After being initially teased ahead of Maxident‘s release, the new visual sees Stray Kids going full-on secret agent to “get the TMI”—or, as the song’s lyrics detail, learn more about a crush. The cinematic video sees all eight of the Kids delivering their best action hero impersonations as Bang Chan throws out a slew of deceiving hand grenades, Han bats away incoming bullets with a frying pan, and Felix utilizes a two-in-one umbrella handgun. The video isn’t completely Hollywood heavy as fans can catch quick and cute candid moments when the members break character or laugh with one another. Also, look out for an adorable bunny rabbit co-star appearing alongside scenes with Lee Know—STAYs know that the singer-dancer’s representative animal is a rabbit.
The “Give Me Your TMI” video comes a week after Stray Kids’ Maxident ruled the Billboard 200 with the eight-track set marking their second No. 1 album this year. In its second week, Maxident is No. 11 on the Billboard 200 while spending a second week at No. 1 on World Albums.
Fans can still vote for “Give Me Your TMI,” or any other Maxident songs, as their all-time favorite here. Watch the new video now:
It’s been four long years since Taylor Swift wrapped her last world tour, and you could say quite a lot has happened in the interim.
Not only has the superstar churned out a mind-boggling amount of musical output — including four albums of original music and re-recordings of 2008’s Fearless and 2012’s Red — but the world has gone through a global pandemic and countless other major events as well. Oh, and did we forget to mention Taylor also debuted her 2020 Sundance documentary Miss Americana, directed her first short film for the 10-minute version of “All Too Well” and very nearly launched her own festival? (RIP LoverFest!)
But on the heels of her latest, record-breaking studio set Midnights, the singer hinted this week during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she’s ready to hit the road again. “I think I should do it,” she teased when host Jimmy Fallon brought up the possibility of going back on tour. “I should do it…When it’s time, we’ll do it.
“I miss it, I really miss it,” Taylor went on. “I really miss, you know, when you write songs and you’re proud of the songs, and you have the fans reacting, the most potent way that you can see them react is when you’re looking into their faces. Do you know what I mean? I miss that a lot.”
So while the “Anti-Hero” singer dreams up a tour that will encompass her Lover, Folklore, Evermore and Midnights eras, we want to know which of Swift’s previous tours is your all-time fave. Did you see her way back in the late 2000s on the Fearless Tour? Do sparks still fly when you listen to the live recording of her 2011 Speak Now World Tour? Was loving her red on 2013’s The Red Tour?
Or are you more partial to the memories from The 1989 World Tour when she trotted out everyone from Ed Sheeran and Lorde to Selena Gomez, Mick Jagger and the U.S. women’s soccer team as special guests on various stops? Then there’s her most recent, unforgettable Reputation Stadium Tour, which saw the icon fearlessly take back her narrative by setting aflame her public reputation and setting a new benchmark for the highest-grossing U.S. tour by a female artist.

Dita Von Teese opened up Tuesday (Oct. 25) about what it was like to dance with Taylor Swift in her magical music video for Midnights album cut “Bejeweled.”
In the fairytale-inspired clip, the famed burlesque performer plays the Fairy Goddess to the superstar’s Cinderella, and even performs alongside the superstar in giant matching martini glasses covered in Swarovski crystals.
“I had a wonderful time working with Taylor’s stylist Joseph Cassell on creating the costumes with Catherine D’Lish, and coaching Taylor on the act… and what a delight to perform alongside her for the video!” the famed burlesque performer said in a statement. “Taylor’s generosity radiates in all that she does. I’m deeply touched by her kindness in acknowledging not only me, but burlesque, an American art form to which I have dedicated my life. It was a true pleasure to share my martini glass act with her.”
For her part, Swift dished on recruiting Von Teese for the role in her sit-down Monday night (Oct. 24) on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, saying, “One of my favorite performers, who I think has been so influential in pop music, I’ve nicknamed this character not the Fairy Godmother but the Fairy Goddess … and that is played by Dita Von Teese, who I think is one of the most iconic performers and it’s so exciting to see her do what she does in this.”
The “Bejeweled” visual also features cameos by the likes of Laura Dern as Taylor’s villainous Step Mommy, HAIM as her cruel stepsisters, Pat McGrath as the queen and Jack Antonoff as the prince the singer ghosts by the end of the narrative in favor of the keys to the castle.

