How many kills can you rack up with 21 Savage in Call of Duty? A LOT, now that his skin is available in Call of Duty and Warzone.

Following the release of Snoop Dogg and Nicki Minaj’s operator skins, 21 Savage is the next Hip-Hop superstar who will be playable in both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone.

Launching Tuesday morning, Sir 21 Savage will bring some catchy adlibs and his finishing move hilarious named “Stabbed . . . a Lot,” a play on his single “A Lot” off his 2018 album, I Am > I Was.
Per the Call of Duty blog, 21 Savage’s arrival will feature the Tracer Pack: 21 Savage Bundle that will include two weapon blueprints named after two of his popular songs, the “Savage Mode” Assault Rifle and the “Red Opps” SMG.
For his secondary weapon, 21 Savage is armed with his “Slaughter King” melee tool, and the bundle will also include the “Skrrt Skrrt” UTV Vehicle Skin, a Charm, a Sticker, and, of course, a “Mr. Right Now” Loading Screen.

Sir Savage joins Snoop Dogg and Nicki Minaj in Call of Duty’s celebration of Hip-Hop’s 50th anniversary, but they are not the only cool additions coming to the game.
Lara Croft Is Also Coming To Call of Duty
A familiar face in video games, Tomb Raider’s own Lara Croft will also be an operator in the popular first-person shooter video game.

According to the Call of Duty blog, Lara Croft will be available on September 9. She will include a new version of the “Ice Axe” melee weapon,  the “Mythic Defender” SMG, and, of course, her signature “Mach-5” dual pistols based on the new sidearm, plus her “Play for Sport” finishing move.

The bundle will also include the “Tomb Buggy” skin for the Chop Top, a Loading Screen, a Sticker, and an Emblem.

One of the most popular online games is about to get some Hip-Hop firepower. Nicki Minaj and 21 Savage are rumored to be playable Call Of Duty characters.

As spotted on HipHopDX the two rappers are speculated to be forthcoming additions to the acclaimed video game series. On Wednesday, July 12 data miner HeyImAlaix took to social media to break the story. “21 Savage & Nicki Minaj are supposedly coming to MWII/WZ2” he wrote. For those not familiar gamer culture the tweet specifically points to Modern Warfare 2 / Warzone 2; Activision’s most recent additions to the series.

Naturally the post quickly picked up traction online prompting him to provide more detail on Nicki and 21’s involvement. “Probably in a war track for season 05, definitely not operators” another account asked to which HeyImAlaix responding “100% operator.” In essence both will be playable characters versus just curating a song for the soundtrack.

Call Of Duty continues to be one of the most beloved shooters throughout Hip-Hop culture. Just earlier this month Lil Uzi Vert invited Nardwaur over to his house to play. “You could just come to my house and have dinner,” Uzi said to the Canadian journalist. “I’ll give you my number, and then I can teach you how to play Call of Duty.” Additionally, back in 2022 Snoop Dogg became a playable character for the game. “This time I’m in the freakin’ game,” Snoop wrote on Instagram at the time. “Excited to be working with the COD team to bring some fly features for you all to enjoy. It’s dope….. y’all can play as me and get these sick items that have Snoop written all over them.”

Activision has yet to confirm the addition of Nicki Minaj and 21 Savage into Call Of Duty.

It seems Drake and 21 Savage have one less thing to worry about. They have reportedly settled their legal issues with Vogue Magazine.

As spotted on Complex, the rapper duo have come to terms with the fashion publication. In 2022 the two took the promotional efforts of their collaborative album Her Loss into their own hands. Along with a fake Howard Stern Show interview and a mock Tiny Desk performance, Drake and 21 Savage also photoshopped themselves onto a Vogue Magazine cover. Naturally, the stunt landed on Condé Nast’s radar prompting the conglomerate to file legal suit against the MCs.

Semafor has acquired an internal memorandum sent by Vogue’s legal counsel Will Bowes indicating that Drake and 21 Savage have settled.
“As a creative company, we of course understand our brands may from time to time be referenced in other creative works,” Bowes said. “In this instance, however, it was clear to us that Drake and 21 Savage leveraged Vogue’s reputation for their own commercial purposes and, in the process, confused audiences who trust Vogue as the authoritative voice on fashion and culture.”
Details on the settlement agreement have not been disclosed. Neither rapper has commented on the matter.

21 Savage received a great honor as the state of Georgia issued a proclamation officially giving him his own day while he was at a charity event.

On Wednesday (Dec. 21), the rapper was at the Wade Walker Family YMCA in Stone Mountain, Georgia for the fourth annual Grant-A-Wish event. The holiday function saw 100 local parents and their children attend, receiving gifts and snacks courtesy of the artist’s nonprofit Leading By Example Foundation. 21 Savage was surprised at the event by Georgia State Representative Billy Mitchell as part of a ceremony declaring Dec. 21 to be known as “21 Savage Day” going forward permanently in Georgia.

During the proclamation ceremony, which also had 21 Savage’s mother Heather Carmillia Joseph and other family members in attendance, Mitchell detailed how the “Rich Flex” artist has been an ardent supporter of the community for years.

