Sean âDiddy Combs is currently serving his prison sentence in one of the nationâs most notorious facilities, and according to a friend, there was a brush of violence for the beleaguered mogul. In a report, it was revealed by a friend of Diddyâs that a fellow inmate pressed a knife to his throat after sneaking into his cell.
As exclusively reported by The Daily Mail, Diddy, who is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, was approached by the inmate who fashioned a makeshift knife and held it against Combsâ throat, according to his best friend, Charlucci Finney.
âHe woke up with a knife to his throat,â Finney told the outlet. âI donât know whether he fought him off or the guards came, I just know that it happened.â
Finney continued, âIf this guy had wanted to harm him, Sean would have been harmed. It would only take a second to cut his throat with a weapon and kill him. It was probably a way to say: âNext time you ainât gonna be so lucky.â Everything is intimidation. But with Sean it wonât work. Sean is from Harlem.â
Attorneys for Combs have attempted to have their client moved out of MDC due to the constant threat of violence and harm. They are angling to have Diddy moved to FCI Fort Dix in Hanover Township, N.J. This is a low-security facility where they hope to have Combs serve his 50-month sentence and enter a drug rehab program.

Sean âDiddyâ Combs was recently sentenced in his prostitution case and was hit with 50 months, which equates to four years and two months. Sources close to Diddy informed TMZ that President Donald Trump is considering commuting Diddyâs sentence, a claim the White House denies, but the outlet stood firmly by its earlier report in an update.
TMZ first reported Monday night (October 20) that a high-ranking White House official revealed to them that Trump mulled over commuting Combsâ sentence this week. Some of Trumpâs aides are pushing for him not to commute the sentence, but conceded that the president âwill do what he wantsâ in regards to the matter.
The White House Communications Office refuted TMZâs report, prompting the outlet to immediately issue an update to its story.
From TMZ:
The White House Communications Office is saying our story is not true. We stand by our story. Our story is accurate.
So far, Diddy has been jailed for 13 months, and that time served could reduce his sentence to just two years. A commutation is not a pardon, just a reduction in sentencing.

The judge overseeing the Sean âDiddyâ Combs sex trafficking and racketeering trial dismissed a juror on the panel after discovering inconsistencies regarding where they lived. The judge hit back at Diddyâs defense team after they alleged the removal of the juror was a sign of racial bias.
Deadline reports that Judge Arun Subramanian ordered the removal of Juror No. 6, who was reported to be a 41-year-old Black man who is employed in an administrative role in a correctional facility. At issue with Judge Subramanian was the jurorâs inability to confirm whether he lived in New York or New Jersey, thus giving pause on whether or not he could be a sound member of the jury panel.
The defense team for the beleaguered mogul addressed the judge via a letter claiming that the removal of the juror would make it so that no other Black juror alternate could join the panel and said they would attempt to seek a mistrial. In times past, the defense has stated that the U.S. Attorneyâs office for the Southern District of New York operated under a racial bias.
As indicated in the report, the judge, who was considering the move last Friday, came into the court Monday morning (June 16) and announced the removal of the juror.
âThe defense asked the Court to base its decision on race,â Judge Subramanian said in the court. âThat would be inappropriate. So, Juror 6 is excused and is replaced by the first alternate.
He continued, âAs to the defenseâs allegation of prosecutorial misconduct here, that is inviting the Court to make a decision based on race â and cannot be granted.â
Juror No. 6 was replaced by a 57-year-old white man. It was expected that the trial would be concluded by the July 4 holiday.

The judge overseeing the Sean âDiddyâ Combs sex trafficking and racketeering trial has been mulling a decision to dismiss one of the jurors over inconsistencies in answering questions and other reported issues. Diddyâs legal team wrote a letter to the judge explaining that if the Black and male juror is dismissed that they would seek a mistrial.
As reported by USA Today, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian told the court that he was moving to remove Juror No. 6 due to what he framed as âseveral inconsistenciesâ due to where he lived, adding, âThe juror is unable to answer simple questions. There are serious questions about the jurorâs candor and ability to follow instructions.â
In a TMZ report, it was revealed that Juror No. 6 was Black, and Diddyâs legal team seized on the opportunity to address the judgeâs move and seek a pathway to a mistrial.
From TMZ:
The rapperâs legal team filed a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian Sunday evening ⌠claiming that â while the Court might believe the prosecutionâs questions about a jurorâs inconsistent answers during voir dire are sincere â the government is just finding pretense to dismiss a juror because of their race.
Adding to this, the defense presented claims that authorities abused their power and used excessive force during the raids of Diddyâs homes, along with alleging that investigators linked sensitive information to the public, presumably, to taint the air of the trial.

