Brittany Renner hasn’t made the headlines in quite a while and it appeared that she was looking to change her sultry image in order to find true love. As that might still be the case, folks on X (formerly known as Twitter) are scratching their heads after Brittany Renner slapped her hot pocket in the lap of Charleston White on a recent podcast appearance.
Brittany Renner recently joined the set of The Danza Project podcast with hosts Toney Danza and Kris Novacane. In a clip promoted by the podcast via YouTube and social media, Renner is seen talking to White, and the controversial figure is heard off the mic saying “It’s uncomfortable to be wet” and we’re pretty sure that he’s talking about a certain body part at a certain moment.
Renner, who seemed shocked by White’s assessment, decided to straddle him in a skintight dress and even popped it a bit before flinging water on the hosts and White himself. Renner was in a throwing mood that day after tossing a full body of water at one of the hosts for laughing at her injury in a very personal place.
With the clip trending and going viral, fans on X connected the moment to the recent news of PJ Washington, the father of Renner’s child, signing a new three-year, $48 million contract with the Charlotte Hornets. While we don’t believe the pair are a couple, some X fans think Washington is sitting at home tight that his child’s mother is setting it out for Charleston White and The Danza Project gang.

For fans who thought Drake was dropping his latest album For All The Dogs this weekend, they woke up Friday (August 25) to discover that the anticipated project is still unreleased. On X, fans of the Canadian superstar are saying that they were duped into thinking the album would see a release after the artwork was posted to Drizzy’s Instagram page.
For All The Dogs is essentially shrouded in mystery and few details about Drake’s forthcoming eighth studio album have been revealed. Drake’s latest solo single, “Search & Rescue,” is the first single from the project according to reports but little else is known.
As we previously reported, For All The Dogs features album cover artwork from Drake’s young song, Adonis. The dog in question is especially menacing, leading many to believe Drake is in rapping mode for the album. But if that is true, “Search & Rescue” would make a dubious choice for a lead single.
Along with the announcement of his book of poetry earlier this year, Titles Ruin Everything, Drake also hinted at the album being a return to the “old Drake” as referenced in his message which also borrows a line from his “Headlines” track from the rapper’s Take Care album.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, fans are discussing the fact that the new album isn’t in their hands yet. Check out the reactions below.

The first Republican debate took place Wednesday night (August 23) in the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. While party frontrunner Donald Trump elected to bypass the debate, his presence was undeniable all the same.
The Republican debate field was stacked with familiar faces from the GOP who have expressed aims of gaining the White House. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis had all eyes on him as he was once seen as the party’s next big star. Joining DeSantis was young political upstart Vivek Ramaswamy, who managed to be the most emotive speaker of the night. Former Vice President Mike Pence was also in the group, although some observers feel his chances were dimmed after his showing.
Former governors Chris Christie of New Jersey and Nikki Haley of South Carolina brought their usual star power and camera-ready answers for the debate. Sen. Tim Scott, Gov. Scott Burgum of North Dakota, and Asa Hutchinson, former governor of Arkansas.
In our observation of the debate, Haley seemed to be the most poised for the debate stage, deftly deflecting countering shots sent her way. Given the momentum in the polls, DeSantis was expected to distance himself from the pack as he trails Trump but his showing might have him at the bottom half of the pack.
Even Christie, usually sharp during debates, didn’t bring his usual tenacity and instead took a more measured tone. As the one candidate who clearly has been critical of Trump, there was a telling moment during the debate.
When asked by the moderators to show their support via a show of hands, Christie and Hutchinson kept their hands lowered. The action stands in contrast to a pledge Christie signed to support whoever the Republican nominee for president would be.
Despite Trump’s current legal woes, the party remains aligned with him despite the few outliers. As we previously reported, the business mogul turned himself in to Georgia authorities in connection a large RICO case.
Under the hashtag #GOPDebate, the discussion surrounding the first Republican debate has been robust on Thursday (August 24). We’ve got some of the discussion listed below.

Sha’Carri Richardson took to the track Monday (August 21) at the World Athletic Championships with the odds stacked against her and everyone seemingly counting her out. The Dallas native shocked everyone but herself by not only winning the gold medal in the 100-meter race but also setting a championship record in the process.
As NBC Sports reported, Sha’Carri Richardson, 23, faced off against favorites Jamaicans Shericka Jackson and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, in her first world championship race. The pressure she undoubtedly endured was hardly present as a focused but loose Richardson was the first one to take the field and enter her outside lane.
As the commentators kept hammering home, Richardson needed to have an almost perfect start to have a chance. Even with everything going as planned, it was clear from the commentary that Jackson or Fraser-Pryce were the expected winners as the Jamaican team is typically dominant in this event.
History and records aside, Richardson beat the field, coming in at 10.65 seconds. Jackson earned a silver medal with a time of 10.72, and Fraser-Pryce won bronze with a time of 10.77. With this win, Richardson is the world’s fastest woman on the track and field scene.
After crossing the finish line, Richardson reacted in disbelief and appeared to be in shock. When the moment was confirmed on overheard screens and on the track, Richardson finally allowed herself to take an American flag, draped herself in the flag and celebrated with glee.
The epic win comes two years after Richardson was hit with a positive marijuana test disqualification for her Olympic Trials 100m win. From there, it was a slow climb back into the good graces of the track and field community but Richardson doesn’t seem to desire the world’s adoration after betting on herself. In her post-race commentary, Richardson once again repeated that she isn’t racing for the world’s approval and that the support of her family is all she needs.
Amen to that.
Congratulations to Sha’Carri Richardson on the big win. Keep scrolling to watch the race and read reactions from X, formerly known as Twitter.

