Donald Trump recently boasted that he “knew what the hell he was doing” after stupidly issuing global tariffs, effectively tanking the global market, but his latest move proves he has no clue what he is doing.
After caving on his global tariffs and issuing a 90-day pause after billionaire CEOs and his MAGA allies whispered the ear that was allegedly shot off that their bottom lines are being affected, he is caving once again. He is exempting smartphones, chips, and computers from his stupid tariffs.
Oh, and that includes those same electronics from his favorite punching bag, China, Bloomberg reports.
According to the financial website, late last night, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) updated its guidance to exempt smartphones, laptops, hard drives, computer processors, and memory chips from the tariffs.
The website also reports machines used by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. to make semiconductors will also be exempt.
The Electronics Companies Reacted Swiftly To The Threat of Trump’s Tariffs
There is no word on what pushed Trump to make this decision, but it follows the swift response from numerous electronics companies to his blanket tariffs.
Nintendo unprecedentedly delayed Switch 2 preorders in the US. Apple reportedly filled a plane with 600 tons of iPhones from India ahead of the tariffs going into effect this week.
OnePlus also raised the price of its latest smartwatch without sharing a reason for the decision, but it wouldn’t be a stretch to assume it was related to Trump’s blatant abuse of tariffs.
So much for Trump’s economics team’s talk about bringing iPhone manufacturing back to the US.

Donald Trump supporters clearly are broken; Adin Ross is a good example of that.
Just days after complaining that Trump and his stupid tariffs cost him “eight figures,” streamer and all-around goofball Adin Ross is still a believer in Orange Mussolini.
During a recent Kick stream, Ross told the losers still watching him to believe in Trump, despite Felon 47 wrecking the global economy by showering the world with tariffs before eventually caving and calling for a 90-day pause on some of them while still keeping a 145% tariff on China.
“The tariff shit is a really good thing. All these other countries got tariffs on us. Be patient. Let [Trump] fix the country. The country’s sick. Let him take his medicine, and the country’s gonna get fixed.”
Adin Ross Doesn’t Seem To Understand What Is Going On
Of course, Ross sounds as idiotic as his MAGA lord and savoir because it’s not as simple as he makes it seem. Also, Trump hit our major trading partners with tariffs using a bullsh*t tariff equation that economists discovered contained an error.
“You guys see the stock market? Boom, green just like that,” he continued. “You understand why he’s a good president? Cause no presidents ever dropped nuts like that. Like, bro, that’s why we’re respected, bro. Motherfuckers can’t bitch us around and punk us. I’m being real. Stop. We all voted for him. Believe in our president, bro.”
“You don’t gotta like me, you don’t even gotta like Trump, but he’s your president. So respect him, bro. He’s in office, alright?” he added.
Ummm, no, we don’t have to respect him, Adin.
Ross refers to the quick rebound the stock market experienced with the pause announcement. Still, things quickly went left, with it dipping back into the red. The dollar’s value recently fell as the markets reacted to China upping its tariffs to 125 percent on US exports, and bond yields rose.
According to Axios, the only reason Trump called for a 90-day pause on his tariffs was pressure from CEOs, Republican allies, and the shaky financial and bonds markets.
Trump’s call for a pause also raised alarm bells, with some Democrats accusing the current president of manipulating the market.

Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) learned the hard way not to interrupt Rep. Jahana Hayes (D-CT) when she is making a point.
During a televised CNN town hall event, things got testy when the topic of discussion shifted to Elon Musk and DOGE’s (Department of Government Efficiency) cuts to federal agencies to stop what they deem as waste and fraud.
Hayes didn’t bite her tongue about Elon Musk after Lawler dared to defend Musk and DOGE’s actions, leading to a tense exchange between the two politicians.
Lawler defended Phony Stark, crediting him with a “turbocharged forensic audit through every department and agency.”
In response to Lawler’s praise of Musk, Hayes had to remind him and the American people how terrible cuts have been and that the American public has a “right to be concerned about Elon Musk because he’s an unelected billionaire who has a tremendous amount of influence.”
She continued, “This is not normal. All of this waste, fraud, and abuse we don’t want that either, but what we’re talking about is burning down the house…”
Lawler couldn’t stand for Hayes clowning of Musk and tried to interrupt her, but she quickly shut him down telling him to his face, “”I’m still talking, please!” He responded by asking her, “Is there one thing you agree with?”
Hayes Patience With Lawler Ran Out
He didn’t stop as he sat back down, continuing to interrupt Hayes as she addressed attendees until she stopped and asked, “Mr. Lawler, can you please let me finish my conversation?” as he continued to ask his question, forcing her to confront him once again, “What is your question?”
“Can you identify one thing of waste that they have found that you actually agree with that should be eliminated?” Lawler asked.
Hayes responded by calling out fraud in the unemployment system, adding “And we have processes and policies to do that, but for one person to make those decisions, everyone should have a level of concern by that.”
She wasn’t done. When Lawler mentioned that there were “career employees” in DOGE going over our data, Hayes asked the million-dollar question, “Who are they?” over and over.
Spoiler alert: Lawler didn’t answer her question.

