The world found out just how reliant the internet is on Amazon Web Services, and it’s honestly quite worrisome.

While you were in your second dream, the internet suddenly crashed after AWS (Amazon Web Services), a cloud service many companies use, went down early this morning.
According to Tom’s Guide, the AWS outage began around 12:11am PDT (3:11am ET, 8:11am BST), and it showed immediately how much of a bad idea it is for one company to be the “backbone” of the internet, as hundreds of websites suddenly went down.
Popular apps like Snapchat, Venmo, Ring, and Amazon, as well as services like Alexa, reported outages. Even the gaming world was affected by Fortnite, and Pokémon GO also saw massive outages.
Apple, which is also a prominent user of AWS, and according to AppleInsider, spends a whopping $30 million a month, saw all of its services, like Apple Pay, Apple Music, and AppleTV+, also suffer outages.
Tom’s Guide reports that despite AWS rolling out fixes, it has to play “whack-a-mole” as more websites continue to suffer outages as Amazon struggles to resolve the issue.
Social media began sounding off on just how problematic having AWS run everything is.
“The AWS outage should be evidence that running half the internet on a single company’s servers is a terrible idea but i fear nothing will change,” one person wrote on Bluesky.
Another Bluesky user wrote, “The AWS outage today is a good reminder that there is no “cloud”, there’s just somebody else’s computer.”
No lies detected here.

Robert Nickelsberg / Donald Trump

The bar continues to nose-dive regarding how low Donald Trump will go. His latest social media stunt is proof he’s full of you know what.

As the entire country came together to protest his blatant power grab, Donald Trump, the so-called President of the United States, was in his office, his bed, or sitting in a golf cart posting another ridiculous AI-generated video of himself, and this time, it was absolutely disgusting.
Trump, who is supposed to be President to all Americans, including the ones who can’t stand him, decided he wanted to clap back at his haters and dropped a very distasteful AI-generated video.
In the bizarre AI-generated slop, Trump is in a “King Trump” fighter jet wearing a crown and an oxygen mask that can barely fit his face, hilariously, and proceeds to dump what looks like human excrement on crowds of “No Kings” protestors.

The “No Kings” Nationwide Protest Definitely Struck A Nerve

It’s clear that the protest Trump and his MAGA cronies tried to minimize as much as possible was on his small mind. Before nearly 7 million Americans took to the streets across the country to denounce the current occupant of the White House and his racist and dangerously corrupt policies.

They tried to claim that the protest would be full of “ANTIFA” members, whom the Trump administration recently designated as terrorists, and painting it as “un-American” with Republicans in unison labeling it the “Hate America rally.

Some Governors even mobilized the National Guard in hopes of spooking protestors.

But that clearly didn’t work, and all of the protests were peaceful, unlike the saltine-fueled insurrection on January 6, 2021.

Trump is such a man-child.

Donald Trump is releasing something, unfortunately, it’s not the Epstein files as promised; instead, it’s fellow fraudster George Santos.

Friday evening, Donald Trump announced he was commuting the sentence of disgraced former Republican congressman George Santos, releasing him from prison immediately.

In a post on Truth Social announcing his ridiculous decision, Trump wrote that Santos “was somewhat of a ‘rogue,’ but there are many rogues throughout our Country that aren’t forced to serve seven years in prison.”

Santos’ commutation sees him serve nowhere close to the 87 months (about 7 years) he was sentenced to in federal prison after pleading guilty to committing wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

Like Trump, Santos was a legendary liar, and before he was sworn into office, he admitted to lying about details about his life that he shared while on the campaign trail.

As a sitting member of Congress, Santos was charged by the Department of Justice with a litany of federal crimes, including fraud, theft, money laundering, and making false statements.

George Santos Did A Masterful Job In Kissing Trump’s Butt In Hopes of Getting out of Prison Early

Trump made his decision to commute Santos’ prison sentence after allies and multiple friends of the fraudster begged Orange Mussolini for his clemency, according to a senior White House official.

The official also claims that Trump “read” Santos’ letters he wrote from prison complaining about the conditions, while also kissing Trump’s a** and showering him with compliments.

Santos’ letter was published on Monday in a local Long Island newspaper, The South Shore Press, and he didn’t waste time pleading with Trump to get him out of the clink.

“You have always been a man of second chances, a leader who believes in redemption and renewal,” Santos wrote. “I am asking you now, from the depths of my heart, to extend that same belief to me.”

Donald Trump’s Justification For Commuting George Santos’ Sentence Is Absurd

To justify springing Santos from prison, Trump claimed on Truth Social that he was thinking about Santos after he was reminded about Sen. Richard Blumenthal, who was able to overcome waves of criticism after saying he “served in Vietnam” even though he admitted that wasn’t the case.

