Many people have been looking at Yung Miami following Diddy’s indictment due to her recent relationship with the disgraced mogul and wondering if she had any involvement in the alleged “freak-offs.” A new lawsuit implicates her in one of those alleged romps.
Allegedly, Yung Miami, aka Shawty Wop, and her former boo, Sean “Diddy” Combs, were acting bad together. Spotted on HipHopDX via USA Today, new documents obtained by the latter filed to the New York State Supreme Court disclose a new lawsuit from Jane Doe with some serious accusations.
The unnamed movie claims that she was subject to abuse at the hands of Diddy from 2020 through July of this year, which would mean the alleged incidents would have happened while his legal troubles were happening, even after federal agents raided his homes.
The documents also alleged that Yung Miami “harassed” the woman after she discovered she was pregnant.
Per HipHopDX:
Among the many allegations, Doe says Diddy (real name Sean Combs) forced her to have non-consensual sex, drugged her with substances like ketamine, recorded their encounters without her consent and manipulated her with threats and financial control. The lawsuit also details incidents where Doe blacked out after being given drugs or alcohol, waking up with injuries and no memory of the events.
Combs allegedly tracked her movements, monitored her communications, and used intimidation to dominate her actions and limit her independence. She says she complied with his behavior out of fear of what he would do if she said no.
As for the City Girls rapper’s involvement, Doe says that after she discovered she was pregnant, Miami “harassed” her with countless phone calls telling her to get an abortion. She says she later suffered a miscarriage, however, and hasn’t spoken to Combs or anyone around him since.
The unnamed woman is seeking an unspecified amount of damages. A statement from Jane Doe’s attorneys at New York-based law firm Napoli Shkolnik called out powerful figures involved in exploiting up-and-coming artists and fans.
“Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans. Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and providing justice for victims. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
Yung Miami Has Denied Any Involvement
Before these latest developments, Yung Miami has been called out for response or lack thereof after sh*t hit the fan for Diddy. In an episode of her podcast, Caresha Please!, she told her best friend, Saucy Satana, about her time with Combs, saying he wasn’t violent towards her during their 2-year fling.
“I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience, and I can’t speak on something that I don’t know,” she said.
She continued, “I can’t speak on these allegations because I wasn’t around at the time. I don’t know that person, and that wasn’t my experience.”
The “Act Bad” crafter also spoke out against domestic violence, revealing in her previous two relationships, it was something she experienced, but not during her time with Diddy.
Of course, users on X, formally known as Twitter, are not buying what Caresha is selling.

1. Interesting if that happens

Recently indicted music mogul Diddy can talk about his crypto wallet with Sam Bankman-Fried.
Spotted on Digital Music News, Sean “Diddy” Combs and crypto fraudster Sam Bankman-Friend are now prison mates. After getting cuffs slapped on him following his indictment on racketeering and sex trafficking, the Bad Boy general was thrown in the Metropolitan Detention Center’s unit for high-profile prisoners.

Diddy is now in the same unit as Sam Bankman-Fried, who has been in the unit since last year after a judge revoked his bail because he violated the conditions of his release.

50 Cent’s favorite punching bag has been locked up in MDC after his attorney failed to convince a judge to allow him to post $50 million in bail and a security team that will monitor him at all hours. The judge said yea, nah, expressing he believed Diddy would engage in witness tampering, and sent him to the special housing unit in the notorious Brooklyn jail.
Diddy’s Lawyers Are Working Feverishly To Get Him Out of The MDC
While Bankman requested to stay at MDC as he pursued an appeal, Diddy and his legal team argue that the conditions there are “too horrific” for a defendant like Diddy awaiting trial.
The website reports the prison houses around 1,200 inmates and is plagued with a long history of complaints ranging from overcrowding to unsafe living conditions.
Attorneys for Diddy are pushing for a speedy trial.
“My view is if the government wants to arrest him and hold him in jail, despite a massive bail package and despite his repeated offers to turn himself in, we are all going to have to move this along with unprecedented urgency,” Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo told The New York Times.
If Mr.Combs stays there long enough, Mayor Mixxy Eric Adams might join him and Bankman.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently behind bars at a detention facility in New York as he awaits sentencing and his legal troubles are still mounting. A new lawsuit filed by Thalia Graves alleges that Diddy and a bodyguard brutally assaulted her and that the incident was filmed.
As reported by CNN, Thalia Graves, 48, held a press conference alongside Gloria Allred on Tuesday (September 24) in Los Angeles. Graves was a former resident of Queens who encountered Diddy around 1999 and 2000 as her boyfriend at the time was a part of the Bad Boy Records executive team.

