tekashi 6ix9ine

For obvious rat-related reasons, Tekashi 6ix9ine is probably the most hated rapper in the game, so whenever we hear that he’s been dealt an “L” in a court of law, we low-key feel good whenever hearing about that kind of news.
According to documents obtained by AllHipHop, a court in D.C. has just ordered the pariah of a rapper to pay $250,000 to Hits Before Fame LLC and After Hours LLC due to his failure to appear for a sold-out show in 2018. Interestingly enough, the complaint filed by the aforementioned LLCs claims that not only did Tekashi not show up for his scheduled appearance and not inform them that he wasn’t going, but the man even went so far as to perform at a competing event the same night.
Talk about doing what you can to make people hate you.
Hits Before Fame LLC and After Hours LLC say they planned Tekashi’s performance at the Echostage, which was planned around Howard University’s homecoming.
Keep in mind, this is when Tekashi was crowned the “King of New York” and was dominating Billboard charts on a weekly basis. Then he ended up getting kidnapped and beaten up by his crew and ultimately decided to turn state’s evidence and snitch on half of Brooklyn.
Now, all these years later, Tekashi is being held accountable for his other douche-ish move and will have to come out of pocket for his transgression.
AllHipHop reports:
According to the complaint, 6ix9ine accepted nearly $60,000 in performance fees but ghosted promo ters and vanished—only to pop up hours later performing at Powerhouse NJ at the Prudential Center in Newark.
The court ruled that 6ix9ine violated the terms of his contract after months of rescheduling, renegotiating, and receiving wire transfers and cash—most of it funneled through his former manager, Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, who was later imprisoned for unrelated charges.
Documents show 6ix9ine’s team stopped communicating with the promoters just as ticket sales surged past $165,000, VIP tables sold out, and more than 3,000 fans waited outside in cold rain.
One of his own agents even threatened to cancel the event weeks before, but days later, 6ix9ine recorded a video hyping the rescheduled gig as a “make-up date for the Howard homecoming”—a clip that was never shared publicly.
When it became evident that Tekashi wasn’t going to show, the promoters canceled the event 30 minutes before show time to avoid a possible riot. Though the judges rejected the promoters’ claims of defamation and unjust enrichment, they did rule in favor of breach of contract and slapped Tekashi with a $250,000 bill.
We don’t feel bad for him at all. Just sayin’.

Uncle Sam is collecting on 6ix9ine’s unpaid tax debt. The IRS has sold his jewelry and more of his personal items at auction for over $500,000.
As per Complex the rapper turned federal informant had many of his prized possessions seized by the government back in April of 2024. According to the agency a raid was exercised on 6ix9ine’s Lake Worth, Florida home for “nonpayment of internal revenue taxes.” During the visit agents took several high ticket items including his diamond jewelry, luxury automobiles, record plaques and more. This week an auction was hosted to sell off the 63 items taken during the haul.
While his signature jewelry pieces eventually went under the hammer it was his music plaques that received the most interest. The certifications were linked to some of his most popular works including his breakout single “Gummo”, “Fefe”, “Gooba” and his Dummy Boy album. “This was the sleeper hit of the auction,” said Jacob Kodner of Market Auctions. “Collectors and fans alike recognized these plaques as irreplaceable pieces of music history.” Most of his possessions were purchased adding up to about $510,000. The only items that did get sold were a pair of cuban link necklaces.
This is not the first time 6ix9ine had his personal belongings sold by the state to make up for his tax debt. Back in July his 2019 Lamborghini Urus and 2017 Bentley Continental GT Speed were sold at a separate auction. 6ix9ine has not publicly commented on the matter.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is looking to be compensated for the injuries he suffered at LA Fitness. The infamous rapper has field a lawsuit against the chain and is seeking seven figures in damages.
As reported by XXL Magazine the rapper turned federal informant is suing the Irvine, CA. based company over an incident that took place in 2023. While finishing up a workout at their Lake Worth, Fl. location he was attacked by three men in the bathroom. He was left bloody with visible injuries to his face. While it is unclear why they assaulted him it is speculated the individuals took issue with him taking the stand on his former associates and gang affiliates the Nine Trey Gangsters.
On Wednesday, Jan. 15 he filed legal complaint and named Fitness International LLC., which operates as LA Fitness, as the defendant. In the paperwork 6ix9ine alleges the gym chain “knew or should have known that LA Fitness was located in an area where crime statistics, including violent crime had increased substantially in recent years.” The document would also read that the “defendant had a duty to adopt and implement reasonable security measures commensurate with all attendant circumstances, including the prevalence of criminal activity at LA Fitness and the surround ding area.”
6ix9ine says that as a result of the attack he suffered “bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, humiliation, medical expenses, loss of income, and diminished quality of life.” He is seeking a million dollars in compensation for his suffering as well as legal fees, etc. LA Fitness has yet to formally respond to the matter. As we all know Tekashi 6ix9ine is no stranger to jail time, but unfortunately for him, he’s no longer aligned with anybody to throw under the bus to save his own rainbow-colored ass.
According to TMZ, the most famous snitch in Hip-Hop history is once again facing more jail time as he and feds have reached a plea deal after the “Gummo” rapper was booked for violating the terms of his release just last month. While Tekashi has agreed to own up to his transgressions, prosecutors are set to recommend he stay in jail for another 30 days before he undergo another year of supervised release once he completes his bid.
Per TMZ:
During the first 90 days after his incarceration, the feds want Tekashi on home incarceration for 30 days, home detention for the next 30, and on a curfew for the last 30.
After this period, the government says he may travel domestically for work with his probation officer’s approval. The government also recommends he submit to random drug testing.
Worth noting … this is just what the feds are recommending — a judge still hasn’t signed off on the proposed sentence yet.
Given his history of run-ins with the law, we wouldn’t be surprised if the judge overseeing this case agrees to the terms that the Southern District Of New York is proposing.
The news comes on the heels of Tekashi 6ix9ine being booked for performing at Las Vegas without permission from his probation officer. After testing positive for meth and refusing to show up for another drug test, 6ix9ine was arrested and has been locked up since.
The man is doing meth now? He’ll be back in the bing before the year is out. Just sayin’.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is back behind the bars. The rapper turned federal informant has been arrested for violating the terms of his supervised release.
As spotted on TMZ, the Brooklyn, N.Y., native was taken into custody Tuesday (Oct. 29), in New York City. According to NBC News a warrant for his arrest was issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. While details of the paperwork have yet to be publicly disclosed, ABC News NY reports that authorities have confirmed that the “GOOBA” performer was detained because he traveled to Las Vegas without permission and missed his scheduled drug testing. He is also said to have tested positive for methamphetamine and arrived an hour late to his court hearing that same morning.
Tekashi 6ix9ine told the judge that he had just flown back to New York City from Florida and overslept. Additionally, he said that he traveled to Las Vegas to perform and thought he had permission to do since it allows him to earn a living as a music artist. In response to testing positive for methamphetamine the man born Daniel Hernandez says he takes Adderall, which contains methamphetamine. “I’m human,” he said to Judge Paul A. Engelmayer. “I’m human bro.”
The magistrate made it clear he was not pleased and said his behavior displays a “full spectrum disregard for the law” and promptly ordered he be arrested. Tekashi 6ix9ine is set to sit behind bars until his next hearing on Nov. 12.