“We have a very special honor. So special, it goes into the law books of Georgia,” Mitchell began. “It will be forever recognized in the annals of history of Georgia, and it starts out recognizing December 21, 2022 as 21 Savage Day… [We] will be proclaiming the date as 21 Savage Day in recognition of rapper Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph… and his extraordinary philanthropic efforts.”
The artist had recently created the “21 Savage Bank Account” campaign with the Get Schooled organization. The campaign was created to promote better financial literacy among young people by encouraging them to open bank accounts and save for college, which saw 21 scholarships of $1,000 each awarded to qualified students. The British-born star has also donated money to provide immigrants with legal counsel.
In addition, 21 Savage has also partnered with Chime through the Leading By Example Foundation last year to revitalize a basketball court at Parkway-Wabash Park in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. That event also saw the rapper take part in a panel discussion about embracing financial literacy and gaining the tools necessary for better money management. The honor adds to the accolades that the 21’s been receiving of late, thanks to Her Loss, his recent collaboration album with.

Earlier this week, superstar rappers Future, A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage and Playboi Carti were victims of a massive music leak, which included over 200 unreleased songs.
Future, Rocky, and Savage had two songs leaked, while Playboi Carti had three. The YSL duo of Young Thug and Gunna each experienced losses on a bigger scale, losing 20 records, respectively. SahBabii had 41 tracks leaked, while Yung Nudy suffered the most brutal blow with 172.

Nudy responded to the leaks in a video posted online saying, “I’m a say this sh– one time, bro. I don’t know if y’all know, I’m not like other rappers, bro. I’m 100 percent finna take my time out to find out 100 percent who exactly is leaking my music. And I’m 100 percent gonna pull up at whatever studio it is, and I’m 100 percent gon’ beat your ass, on my mama.”

The unreleased records featured some promising collaborations. For Gunna, he has a potential song with Lil Baby titled “Sunfall” and another one called “On Sight” with Roddy Ricch. On the list, A$AP Rocky has two records with Playboi Carti, one named “Go.”

Two weeks ago, Latto underwent a similar issue when she reportedly had 130 songs leak online, including unreleased collaborations and reference tracks for several prominent songs such as Bia’s “Whole Lotta Money” and Coi Leray’s “Blick Blick.” Bia quashed claims of any possible ghostwriting help, tweeting: “No London jae wrote the hook, I wrote the pre and verse it’s not rocket science.”

Billboard reached out to the reps of Young Thug, Gunna, Playboi Carti, A$AP Rocky and Future for comment.

Her Loss, his win.
As has become the norm, a new Drake album’s yields a monster week on Billboard’s R&B/hip-hop charts, extending multiple records already safely in the superstar’s possession and pushing him dangerously closer toward a few that still elude him.

Her Loss, a collaborative album with 21 Savage, was released on Nov. 4 via OVO Sound/Republic. The set debuts at No. 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart with 404,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending Nov. 10, according to Luminate.

With the entry, 21 Savage obtains his third (and third consecutive) No. 1 on the list, after I Am > I Was led the list for two weeks in 2019 and Savage Mode II, with Metro Boomin, posted one week on top the following year.

Drake maintains his perfect run of 14 No. 1s among his 14 chart appearances, dating to the arrival of his first full-length album, Thank Me Later, in 2010. The achievement ties him with Jay-Z for the most No. 1s on the list among rappers, male artists and solo artists; only The Temptations, with 17 No. 1s, rank above the pair.

In the songs’ realm, “Rich Flex” leads the new recruits, as the title debuts at No. 1 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. With the arrival, Drake secures his record-extending 26th champ on the list and creates more space between himself and the joint-second place holders, Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder, who each hold 20 leaders.

As Drake’s count increases, here’s the current leaderboard for most No. 1s on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs since the chart became an all-encompassing genre survey in 1958:

26, Drake20, Aretha Franklin20, Stevie Wonder17, James Brown16, Janet Jackson15, The Temptations13, Marvin Gaye13, Michael Jackson13, Usher

21 Savage, meanwhile, picks up his fourth Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs No. 1, after a 14-week stay through his featured turn on Post Malone’s “Rockstar” (2017-18), a one-week reign with “My Life,” with with J. Cole and Morray (2021) and another week in charge with his prior Drake collab, “Jimmy Cooks,” this July.

Below “Rich Flex,” Drake and 21 Savage, either together or individually, fill out the rest of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs’ top 10 and land six more songs between Nos. 11 and 20. To recap all their Her Loss placements this week:

Position, Artist (all are Drake and 21 Savage, unless noted):No. 1, “Rich Flex”No. 2, “Major Distribution”No. 3, “On BS”No. 4, “Spin Bout U”No. 5, “Pussy & Millions,” featuring Travis ScottNo. 6, “Privileged Rappers”No. 7, “Circo Loco”No. 8, “BackOutsideBoyz” (Drake)No. 9, “Hours in Silence”No. 10, “Broke Boys”No. 12, “Treacherous Twins”No. 13, “Middle of the Ocean” (Drake)No. 14, “Jumbotron Shit Poppin” (Drake)No. 15, “More M’s”No. 16, “I Guess It’s F*ck Me” (Drake)No. 19, “3AM on Glenwood” (21 Savage)

For the second time in his career, Drake runs a full shoutout of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs’ top 10. He previously managed the 10-for-10 on the chart dated Sept. 18, 2021, when tracks from his Certified Lover Boy album flooded the competition.

In addition to logging his 26th No. 1, the new haul pushes Drake’s already-record top 10 total to 117, and 21 Savage’s count climbs to 23 visits to the region.

Drake and 21 Savage went viral on TikTok thanks to “Rich Flex,” off their recent Billboard 200-topping joint album, Her Loss.
The song also launched at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart, and No. 2 on the Hot 100 songs chart.
