Travis Kelce’s 4-Year-Old Niece Is ‘Just Another Swiftie’ Trying to ‘Learn Football,’ Says Mom Kylie

Looks like Travis Kelce‘s niece is a fan of Taylor Swift. In a recent TikTok, the star’s sister-in-law Kylie Kelce revealed that her 4-year-old daughter, Wyatt, is a total Swiftie. And much like the others in the fandom, the little girl is taking a bigger interest in the NFL following her uncle’s rumored romance with the pop superstar

In the adorable video, Wyatt points out players on a screen and repeatedly asks her mom, “Who is that? Who is that?” Kylie shares the 4-year-old — along with 3-year-old Elliotte and 7-month-old Bennett — with Travis’ older brother, Eagles center Jason Kelce.

“Just another swiftie tryna learn football, or a kid tryna avoid a nap. Who knows?” Kylie captioned the Monday (Oct. 9) post, adding, “#GoBirds.”

The Eagles’ official account dropped by the comment section to cheer her on. “Good job Wyatt! ???,” wrote the team, which just so happens to be Swift’s hometown favorite.

Kylie’s video marks a sweet addition to the “Tayvis” lore, a rumored love story that’s been unfolding in front of Swifties and NFL fans alike in recent weeks. The Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end first professed his crush on the “Anti-Hero” singer earlier this year, and a couple months later, she was spotted cheering him on at two of his games.

Neither Swift nor Travis have confirmed whether they’re dating, but the Chiefs star did comment last week about how his life has changed following pop culture’s heightened attention on him. “We’re learning with the paparazzi taking photos from all over the place,” he said during a Friday (Oct. 6) press conference.

“At the same time, you know, it comes with it,” Travis continued. “You’ve got a lot of people that care about Taylor, and for good reason. You’ve just got to keep living and learning and enjoying the moments.”

The Kelce brothers’ mom, Donna Kelce, also recently weighed in on the Swift mania, a media blitz she’s been a key player in after cameras showed her looking cozy with the pop star at the Chiefs-Bears game in September. “It’s just very surreal,” she told the Got It From My Momma podcast last week. “I feel like I’m in an alternate universe. It’s not the one I grew up in, for sure. So it’s very, very fun, it’s exciting, but also taxing.”

Christina Aguilera Announces New Series of Las Vegas Shows With ‘A Truly Modern Twist’

The genie is officially out of the bottle: Pop superstar Christina Aguilera is heading back to Las Vegas.

On Tuesday (Oct. 10), Aguilera exclusively announced with Billboard her new series of shows set to take place at the Voltaire Belle de Nuit at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas starting New Year’s Eve weekend. Taking place in Voltaire’s “seductively cozy” performance space, the show will follow the singer through two decades of hit songs.

“I look forward to bringing Las Vegas a new show that fuses music, sophistication and art in ways I have never performed before,” Aguilera says in a statement. “What I love about the intimacy at Voltaire at The Venetian Resort is how up-close-and-personal I can be with the audience … a truly modern twist on the performance experience.”

The new shows will officially kick off Dec. 30 and 31, with future dates set to be announced on Friday (Oct. 13). In a statement, Voltaire founder Michael Gruber says the venue’s goal is to create “superstar artist experiences in Las Vegas” and that the “incredibly talented” Aguilera will help “highlight that Voltaire experience.”

Aguilera is not the only artist set to grace the Voltaire stage this year: Back in July, pop singer Kylie Minogue announced that she would be the first performer to bring a residency to the venue starting Nov. 3. In a subsequent interview with Billboard, the “Padam Padam” singer described the venue as “a cross between a ‘30s cabaret club and Studio 54.”

Meanwhile, Aguilera made headlines for her own live performance earlier this year when she headlined NYC’s Pride Island back in late June, where she celebrated the LGBTQ community with a set of her biggest hits to date. “There’s a lot of bleak things out there right now,” she told the crowd during her dazzling set. “We are here tonight and we stand in unison to be free to be ourselves.”

Tickets for the opening dates of Christina Aguilera’s Voltaire shows go on sale Friday (Oct. 13) at Voltaire’s website.

Rich Paul Was Asked If We Can Call Adele ‘Mrs. Paul’: ‘You Can Say Whatever You Want’

Last month Adele referred to her longtime boyfriend, sports agent Rich Paul, as her “husband” during one of her Las Vegas residency shows while turning down a fan’s marriage proposal. The couple began dating in 2021 in what has been Adele’s first publicly confirmed relationship after her divorce that year from entrepreneur Simon Konecki, with whom she shares a 10-year-old son.

