We don’t blame Van Hunt for wanting to put a ring on Halle Berry’s finger, but the actress isn’t quite ready to jump the broom again.
You can put that all-white wedding dress on hold, because Halle Berry will not be meeting her long-time boyfriend Van Hunt at the altar anytime soon.
On a Tuesday taping of Today with Jenna & Friends, the actress and the singer joined Jenna Bush Hager for the first-ever interview together as a couple.
During the interview, with flowers in his hand, Hunt was understandably giddy about his relationship with the Oscar-winning actress, even hinting that he was ready to take things to the next level.
“So I put out the proposal, and it’s still on hold, as you can see,” Hunt said. “It’s just out there floating. You know, maybe you can encourage her.”
Unfortunately for Hunt, thanks to previous failed attempts to attain her happily ever after, Berry gently shut down any talk of marriage.
“Well, I’ve been married three times,” Berry said. “Van has been married once, and so no, we don’t feel like we have to get married to validate our love in any way. We don’t.”
But if Hunt can walk away with anything, she didn’t shut the door entirely on tying the knot with him, while adding that she is in no rush to say ‘I do’ again.
She also joked that her relationship with Hunt is “the longest” she has ever been in.
“When you find your person, you find your person — and I now have found my person,” awwwww.
This moment is not the only time the couple has been in the news.
Halle Berry & Van Hunt Are Very Much In Love
On Mother’s Day, Berry let the world (her social media followers) know precisely what she was doing to celebrate: get laid. In a cute plug for her intimacy gel, the couple was in bed, while a giddy Berry couldn’t contain herself while plugging her lube.
Hunt on the other end was BIG HORNY and wanted her to wrap up her impromptu commercial so the smashing to smithereens could begin and that’s word to Bossip.
Don’t worry, Van, your time is coming.

Halle Berry had herself a wonderful Mother’s Day, and she wanted the entire world to know, in a clever way, to plug her intimacy gel.
In a clip shared on her Instagram account, Berry shared a video featuring herself and her boo, singer Van Hunt, snuggled up together in bed very much letting us know that her Mother’s Day will end with some bedroom gymnastics.
The X-Men star is very giddy in bed as she talks about her upcoming pound session, while Hunt is very eager to get to smashing. Who can blame him? It’s Halle Berry, and we are talking about it here.
The social media-savvy actress’s impromptu video was also a clever way to promote her intimacy gel, Let’s Spin. Now available in a convenient travel size, she brought it with her on her trip to Cannes, France.
Berry reveals they are about to use the product, and Hunt, understandably, is very excited. The clip ends with Berry wishing everyone a happy Mother’s Day while “spinning.”
The actress has been the talk of social media thanks to her very revealing custom LaQuan Smith dress, which she wore to the Met Gala and left little to the imagination, especially in the lower region.
Social Media Hilariously Reacts To Halle Berry’s Video
As expected, social media had plenty to say about Berry’s video, all hilarious takes.
“oh look at me I’m van hunt. I made the classic song “down here in hell with you”. I got a great grey beard. I’m about to rock jordan the call center operator’s wig off. fuck you,” Desus, formerly of the comedic duo Desus & Mero wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Another post on X read, “Did not expect to end my day with Halle Berry telling the world she’s gonna get put through the mattress on this app.”

It seems Drake and his team have some explaining to do. Halle Berry claims that he did not receive permission to use her image for the “Slime You Out” cover art.
As spotted on Blavity Champagne Papi has left the actress very disappointed with the launch of his latest musical offering. Last week he announced his newest single featuring SZA via Instagram. The creative features the Oscar winning actress getting green slime being dumped on her at the 2012 Kid’s Choice Awards. Two days later Halle took to her Instagram with a post that seemingly was directed at Drake; it read “Sometimes you have to be the bigger guy…even if you’re a woman!”
Naturally, the post prompted her fans to ask if this post was directed at the “Started From The Bottom” rapper to which she responded “Hence my post today. When people you admire disappoint you you have to be the bigger person and move on !” Halle Berry went on to add that Drake’s people did reach out and but she respectfully declined. “He did have his people call my people call my people and I said NO. I didn’t like that image of slime all over my face in association with his song. And he chose to do it anyway ! You see…that is the disrespect. Not cool !”
“Slime You Out” is the first single to his forthcoming album For All The Dogs. The new LP is now slated for an October 6 release date. Drake has yet to respond to Halle’s claims.

We feel like pretty much everyone would agree that Halle Berry is a timeless beauty who’s aged gracefully over the decades. So when she took to social media to post a nude photo our collective hearts fluttered and our minds wandered into fantasy land.
Unfortunately we do live in an age of hate, sexism and agism so of course someone out there had to voice their displeasure at the 56-year-old bombshell for living her life. According to the Independent, a troll tried to rain on Halle’s parade in her comments section writing, “Imagine being in your fifties, still posting nudes for attention in menopause when you should be chilling with the grandkids. Aging with dignity is no longer a thing.”
While the commenter did receive blowback from fans of the Oscar Award winning actress, Halle actually took a moment to layeth the smacketh down on the hateful hobgoblin with a response of her own saying, “Did you guys know the heart of a shrimp is located in its head?”
No, in fact we did not know that Ms. Berry. Both beauty and brains. What more can a man ask for?
Her response was praised by her followers as she obviously had time and didn’t go off on a wild and expletive-laden rant, but a rather educated and humorous response that was sharp and capable of cutting deep.
Berry’s fans were left in hysterics over the actor’s stoic response.
Actor and singer Audra McDonald told Berry in response: “You won the internet today with this clap back.“
“Ms. Berry I see you’re on 10 today…and I APPROVE,” Anastasia Beaverhausen added, while radio personality Kaylah Oniwo said: “I stan a solid clap back ! Whew.”
We’re glad that Halle Berry clapped back and went about her business because if there’s anything the world needs more of it’s more Halle Berry pics. That being said, who was the lucky bastard who snapped this pic? Just asking.