Trump also said that Blumenthal “should be investigated, and Justice should be sought,” after his Attorney General brought up the senator lying about his military record during a tense exchange during a recent Senate hearing.

Blumenthal said he mispoke regarding his military service in 2010 and has called Trump’s latest attacks on him “completely deceptive and distorted.”

Also, keep in mind that President Bone Spurs never served in the military, so all of this coming from him is pure projection.

Trump claimed in his post that Blumenthal lying about his combat service “is far worse than what George Santos did, and at least Santos had the Courage, Conviction, and Intelligence to ALWAYS VOTE REPUBLICAN!”

“George has been in solitary confinement for long stretches of time and, by all accounts, has been horribly mistreated,” Trump wrote.

“Therefore, I just signed a Commutation, releasing George Santos from prison, IMMEDIATELY. Good luck George, have a great life!”

Bruh.

Elon Musk is fighting back against those allegations of drug use and dropped a receipt in the form of a urinary drug test, but users on X are pointing out one glaring issue with his evidence.

The Tesla chief continues to be the talk of the platform he allegedly no longer owns. A few weeks ago, he got into a public spat with his MAGA homie, Donald Trump, that eventually led to him apologizing for calling the “president” a pedophile.

Then there was a bombshell New York Times story that highlighted Musk’s drug use, alleging Phony Stark took a “cocktail” of drugs during his time in the White House, and advising Cheetoh Mussolini, aka Donald Trump—claims which he has vehemently denied.
Now, he recently shared on X the results of a drug test with the caption “lol,” showing he tested negative for ketamine, cocaine, and amphetamines.
According to the report, the urine test came back negative for: benzodiazepines, amphetamines, ecstasy, barbiturates, buprenorphine, cocaine, ketamine, methadone, meperidine, zolpidems, opiates, PCP, oxycodone, propoxyphene, cannabinoids, tramadol, ethanol, fentanyl, and carisoprodol.

Newsweek attempted to verify the test by reaching out to Fastest Labs of South Austin and United States Drug Testing, who are listed on the test, but did not receive a response.
Folks On X Are Not Buying What Elon Musk Is Selling
While Musk thinks this is a dunk on the New York Times reporting, some users on X are pointing out that he’s celebrating being sober for a week.
Per the Priory Group, drugs like ketamine “can be detected in your urine for up to 14 days after you last used it. However, some studies suggest that it’s possible for ketamine to be detected in your urine for as long as 30 days after you took it.”
According to the form, Musk took the test on June 11, which is also the same day he apologized to Trump on X, formerly Twitter, for claiming Felon 47 was on the Epstein list and that he should be impeached, and replaced with JD Vance, who is equally as evil, but not as stupid as Trump, which is terrifying.

Welp.
While we don’t care for Elon Musk due to his allegiance with Donald Trump, we also hope he is getting some help if he is, in fact, having substance abuse issues.

For their next grift, President Trump and his grifting family are launching wireless communication business and already have three cellphone service carries down to help scam people out of their money.

Monday, the family of snake oil salesmen, the Trump Organization, announced Trump Mobile, which will offer 5G phone service bundled with an unlimited plan and hilariously called the “47 Plan.” This plan will cost any sucker who signs up for it $47.45 per month.
Yes, that number is a play on Trump being the 47th and 45th President of the United States.

This latest grift joins the long list of grifts and ventures the president and his family are involved in, including “luxury” hotels, golf clubs, casinos, crypto, and real estate. We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Trump’s other business failures, such as Trump Steak, Trump Vodka, Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Shuttles, and Trump Mortgage, LLC.
Trump Mobile could very well make it onto that list.
Trump’s two numbskull sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump Jr. made the announcement on what is the 10-year anniversary of their father coming down that gaudy-ass Trump Tower gold escalator in NYC to announce he was going to run for president, subsequently making our lives a living hell and giving racists the confidence they needed to express their bigotry loud and proudly.
Per Variety:
“Trump Mobile is going to change the game,” Donald Trump Jr. said in a statement. “We’re building on the movement to put America first, and we will deliver the highest levels of quality and service. Our company is based right here in the United States because we know it’s what our customers want and deserve.”
Trump Mobile Is Offering Customers A New Smartphone, The T1
Variety also reports potential suckers, oops we customers can make the switch to Trump Mobile’s T1 Mobile service using their current devices.
If you’re in the market for a new phone you can purchase Trump Mobile’s “T1 Phone” which honestly looks like a Android knockoff of the iPhone and is described as “a sleek, gold smartphone engineered for performance and proudly designed and built in the United States for customers who expect the best from their mobile carrier.”