And while fans took Adele’s matrimony quip with a grain of salt, when Rich appeared on CBS Mornings on Monday (Oct. 9) and was asked by Gayle King to clarify the rumors, the low-key superagent politely said that he doesn’t really discuss his private affairs. But… if he was going to give anyone tea, it would be Oprah’s bestie.

“She’s been great, I think she would agree that we’ve definitely helped each other,” the father of three said. “I’m in a good space, we’re in a good space. Happy. She’s superb… She’s been great for me. We’ve been great for each other.” Again stressing that his personal life is “not for the media,” when King asked if she should refer to the Grammy-winning singer as “Mrs. Paul” the next time she sees her, Mr. Paul said, “you can say whatever you want.”

During the viral moment at her Vegas “Weekends With Adele” residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace a fan asked if they could marry her, to which Adele responded, “‘You can’t marry me, I’m straight my love… And my husband’s here tonight.”

Lana Del Rey Drops Biblical Diss on Christian Influencer Who Claimed She Was Using Witchcraft

Lana Del Rey‘s recent tour was full of magical moments, from the flower-decked swing her dancers swung on to the massive train on her wedding gown costume and the mid-show lie-down cuddle puddle during “Pretty When You Cry.”

But unless your name is Traci Coston, chances are you missed the bit in the show when LDR whipped out her big book of witchcraft and cast a spell on her audience, causing them to topple like demonic dominos. At least that’s what the Christian influencer claimed in a video captioned, “Demonic Energy Knocks Over Lana Del Rey Crowd,” that showed fans at one of the singer’s summer shows mysteriously toppling over.

“Lana Del Rey has been open about practicing witchcraft,” Coston said in the video, with the caption featuring the hashtags #witchcraft and #demons. Coston then cued up the video of a chain reaction fall down in the pit that she dubbed “not normal,” adding “whatever witchcraft Del Rey is doing the spell she’s putting on her music to make it attractive those demons are being invited into the crowd.”

The footage appears to be of an August show in Mexico in which the tightly packed crowd on the floor tipped over after the momentum of one person’s fall appeared to trigger the mass event.

Though Coston seems to have turned off and deleted comments on the post that went up last month, screen grabs of one captured by Stereogum from former church choir singer LDR’s Honeymoon account featured a pointed recent response from the singer. “B!tch I know the Bible verse for verse better than you do,” she wrote. “PS you’re giving off super gremlin energy. Not in a good way.”

Olivia Rodrigo Reveals How Key ‘Guts’ Tracks Came Together During Intimate Los Angeles Show

On Monday night (Oct. 9), Olivia Rodrigo decided to spill her guts all over The Theater at Ace Hotel. For the spontaneous and intimate concert (held for American Express cardholders), the 1,600 capacity venue in downtown Los Angeles was transformed into Rodrigo’s own world complete with decadent floral arrangements, photo opps at every turn, mini lipsticks disguised as pill capsules (think Spy Kids) her favorite Midori matcha on hand — plus a custom taco truck on standby for a post-show bite.

As fans eagerly took their seats, at promptly 8:15 p.m. an announcer reiterated that all funds from the night’s ticket sales would be donated to Rodrigo’s newly launched nonprofit, Fun 4 Good, which supports women and girls globally. The voice then introduced Dan Nigro – Rodrigo’s co-writer and producer – and the star herself.

“We made this entire album together over the course of a year,” said Rodrigo, taking in the crowd. “We haven’t played these songs for anyone, really.”

And we get to tell stories that will make Olivia very uncomfortable…” added Nigro with a laugh.

During the hour-long set, the pair did both – not only performing songs off Rodrigo’s acclaimed second album Guts (plus one track from her debut album Sour) and recalling how each one came together, but also answering previously submitted fan questions read from purple notecards.

Rodrigo’s biggest reveals included that she’s most excited to play “All-American Bitch” on tour and that “Love Is Embarrassing” was a last-minute addition to the album, forcing Nigro to complete it in just five days. As for him, he confessed to being “on an island” when it came to choosing a lead single, rooting for “Bad Idea Right?” since it shows Rodrigo’s more sarcastic side.