Time to pop the corks, because Adele took to social media on Tuesday (Oct. 25) to reveal that her music video for “I Drink Wine” will be arriving on Wednesday.
“The I Drink Wine video was the first one I shot for this album. And it’s finally coming out tomorrow!!” she tweeted. “I’m excited for you to see it and I can’t wait to see some of you tonight!”

The announcement featured an eight-second teaser clip, in which a pianist is seen playing atop a curved bridge amid a magical, sunset-hued river landscape, as the 34-year-old singer floats on a boat beneath the bridge.

“I Drink Wine” is a fan-favorite track off Adele’s Billboard 200-topping album, 30, which was released in November. Following the album’s release, the singer sent all 12 tracks from the standard edition of her new LP onto the Billboard Hot 100 songs dated Dec. 4. “I Drink Wine” debuted (and peaked) at No. 18, and it remained on the chart for two total weeks.
The star went on to perform the track at the 2022 Brit Awards in February, marking Adele’s first Brit Awards performance in six years. The English pop superstar last took the stage in 2016 when she performed “When We Were Young” from 25.
Adele took home the first award of the evening when “Easy on Me” won song of the year. The song spent 10 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and its parent project 30 spent six weeks reigning atop the Billboard 200.
She’s a mastermind! A Philadelphia traffic reporter gave an on-air accounting of her city’s roadways on Monday (Oct. 24) with so many Midnights references, it would have made Taylor Swift proud.
“Lets start down the shore,” Sheila Watko of NBC Philadelphia began. “Right now there’s no ‘Snow on the Beach,’ also no traffic on the Garden State Parkway. So that’s the good news. Unfortunately, I do also have to bring you the bad news, that’s kind of ‘The Great War’ of working in the traffic center — I’m the traffic ‘Anti-Hero.’”
After telling viewers about potential delays due to construction on one major thoroughfare, she warned, “Make sure to give yourself a little extra time, you don’t want to be thinking, ‘Ugh, ‘Would’ve Could’ve, Should’ve’ left a little earlier and avoided getting stuck in this backup,” as one of the anchors off screen began laughing and clapping at her ingenuity.
From there, Watko stepped it up a notch, dropping track names in rapid-fire succession. “This is not a ‘Glitch,’ Lucy,” she said. “Looking great out there, ‘Sweet Nothing’ in both directions. This is our ‘Karma’ for dealing with that earlier construction … for dealing with an earlier vehicle fire. And if we take a wide look at the area, you’re gonna see that most of our map is actually ‘Bejeweled‘ with these green roads.
“But this map is very fickle,” the traffic reporter continued. “After six o’clock, we’re gonna get a lot of ‘High Infidelity,’ gonna see a lot more red on this map … Right now, a camera shot like this, looking clear, that just ‘Hits Different.’ It looks great. But give this about 20 minutes, delays are gonna be ‘Bigger Than the [Whole] Sky.’ This map is gonna be looking so red, it’ll almost be ‘Maroon.’”
Turning her attention to South Philly, where a Smashing Pumpkins concert was taking place at the Wells Fargo Center, Watko then rattled off references to “Labyrinth,” “You’re on Your Own, Kid,” “Dear Reader” and “Vigilante Shit” before ending with her own shoutout to Swift, saying, “There’s no ‘Question…?’ that it’s red October. However, I am in a ‘Lavender Haze’ today because the ‘Mastermind’ Taylor Swift, she released Midnights!”

