Tasha K

After what feels like years of going back and forth in a court of law, Tasha K and Cardi B have finally come to an agreement to get Cardi B the $1.1 million she’s currently owed as a result of a defamation lawsuit that the “Bodak Yellow” rapper won in 2024.

According to HipHopDX, the two sides have agreed to a five-year payment plan that will see Tasha K slowly but surely pay off her $1.1 million debt. In return, Cardi is set to drop her objection to Tasha’s bankruptcy filing that the YouTuber filed at the end of last year. Part of the deal includes Tasha’s word that she will no longer talk about the Grammy Award-winning rapper in any “derogatory, disparaging, or defamatory” ways.
HipHopDX reports:

The agreement was made in bankruptcy court and only covers a small portion of the overall debt she owes to Cardi – which is $3.9 million. However, Tasha will still be on the hook for the rest of the money when she finishes her bankruptcy repayment plan, as it’s noted that “the Almanzar Claim is non-dischargeable.”
The battle has been ongoing since Cardi B first filed the lawsuit in 2019 over what her lawyers said was a “malicious campaign” to hurt Cardi’s career and reputation. She made videos claiming Cardi had committed sex acts “with beer bottles on fucking stripper stages,” while others accused her of being a prostitute who’d contracted herpes.
Bardi won in 2022, which resulted in Tasha (real name Latasha Kebe) being ordered to take down over 20 illicit and defamatory videos about Cardi and never post about the “Bodak Yellow” rapper again.
As we all know $1.1 million is basically walking around money for someone like Cardi B, but this was never about just money, it was the principle of everything. For that, we can’t be mad at Cardi for going hard for her coin and her reputation. Cardi made sure to even take Tasha’s $640 that YouTube owed her back in 2023. She was not playing!
While Tasha might be done with her Cardi B saga, she still isn’t in the clear as she now has to deal with the likes of Kevin Hart who also hit her with a defamation lawsuit back in 2023.
Like the saying goes, if you don’t have nothing nice to say about someone don’t say anything at all, ’cause these days you might get sued.
What do y’all think about Tasha K and Cardi B finally coming to an agreement? Let us know in the comments section below.

Gossip blogger Tasha K has agreed in bankruptcy court to pay Cardi B more than $1 million over the next five years and to not make any “derogatory, disparaging, or defamatory statements” about the superstar.
In court filings Friday (Feb. 21), attorneys for Tasha (Latasha Kebe) offered a plan to resolve her years-long federal bankruptcy case — proceedings made necessary by a $3.9 million judgment for defaming Cardi with outlandish claims of drug use, STDs and prostitution.

The new plan will cover only $1.2 million — less than a third of that fine. But under the terms of the agreement, Tasha will still owe the rest of the damages award even after she finishes the repayment plan: “The Almanzar Claim is non-dischargeable.”

Trending on Billboard

In the first year of the agreement, known as a “plan of reorganization,” Tasha will pay $44,907 per quarter to her unsecured creditors, the vast majority of which will go to Cardi. By year five, those quarterly payments will escalate to $81,057.

In an unusual feature, the bankruptcy plan also includes a non-disparagement clause, barring Tasha not only from defaming Cardi while the plan is in place but also from even mentioning her or any of her family members.

“The Debtor shall ensure that no content related to Ms. Almánzar and/or her family, whether explicitly or implicitly, will be published or disseminated on any of the Debtor’s social media accounts, websites, blogs, or other online communication channels,” her lawyers wrote.

Attorneys for both sides did not immediately return requests for comment.

The filing is the latest wrangling in Cardi’s long-running efforts to collect on the huge 2022 judgment, which came after a federal jury found that Tasha had made false and defamatory statements about the superstar on YouTube and other platforms.

Cardi has repeatedly vowed to recover that money by any means necessary — saying “imma come for everything” and “b—- better have my money.” Tasha filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2023, saying she still owed $3.4 million to Cardi and had less than $60,000 in assets. But the rapper has pursued her, later winning a ruling that Tasha couldn’t use the bankruptcy process to “discharge” the judgment.