Given the high-pressure situation of following up a breakout debut like Sour, it makes sense that one word kept popping up in their dialogue: “toil.” Which, considering Rodrigo’s self-noted proclivity for choosing four-letter album titles, could very well be in the running for her third.

Below are the stories behind each song she and Nigro performed.

Britney Spears Wants to Cover Beyoncé’s ‘Daddy Lessons’ With Jay-Z

Could a Britney Spears and Jay-Z collaboration be on the way? Well, not exactly — but the “Circus” singer is trying to make it happen. In the caption of an Instagram post on Monday (Oct. 9), Spears proposed a cover of Beyoncé’s “Daddy Lessons” featuring a new rap verse from Jay-Z.

“So many people have done remixes to my songs without my knowledge … so I guess it’s safe to say I will be redoing this song eventually !!!” she wrote. “Just need to meet Jay-Z and add a rap to it … what’s up ???” In the accompanying video soundtracked by “Daddy Lessons,” Spears twirled and gyrated her hips in her signature low-rise panties paired with a distressed black top and matching heeled boots.

“Daddy Lessons” is a country track from Beyoncé’s blockbuster Lemonade album. Upon the album’s release back in April 2016, the song debuted and peaked at No. 41 on the Billboard Hot 100. A remix featuring The Chicks was released later that year, and the Texas natives performed the track at the 50th annual Country Music Association Awards.

This isn’t the first time Spears has taken to Instagram to show love to one of her fellow pop icons. Last month, she posted a video executing knife choreography inspired by Shakira’s Video Vanguard performance at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards. After more people expressed alarm over the knives, Spears edited the video’s caption to read: “I started playing in the kitchen with knives today !!! Don’t worry they are NOT real knives !!! Halloween is soon !!!”

The video quickly went viral, leading to concerns over Spears’ well-being and a wellness check enacted by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office. Ultimately, after confirming with “two independent people that closely know [Spears]” that she was of sound mind, Captain Dean Worthy said, “We did our due diligence to check her well-being and we did not believe that she was in any harm whatsoever.”

In response, Spears took to Instagram to criticize the wellness check as being about “power for the cops.” “Is it a joke in the news again with welfare checks???” she wrote. “Come on America … we cooler than that, right ???”

Kenya Grace, “Only in My Mind”

Instead of resting on her laurels and basking in the recent success of “Strangers,” which exploded on TikTok last month and yielded a Hot 100 debut, Kenya Grace has moved on to showcase how her gentle approach to propulsive dance music sounds in another setting. “Only in My Mind” gestures at the drum-n-bass exploration of “Strangers,” but places Grace’s lilting voice over a beat that thumps harder and within a tempo that’s a bit more breathless, resulting in another beguiling groove from the new star. – Jason Lipshutz

Spencer Barnett, “Swank”

Singer-songwriter Spencer Barnett has been relatively quiet since his 2020 EP I’m Fine, but new single “Swank” is effortlessly appealing enough to justify the wait. The guitar and bass creep around each other and create an air of pop-rock relaxation, while Barnett’s honeyed tone perfectly matches the production’s haze — he soothes the listener, and then leaps out of the speaker, to prevent “Swank” from becoming background noise. – J. Lipshutz

Miki Ratsula, “What Would the Neighbors Think?”

“I hate how you wait till its almost too late / To tell me you love me,” Miki Ratsula confesses on the heartbreakingly sad “What Would the Neighbors Think?,” which provides a glimpse at the quiet emotional devastation contained within the confines of a family home. Ratsula has a knack for plainly addressing towering feelings, and they imbue every inch of “What Would the Neighbors Think?” with tender detail, each line stacked atop the one that preceded it upon a foundation of long-gestating hurt. – J. Lipshutz

Claire Rosinkranz, “Swinging at the Stars”

“Swinging at the Stars,” the new single from Claire Rosinkranz’s just-released album Just Because, hints at becoming an anthem of personal ambition — “We’re just looking for a good life / Swinging at the stars,” the chorus opens — but the song is actually a rollicking take on sharing every facet of life’s tapestry with a special someone, sung with a brightness and grandeur befitting the 19-year-old singer-songwriter. Rosinkranz’s voice is multiplied to provide “Swinging at the Stars” more heft, but she’s able to convey a delightful breeziness throughout its run time. – J. Lipshutz

Zada, “Sweet Things in Life”