After a decade of tireless work in the music industry, Sam Smith is finally celebrating a long-awaited career milestone.
On Tuesday (Oct. 25), Smith posted a message on their Twitter reacting to “Unholy,” the viral collaboration with Kim Petras, reaching the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. “I can’t believe it. Number 1 in America,” they wrote. “I am honestly speechless, overwhelmed, nautious [sic], and extremely happy.”
The singer explained that “Unholy” is “so special to me for so many reasons,” and expressed gratitude to those who worked on the track for their “bravery and guts and spirit.” They also shared a special thank you for Petras: “And Kim … what magic you are. You are a treasure and an inspiration to so many. Thank you for jumping with me.”
Despite Smith’s popularity over the last decade, “Unholy” is their first song to hit No. 1 on the Hot 100. “Stay With Me,” their breakthrough 2014 hit, peaked at No. 2 on the chart dated August 16, 2014, just underneath “Rude” by Magic. Throughout their career, Smith has scored seven other top 10 singles, including “Too Good at Goodbyes,” “I’m Not the Only One,” “Dancing With a Stranger” and more.
“Unholy” is just the first taste of new music to come from Smith. Following the song’s debut on the chart, Smith announced their fourth studio album, Gloria, which is set to be released Jan. 27, 2023. In their interview for Billboard‘s cover story earlier this year, Smith teased that the project is their “first non-heartbreak album,” and that the subject matter would focus primarily on queer joy. “I think joy for me, and for a lot of queer people, is quite a dangerous place,” Smith said. “We’re all masters of pain, and I think it’s actually a very courageous act to step into the queer joy of it all.”’
Closing out their statement on Twitter, Smith expressed gratitude most of all to their fans. “This is ours Sailors,” they wrote, using their fanbase’s affectionate nickname. “I do this for you and you only,” they wrote. “What a journey. What a 10 years. What a life.”

Taylor Swift unveiled the whimsical music video for “Bejeweled” on Tuesday (Oct. 25), and Swifties are convinced the visual hints at Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) being the next album in the superstar’s lineup of re-recordings.
The Easter eggs start even before the Midnights track kicks in, with an instrumental version of Speak Now album cut “Enchanted” playing on the violin. (It should be noted that Swift also chose to release her new visual at the stroke of midnight on the 12th anniversary of the 2010 album’s original release.)
However, the biggest hint came when Taylor-as-Cinderella enters the elevator to go to the prince’s ball and presses the purple button for the third floor.
“EACH BUTTON REPRESENTS AN ALBUM AND NUMBER 13 IS PURPLE. SPEAK NOW TAYLOR’S VERSION IS NEXT,” one fan wrote, pointing to the colors of each of the buttons — which happen to represent the aesthetic of each of Tay’s corresponding eras. (For example, both “2” and “10” are the same color yellow for 2008’s Fearless and its 2021 re-recording; “4” and “11” are both red for 2012’s Red and its (Taylor’s Version) counterpart and so on.)
But that’s not all. Later in the video, Swift steps out onto the parapet of the castle she now owns, and the balcony just so happens to be an exact replica of the flying rig she used during the Speak Now World Tour in 2011 to fly across arenas as she performed “Love Story.”
Then, the camera pans out to reveal the castle under siege by a trio of dragons — a lyrical reference to fan favorite “Long Live” (“I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you,” anyone?) — just in time for a stately instrumental version of the Speak Now closer to play over the video’s end credits.

Four years ago on Oct. 27, a gunman killed 11 people after opening fire in a Pittsburgh synagogue. The deadliest antisemitic attack in American history is examined in the HBO Original documentary film, A Tree of Life: The Pittsburgh Synagogue Shooting, which debuts Wednesday (Oct. 26) at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.

