Converse sneakers with a Nike swoosh?! We thought we’d never see the day, but the good folks over at A Ma Maniére are making it a reality and truth be told, we low-key loving it.

According to Highsnobiety, A Ma Maniére’s remix of the classic Chuck Taylors will be donning the timeless Nike swoosh on their iteration of the sneaker and while their previous Nike and Jordan collaborations didn’t exactly fly off the shelves, we wouldn’t be surprised if these joints are hard to come by should they release.

The revelation of their A Ma Maniére x Chuck Taylors were presented overseas. While we wait for them to officially release, you can almost hear the appetite for these building up amongst hypebeasts.
Per Highsnobiety:
At a dinner in London, it presented guests with the ultimate mash-up shoe: a Converse Chuck Taylor with a Nike swoosh.
America’s two most famous footwear brands collide on one shoe.
It’s by no means a novel concept, others have tried to do it in the past (including Virgil Abloh) but A Ma Maniére becomes the first brand to have done it officially. This isn’t a bootleg, it’s the real thing, presented at a dinner hosted with Converse.
The brand has used a beige-hued canvas Chuck 70 (a more premium, chunky-soled version of the Chuck Taylor) as its base and added a thick black Nike swoosh to the outside — on the inside, the usual Converse branding remains. And an extra piece of Nike branding can be found on the metal lace charm.

These are butter. Just sayin’.
While these are limited to friends and family, we hope Nike pulls the trigger on these because they kinda go hard.
Would you cop a pair of the A Ma Maniére x Chuck Taylors if they dropped? Let us know in the comments section below.

After suing UMG for their support of Kendrick Lamar’s smash hit, “Not Like Us,” Drake has become the least liked rapper in the Hip-Hop game today. But that isn’t keeping Nike from continuing their relationship with the Canadian crooner and they are about to drop a new Air Force 1 co-signed by the “Family Matters” rapper.

According to Hypebeast, two new colorways of the “Certified Lover Boy” Air Force 1 is on the way and truth be told they kinda go hard. Originally released as an all-white Air Force 1 with “Certified Lover Boy” etched on the sole, the NOCTA x AF1 will be returning in Pale Purple / Cobalt Tint and CITRON TINT colorways along with translucent soles to match, but instead of sporting “Certified Lover Boy” on the sole, these will have a different message that reads “Love You Forever.”
We’re not gonna lie, we might have to copp.

How sneakerheads will receive these drops should be interesting as Drizzy’s popularity in the rap game has dropped since taking the “L” in his battle with Kendrick Lamar and ultimately taking Universal Music Group to court over said loss. While we’re sure hardcore Drizzy fans will have no problem copping these when they drop, others may be hesitant to do so for the aforementioned reasons.
Still, they’re pretty dope.
Per Hypebeast:
Constructed with premium soft purple leather for the upper, the shoe’s iconic “Love You Forever” mantra is still a standard on the semi-translucent midsoel and outsole. The premium leather gives the shoe a luxe feel, giving the timeless silhouette another iteration. Look out for the pair arriving later this month.
We’re not with the legal action that Drake done took, but we might have to copp regardless. Just sayin.’
Check out pics of the upcoming kicks and let us know if you’ll be checking for them when they release later this month in the comments section below.

The second wave of Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God and adidas basketball collection is upon us and will be hitting the shelves before the year is out.

According to Sneaker News, the second wave of the popular basketball sneaker line has gotten a release date of December 2024, and while adidas’ Samba silhouette has taken over the streets, the new Fear of God Athletics II Basketball “Night Brown” are sure to find some love among basketball players and overall sneaker aficionados.

Though no exact release day has been set just yet, best believe ballers will be keeping an eye out for these. The comfort level is said to be next level even though they have yet to become a staple on the professional basketball court.
Per Sneaker News:
To the uninitiated; the preceding I Basketball admittedly fell short of its intended performance capabilities and never found its way onto NBA hardwood. It did, however, gain traction as a lifestyle shoe among fans of Jerry Lorenzo’s established design language. The next Fear Of God basketball shoe speaks to the idea behind Lorenzo’s “ESSENTIALS” brand, emphasizing functionality while capturing the same aesthetic that’s made FOG a household name.
The “Night Brown” colorway comes as a sensible introductory look, saddled with a dark upper and light midsole. While full technical specifications haven’t been unveiled at the time of this writing, the shoe features a mesh base, sleek Three Stripes paneling, and warped radial tread underfoot. White and grey colorways have also been making rounds on social media, and as mentioned, Lorenzo previewed another version featuring a TPU cage in early October 2024. However, no details regarding that shoe have been floated just yet.
We can’t front, these joints actually look pretty spiffy. Just sayin’.

On Tuesday, (Nov. 12) Reebok launched their “Sport Is Everything” campaign that showcases athletes from across the globe to show and prove that sports isn’t defined by one country or place, but is limitless when people from all over the world participate in the games.

Source: Reebok / Reebok
With Reebok continuing to add superstar athletes like Angel Reese to their roster and getting back to basics as they look to once again be part of the big three in sports brand attire, the new campaign aims to remind everyone that we’re all in this together regardless of race, gender or nationality.

