Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis return in Season 2 of the Sex and the City airing Thursdays on Max. The show’s cast includes Sara Ramírez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Christopher Jackson, Niall Cunningham, Cathy Ang and Alexa Swinton.
Season 2 features the return of two major characters from the SATC franchise: Aidan Shaw (John Corbett) and Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall). Aidan attempts to rekindle his relationship with Carrie (Parker) — despite refusing to step foot in her apartment — and Samantha will make an appearances in the season finale episode, Variety revealed in May.
“It’s the 25th anniversary of [SATC], it felt like something really nice and happy and a nod to this experience that all four of us shared,” Parker said of Cattrall’s cameo during an interview with Good Morning America in June.
Sam Smith, Gloria Steinem and Candice Bergen make cameos in the latest season of the series, which is executive produced by Michael Patrick King, John Melfi, Julie Rottenberg and Elisa Zuritsky, alongside Parker, Davis and Nixon. Writers include King, Samantha Irby, Susan Fales-Hill, Lucas Froehlich, Rachel Palmer, Julie Rottenberg and Elisa Zuritsky. King, Nixon, Ry Russo-Young and Julie Rottenberg are also directors on the show.

Jackson has been vacationing in Italy after wrapping up her Together Again Tour in June. The jaunt closed with a whopping $51 million in revenue, her highest grossing tour to date, but she’s not done with the stage just yet. Viewers can expect to follow Mickey Bolitar (Jaden Michael) who, after the traumatic death of his father, moves to a the town of Kasselton in New Jersey. With his mother in rehab, he’s left in the care of his aunt and navigates his new life and school. When a creepy old woman appears and tells him his father is alive and a girl is kidnapped all within the same timeframe, Mickey begins to think he’s going crazy and, with the help of a couple new friends, tries to unravel the mystery surrounding his father’s death and it’s possible connection to the girl’s disappearance.
In true Coben fashion, the show brings just as much thrill, suspense and cliffhangers that’ll help take you through the rest of the summer — and potentially have you begging for more.

The Normani x Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are an ode to her upcoming “Candy Paint” single with a metallic purple colorway that channels a candy paint job on car. Normani also put a clue about her upcoming album on the back of the charging case.
“There’s a little Easter egg on the back,” she says in a video debuting the limited-edition earbuds. “It’ll all make sense in the grand scheme of this body of work, which I’m really excited about.”

It was probably one of the most seamless experiences [for a partnership] thus far.”
During the interview, Normani also shared that she prefers earbuds to headphones. “I’m definitely an earbuds girl. Especially in rehearsals with [choreographer] Shaun [Bankhead]. He’s going to give me an eight count, OK?! I cant help but go full out. I just feel supported [in earbuds] and not limited.”