In December, Cardi’s attorneys demanded that the bankruptcy case be dismissed entirely, accusing Tasha of orchestrating a “long-running fraudulent scheme to shield debtor’s assets and income from creditors.” They said she had fraudulently transferred and concealed money and had lied to both Cardi and the federal courts.

“It is clear and irrefutable that debtor has admittedly and repeatedly engaged in bad faith conduct to hinder, delay, and defraud Ms. Almánzar from collecting on the amended defamation judgement,” the star’s lawyers wrote. “This court should not allow debtor to further abuse the bankruptcy process.”

A day after Cardi filed her motion to dismiss, the court-appointed trustee — a neutral third party who helps shepherd a bankruptcy case toward a repayment plan — filed her own motion endorsing Cardi’s arguments and urging the judge to dismiss Tasha’s bankruptcy case.

The threat of such an outcome likely forced Tasha’s attorneys to negotiate Friday’s agreement, avoiding the risk that the bankruptcy would be dismissed entirely.

Cardi B is not letting up on Tasha K. The rapper says the blogger is avoiding paying her with a bankruptcy filing.

As spotted on TMZ the Bronx, New York native is not taking no for an answer when it comes to her settlement. The “Bodak Yellow” performer sued Tasha K for defamation after the media personality made several videos claiming Cardi had contracted a sexually transmitted disease and other shocking allegations relating to her short stint as an exotic dancer. After a two-week trial the Tasha K was found liable for “defamation, two other forms of wrongdoing, invasion of privacy through portrayal in a false light, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” As a result she was ordered to pay Cardi B $1.25 million dollars in damages and cover her legal fees.

Since then the popular YouTuber has filed for bankruptcy, claims she is financially tapped out and doesn’t have to means to make good on the debt. Becalis’ legal team aren’t buying her crocodile tears and infer that she could be potentially hiding her assets in offshore accounts. Cardi B’s lawyers came with receipts and point to the Tasha K’s newest apartment rental which costs about $7,000 a month. Also in the court documents are references to her Instagram account where the woman born LaTasha Kebe can be seen sporting designer fabrics and expensive jewelry.

Paying Cardi B might not be the only person the habitual tea spiller, Tasha K, has to worry about. Kevin Hart is now coming for whatever coins she has left.
Spotted on The Blast, comedian/actor Kevin Hart is clapping back at Tasha K via legal avenues, accusing her of extortion and defamation.
The lawsuit comes after Tasha K dropped the latest Unwine With Tasha K episode featuring Hart’s former assistant, Miesha Shakes, accusing her former boss of being a serial adulterer and a responsible gambler.
[embedded content]
According to the legal documents obtained by the website, Hart initially hit Tasha K with a cease and desist letter and let her know he was not playing the 6 figure fee to stop her from posting the interview.
Per The Blast:
In the filing, Kevin’s legal team says on November 22, 2023, they sent a letter to Tasha K regarding her “recent and ongoing violations of civil and criminal law.” Addressed with the infamous YouTuber’s real name, Latasha Transrina Kebe, the filing demanded that she “immediately cease and desist all such activity.” It continued:
“You have already engaged in criminal conduct and tortious acts that would entitle Mr. Hart to monetary damages against you should he elect to commence civil litigation regarding this matter. To the extent that you do not cease and desist now, your liability for such monetary damages will increase, as will your exposure to criminal penalties.”
Per The Blast’s reporting, Hart’s legal rep, Donte Mills, said an unknown person associated with acting on Tasha K’s instructions reached out to someone on Hart’s team, saying they would “publish a damaging story on social media (the “Story”).
If Hart didn’t want the story published, he would have to pay $250,000.
Social Media Is Clowning Tasha K
As expected, the reactions on X, formerly Twitter, are coming in, and they are all clowning Tasha K for not learning her lesson from the Cardi B situation.
“Everything Tasha K owns must be in her little niece name or something, cause she has clearly made a choice about how she moves,” Music Sermon creator Naima Cochran wrote on X.

LOL.