Like many of Agent 47’s ventures, Rolling Stone points out that Trump Mobile is just another licensing deal with the fine print stating, “Trump Mobile, its products and services are not designed, developed, manufactured, distributed or sold by The Trump Organization or any of their respective affiliates or principals. T1 Mobile LLC uses the ‘Trump’ name and trademark pursuant to the terms of a limited license agreement which may be terminated or revoked according to its terms.”
Lol.
Of course, Trump Mobile is getting roasted on X, formerly Twitter. You can see those reactions in the gallery below.

You were not bugging if your Spotify, Gmail, or Discord was acting funky today. Google confirmed there was a massive Google Cloud outage affecting those other services and more.

The Times of India reports that Alphabet’s Google Cloud experienced a widespread outage, affecting tens of thousands of users across various platforms.

According to reports, platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, Google Meet, Snapchat, Shopify, Discord, and Switch all suffered some form of service disruptions.
Google confirmed the outage, noting that numerous products were experiencing service disruptions. The company wrote on its status page, “Our engineers are continuing to mitigate the issue, and we have confirmation that the issue has recovered in some locations.” Google did not provide a time for a resolution at the time.
Per Times of India:
Downdetector, which tracks outages based on user reports, recorded over 10,000 incidents related to Google Cloud and more than 44,000 reports for Spotify around 2:46 p.m. ET in the U.S. Additionally, users reported over 4,000 incidents each for Google Meet and Google Search, and more than 8,000 for Discord.
Cloudflare, which also reported an outage on Thursday, clarified through spokesperson Alexander Modiano that its core services were unaffected, attributing the issue to Google Cloud’s disruption.
Spotify users took to X, formerly Twitter, to voice their displeasure. You can see those reactions in the gallery below.

Elon Musk is now looking to repair the bridges he burned when he had all the smoke for his MAGA homie, Donald Trump.
Musk now “regrets” flaming Donald Trump on the platform he allegedly no longer owns after voicing his displeasure about Orange Mussolini’s tax bill, stupidly named the “big beautiful bill.”

On his X account, Musk wrote, “I regret some of my posts about President @realDonaldTrump last week. They went too far.”

Musk did not specify which posts on X he was talking about, but it would be a safe bet to assume he was referring to his now-deleted post where he alleged that Donald Trump’s name was on the infamous Epstein list, a claim the White House vehemently denied.
The Tesla chief also called the Orange Menace’s tax bill a “disgusting abomination” that seemingly led to the end of the MAGA bromance with Trump, saying last week that their “relationship” was over and had no interest in patching things up with Musk.
Musk, for his part, let his disgust for the bill be known, urging Americans to call their representatives and demand they “kill the bill.”
In typical Trump fashion, he responded to Musk, claiming the billionaire “lost his mind,” and also threatened to end Musk’s government contracts, which are estimated to be valued at $38 billion.
Following those threats to his contracts, Musk has deleted most of his tweets, including the ones calling for Trump’s impeachment.
Elon Musk Called Donald Trump
According to CNN, Musk called Trump on Monday night, before expressing regret on X, formerly Twitter. The website also reports that the phone call took place after Vice President JD Vance and Trump’s chief of staff, Susan Wiles, spoke with Musk on Friday.
As expected, social media has thoughts on the latest developments in this matter.

Monday night at the Peacock Theater, Doechii wanted to make sure to point out what was happening in the streets of downtown Los Angeles while they celebrated “culture’s biggest night,” at the BET Awards.

The Swamp Princess’ stellar year continued at the 2025 BET Awards, taking home the award for Best Hip-Hop Artist, but that’s not what she was getting praise for.

The Florida artist used her acceptance speech moment to remind everyone of what was happening outside the Peacock Theater, away from the celebrating, glitz, and glamour. Donald Trump and his administration are using the full might of the government to terrorize immigrants and American citizens who don’t rock with the MAGA agenda.
Before BET Weekend kicked off, mostly peaceful demonstrations denouncing the immigration raids of workplaces conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where hardworking immigrants are being detained under the guise of detaining “dangerous illegal immigrants and gang members,” were conducted by the government agency.
Over 40 people were arrested as a result of the raid.
LA Mayor Karen Bass said to reporters, “ICE initiated enforcement actions on several workplaces. That created a sense of chaos, outrage, fear, and terror because people are very worried as to what happened to their families.”
The situation was exacerbated when Donald Trump federalized the National Guard without consulting Governor Gavin Newsom, who, under normal circumstances, is in control of the state’s National Guard.
The Swamp Princess Didn’t Miss The Moment To Speak Up For Marginalized People
Doechii, unlike some other artists, was not afraid to keep it real (looking at you, Snoop) about what is going on in the streets of LA and possibly across the country.
“I do wanna address what’s happening right now outside of the building,” Doechii began. “There are ruthless attacks that are creating fear and chaos in our communities in the name of law and order. Trump is using military forces to stop a protest, and I want y’all to consider what kind of government it appears to be when every time we exercise our democratic right to protest, the military is deployed against us.”
“What type of government is that?” she asked, drawing huge applause from the crowd. “People are being swept up and torn from their families, and I feel it’s my responsibility as an artist to use this moment to speak up for all oppressed people.”
She continued, “For Black people, for Latino people, for trans people, for the people in Gaza. We all deserve to live in hope and not in fear, and I hope we stand together, my brothers and my sisters, against hate, and we protest against it. Thank you, BET.”