In her lawsuit, Graves says that in the summer of 2001 while at her mother’s home, she entered into a vehicle with Combs and his bodyguard Joseph “Big Joe” Sherman and accepted a glass of wine. She alleges in the suit that after having the wine, she began to feel strange after consuming the beverage.
Graves said that she eventually passed out from the wine, which she alleges was tainted with drugs, and woke up naked in a Manhattan studio with her hands tied behind her. She goes on to say that Combs sexually assaulted her and used force to keep her stationery as she tried to resist. She added that Sherman sexually assaulted her as well as she regained and lost consciousness.
While flanked by Allred, the current Texas native said that the encounter with Diddy left her physically and emotionally damaged.
“The combination of physical and emotional pain has created a cycle of suffering from which it is so hard to break free,” Graves said, through tears. “I want to continue on this journey towards recovery and healing. I’m glad that he is locked up, but that’s a temporary feeling of relief.”
While Combs’ legal team has yet to respond to Graves’ 26-page complaint, Sherman issued a statement saying that Graves’ assertion of him assaulting her were “false and baseless accusations” and added that Graves is looking to cash in on a financial settlement.
“These accusations are not only false but damaging to my character,” Sherman said. “I have never met the accuser, and I was not working with Sean Combs during the time in question. I will be pursuing legal action to address this defamation and protect my name.”

Following Diddy’s arrest, social media has been doing the most in trying to connect everyone who has been in the disgraced musician/mogul’s arrest to his “freak offs” and other shenanigans. Usher is one of those people.
Responding to people speculating something was afoot after tweets that disappeared from his X account, the iconic R&B star responded to sleuths on X, formerly Twitter, that his account was hacked.
“Account got hacked and damn y’all ran with it * laughing emojis*, See you tonight at Intuit Dome,” the “Love In This Club” crafter wrote in a post on his account, just a week after Diddy was arrested for sex trafficking with the Feds finding 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube in his home.

Previous tweets on the 45-year-old musician’s account have reappeared, but that did not stop the train from pulling into the speculation station.
“u got hacked and the hackers decided to delete all your tweets instead of tweeting random stuff?,” one post in response to Usher’s tweet, read.
Another user on X wrote, “So crazy how it got hacked…but instead of posting crazy stuff, the hacker just DELETED your posts and Diddy just got arrested…and all the stuff with Justin Bieber. Soooooo weird we all “ran with it”. Right bro.”
According to Page Six’s reporting, at the time, the only tweets appearing on his page were from hackers writing about cryptocurrency scams. Pink and actress Megan Fox were also alleged victims of a hack over the weekend.
Welp.
As the fallout from Diddy’s arrest continues, we definitely expect more online speculation floating around anyone who called Sean “Diddy” Combs a friend.

Shyne didn’t have anything kind to say about his former boss, Sean “Diddy” Combs, in the wake of his arrest.
Former Bad Boy artist and now current Leader of the Opposition in Belize, Moses “Shyne” Barrow, born Jamal Barrow, broke his silence about Diddy after law enforcement took him into federal custody.
During a press conference, Barrow was asked about the Diddler’s arrest and did not mince words about the disgraced mogul. Barrow spoke on his arrest following the infamous 1999 nightclub incident in which he attended a party with Diddy and then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.
A fight broke out, shots were fired, and three people sustained injuries. According to multiple accounts, Diddy was the one who pulled the trigger, but Shyne was blamed. Shyne was found guilty and served nine years in prison.
Per Digital Music News:
One of the things that I would never wish on my worst enemy is to be incarcerated or to be sick, to be bedridden. So I take no joy in anyone’s challenges, whether with the criminal justice system or otherwise.
But I’d just like to clarify, you have to be truthful in the description of the relationship. This is someone who, in essence, testified against me when I was on trial, when I was an 18-year-old kid just wanting to do nothing other than make my mother proud and make Belize proud and do what all of us want to do, be recognized for our talent and take over the world.
This is not someone who I vacationed with, this is someone who destroyed my life, and who I forgave, and who I moved on, and for the better interest of Belize because he was in a position at that time to give scholarships and maybe to invest, would not deny attempting to bring the investment to Belize and bring the contributions to education.

Users on X, formally Twitter, had thoughts about Shyne’s comments; you can see those reactions in the gallery below.