Looks like Tekashi 6ix9ine’s troubles are spanning around the globe as the most famous snitch in Hip-Hop history has a worldwide warrant out for his arrest.
According to Diario Libre, the Hip-Hop superstar turned-culture pariah has just had an international warrant put out for his arrest after a Court of Appeals in the Judicial District of La Vega declaring that the “Gummo” rapper has been in “rebellion” outside of the Dominican Republic since June 2024. For those that don’t remember, Tekashi was arrested for assaulting a pair of producers in the Dominican Republic in October 2023.
He was apprehended by authorities at an airport immediately after as he was trying to make a break for it before he could be arrested for his transgressions. After making bail, Tekashi was informed that he was to remain on the island until trial. Making matters even worse on himself the rapper was then arrested for domestic violence but was bailed out of the matter when his girlfriend refused to cooperate with authorities.
While the warrant for Tekashi 6ix9ine has now gone international, Dominican authorities continue to search for him on the Caribbean country as it’s a very good chance the embattled rapper is just hiding out somewhere there. Heck, for all we know he made his way to Haiti to escape Dominican jurisdiction. With all those face tattoos and a rainbow-colored wig on his person, he shouldn’t be too hard to identify.
Truth be told, we hope they catch him. Just sayin’.

Tekashi 6ix9ine may be one of the most hated men in the United States, but the rapper-turned-snitch still has a very healthy fanbase overseas and is looking to cash in on his popularity by releasing branded cryptocurrency.
According to HipHopDX, the “Fefe” rapper traveled to Romania to take the stage at the annual Beach Please! music festival. While visiting the European country Tekashi 6ix9ine took to Instagram to announce he was releasing a new “Dummy Coin” for his fans to invest in.
In the now-deleted post (that disappeared quickly), Tekashi explained that there were some open slots for investors, and for those who were willing to buy into his new venture, there would be a chance to link up with the rapper-turned states evidence.
Per HipHopDX:
“We just got to Romania,” he began. “I’m super grateful for the ability to travel. Romania, we’re live tomorrow at Beach, Please! I want to apologize to all my fans for being very disconnected with you guys, but I got some great news — I just released a Dummy Coin.
“For the first 2,000 holders who buy into the Dummy Coin, you will be selected to do a meet and greet here in Romania […] Also, we’ll pick three select few to join us on stage for the last song, which is ‘GUMMO.’”
Sounds like Tekashi might be in dire need of money if he’s resorting to such tactics to drum up some cash. As to whether anyone invested in his “Dummy Coin” and met and chilled with him, that’s anyone’s guess.
Tekashi’s latest “business venture” comes months after the IRS raided his home and relieved him of some very expensive automobiles to satisfy his debt to Uncle Sam. If Tekashi is out here making bank on cryptocurrency, don’t be surprised if the IRS finds a way to come for those dollars too. They can be ruthless when they want to.
What do you think about Tekashi 6ix9ine’s “Dummy Coin”? Is he out here swindling his fans? Check out his performance clip in Romania, and sound off in the comments section below.