The documentary, directed by Emmy Award-winner Trish Adlesic and executive produced by Michael Keaton, Mark Cuban and Billy Porter, looks not only at the horrible act of violence, but how the community and people of all faiths came together to rebuild and learn from the past through interviews with those who survived the shooting, local leaders and more. It also looks at how antisemitic groups feel empowered in today’s climate.
The film features “A Tree of Life,” an original song performed by Idina Menzel, which she and her songwriting partner Kate Diaz, wrote specifically for the project. Premiering below, the song addresses the Pittsburgh shooting, but also expands to a broader embrace of humanity.
Adlesic approached Menzel about writing the song. “When I saw [the documentary], the bravery of the attack’s survivors and family members in telling such a difficult and personal story moved me beyond words,” Menzel tells Billboard via email. “I immediately recruited my songwriting collaborator Kate Diaz, and we asked Trish to send us three words for inspiration in writing the song. She sent: honor, tribute, unity. I wanted to use my music not only to support and honor these courageous souls, but to make sure the film reaches across the globe to inspire action on anti-semitism and hate in all forms.”
As Menzel notes, the horror perpetrated that day and the response goes far beyond the individual shooting. “I am Jewish and the film touched me in a very personal way,” she says. “However, I wrote this song because the film’s story is a human one. The film starts out telling an American-Jewish story, then a Pittsburgh story, and now in its ultimate form the film is a universal story told through the voices of the family members of those so wrongfully taken and those that survived on October 27th, 2018.”
Menzel continues, “The question of how we respond to the Pittsburgh Synagogue Shooting and what actions we must take to ensure that it never happens again goes directly to the heart of America’s democracy. If any one of us is truly to be safe and free, then we have to ensure freedom and safety for all of our neighbors, regardless of creed, race, class, gender, sexuality, or ethnicity.”
Following its HBO premiere, the documentary will be available to stream on HBO Max.

Midnights is already a hit. Spotify has told us, charts compilers on both side of the Atlantic have confirmed it, Swifties spread it on social media.

Swift stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night (Oct. 24) for a chat, and some hints at concerts to come.
When Fallon asked if a tour was on her mind, her first in four years, Swift responded. “I think I should do it.” With a little more prompting, “I should do it.” And a nudge on when it might happen, “When it’s time, we’ll do it.”
Though she gave the late-night host nothing definitive, Swift admits she has a hankering for the live experience. “I really miss it,” she enthuses. “I really miss that connection.”
Midnights, Swift’s tenth studio album, dropped last Friday (Oct. 21) and immediately reached its audience, everywhere. Spotify announced it had smashed the music platform’s 24-hour streaming record. In the U.S., it’s sprinting to No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with more than 1.2 million chart sales racked up in just three days. In the U.K., it’s on track for the chart crown with more than 140,000 units shifted in the same frame.
Those numbers are music to Swift’s ears.
“I’m beside myself,” she says of its early success. “I’m feeling very overwhelmed by the fans’ love of this record. I’m also feeling, like, very soft and fragile. The two can exist at once.”
For all the numbers and the adoration, she’s “just happy to be here,” she insists. “I’m 32. So we’re considered geriatric pop stars. They start trying to put us out to pasture at 25.”
During her time in the NBC studio, Swift discusses the mystery of writing (“the more I write, the more I keep writing”), her productive zone (“in the last six or seven years, I’ve been constantly making things… The more things I make, the happier I am”), she calls out her “genius” collaborator Lana Del Rey, and flexes her cat-lady talents for naming feline breeds.
Sometimes the words and music are an involuntary reflex. And when it happens, TayTay reaches for her phone and records it.
Midnights, she continues, is “a pretty dark album, but I’d say I had more fun making it than any album I’ve ever made.” You can pen songs “about pain or grief or suffering or loss or hard things that you go through in life. Shame – you know, love to write about that one. Self-loathing…,” but over time, she continues, making music is “like a way to suck the poison out of a snakebite.”
Later in the Q&A, Swift walks us through the new music videos for “Anti-Hero” and “Bejeweled,” which features cameos from Laura Dern, the Haim sisters and Dita Von Teese.
TayTay wrote and directed the clip, which arrived at midnight, of course, something she’s keen to do more often. “Writing them and then directing them, that’s kind of the way that it works in my head…they kind of go hand in hand.”