Now we know why nobody cares about Donald Trump’s alleged second assassination attempt: it’s all Sean “Diddy” Combs’ fault.
Fox News has gone from reporting factual news to peddling full-blown conspiracy theories. Fox host Maria Bartiromo told her viewers that Diddy’s arrest was an orchestrated plan to take the attention away from the second “assassination attempt” on the disgraced former president’s life.

Per Raw Story:
“Don’t you find it ironic, Miranda, that once again they take that same strategy out and that is change the conversation?” Bartiromo asked Australian columnist Miranda Devine.

“The timing of the P. Diddy arrest? Please. They must have had the P. Diddy arrest on the shelf waiting to take it off the shelf for when they needed it,” she alleged of the three-count indictment against the rapper, which includes an extensive racketeering operation.
“And yesterday, boy, oh boy did they need it because the questions were spiking everywhere as far as how it is possible that another assassination attempt happened, that another would be assassin was within a couple of hundred yards of President Trump,” claimed Bartiromo.
“As we’re all asking these questions, boom, they take P. Diddy in and now we’re all talking about that, take it off the front page. This [is the] strategy over and over again. I saw right through it as soon as it happened,” she said.
WHAT?
Republicans Love A Good Conspiracy Theory
Well, Bartiromo failed to tell her viewers that people are no longer interested in Trump’s second “assassination” attempt because the Secret Service revealed that 58-year-old Ryan Wesley Routh didn’t even get a shot off and ran away after he was scared off.
Republicans have been stuck in conspiracy land since Trump became the leader of the party, pushing other baseless claims like legal Haitian immigrants eating the pets of Springfield, Ohio natives.
These people have lost their minds.

Sean “Diddy” Combs will remain held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after his bail request was denied again. The attorneys for Diddy vow to keep working to get their client out of the MDC, which has a notorious reputation for poor conditions, violence, and other issues.
Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54, is reportedly being held in a special unit inside the MDC as reported by ABC News. Judge Andrew Carter ruled on the motion Wednesday (September 18) despite concessions offered by Combs and his team to limit visits to his home from women and other stipulations. Combs currently faces charges of sex trafficking by force, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering.

Judge Carter added in the ruling that the offers made by Combs’ defense team fell short of the requirements needed to move ahead and allow Combs to go free ahead of his sentencing for the aforementioned crimes. ABC News wrote in their report that Combs did not display much in the way of emotion to the bail denial.
Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo said their side plans to appeal the ruling and told a gathering of reporters of their plan to move ahead.
“The fight continues, we’re not giving up by a long shot,” Agnifilo said. He also added that the team is undecided on whether or not to waive Combs’ right to a speedy trial but wants his client to wait for the sentencing in the comfort of his Star Island home.
“Mr. Combs has maintained he’s innocent,” Agnifilo added. “He’s a smart guy, he knows what he did and what he didn’t do, he knows what he intended and didn’t intend and I believe him… he’s a man who knows what it’s like to have a jury of 12 New Yorkers look at you and say ‘not guilty’ and he’s looking forward to that happening again.”
Prosecutors in the matter are angling for Combs to remain held due to what they said are patterns of abusive behavior and the power and influence the music mogul wield in several walks in the entertainment business.
Before the hearing concluded, Judge Carter spoke about the disturbing 2016 video footage of Combs hitting and dragging his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura down a hotel hallway. The defense team attempted to frame Combs’ actions as a reaction to their 10-year relationship ending over him stepping outside their relationship.

Sean Combs, otherwise known as Diddy, was arrested earlier this week and formally charged in New York with sex trafficking, racketeering, and other charges. Diddy is currently serving out his pre-trial detention at a notorious Brooklyn detention center known for the poor state of its facility, violence, and being understaffed among other issues.
Diddy, who was denied bail and will remain housed until his sentencing, is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. As seen in The Daily Beast, the conditions of the Metropolitan Detention Center, largely known as the MDC, have been fodder for discussion in particular since the closing of the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. As the outlet noted, the MCC is where Jeffrey Epstein died under what some say were mysterious circumstances.

Combs’ legal team, Marc Agnifilo, and Teny R. Geragos, noted the poor state of the MDC in the filing of a motion for bail on Tuesday (September 17), it was mentioned that housing their client in a place that is “not fit for pre-trial detention” should be out of the question.
Throughout the Daily Beast, several instances are mentioned regarding the MDC’s deterioration, and the critiques levied upon the facility by judges and other officials date back several years. In January 2019, the MDC lost power, leaving the inmates inside suffering from the cold conditions without relief. As a result, a class action lawsuit was brought against the MDC and was settled for $10 million.
The MDC has previously housed other high-profile figures such as R. Kelly, Martin Shkreli, and Sam Bankman-Fried among others.
Agnifilo said on Tuesday after the hearing where charges were read that his team plans to appeal the $50 million bail decision.