A former assistant to Kevin Hart has made allegations about his serial adultery and more in a recent interview with Tasha K.
The former assistant to comedian Kevin Hart, Miesha Shakes, has come forward with scathing allegations about his behavior in a sit-down interview with celebrity blogger Tasha K claiming that Hart is a serial adulterer despite being married to his wife, Eniko Hart, and an irresponsible gambler among other charges.
[embedded content]

In the trailer for the Unwine With Tasha K episode, the host opens up by asking Shakes what compelled her to reach out.
“It is time for Hollywood to hear these stories especially because a lot of people are locked in non-disclosures and they’re not able to talk and protect themselves. But you have to protect the person you’re working for, where’s your protection?” Shakes stated.
From there, the clip shows Tasha K bringing up the scandal involving Hart and a woman he was caught on video with at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. Hart would own up to his infidelity, which Shakes said was the basis for an extortion attempt against Hart.
But Shakes went further and claimed that Hart fathered another child with a woman in his company, Hartbeat Studios. “She pregnant again?,” asked Tasha K, to which Shakes responded, “Correct, with her second baby.”
Shakes also claimed she told Eniko Hart, “Kevin is cheating with a girl named Mixed Morgan. She’s his flight attendant. She’s on his planes.”
She then pulled up the Instagram profile of the woman and showed Tasha K, who responded with shock and laughter. Shakes would also go on to respond to Tasha K’s question on whether her former boss has a serious gambling problem. “Yes, his game is poker,” she replied. She also responded affirmatively before citing another person named Leland as being responsible as well.
The allegations come as Tasha K is under duress.
The blogger was recently named in a lawsuit by the disgraced R&B singer R. Kelly, who claims that she was responsible for leaking information about him with the help of personnel at the correctional facility he was being held in before his trial for sex trafficking in Illinois.
She also still has to contend with paying rapper Cardi B over $4 million after a court found her guilty of defamation earlier this year.

Will Smith became the new subject of a video tell-all by Tasha K, and Cardi B has come to his defense.
Celebrity blogger Tasha K made a post on X, formerly Twitter on Monday (November 13) highlighting an interview on her UnWine With Tasha K show with Brother Bilal, a former friend of Will Smith. “Will Smith will WISH this interview NEVER happened! This is one of the closest people to Will aside from Jada to sit down and tell all about him.” she wrote. In the interview, Bilal claimed that he walked in on Smith and actor Duane Martin engaged in sexual intercourse among other

salacious claims.

The uproar caught the attention of Will Smith, whose representative stated that the claims by Bilal were “completely fabricated” and “unequivocally false.” Cardi B went further and expressed her anger in an Instagram Live session on Wednesday (November 15). “I don’t like how I got fooled a couple of weeks ago..some people just never change,” she began in the video which was shared onto the X platform referring to Tasha K. Tasha K still owes Cardi B $3 million in legal damages.

“I don’t like what people be doing to Will Smith. I be feeling like Will Smith is very unproblematic and I feel like he has a nice heart, and that’s the thing,” she continued. “I found out that Will Smith is a Libra…Libras, we be getting tried, we be getting tried, and then when we outburst, we outburst so f—ing heavy, that we become the ones in the wrong. Cardi B also had words for those running with the claims, saying: “As a journalist, you should be able to determine whether someone is bulls——ing or not.”
Tasha K may be facing a new whirlwind of trouble after the Will Smith video. When asked by reporters about the situation after her appearance at the iHeart Radio stations in Manhattan, Jada Pinkett Smith shouted out “We suing” before exiting the scene. Tasha K has also been named in a lawsuit filed by R. Kelly at the beginning of the week, where the convicted singer claims that U.S. Bureau of Prisons officials leaked his personal information to the YouTuber to air on her show before his trial in Illinois on sexual assault charges.