Celebrating the “Sweet Things in Life” on her latest song, Zada reminds us that variety is the spice of those sweet things by crafting a mix of sparkling neo-soul, acoustic flourishes and romantic synths. The Ethiopia-born, Canada-based singer tosses and turns between determination and uncertainty, all while her dulcet tones carry the listener along her personal journey.  – Joe Lynch

Feid and ICON, “FERXXO 151”

Colombian star Feid teamed with production duo ICON for this sunny and uptempo track, and together, the trio created a soundtrack for a worry-free fling. While the lyrics are a bit eyebrow-raising as Feid sings of all the ways in which his love interest is irresistible, the beat matches his energy with a cadence that’s instantly catchy. – Lyndsey Havens

Royel Otis, “Fried Rice”

Last week, Australian pop duo Royel Otis announced its upcoming debut album Pratts & Pain, arriving in February 2024. Lead single “Fried Rice” captures an early-2000s indie pop-rock sound with lo-fi vocals layered under driving drums and a repeated riff, all of which combine for a hummable chorus in which the word “I” extends for three syllables across three notes. It’s easy to imagine this one soundtracking an episode of The O.C. – L.H.

Cosmo’s Midnight feat. Shungudzo, “Gimme Some More”

Twin brothers Cosmo and Patrick Liney comprise the Aussie electronic-pop duo Cosmo’s Midnight, and on the shimmering, feel-good “Gimme Some More,” they tapped singer Shungudzo to drive home the sentiment that “enough is not enough” when it comes to the person you love. A song as giddily fun as this demonstrates that sometimes there’s no such thing as too much of a good thing. – L.H.

Jaden Hossler, “Chrome Hearted”

After teasing a name change and new musical direction on social media, the pop-punk artist formerly known as jxdn finally revealed what he’s been up to: released under his birth name Jaden Hossler, his new single “Chrome Hearted” is a trash-talking pop-trap song. Here, Hossler puts his vocals more front and center than they ever have been before — and hopefully, that’s where they will stay. – L.H.

Marian Hill, “You Were Always Sure”

Jazz undertones have always been present in Marian Hill’s sound, but new single “You Were Always Sure” sees the group amplifying those notes even further. The electronic foundation of the duo duo (Samantha Gongol and Jeremy Lloyd) remains present, showing up as sparse synths that act as the beating heart throughout the track in combination with twinkling piano keys, while Gongol’s vocals swell into lush harmonies as she tells a tale of an uneven romance.  – Starr Bowenbank

Lizzo Joins Incubus Onstage & Rocks Out With Flute: ‘This Is BEYOND a Dream’

Lizzo definitely checked off an item on her bucket list over the weekend. After being a fan of Incubus since she was a teen, the 35-year-old musician got the chance to perform alongside the California rock band during its Friday (Oct. 6) concert at the Hollywood Bowl — after which she shared her excitement on Instagram.

“Those who know me… KNOW,” the star wrote, sharing videos of her passionately playing flute next to lead singer Brandon Boyd during “Aqueous Transmission.” “This is BEYOND a dream and FULL CIRCLE.”

“I saw @incubusofficial perform 20 years ago at @woodlandspavilion for morning view (I’ve been a fan since S.C.I.E.N.C.E),” she continued. “And now to be at @hollywoodbowl performing Aqueous Transmission with @sashabefluting — I WAS A PUDDLE ON THE FLOOR — thank you INCUBUS for everything but also for inviting me on stage and making my childhood dreams come true ????”

Later, Lizzo shared footage of her jamming out to the concert with friends in the audience, along with one clip of her posing for photos with Boyd and bandmates Mike Einziger, Chris Kilmore, José Pasillas and Nicole Row. (Row subbed for bassist Ben Kenney on Incubus’ tour this year.) “IM NOT OVER IT ????????,” the “Truth Hurts” artist captioned the post.

“Thank you @lizzobeeating for joining us at the Bowl,” read a post on Incubus’ Instagram account. “Was an honor to@share the stage with you. ??”

The Hollywood Bowl show marked the official end to Incubus’ 2023 tour, which featured support from Paris Jackson and BADFLOWER. The band will play at SEMA Fest in Las Vegas in November before embarking on an Australia tour in 2024.

Lizzo wrapped up her own Special Tour in July following 10 months of performances in North America and Europe. In August, she was hit with a lawsuit from a group of former backup dancers who alleged hostile work conditions and sexual harassment, accusations the Grammy winner emphatically denounced as “false” and “sensationalized.” A couple weeks ago, Lizzo filed a request that the case be dismissed by a judge.

