Rich Paul

A look back at Adele and Rich Paul’s relationship.

Rich Paul is welcoming 43 in style! The sports agent took to Instagram on Wednesday (Dec. 20) to share snaps from his colorful, glamorous birthday party, in which he’s seen smiling and posing with his Grammy-winning girlfriend Adele, rolling dice and driving a sleek convertible. “Smile and enjoy life’s ride , the critics will always critique […]

Kid Cudi has never hidden the fact that he is a proud native of Cleveland, Ohio, and he’s making sure certain people speaking about his life never forget that fact. The rapper and actor had sharp words for Rich Paul, who claimed that the 216 doesn’t regard Kid Cudi as one of their own.
The artist born Scott Mescudi took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to hit back at Rich Paul saying that Cleveland doesn’t show up for Cudder. Paul was a guest on the BS With Jake Paul show to discuss the finer points of his career, growing up in Ohio, working with LeBron James, sports agent talk, and more.

In the chat, the pair, who both hail from Cleveland as well, directed the conversation to the idea that the city and Cudi are at odds. Jake Paul posed a question about how Cudi seemingly treats the city without citing any real examples, prompting Rich Paul to say that the city never embraced him, adding, “You can’t expect somebody to treat a situation any different than how they were treated.”
JP then made mention of a moment between him and Cudi where he asked the rapper to come perform during one of his boxing match walkouts in their hometown and the fee was too high for the popular YouTuber. JP felt that Cudi should’ve put on for the city and fostered some goodwill.
The response from Kid Cudi can be viewed below:
Rich Paul doesn’t know me. He doesn’t know my life. My mom lives in Cleveland and Ive been goin there on holidays and summer breaks for years. Mostly when im in Cleveland, its family time. Im not throwin events in the city cuz its already too hot for me in the city. When im there I like the chill. Im not hangin at Cleveland clubs or in the streets or whatever the f*ck else u expect me to do. Oh I get it, was I suppose to catch a couple Browns or Cavs games? Im the most lowkey guy around. You aint suppose to see me brother. Thats number 1. Number 2: I will say the city of Cleveland has embraced me over the years. So I disagree. Radio in Cleveland might not play my sh*t, but I had 20k people at Moon Man’s Landing in Cleveland last year. A success. And were doin it again too. Not only does the city embrace me, I make most people in that city and the state of Ohio proud. Everytime I record a record I mention the city. Thats all day. Everybody that listens to my music knows Im proud of where im from. And 3rd, as far as Jake Paul, listen chief, Im an artist. A real one. I make art for a living. Im not some guy that comes out to perform at boxing matches. I entertained it tho cuz it was u, and tho it went against what I stand for I submitted a fee. My fee is my fee. Especially for some sh*t thats not my style. If im gonna do it its gonna be worth it for my pockets and time. This is business baby. Im not these other rappin ass n*ggas that will show up for a lil check. U came to me u shoulda knew what time it was young man. U dont know me either to say im anything broski. So theres that. Ok, these are my thoughts.

Adele is continuing to fuel rumors that she tied the knot with boyfriend Rich Paul. It seems one of the world’s most beloved entertainers might have jumped the broom. Recently, Adele referred to her long-time boyfriend and sports management mogul Rich Paul as her husband.

As spotted on Today, the British songstress continues to deliver her signature vocals at her Las Vegas residency, and may have spilled some tea in the process. During her show on Saturday, September 16 she took a brief break in between songs. During this moment a female fan asked Adele to marry her to which the London, England native responded, “I’m straight, my love, and my husband is here tonight”. This fan was persistent and asked Adele to reconsider. The “Hello” singer went on to double down on her earlier statement, adding, “I don’t want to try, I’m with Rich.”

This is not the first time marriage rumors have followed the high-profile couple. Adele has been spotted wearing a pear-shaped Diamond ring on her ring finger. When speaking to Elle Magazine she neither confirmed nor denied if the two officially made it down the aisle. “As if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t” she said. Last year when speaking to Oprah Winfrey she described Paul as “hilarious. Oh, he’s so funny, he’s hilarious, yeah. And very smart. You know, he’s very, very smart. It’s quite incredible watching him do what he does”.

Are wedding bells in the air for Adele? During Weekend 27 of her Weekends with Adele residency, the Grammy-winning “Easy On Me” singer turned down a fan’s marriage proposal and referred to boyfriend Rich Paul as her “husband” — and she did it all in less than 15 seconds. In a one-on-one moment in the […]

Rich Paul was streaming on Twitch on Thursday (April 13), when he got a quick phone call from his girlfriend Adele.

The sports agent’s phone began ringing while he was live with content creator Kai Cenat, and when he answered the FaceTime, the “Easy on Me” singer is heard saying on the other end, “Hey baby!”

“I’m streaming, I’ll call you right back,” he told the superstar.

The Grammy-winning superstar and the Klutch Sports Group founder took their relationship public in the summer of 2021, when they were seen watching a basketball game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns. In September, Adele shared a series of photos from another wedding — NBA star Anthony Davis and Marlen P’s — including a sweet photo booth snap of the couple.

During her One Night Only special with Oprah Winfrey, Adele opened about how happy Paul makes her. “He’s just hilarious. And very smart. It’s quite incredible watching him do what he does,” she told Winfrey also sharing that she’s experiencing the first time she’s ever “loved myself and been open to loving and being loved by someone else.”

Rich Paul, founder and CEO of Klutch Sports Group and United Talent Agency board member and head of sports, has joined the board of directors at Live Nation. Paul, who is longtime partner of pop superstar Adele, boasts a client list that includes LeBron James, John Wall, Anthony Davis and Draymond Green and “brings a valuable perspective from sports, business, entertainment and more,” said Greg Maffei, chairman of the Live Nation board of directors. “We’re fortunate to welcome him as a new addition to our board.”

Live Nation President and CEO Michael Rapino noted that “Rich understands what it takes to help talent develop a long and successful career. His input will be a great addition as we continue driving more value for artists and their fans through live shows.”

Paul, who has regularly been named one of the most powerful agents in sports by Forbes, ESPN and Sports Illustrated — which crowned him “The King Maker” on a 2019 cover — got his start working with James in 2003. He later joined CAA and went on to launch his sports agency Klutch in 2012. In 2020, he became the first African American to sit on the board of UTA, which made a significant investment in his company Klutch the year prior. Last year, he inked a deal with New Balance for the launch of the Klutch Athletics clothing line.

“Live Nation’s artist-centric approach to business makes this a really natural fit for me,” said Paul in a statment. “Going to an event live is one of the most powerful ways to experience sports and music, and I look forward to contributing to the company and the industry in this new way.”
