Another Man Has Filed A Lawsuit Against Diddy For Alleged Sexual Assault

Diddy’s legal concerns continue to grow. Another man has filed a lawsuit claiming he was sexually assaulted by the disgrace Hip-Hop mogul.
TMZ is reporting that yet another unidentified male is suing Diddy over being allegedly violated. John Doe says he was a street musician playing the guitar in front of a Los Angeles nightclub when one of Diddy’s handlers approached him and invited him to a private function hosted by the mogul. He was then driven to Diddy’s home and met with the executive as the two discussed his musical aspirations over cocktails. Later in the conversation the man complimented Diddy’s jewelry to which Diddy invited him to see some more of his collection in a different room.
The two went to a private room and where John Doe says instantly felt dizzy and groggy. He claims Diddy bluntly asked “have you ever sucked a d*** before?” to which he responded “no.” Diddy is said to have then pulled out his penis and added “you should try it.” John Doe says he was forced to perform oral sex on him and was taken anally shortly after. The man says he woke up the next morning with someone giving him intravenous therapy. After the IV was complete he was driven back to the nightclub. To no surprise this lawsuit was also filed by Tony Buzzbee.
Diddy’s legal counsel have denied these claims via a formal statement to TMZ. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false” it read. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
Diddy’s federal trial is set to commence on May 5.
