, was rendered emotional as he spoke.
From THR:
“I reckon folks want to know about the last year,” Jonathan Majors began at the Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards on Friday, where he was honored with the Perseverance Award, before beginning a tear-filled, 17-minute long speech about his much-publicized trial and misdemeanor conviction for domestic assault in April.
“As a Black man in the criminal justice system, I felt anger, I felt sadness, hurt, surprise. When they snatched me up out of my apartment in handcuffs, I didn’t feel like all that,” the actor said, gesturing to the screen that had just played a highlight reel of his onscreen performances. “I didn’t feel like Jonathan Majors, Mr. Creed, Mr. Kang; I felt like a little scared, weak boy, despite the support and evidence that was in my favor, I knew shit was bad. And it was bad because of who I was and what I am. This is what happens to Black people all too often.”
A video of Jonathan Majors’ speech can be viewed below.