Madonna Condemns Hamas’ Deadly Assault on Israel: ‘This Tragic Attack Will Only Cause More Suffering For Everyone’

The global community continued to reel on Monday (Oct. 9) from the unprecedented, multi-pronged attack launched by militant group Hamas on Israel early Saturday morning that has so far resulted in the deaths of more than 700 Israelis, including 260 who were slaughtered at a desert rave.

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declared the assault an act of war and the country’s minister of defense has ordered a “complete siege” of the Gaza Strip, cutting off water, food, electricity and food to the territory from which the invasion was launched.

Social media feeds were flooded with messages of support for the families of the Israeli dead — in addition to the more than 2,400 wounded and dozens believed to have been taken hostage — with many condemning the loss of lives and devastation of families as a result of the surprise invasion.

“What is Happening in Israel is Devastating.. Watching all of these families and especially children being herded, assaulted and murdered in the streets is Heartbreaking.
Imagine if this was happening to you??” Madonna wrote on Sunday alongside a video chronicling the early morning blitz that saw Hamas gunmen killing women, children and civilians as they invaded Israel from the land, sea and air.

“It’s Un-fathomable. Conflicts can never be resolved with violence. Unfortunately Humanity does not understand this Universal truth. Has Never Understood it. We live in a World Ravaged by Hate,” added the singer. “My heart goes out to Israel. To Families and Homes that have been destroyed. To children who are lost. To Innocent Victims who have Been Killed.”

Madonna also appeared to extend a hand to all the victims of the violence, which has so far also included more than 560 dead and 2,700 wounded Palestinians in Gaza. “To All who are Suffering or who will suffer from this conflict. Im Praying For you,” she said. “I am aware that this is the work of Hamas and there are many innocent people in Palestine who do not support this terrorist organization. This Tragic attack will only cause more suffering for everyone
Let us all Pray. For Israel. ??????For Peace. ♥️ For The World.”

The violence also resulted in Bruno Mars cancelling a planned concert in Tel Aviv on Saturday.

Taylor Swift Misses Chiefs-Vikings Game, Travis Kelce Sustains Apparent Ankle Injury

Taylor Swift was not at Sunday’s (Oct. 8) Chiefs-Vikings game, where rumored romantic interest Travis Kelce sustained an injury. Earlier in the game, which was televised on CBS, on-air commentator Jim Nantz confirmed that Swift was nowhere to be seen at Minneapolis, Minnesota’s U.S. Bank Stadium.

“In case you’re wondering, seven words I never thought would leave my lips in my career: Taylor Swift is not at the game,” Nantz announced. “That’s a first. I’ve never said that before. There’s some brokenhearted people I just saw in the stands.”

The camera panned to a Swift fan holding up a sign, and holding on to the hope of her appearing. Her sign asked what many were thinking: “Where’s Taylor?” A photo from Getty Images, seen below, shows another fan displaying a clever sign, noting that 87 (Kelce’s number) and 13 (Swift’s lucky number) equals 100%. “Kelce make a Swift TD,” it read.

Taylor Swift fan sign Chiefs-Vikings game

A fan holds up a sign in reference to Taylor Swift prior to a game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium on Oct. 8, 2023 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Others in the stands were shown wearing jerseys that read “SWIFTIE” on the back.

While Swift was not there to cheer on Kelce in person, as she has for the last two Chiefs games, the tight end seemingly tripped on the field’s turf and sustained a non-contact injury. Kelce was seen leaving the field, throwing off his helmet and heading to the locker room.

Kelce returned to the sideline with a securely wrapped right ankle.

Commentator Tracy Wolfson gave an update: “Travis Kelce is still on the sideline right now, but as you can see, helmet on, that right foot is wrapped up. I was just told he’s gonna try and give it a go. They’re leaving it up to him. He wants to play in this game, guys.”

Kelce reportedly suffered what is assumed to be high ankle sprain. Reports said that medical staff cleared Kelce to return if he wanted to. He ultimately rejoined the game and, soon after his return, scored a touchdown.

“Kelce comes off the X-ray table and finds the endzone,” the announcer said.

See what happened to Kelce at the Chiefs-Vikings game below. Plus, scroll through several Swift/football fan reactions to both the singer being absent at Sunday’s game and Kelce’s injury.
