The track, released on Friday, July 19, serves as the lead single for the group’s new mini-album ATE.
The video opens with Jackman and Reynolds reprising their Marvel roles as Wolverine and Deadpool, co-anchoring a fictional news program. Between these comedic segments, Stray Kids deliver a high-energy performance of the bombastic track across rooftop sets and city streets.
“Boom, vamos, I know that you want it / Boom, lobos, we cannot stop hunting / Boom, ratatata, I’mma make it / Boom, boom, chk chk boom,” the group chants in the chorus.

ATE marks Stray Kids’ second release of 2024, following their English single “Lose My Breath” featuring Charlie Puth.
On a recent episode of Apple Music’s All About Stray Kids Radio, Bang Chan and Felix opened up about the new project. Felix revealed that ATE’s overall concept is “something we haven’t done.” Bang Chan agreed, adding that not only is the title track single fresh but “a lot of the other songs [are] as well, it’s all very different… what we recorded, it’s just showing a different side of Stray Kids.”
The K-pop octet’s chart dominance continues to grow, with their previous four projects all debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. This achievement makes Stray Kids the first act to send their first four charting albums to the top spot since Alicia Keys’ run from 2001 to 2007.
Stray Kids have also announced the dominATE world tour, set to kick off later this year and run through 2025. The tour will see the group perform across Asia, Europe, and North America.
In addition to their own project, Stray Kids are contributing an original song titled “Slash” to the upcoming Marvel film, Deadpool & Wolverine. The soundtrack, which drops later this month, also features hits from *NSYNC, Fergie, and the Goo Goo Dolls.
ATE is now available on all major streaming platforms. Check out “Chk Chk Boom” music video below.

We’re still months away from finally seeing Hugh “Struggle Legs” Jackman reprise his iconic role as Wolverine in Deadpool 3 and while we still await a trailer for the highly anticipated film, principal photography for the project has officially wrapped according to the movie’s star, Ryan Reynolds.
Taking to Instagram to announce that the film is finally in the can, Ryan Reynolds shared a pic of his lower extremities in his Deadpool garment and in the caption shared his gratitude to the cast and crew who took part in completing the film’s production.
“The suit hides blood. Also sweat… But today, with Deadpool wrapping, it’s mostly tears. A giant and forever thanks to the cast and crew of our film who battled wind, rain, strikes and @thehughjackman… all under the stalwart leadership of @slevydirect
I got to make a movie with my closest pals and that doesn’t happen very often. See ya July 26th…”
Hugh Jackman also took to his Twitter page to express his gratitude and said he “love every minute of making this movie” while sharing pics of himself getting a shape-up.
Leg day, Hugh. Leg. Day.
With Deadpool 3 being the only Marvel film releasing this year rumors have it been running rampant that the film will feature cameos from everyone who’s taken part in every single Marvel film released over the past few decades. From OG X-Men characters to actors who took part in 2005’s Fantastic Four and of course characters currently in the main Marvel Cinematic Universe. There’s even rumors that we’ll see Wolverine shoot the fair one with Eric Bana’s iteration of The Incredible Hulk. Keep your fingers crossed!

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are bringing back ’80s hair this holiday season. The longtime pals and business partners, who own the UK soccer team Wrexham A.F.C. together, recreated two of Wham!’s most iconic cover arts on Monday (Dec. 18), in which Reynolds and McElhenney are dressed up as George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley, respectively. Ryan Reynolds always knows how to get a laugh. The Deadpool star took to social media on Sunday (Dec. 3) to share a hilarious edit of his and Travis Kelce‘s faces photoshopped onto an image of Taylor Swift and Blake Lively cozying up at the London premiere of Beyonce’s Renaissance concert film on Nov. 30. Ryan Reynolds had some hysterical thoughts when it came to pal Nick Cannon‘s rapidly growing family, and didn’t shy away from sharing them via social media on Thursday (Nov. 3).
“We’re gonna need a bigger bottle,” the actor quipped on Twitter while retweeting a link to a People story about the host of The Masked Singer announcing model Alyssa Scott’s pregnancy with his eleventh child.
Earlier this year, Reynolds and Cannon teamed up for a Father’s Day ad promoting the former’s alcohol brand, Aviation Gin, by making a cocktail known amusingly as The Vasectomy. “Lord knows I need one,” Cannon joked at the time, though since the end of July, he’s welcomed three more kids: Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi, Onyx Ice with Lanisha Cole and Rise Messiah with Brittany Bell. (Following Bell’s pregnancy announcement, DJ Abby De La Rosa, who shares twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with the star, joked he’s in the midst of creating “Gen C” with his approach to what he terms “consensual non-monogamy.“)
Whenever it arrives, baby No. 11 will actually be Cannon and Scott’s second together. Their son Zen died at just five months old last December following a devastating battle with an aggressive malignant brain tumor.
Meanwhile, Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, are expecting their fourth child together, with the Gossip Girl alum showing off her growing bump on Instagram in a September photo with bestie Taylor Swift. (As Swifties well know, the “Anti-Hero” singer has incorporated the couple’s kids into her songs on various occasions — featuring the voice of eldest James in the intro for 2017’s “Gorgeous,” and utilizing the names of all three as characters in 2020’s “Betty.”)