A few months ago, it was reported that Tekashi 6ix9ine’s fancy automobiles were repossessed by IRS agents as the “Gummo” rapper owes Uncle Sam millions in unpaid taxes. Now, those cars are up for auction for anybody who doesn’t mind riding around in a luxury car that once belonged to the world’s most famous snitch.
According to GSAAuctions.gov, a few of Tekashi’s exotic cars are now on the auction block, including a paint-splattered 2019 Lamborghini Urus and his 2017 Bentley Continental GT Speed. While bidding has started at a modest $20,000 a piece, don’t think you’ll be getting any of these cars for a steal as we’re sure that there’s a few ballers out there willing to pay “top dollar” for a used Lambo or Bentley.
The auction is live from July 8 to July 23, so anyone interested will have some time to save up some dollars in hopes of landing one or both of these fancy automobiles. Imagine Tekashi actually bids on these and wins? How funny would that be? You never know with that fool.
Check out pics of the cars, and let us know if you’d put a bid on these cars in the comments section below.

Ever since snitching on half of Brooklyn and getting himself sprung from prison, Tekashi 6ix9ine’s career has been in the toilet. But still, the Hip-Hop pariah has been living it up as if he’s still got cash rolling in by the millions—but it at least seems like he doesn’t.
With that being the case, he may owe Uncle Sam a pretty penny. According to TMZ, IRS agents paid Tekashi’s Florida home a visit and promptly took away all kinds of items from his home including a couple of his hot wheels. The sudden repo operation went down Wednesday (April 17), when IRS agents and Palm Beach officers went to Tekashi’s Lake Worth home and went to work while Tekashi is stuck in the Dominican Republic awaiting his day in court for an assault charge he caught a few months back.
Per TMZ:
Eyewitnesses tell us that these agents ended up confiscating multiple items from Tekashi’s house — where other people could be seen talking with the agents outside — and it looks like they even towed away some of the vehicles at the property, too.
We’ve been told that several different cars of his were hauled off, but we’ve obtained photos of at least two that look like they were for sure seized. You can even see they have his name right there on a sticker on the windshield of one of the rides.
In terms of what exactly this is all about, it’s still unclear. Of course, the fact the IRS is in the mix — ya gotta figure it’s tax-related… but the IRS hasn’t gotten back to us yet.
Tekashi must be tight, but everyone knows that if you try to jerk the IRS they’re gonna come for you.
That being said we doubt anyone feels bad for the embattled rapper as he’s done everything in the book to alienate the culture, fans and anyone who might’ve supported him in the past.

A few weeks ago Tekashi 6ix9ine was arrested in the Dominican Republic for domestic violence, but the embattled rapper might get off scot-free as his girlfriend is unwilling to cooperate with authorities.
Dailymail UK is reporting that Tekashi was released from jail on bond after his girlfriend, Yailin La Más Viral, refused to talk to authorities about the incident that her mother, Wanda Díaz, reported to the police. Looks like Yailin can teach Tekashi a thing or two about keeping your lips sealed. Tekashi was taken into custody on January 17 after Wanda Díaz accused the rapper of assaulting both her and her daughter, Yailin.
When it came time to show up in court and co-sign the claims, Yailin La Más Viral denied her mother’s claims and told Judge Fátima Veloz that Tekashi never put his hands on her.
Per Dailymail UK:
Díaz, who did not attend the hearing because she was feeling ill because of a complication from a cosmetic surgery, accused Tekashi of beating her and Yailin Las Más Viral.
Díaz spoke during a live YouTube stream of Alofoke Radio Show moments after Tekashi was arrested while he was attempting to leave the country and revealed that he assaulted them after she tried to stop him from beating her daughter.
‘One time I was with her, they were arguing, he pushed me, he slammed me because I got involved, because he hit my daughter,’ she said. ‘I was thrown to the ground. (Tekashi’s) security did not do anything. I was there telling him not to continue beating my daughter and he kept on and I got involved.’
Judge Veloz imposed a bail of 30,000 pesos (about $509) on Tekashi which he gladly paid and walked out a free man.
Still, Tekashi is barred from leaving the Dominican Republic until he settles his original assault case that got him stuck over there in the first place. Back in October of 2023, Tekashi was arrested when he tried to flee the country after allegedly assaulting music producers, Cristian Rojas y Nelson Hilario. The most famous snitch in Hip-Hop history got jealous of the two men for spending too much time in the studio with his girlfriend, Yailin.
After he and a few of his friends jumped the two men, Tekashi tried to hightail it back to the U.S. only to get arrested at the airport after authorities noticed there was a warrant for his arrest. No word on when that original case might get settled and Tekashi can make his way back to the States, but best believe no one on this side of town misses having Tekashi out and about in America. Just sayin.’