The new 60-second spot is narrated by the one and only Tobe Nwigwe and showcases some of Reebok’s most popular athletes and artists such as NFL quarterback Justin Fields, Puerto Rican artist Anuel AA and, of course, WNBA superstar Angel Reese.
Reese expressed her love and support for Reebok’s new initiative and explained why it mattered in today’s day and age. “I love the ‘Sport is Everything’ message because it’s something that resonates with all of us,” said WNBA All-Star in a statement. Angel Reese. “Whether you’re a world-class athlete, gamer, chef, or musician, sport is about anything that excites you—it’s a community we can all share.”
Looks and sounds like a winning message.

For the past few years StockX has seen its reputation take all kinds of hits with customers accusing them of selling fake sneakers and Nike essentially solidifying as much in a court of law.

Now, with the sneaker reselling market struggling like never before, StockX is looking to shake things up on a corporate level. They’ve decided that a change in leadership is needed at the current moment. According to Nice Kicks, current StockX CEO Scott Cutler will be stepping down from his position at the end of the year, and the company’s co-founder, COO Greg Schwartz, will be taking over Jan. 1, 2025. Though Cutler will be taking a backseat to Schwartz, he will remain on board as an advisor as StockX tries to figure out which direction they will go in as the sneaker game isn’t what it was just a few years ago.

We think they can start by upping their authentication process and figure out how to keep fake sneakers from getting in the hands of high-paying customers, but hey, that’s just us. No shots.
Per Nice Kicks:
Since taking the reins in 2019, Scott Cutler has significantly expanded StockX’s global footprint. Under his leadership, StockX entered numerous international markets, helping make the platform a go-to destination for sneakerheads, collectors, and streetwear fans worldwide. Cutler also emphasized StockX’s dedication to transparency and authenticity, strengthening the company’s reputation as a trusted platform in the resale space.
However, one of Cutler’s most talked-about initiatives has been the launch of StockX’s Vault NFT project. Launched as an innovative step into the digital collectibles market, Vault NFTs allowed users to buy, sell, and trade digital representations of physical products held by StockX. The project quickly attracted attention and sparked a legal dispute with Nike, who argued that the NFTs infringed on its trademarks. The lawsuit remains unresolved, but it underscores the bold direction StockX pursued under Cutler’s leadership, venturing into new markets that challenged traditional industry boundaries.
Those NFTs really ended bricking worse than those Yeezy Pods that dropped last year. Just terrible.
Though StockX is now working with Walmart to move some sneakers (nah, forreal), it’s hard to see how StockX can become the force it once was in it’s heyday with the sneaker resell market at an all-time low.
But hey, that’s why these CEOs and COOs make the big bucks, right?
What do y’all think StockX should do to get the company back on track? Let us know in the comments section below.

Last month, Hip-Hop culture was shocked when news of the sudden passing of the legendary DJ Clark Kent was announced. With many of his peers paying homage in the following days, NBA legend LeBron James went about paying tribute in his own way.

Recently, the NBA icon styled in a pair of exclusive Air Force 1s Lows that were dedicated to the memory of “God’s Favorite” DJ and truth be told, they’re low-key fire. The classic silhouette was fitted with a reflective base in a colorway reminiscent of the “Easter” Air Force 1 colorway with the word “GODs” etched on one heel tab and “Favorite” etched on the other. The tongue on the sneakers also feature a “DJ Clark Kent” patch just in case no one knows who “God’s Favorite” DJ is.

LeBron James honors “God’s Favorite DJ” DJ Clark Kent with his Friends & Family “The LIST” Air Force 1s 🙏 pic.twitter.com/RylIM1Sa53
— Sole Retriever (@SoleRetriever) November 4, 2024

If you know anything about DJ Clark Kent, he was a sneaker connoisseur way before sneaker culture was the “in” thing to be a part of and he had collection of kicks that would rival some of your favorite artists.
Naturally, we doubt that these will ever see the light of day as Nike is notorious for giving athletes like LeBron James and artists like Travis Scott their own exclusive sneaker colorways for friends and family. Still, don’t be surprised if a pair of these hits the sneaker resale market as player and artist exclusives are known to slip onto the secondary market here and there.
Do expect to pay a grip though as scarce sneakers fetch big bucks.
What do y’all think of LeBron James’ exclusive DJ Clark Kent sneakers? Would you cop if these were to drop? Let us know in the comments section below.

Angel Reese might’ve missed out on the WNBA’s Rookie of the Year honors, but she sure as hell isn’t missing out on any bags anytime soon. We ain’t talking about no Birkin joints either.

Reebok announced that the Chicago Sky’s new star forward would be joining their family on a multi-year deal and getting her own signature sneaker line, which is set to make its debut in 2026. With her college rival, Caitlin Clark, having already signed with Nike, it’s only right that she take her talents to Reebok to keep the brand wars that much more interesting.

In a press release for the big news, the 6-foot-3 stunner expressed her excitement over the new partnership as we all know that WNBA players don’t get as many sneaker deals as their NBA counterparts.
“I’m extremely excited to let you guys know that we are officially coming out with a Reebok by Angel signature shoe!” said Reese. “We’ve already kicked off the design process, and it means the world to me to have Reebok’s full support and confidence with this shoe and overall partnership.”
Why fans will have to wait until the spring of 2026 is anyone’s guess, but that’ll just give Reese more time to build on the brand that’s already making her a household name.