Doechii received plenty of praise for using her moment to highlight the struggles that were happening in the streets of Los Angeles.

It should come as no surprise that the bromance between these two ego maniacs would have come to a fiery end.
We knew this day would come, but no one had Musk and Trump beefing with each other so soon on their bingo cards. The alleged ketamine abuser couldn’t keep his disdain for Trump’s “one big beautiful bill,” calling it a “disgusting abomination.”

Related Stories

“I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore,” Musk began.  “This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.”
Trump was uncharacteristically quiet following Musk’s initial comments about his legislative centerpiece of his second presidency, the “one big beautiful bill.”
That all changed when Trump finally “clapped back” at Musk while taking questions during his meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
Trump said he was “very surprised” and “disappointed” by his former financier’s comments about his stupid bill, claiming the Tesla chief saw the bill and understood its inner workings better than anybody, while suggesting that Musk was mad because of the removal of subsidies and mandates for electric vehicles.
Elon Musk Had Time For Donald Trump
Musk responded in real time via his “former platform,” X, formerly Twitter, with a flurry of posts on X accusing Trump of “ingratitude” and “Without me, Trump would have lost the election,” while refuting the orange menace’s claims.
“Keep the EV/solar incentive cuts in the bill, even though no oil & gas subsidies are touched (very unfair!!), but ditch the MOUNTAIN of DISGUSTING PORK in the bill,” Musk wrote.
Oh, and he wasn’t done. Musk then hit the president with a low blow, writing, “Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!”

Donald Trump Claps Back
Trump finally fired back on his platform, Truth Social, by threatening to cut Musk’s government contracts. “The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions and Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts. I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do it.” Felon 47 wrote.

Musk replied by threatening to decommission SpaceX’s Dragon spacecraft, which could be detrimental to the International Space Station and NASA, as it is described as “the only spacecraft currently flying that is capable of returning significant amounts of cargo to Earth” and can seat seven passengers.

Musk also agreed with a post stating that Trump should be impeached and replaced by JD Vance.

Oh, this is getting spicy.
While all of this was going on, CNN reports that Tesla stocks took a hit and Musk’s net worth shrank.
Per CNN:
Tesla shares plummeted 15% this afternoon as Elon Musk’s battle with President Donald Trump intensified.
Trump threatened in a social media post to target Musk’s business empire.
“The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The Tesla selloff has wiped off more than $150 billion off the market value of Telsa, which started the day worth nearly $1.1 trillion.
It has also erased a chunk off the net worth of Musk, the world’s richest person.
Social media has pulled up all the seats, grabbed some popcorn and are currently watching Musk go at with Trump and his supporters, you can see those reactions in the gallery below.

Halle Bailey was granted a restraining order against YouTuber and rapper DDG on May 13. Now, he is coming with his own counter-restraining order, accompanied by some eye-opening claims that social media isn’t buying.

*This article contains descriptions of domestic violence and suicide.*
People reports DDG, born Darryl Granberry Jr., has requested an emergency hearing, plus a domestic violence restraining order, and has asked the court to stop Bailey from taking their son to Italy.
DDG’s restraining order comes after Bailey alleged multiple instances of domestic violence took place during their relationship.

DDG was ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from Bailey and their son, Halo. She was also allowed to take Halo to Italy with her, where she is currently shooting a movie.
DDG claims in his restraining order that Bailey is an “imminent emotional and psychological risk to the minor child based on repeated, documented threats of self-harm.”
The rapper also claims that Bailey took his gun and left the house with it during one fight and found her outside with it “emotionally unwell, incoherent, and potentially suicidal.”
In her restraining order, Bailey said DDG slammed her face on a steering wheel, chipped her tooth, broke her Ring camera, and locked her out of her own home.
A judge would ultimately deny DDG’s request.

Nobody Believes DDG On Social Media
Social media isn’t buying DDG’s claims at all, and is currently clowning the streamer.
“doodoogarbage can pull up a video of halle planting a bomb in his pillowcase and I still won’t gaf,” one post on X, formerly Twitter, read.
Another post read, “Halle Bailey posted evidence of DV & was granted a restraining order so DooDooGarbage posted receipts of him cheating on his girlfriend & neglecting his child…? I’m not understanding.”
Welp.