Kid Rock might not have any hit records that the general public cares about, but he’s since rebranded as an All-American tough guy who likes to shoot beer cans and all that jazz. The former struggle rapper and faux rock lord was spotted drinking a can of supposedly too-woke Bud Light and folks on X, formerly known as Twitter, are cooking him.
As reported by TMZ, Kid Rock was seen crushing a cold can of Bud Light in Nashville, Tenn. while taking in a Colt Ford show at Skydeck. While the Michigan native famously sued some of his high-powered to shoot up a case of Bud Light in protest over them working with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney, it came as a shock to some that Rock would dare to be seen in public gripping a can of “Woke Suds.”
While it isn’t known why the King of Fedoras has decided to walk back his performative Bud Light ban, he does look funny in the light to several folks on X, formerly known as Twitter. On the platform, users are giving Rock the business for sipping on Bud Light. Given that the brand saw its sales drop after the Mulvaney partnership soured the connection between them and their core supporters, maybe Kid Rock sipping on the brew is the start of a bounce back? Who knows.

Sha’Carri Richardson was once considered the most electrifying track and field athlete on the planet but suffered the brunt of criticism for testing positive for marijuana back in 2021. Since winning the 2023 U.S. Track and Field Championships in the 100ms, Sha’Carri Richardson showed and proved at the 2023 World Athletic Championships in Budapest that she’s back to reclaim that lost momentum.
Starring in her first World Championships meet, Sha’Carri Richardson, 23, joined defending champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Shericka Jackson, and Marie-Josée Ta Lou in advancing in their 100-meter heats on Sunday (August 20). With today’s race, Richardson posted the day’s fastest time of 10.92 seconds, celebrating early before crossing the line in her usual confident fashion. Fraser-Pryce, who some in the sports world consider Richardson’s rival, ran 11.01 in her heat.
In a clip that is starting to go viral, Richardson spoke briefly after her heat and it’s clear that the abrupt fashion that many turned on her after the marijuana violation still rests with her. Richardson was brilliantly candid when asked if she thinks she’s living up to the world’s expectations.
“The world…I’m not worried about the world anymore,” Richardson said, still processing the win and attempting her cool down. “I’ve seen the world be my friend, I’ve seen the world turn one. But at the end of the day, I’ve always been with me. God has always been with me. It’s my time, it’s always been my time.”
Richardson’s next race will be Monday and looks to be the marquee match of the World Championships and a preview of the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

Quavo hasn’t released a solo album since his debut album, Quavo Huncho, back in 2018. On Friday (August 18), the Migos member released his sophomore effort Rocket Power, which honors the late Takeoff.
The opening track on Rocket Power, “Fueled Up,” sets the tone for much of the album as the track references the now-ended beef between Quavo and Offset, and Takeoff’s name is mentioned near the end. This continues at several points throughout Rocket Power, with production coming from Kenny Beats, Murda Beatz, Bnyx, Atake, DJ Durel, Buddah Bless, Baby Wave, and more.
Quavo handles much of the rapping duties on his own with features from Takeoff, Future, Young Thug, BabyDrill, and Hnxcho on the assist. On X, it appears that the production is propelling the interest of most fans online but they’re also praising Huncho for delivering an album that does capture some of the grief he’s surely still processing in connection to the passing of Takeoff.
Rocket Power was originally set to come out on August 4, calling the project therapeutic and sharing that he attempts to capture the emotional weight he’s carried since losing his younger nephew. If the reaction on X, formerly known as Twitter, is of any merit, it looks like Quavo achieved his goal and then some.

As any musician knows, it’s a tough task to score a top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. The feat requires some blend of the following key ingredients: a strong song; a charismatic artist; consistent promotion and marketing effort,; an engaged fan base; and maybe even a viral live performance, meme or other stroke […]

Donald Trump and his legal issues hit new heights this week after he and over a dozen other individuals were indicted in the Georgia election interference case. The former president of the United States has until August 25 to turn himself in according to the charges announced by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
In the charges read on Monday (August 14), Donald Trump and 18 others were indicted in connection to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. The 19 individuals named in the indictment face the charges under the state’s RICO act, essentially accusing Trump of running a criminal enterprise.
As seen in local outlet Fox 5 Atlanta, the indictment is almost 100 pages in length and lays out several dozen actions done by Trump and his allies. Among the charges was an attempt to sway Georgia’s secretary of state, who is a member of the Republican Party, to secure votes for Trump to win the state for its coveted electoral college votes.
Other criminal acts listed in the indictment include the harassment of an election worker while accusing them of voter fraud and pushing members of Georgia’s legislature to appoint electoral college electors who were in support of Trump. Adding to this, there were also details of a scheme to gain illegal access to data from a voting machine company.
DA Willis spoke to the press on Monday, laying out the terms of arrest warrants for the 19 defendants and the expectations of her office.
“After the indictment, as is the normal process in Georgia law, the grand jury issued arrest warrants for those who are charged. I am giving the defendants the opportunity to voluntarily surrender no later than noon on Friday the 25th day of August 2023,” Willis shared.
Also named in the indictment were Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Lynn Ellis, Ray Stallings Smith III, Robert Cheeley, Michael Roman, David Shafer, Shawn Micah Tresher Still, Stephen Cliffgard Lee, Harrison William Prescott Floyd, Trevian C. Kutti, Sidney Powell, Cathleen “Cathy” Latham, Scott Graham Hall, and Misty Hampton (Emily Misty Hayes). While the charges among them vary, they all were charged with one count of Violation of the Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, reactions to the latest indictment suffered by Donald Trump have been ongoing. We’ve got those reactions below.
