Written by djfrosty on August 21, 2024
Kenshi Yonezu announced the dates for the international leg of his 2025 JUNK world tour.
The tour is scheduled to start in March after the J-pop hitmaker wraps up his domestic trek, making stops through April in Shanghai, Taipei, London, Paris and New York and closing in Los Angeles. This will be the “KICK BACK” singer-songwriter’s first time performing in Europe and the U.S., and combined with the domestic dates including his first dome concerts, will be the biggest tour yet for the 33-year-old artist. The venues of the global trek and information on how to purchase tickets will be announced later.
Yonezu also shared a teaser of his final performance on July 2, 2023 from his FANTASY domestic tour, which will be included in the “Video Edition” of his new album LOST CORNER, due Aug. 21. The song “Garakuta” (“Junk”), the theme song for the movie Last Mile, has been digitally released ahead of the project’s release.