Sean âDiddyâ Combsâ defense team is now trying to present their client as just a regular guy with freaky kinks.
Spotted on Vulture, Diddyâs third sexual misconduct accuser, âJane Doe,â who many on the web believe to be 50 Centâs ex, Daphne Joy, was cross-examined by the disgraced music mogulâs legal team on June 10 with a line of questioning that aim to paint their client as an egregiously horny man.
When asked if she would describe Diddy as a voyeur, Jane Doe responded, âI would use the word cuck for him, more so.âÂ
Jane Doe Brings Up Bi-Sexuality During Cross-Examination
Doe further explained she came to that conclusion after doing a deep dive into cuckoldry because he wanted so many of those nights, so wanted to get an understanding of her exâs freaky ways.Â
âI came across this word that was called a âcuck,â a cuckolder,â Doe testified on Tuesday (June 10). âI was just trying to understand⌠I was just like, this is spot-on.â
In another instance Doe seemingly alluded to Diddyâs allegedly bi-sexuality.
âOne [reason is] the cuck derives pleasure from seeing his woman derive pleasure from the other man,â Doe explained during the cross-examination. âCucks could also have a bi-curiosity that theyâre too ashamed to experience themselves, so they use the women.â
The Defense Focused On Previous Conversations With Jane Doe
Jane Doeâs cross-examination by Defense attorney Teny Geragos followed three days of testimony.
She accused the Bad Boy general of pressuring her into taking part in days-long sexual encounters with male escorts.
During this time, Diddy watched and pleasured himself. These freakishly horny events occurred between mid-2021 and late summer 2024.
Geragos, through her line of questioning, attempted to paint a picture for the jury in which Jane was a willing participant during what they referred to as âhotel nights.â
âYou loved Mr. Combs, right?â Geragos asked Jane, and she replied, âYes.â âYou even said two days ago that you love him currently,â Geragos pressed. Jane said, âI do.â
Jane Doe Said She âRelishedâ The Time They Spent Together After âHotel Nightsâ
Geragos also brought up conversations with Jane when she sat down with Diddyâs defense team back in April, pointing to her ârelishingâ the time they spent together after âhotel nights.â
Per Vulture:
Geragos referenced a prior conversation she had with Jane â who had sat down with Combsâs defense team as recently as April â where she described relishing the time after these encounters.
âI think you told me before that you enjoyed taking care of him after these âhotel nightsâ?â Geragos asked. âYes, he was my baby,â Jane answered. Did Jane want to be close to her partner, her lover? Jane said yes.
She was asked, did Diddy enjoy the âfoot rubsâ part of their time together? Hugging and cuddling him? Bathing him? Jane answered in the affirmative. Jane said that they would stay up late together watching his favorite show, Dateline. Geragos asked about their conversations together.
âYou enjoyed listening to his perspective on different issues?â Jane said yes. This included Diddyâs faith. âHe had a favorite pastor, and he would also put a lot of sermons on the television and we would watch it together and we would talk about it, and he would send me sermons.â
In even stranger testimony, âJane Doeâ also revealed that Diddy compared himself to Michael Jordan, her to Kobe Bryant, and the escort they used during their threesomes, or âtrifectasâ as he labeled them, to Shaquille OâNeal.
Audio of a voice message sent to Jane Doe from Diddy reveals that he had a nickname for Jane Doe, his âcrack pipe.â
We wished we were making this stuff up.
This trial needs to wrap up immediately.

Sean âDiddyâ Combsâ sexual trafficking and racketeering trial continued this week with explosive testimony from a former assistant who tearfully took the stand and levied serious allegations. The assistant, known only to the court as âMia,â delivered shocking details alleging that Diddy sexually assaulted her several times and that she lived in fear of the mogul.
As spotted in Deadline and Complex, a woman who worked as an assistant to Sean âDiddyâ Combs rose to the ranks of a high-ranking official in Combsâ Revolt Films. However, the ascension came with a series of conditions that, while alleged, were shocking in their descriptions.
Referred to as âMiaâ throughout her testimony, the woman says she began her working relationship with Diddy in 2009, and that he initially greeted her in his underwear in their early days of working together. From there, Mia says she endured several alleged offenses, including rape, assault, abuse, all delivered under Combsâ rigid demands of obedience and around-the-clock working demands.
âItâs the most traumatizing, the worst thing thatâs ever happened to me,â Mia said of the rape, assault and workplace abuse. âI was going to die with this, I didnât want anyone to know ever.â
Mia was asked by prosecutors if she ever rebuffed any of Combsâ advances, to which she explained that she felt powerless to do so.
âI couldnât tell him no about a sandwich,â Mia answered. âI couldnât tell him no about anything. â
She continued, âThere was no way I could tell him no, because then he would know that I thought he was doing was wrong, and then I would be a target. He would fire me and ruin my future and somehow twist the story into making me look like a threat. I knew his power, and I knew his control over me, and I didnât want to lose everything that I worked so hard for or this like world that was the only thing that I had anymore.â
Mia was expected to face Sean âDiddyâ Combsâ defense team, which involves cross-examining the witness today (May 30).

The ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial for Sean âDiddyâ Combs continues to roll on, and more shocking details have been unveiled since its start over a week ago. In a new report, it was shared that the 2024 raid of Diddyâs home turned up baby oil, drugs, and a rubber duck.
The Independent reports that the 2024 raid of Sean âDiddyâ Combsâ home in Miami involved several dozen Homeland Security Investigation agents, who discovered several items at the spacious residence. Agents uncovered 25 bottles of baby oil, firearms, MDMA and Xanax pills, bottles of personal lubricants, and the aforementioned rubber duck.
Gerard Gannon, an agent who was involved in the raid, will take the stand in the trial on Wednesday (May 21). Gannon will be joined today by forensic psychologist Dawn Hughes, who also appeared before the court in Johnny Depp and Amber Heardâs defamation trial in 2022.
Scott âKid Cudiâ Mescudi is scheduled to testify later this week. Mescudi dated Diddyâs ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and was an alleged target of the mogulâs wrath.

As the sex trafficking trial for Sean âDiddyâ Combs continues, major media companies reporting on the matter have requested to review evidence at the center of the trial. A consortium of media brands filed the request earlier this week, which would allow viewing of the so-called âFreak-Offâ footage mentioned in earlier reports.
As reported by Variety, the media companies include the Associated Press, Business Insider, Vox Media, Wall Street Journal, and more, all of which are requesting to view the footage of the parties infamously and allegedly masterminded by Sean âDiddyâ Combs. During opening statements heard this week, Diddyâs ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, mentioned the freak-off parties and accused Combs of ordering her and others to perform extreme sexual acts.
During her testimony, Ventura, who took the stand while in her third trimester carrying her third child, shared with prosecutors that she had handed over visual evidence via laptops that were in her possession.
âWhile the News organizations appreciate that some trial exhibits in this case may be sexually explicit and sensitive for the alleged victims, the public and the press should be permitted to view and consider this evidence (which lies at the heart of the Governmentâs case), consistent with the first Amendment right of access to criminal trials,â read a portion of the media companiesâ filing.
Variety adds in their reporting that they are not asking for physical copies of the videos, instead only wanting to view the footage to inform their reporting. Attorney Douglas H. Wigdor, who represents Ventura, has filed to deny the request, writing that the media companies âdid not cite any case, and nor are we aware of any authority, granting this unprecedented request in a sex trafficking case to unseal videos depicting coercive sex acts.â
A decision on allowing the media companies to see the footage has yet to be made.

Sean âDiddyâ Combsâ high-profile trial will hear opening statements this week, and prosecutors have already suffered a setback. As previously reported, a key witness known as Victim-3 was expected to testify against Diddy but has yet to be found by the prosecution.
Deadline exclusively reports that the U.S. Attorneyâs office for the Southern District of New York has been unable to locate Victim-3 after Jane Doe initially stated they would testify in court. Jane Doe was scheduled to state before the court how Combs allegedly used his power and influence to sexually exploit her.
The outlet adds in its reporting that the inability of the prosecution to locate the witness gives Combsâ team fuel to halt the progression of the case in the short term. The defense team might attempt to lay groundwork for a delay in the start of the trial or even a mistrial, although the latter seems far away from the realm of possibility.
According to unnamed sources that spoke with Deadline, it is assumed that Victim-3 has ceased all communication out of a fear for her safety. The witnessâs name was shielded from public view and would remain so.

Sean âDiddyâ Combs and his defense team were granted a delay in the jury selection process on Friday (May 9), pushing it to this coming Monday. Opening statements are reported to be heard after the jury is selected, and it was also revealed that a key witness has decided they will not testify against Diddy.
The Daily Mail reports that Judge Arun Subramanian granted the defenseâs request based on their feeling that jurors would get âcold feetâ between Friday and Monday (May 12), which is when opening statements were originally supposed to be heard. The prosecution attempted to push back, but the judge said that if the jury is fully selected on Monday, it would ensure that the process would not need to be restarted.
Other developments in the trial involve Jane Doe, also known as Victim Number 3, who was thought to be a key witness. It appears that Victim Number 3 never worked with prosecutors, and according to a TMZ report, she did not want to testify. The outlet added in another report that Victim Number 5 might testify, and the judge ruled that they will need to reveal their identity to the court.
The defense also claimed that Diddy and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, were both physically violent with one another. Ventura came forth with explosive claims about Combs, which led to an investigation and his eventual arrest. She is not involved with the sex trafficking trial directly, but it is said to be a character witness.