Will Smith is once again the talk of the internet, and it has nothing to do with his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith’s memoir, but a rumor of him getting freaky with his bestie, Duane Martin. The hilarious part is that this all started on Tasha K’s show, and now the internet is chiming in on her potentially having to pay Cardi B and Will Smith as well.
Okay, here’s a brief rundown of the mess. Brother Bilaal, a man claiming to be Will Smith’s former assistant, decided to take his “tea” to Tasha K’s talk show series, UNWINEWITHTASHAK.
Brother Bilaal told Tasha K that he allegedly walked in on Will Smith and Duane Martin getting freaky, adding to the long-rumored entanglement between the two actors and friends.
As we previously reported, Will Smith’s rep shot down Brother Bilaal’s claims, noting that legal action is being considered.
In an upcoming Breakfast Club Interview, Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett, said that legal action is coming and Brother Bilaal was part of a “money shakedown that didn’t work.”
Jada also claimed that Will Smtih laughed at the idea he was getting his cheeks clapped by Duane Martin.

Social Media Users Think Tasha K Hates Money
X users are also throwing shots at Tasha K, who still owes Cardi B money after a judge ruled that the blogger must pay the Bronx Hip-Hop star more than $3.4 million for spreading salacious lies about the “Bodak Yellow” crafter.
“Tasha K is already losing her home and her car, hiding assets in Africa to avoid paying Cardi B the 4 million dollars she owes. She’s REALLY about to find out fucking with the Smiths,” one X user wrote.
Tasha K tried to get out of paying what she still owes to Cardi B in attempting to file for bankruptcy, but the judge said NAH!
Even pedophile crooner R. Kelly is getting in on the sue Tasha K movement. But that’s a whole other story.
Tasha K, you’re well on your way to being broke for the rest of your life, and it’s only because you can’t seem to stay out of people’s business. m

R. Kelly has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government and prison officials for allegedly leaking his prison information before his Chicago-area trial to Tasha K.

On Monday (Nov. 13), R. Kelly filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court of Northern Illinois against the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, alleging that they leaked personal details about him before his infamous trial months ago. The lawsuit is also filed against the federal government as well as Latasha Kebe, better known as celebrity blogger Tasha K. Kelly is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for enticing a minor into sexual activity and producing child pornography. He’s also been convicted in a separate case in New York for sex trafficking and racketeering.

In the documents of the lawsuit, R. Kelly alleges that “at least 60 BOP officers made unauthorized access to plaintiff’s sensitive, confidential, and private information maintained by the BOP.” The controversial singer specifically cited three of the unnamed prison officials who he claimed looked at his visitor logs and private calls and then struck a deal with Tasha K – presumably for money – to leak that information to her so that she could share it with her vast audience in her role as a celebrity blogger.
“He had every right to be able to be confident, to think the BOP would protect his information and not exploit, but unfortunately, certain BOP officers did just that,” said Jennifer Bonjean, R. Kelly’s attorney to ABC7 Chicago. “He does not feel comfortable to this day talking to anyone, even his own lawyers, because of the impact of this event.” One of the singer’s sisters, Lisa Kelly, expressed her dismay over the situation. “You’re listening to personal phone calls. You’re listening to recordings. That’s not right. That’s not right. That doesn’t sit well with me at all,” she said.
Tasha K apparently felt something was up, as she addressed the lawsuit on social media months before it was filed in January. It’s notable that she went to those lengths as she is currently under duress after losing a major lawsuit brought against her by Cardi B for defamation of character. The blogger had vowed to go to the Supreme Court after the verdict, which found her liable for $4 million in damages.

Will Smith might have to get his right hand ready again for slapping after a crazy rumor about him and Duane Martin was floated to the timeline during a recent interview. A former assistant to the celebrated actor and rapper claims that he walked in on Smith and Martin getting it on, and the reactions online are what you’d expect.
On Tasha K’s show, UNWINEWITHTASHAK, Brother Bilaal revealed an explosive claim that is currently trending on the social media streets in sharing with the host that he walked in on Will Smith having intercourse with Duane Martin.
To get more descriptive, Brother Bilaal claims that Smith was bent over the couch as Martin allegedly had his way with him. As you’ll hear in video clips of the discussion online, the description is a lot more graphic than what we wrote.
The rumors of Smith and Martin being lovers aren’t new but nothing has ever been confirmed nor have the gentleman spoken directly to the claims. Martin made two appearances on Smith’s hit 1990s sitcom, The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, and maintained a friendship after that initial meeting over the years. Martin also appeared in three episodes for the dramatic The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air reboot, Bel-Air.
It hasn’t been a great couple of years for Smith, this after the August Alsina entanglement woes and the infamous slap heard across the world. Further, Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, just released a memoir with fans believing that the newly minted author dragged her husband’s name through the mud again.
On X, Formerly known as Twitter, the reactions to the rumors are coming in fast and we’ve got comments from all sides below.