Sean Combs, also known under his stage name Diddy, was charged on Tuesday (September 17) after he was arrested at a New York hotel on Monday. Diddy faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting for prostitution according to recently revealed court documents.
The news of the indictment has spread like wildfire through social media channels as the details of the case continue to unravel. As reported by TMZ, the indictment notes that between 2008 and the present day, Sean Combs and those connected to his business ventures are accused of forced labor, sex trafficking, transporting for prostitution, kidnapping, arson, and other related charges.
At the center of the unsealed indictment were details that date back to 2008 to the present day alleging that Combs lorded over his enterprise and used his money, power, and influence to unleash abuse towards women and men, including those who performed sex work. Also revealed were details of the so-called “Freak Off” parties where Combs used drugs to control his victims and have them do his bidding. During these parties, Combs allegedly masturbated and often recorded the events, while also transporting the sex workers across state lines to participate.
The Freak Offs were so intense according to the documents, Combs and the victims would need to rehydrate intravenously to recover from the high levels of drugs in their systems. The documents also revealed that Combs employed his staff to keep these parties stocked with lubricants, bedding, lighting, baby oil, and more, then had the staff clean up the evidence.
Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles were famously raided earlier this year with officials discovering narcotics, a thousand bottles of lubricant and baby oil, and high-powered weaponry including three AR-15s that had their serial numbers forcibly removed.
The legal team for Diddy says that the Bad Boy Records mogul is showing a brave face and is willingly cooperating with the authorities. On Tuesday, attorney Marc Agnifilo shared some brief statements.
“His spirits are good. He’s confident,” Agnifilo said to a media throng gathering outside the Manhattan courthouse. He added that Combs intends to “fight like hell” against the allegations and intends to plead not guilty.

Yung Miami is finally breaking her silence on Diddy; many believe she could have kept her comments to herself.
Caresha Brownlee, aka Yung Miami, aka Sean Comb’s former love interest he affectionately called “shawty wop,” is finally “speaking” about the allegations about the embattled Bad Boy music mogul.
The 30-year-old rapper and former City Girl member used the season two premiere of her Diddy-less REVOLT TV podcast, Caresha Please, on Thursday, August 8, to tell her side of the story.
It’s been a rough year for the embattled mogul, who has faced multiple sexual assault allegations and lawsuits from multiple women and a male producer, including his ex Cassie, who opened the floodgates with the bombshell accusations that got the ball rolling on Diddy’s empire crumbling.
Yung Miami Opens Up, & Says Nothing
Yung Miami, who was romantically linked with the man who also calls himself Love, was deafeningly silent as Diddy’s high-profile life fell apart.
In a very safe space, on her podcast, and fielding questions from her bestie, Saucy Santana, about the situation, she said, “I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience, I can’t speak on something I don’t know.”
She continued, “I can’t speak on these allegations because I wasn’t around at the time. I don’t know that person, and that wasn’t my experience.”
So basically, she said, all that sh*t happened before I came into the picture.
Yung Miami also spoke about being “crucified” immediately after the allegations about the Diddler surfaced.
“People feel like I was Diddy’s biggest cheerleader, and I made him my brand. And I feel like Diddy was on brand for me,” she said. “I met him when he was in another era. I met Diddy when the world was celebrating him and giving him his flowers when he was alive.”

Social Media Collectively Rolls Its Eyes & Says Caresha Please

While Yung Miami shed tears while talking about her experience, social media isn’t feeling what she had to say. Many believe she could have kept her mouth shut about the situation.
“She is being extremely manipulative, and she’s not keeping it real. Girl you started fucking with him because you wanted to use him girl. Simple, and when the going got tough you jumped ship because he wasn’t a benefit anymore. She an opportunist and that’s okay. Just don’t lie,” one person on X, formerly Twitter, wrote.
Another user on X wrote, “You made diddy your brand . there hasn’t been any growth no accountability and self reflection how have you elevated as an artist , why should we care about Yung Miami the artist. when given constructive criticism you call people hating . ain’t no coming back from this.”
Welp.
During the candid interview, Yung Miami also spoke about her fallout with fellow City Girl, JT, and finding her voice.
