Lady Gaga is reminding Selena Gomez that she’s beautiful because, baby, she was born this way. After the Only Murders in the Building actress posted on TikTok Stories Tuesday (Feb. 21) that she wished she could look a bit more like a certain supermodel, Mother Monster reminded her in the comments how perfect she is as is.

“You look and are beautiful inside and out,” Gaga told Gomez. “One of my favorite ladies alive!”
In her post on TikTok, the “Wolves” singer had posed using a “Bella Hadid” filter that makes users’ skin look more golden and glowy while changing their browbones to match the Vogue cover star’s unique face shape. “I wish I was as pretty as Bella Hadid,” Gomez captioned the video.
In the clip, she also lip-synched to a soundbite of Hadid saying in a sultry voice, “My name is Bella Hadid.”
Then, in a followup story, Gomez removed the filter and tried saying the same sentence with her own name. “This is me, I accidentally laminated my brows too much,” she notes as a precursor, before saying, “My name is Selena Gomez — see? It doesn’t even sound sexy.”
Gaga wasn’t the only one to disagree with Gomez’s self-assessment. Thousands of the Rare Beauty founder’s followers flooded the comments of the post within the 24 hours it showed on Gomez’s account, with one writing, “She’s Bella Hadid but your [sic] THE Selena Gomez.”
That same day, the Only Murders in the Building star also posted a TikTok joking about “the reason” she’s single following a flurry of rumors earlier this year that she was dating the Chainsmoker’s Drew Taggart. Mouthing along to another creator’s audio, she says, “Guys, I figured out the reason why I’m single. Apparently you have to go outside and meet people. It’s gonna be a no from me.”

When Harry Styles was announced as the winner of this year’s Grammy album of the year award, his good friend and fellow nominee Lizzo could be seen on live TV filming him with a big smile on her face as he walked up onstage to accept. And, after teasing fans that she might, the 34-year-old songstress has posted the up-close video — and it features a hilarious cameo from Adele, who was seated right next to her.

In the clip, posted to TikTok two days after the Sunday night (Feb. 5) awards ceremony, Lizzo captures Styles bewildered reaction to winning the coveted prize for his May 2022 record Harry’s House from just a couple feet away. The “Special” singer can be heard screaming loud and proud in support of her pal throughout the video, and at one point, her lens goes up in the air as Styles bounds over to her and gives her a big hug, a sweet moment that was also caught on camera during the ceremony’s broadcast.
As the “As It Was” singer climbs onstage, Lizzo pans her phone camera over to zoom in on Adele, who remained in her seat even as the immediate crowd around her gave Styles a standing ovation. “Why you filming me for?” the “Easy On Me” singer, who won best pop solo performance earlier that night, hilariously protests.
Twitter speculation has it that Adele, a self-proclaimed super fan of Beyoncé, was one of many Beyhive members to be disappointed that the “Break My Soul” artist had lost album of the year for a fourth time. After all, when she was the one to beat out Bey for the same award back in 2017, Adele literally apologized to her during her own acceptance speech.
Regardless, Lizzo — who earlier that night won record of the year for “About Damn Time” and gave Beyoncé a special shoutout of her own during her acceptance speech — had a great time celebrating her former boyband star friend. When a photo of her taking a video of Styles during his big win started circulating on Twitter, she retweeted it and teased, “SHOULD I POST?!”
The Yitty founder also shared a slew of selfies with Styles, Adele and Beyoncé after the ceremony, writing, “I won.”

Lizzo, aka Melissa Jefferson, really is the people’s pop star. This year, during the annual slow-moving, awkward gap of time between Christmas and New Year’s, she’s been filling the space by doing what so many others have been doing: Filming TikToks with family.

The “About Damn Time” singer’s latest video on the platform, posted Thursday (Dec. 29), featured her two siblings — her older sister Vanessa and brother Mikey. The three Jeffersons took part in a trend for “trios,” each dancing along to a different song that fits each individual’s role in the group the best.
Lizzo went first, squaring up to the camera while dancing to Rico Nasty’s brash, rage-filled track, “Smack A Bitch.” The 34-year-old described herself as “the baby” of the family and “moms bank,” and wrote that she moved out at 18, was a “starving artist” and “disappeared for a while.”
In the next shot, the “Truth Hurts” artist hugs Mikey as Bruno Mars’ soft, happy-go-lucky song “Count on Me” plays. According to Lizzo’s description, he’s the middle child who is “moms bff” and “makes us meditate,” meanwhile Vanessa, who afterward dances to a parody of the Caillou theme song, is the “oldest but shortest sib” and “cries if the wind blows.”
“This sound was made for us 🥰” Lizzo captioned the TikTok.
A couple days prior, the Yitty founder had shared a TikTok with her mom, Shari Johnson-Jefferson. The two recreated a viral “turning my mom into me” trend started in recent weeks by users who show how their mom looks ordinarily, then shows how she looks in their own clothing.
And of course, Shari wasn’t going to model anything but her daughter’s own clothing line for the video. Lizzo dressed her mom up in a red Yitty onesie, Yitty slides and complementary red lipstick.
“Yung gravy 👀👀👀” she captioned the TikTok, shouting out the “Betty (Get Money)” rapper who famously loves dating moms — and actually ended up commenting “ayoooo” on the post.

‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring — not even a “quiz mouse.” Camila Cabello has been going viral for the, well, untraditional way she pronounced the word “Christmas” in her cover of “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” and now she’s joining in on the fun.

Cabello posted a TikTok Monday night (Nov. 21), making fun of herself by acting out a hilarious skit. In one frame, she plays her own voice coach, and tells herself: “We’re just going to practice some phrasing.”
“I’ll be home for Christmas,” she sings, before asking the second Camila to try it for herself.
“I’ll be home for Quismois,” repeats the second Camila.
“Me before recording my version of I’ll be home for christmas (quismois),” she captioned the video, which earned 8.5 million views and 1.5 million likes in just 14 hours.
The “Bam Bam” singer’s TikTok comes after a flurry of other posts on social media making fun of her “Quismois” pronunciation — or “Quiz Mice,” as some like to spell it — that began after a video of Cabello performing her Mariachi version of “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” last year began circulating online. She originally released the track with Amazon Music in 2021, and this year announced that it would be made available on all platforms (and yes, she says “Christmas” like that in the official recording, too).
The joke snowballed as more and more people hopped onto the trend of making “Quismois” memes of their own. One TikToker made a video dancing to Cabello’s cover, and wrote: “Pov the quiz mice when they find out Camilla Cabello will be home for them.”
Another joked that “CAMILLA CABELLO WILL BE HOME FOR QUIZNOS THIS YEAR.”

The moment was captured in a viral TikTok shared Sunday (Oct. 23), which has earned more than one million views in just one day. In the video, a fan behind the camera approaches Trainor at a Barnes and Noble, where the “All About That Bass” singer was signing copies of her new album Takin’ It Back.
“Can you say ‘hi’ really quick to my cousins?” the fan asks Trainor. “They couldn’t make it.”
When the “Bad for Me” vocalist agrees, the fan asks her to address her “cousins” by name. “It’s Jennie, Lisa, Rosé and Jisoo,” the fan instructs, with Trainor repeating the names back to make sure she has them down.
“Is it on?” Trainor proceeds, not realizing that she was fed the names of one of the world’s biggest girl groups, not someone’s actual cousins. “Jennie, Lisa, Rosé and … Joo-soo?”
“Jisoo,” she continues, after the fan corrects her pronunciation. “Hi! Thanks for not coming, but it’s OK. I love you anyways! Yay!”
“Thank you for saying hi to my cousins 😭😭😭😭😭,” the prankster wrote in the video’s caption.
Fortunately, Trainor — who just dropped the music video for her new single “Made You Look” on Oct. 21 — was able to laugh at herself in the comments of the TikTok. “IM SO JET LAGGED HAHAHAHA HOW COULD U DO THIS TO MEEEE,” she wrote. “Love u anyways.”

At midnight on Friday, Oct. 20, Jin’s three solo songs “Super Tuna,” “Abyss” and “Tonight” became available across all streaming services via BIGHIT MUSIC.
Previously, the singles released between 2019-2021 were only available across the group’s SoundCloud and YouTube accounts.
Let’s break down the three songs for those needing a refresher.
Released in June 2019 as part of BTS’ sixth-anniversary celebrations, “Tonight” was Jin’s first entirely original solo song uploaded to the group’s SoundCloud. Jin and BTS leader RM wrote the acoustic R&B-pop track alongside longtime collaborators Slow Rabbit and Hiss Noise, highlighting Jin’s airy falsetto over production that shifts from sparse guitar to an emotional mix of piano and synthesizers. “Tonight” has garnered more than 53 million streams on BTS’ SoundCloud.
To celebrate his birthday in December 2020, Jin released the moving, personal ballad “Abyss,” which shared an honest look at his grappling with performance anxiety, his insecurities, and burnout. The track was also written by Jin and RM, alongside longtime BTS producer Pdogg, and BUMZU who produced the song and is known for his heavy involvement with artists like SEVENTEEN and NU’EST. “Abyss” has more than 29 million streams on SoundCloud and 31.5 million streams on YouTube.
As another birthday present for ARMY in 2021, Jin switched things up entirely with his super-fun, super-synth track “Super Tuna,” which became an unexpected viral hit even without global distribution. The one-minute song was written and produced by Jin and BUMZU with “Super Tuna” with its accompanying choreography video taking a life of its own and garnering tons of covers across TikTok that even had the Teletubbies joining.
So far, “Super Tuna” has peaked at No. 4 on the weekly Hot Trending Songs Chart and currently sits at No. 11 after 45 weeks. Its choreography video has more than 76 million views on YouTube, plus more than 8.1 million streams on SoundCloud.
The new releases come ahead of Jin’s forthcoming solo single “The Astronaut,” co-written by Jin and Coldplay. The song drops one week from now at midnight on Oct. 28. BTS shared that concept photos, a music video and a lyric video all promised as part of the rollout for the track.