R. Kelly is suing the federal Bureau of Prisons over allegations that the agency leaked private information about the disgraced singer to social media personality Tasha K — the same YouTube gossip host that Cardi B sued for defamation last year.

In a complaint filed Monday (Nov. 13) in Chicago federal court, Kelly’s lawyers say an unnamed Bureau of Prisons (BOP) agent illegally accessed Kelly’s digital prison records — including recordings of private phone calls with his girlfriend and lawyers — and sold them to Tasha, who then broadcast them online to more than 1 million followers.

“The defendant United States of America breached its duty of care to the plaintiff when it allowed countless BOP officers to access plaintiff’s confidential information without any legal basis to do so,” Kelly’s lawyer Jennifer Bonjean writes.

The lawsuit, which also names Tasha K (Latasha Kebe) as a defendant, claims that the influencer then “rallied her massive following to harass the plaintiff with the use of the stolen information and created chaos in plaintiff’s personal life.”

The leaks left Kelly “isolated and fearful to communicate with his attorneys or other third parties,” the lawsuit claims, because he knew it could be “released to the general public for mass exploitation.”

Kelly was convicted in 2021 on racketeering and sex trafficking charges stemming from accusations that he orchestrated a long-running scheme to abuse women. In September 2022, he was convicted in Chicago on separate federal charges of child pornography and enticement of minors for sex. The singer, who is currently appealing both convictions, was later sentenced to 30 years in prison.

If Kebe’s name sounds familiar, it should. Last year, Cardi B won a $3.9 million defamation judgment against the blogger over false statements Kebe made about drug use, STDs and prostitution on her YouTube channel “UnWinewithTashaK.” Kebe has since filed for federal bankruptcy, citing her inability to pay that huge judgment.

In his new lawsuit, Kelly claims that Kebe first published private information in November 2019, starting with a video called “R. Kelly Can’t Control his Girlfriends while Behind Bars” that contained information Kebe said came from a “phone tap somewhere.” Later posts allegedly divulged more personal information, including highly-sensitive communications with his legal team.

“The communications … related to personal and family problems, romantic interests, health problems, literacy issues, and issues related to the defense of his pending criminal cases,” Kelly’s lawyers write.

According to the lawsuit, an internal BOP investigation revealed that an unnamed officer had pulled Kelly’s records from the agency’s TruView system, a digital database of information on prisoners. The officer then allegedly scanned them and “emailed that scan to third parties, including defendant Kebe.” But that probe ended without any action against the officer, Kelly’s lawyers claim.

“No charges were brought against defendant BOP Officer A, and the government has refused to reveal any details about the investigation including the identity of Officer A,” Bonjean wrote in Monday’s complaint. “In short, there has been a cover-up of the rampant BOP misconduct that is ongoing.”

Kelly’s lawyers claim that illegal leaks continued even after the BOP was made aware of the initial disclosures to Kebe. They cited a report last summer by the Washington Post about Kelly’s $25,000 in commissary funds — a report that resulted in federal prosecutors seizing the money to pay off his victims.

In technical legal terms, Kelly’s lawyers allege that the leaks amounted to negligence, an invasion of his privacy, an intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil theft and civil conspiracy. They also claim that the officer who stole the records violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — a federal statute that makes computer hacking illegal.

A spokesperson for the BOP declined to comment, citing agency policy on pending litigation. An attorney who has represented Tasha K on other matters did not immediately return a request for comment.