We have long forgotten about Keri Hilson coming for the queen years ago, but here we go again, revisiting a moment that definitely should have never happened.
Keri Hilson is gearing up to release her new album, We Need To Talk, which features her latest single, “BAE. “Ironically, the singer/songwriter is doing a lot of talking.
During a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Hilson revealed the backstory to the shenanigans that took place 15 years ago at the height of her career. She gave the morning show the details of the song’s shady lyrics and revealed she was “forced” to get in the booth and spit those eye-rolling-inducing bars that many believe led to her career losing steam.
Keri Hilson Regrets The Moment
“It’s a regret. But not in the way people think,” Hilson DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God. “That’s a song I actually didn’t write. Those are not my words. I was on tour, [and] Polow [Da Don] wanted me to do a remix to ‘Turnin’ Me On.’ He produced the record. Because I was on tour with Lil Wayne, I wasn’t able to lay anything down. He had been on me for a couple of weeks, [saying] we need to do a remix.”
On the song, Hilson rapped, “Your vision cloudy if you think that you’re the best. You can dance, she can sing. But she need to move it to the left, left. She need to go have some babies. She needs to sit down, she fake. I ain’t turning it off, I’m stay turning it on. Go ‘head and tell these folks how long I’ve been writing your songs. I’ve been putting you on, just check the credits, h*e”
Hilson further explained how Polow Da Don invited Ester Dean, an unnamed songwriter at the time, to contribute on the record.
“He played it for me. Meanwhile I’m thinking I was coming in to write a remix to ‘Turnin’ Me On.’ Automatically, I was like, ‘I’m not saying that.’ That was my position. I’m an athlete. I am competitive. But I’m not nasty, I’m a finesse player. I don’t look at things like that,” she explained. “My album wasn’t out yet, I was told it’s not coming out if you don’t do this. I was super young. I felt I had no choice […] I’m still protecting everyone involved. I’ve been eating that for years.”
Ester Dean Outs Herself As The Song’s Writer
It didn’t take long, but Dean revealed herself as the writer on the record, responding to a commenter who speculated she was the contributor, “And did! It was a hit!”
While Dean was initially proud of the song’s accomplishments, she would later take to her Instagram account to apologize for Beyoncé’s bashing lyrics and their impact on Hilson’s career.
“I submitted a lot of verses for that remix –– one got picked, and it was co-written with Keri. Looking back, it was childish and didn’t age well. I see how it hurt people, especially women and I take full accountability,” Dean wrote in her IG Stories post. “I’m sorry for my part in it. Growth is real, and so is this apology.”
Hilson has interacted with Beyoncé since being forced to diss her on the song, revealing to the morning show that Cowboy Carter crafter introduced herself to her and was gracious. “I appreciated it. I feel like she understood what happened, what had transpired and there was a bit of healing in that moment when we met. I take her as a very intuitive kind of soul, as am I.”

The spin is currently on. His most staunch supporters call Trump’s blinking on his tariff threat “part of his plan,” or as he would say, the “art of the deal.”
Others describe Trump’s decision not to go through with his tariff stunt as caving, even though China is still on the hook for 125% tariffs. Some notable figures on Capitol Hill accuse Trump of something even more nefarious: market manipulation.
After a tumultuous week that saw trillions of dollars wiped out, everyone is now taking a step back and trying to figure out if, in fact, this was all part of Felon 47’s plan or if there was something else going on.
Well, These Posts From Donald Trump on Truth Social Are Suspicious
Before he caved, Trump told the regular Americans who have plenty to lose, along with billionaires who saw their bottom lines being affected, to “be cool” as his stupid tariffs came into play, instantly tanking the global market and turning the US economy on its head.
Literally minutes after the opening bell rang at the New York Stock Exchange, Trump hopped on his bullsh*t platform, Truth Social, telling his followers, “THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY!!!”
Four hours later, Trump did an about-face, pausing and lowering tariffs for 90 days on most of the countries he threatened while increasing tariffs on China to an astounding 125%, and the markets recovered.
Social media rarely misses when spotting the jig and is calling what Trump did a reverse “pump and dump” scheme, accusing Orange Mussolini driving stock prices down, only to scoop them up before the prices rise.

Adam Schiff Is Not Buying What Donald Trump Is Selling
California Senator Adam Schiff is also suspicious and calling for an insider trading investigation. Schiff said that Trump “is creating giant market fluctuations with his on-again, off-again tariffs.”
He continued, “These constant gyrations in policy provide dangerous opportunities for insider trading. Who in the administration knew about Trump’s latest tariff flip flop ahead of time? Did anyone buy or sell stocks, and profit at the public’s expense? I’m writing to the White House — the public has a right to know.”
Speaking with reporters, Schiff said he wants the White House to answer the question of “Who is cashing in?”
He added, “There is all too much opportunity for people in the White House and administration to be into insider trading,” he said. “They won’t be able to hide it for good.”

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. We don’t have confidence that President Trump will be held responsible because Republicans lack a spine, but we do expect Democrats to make noise on this issue for a while.

Ross responded by telling Akademiks he lost “eight figures” in the stock market, with Akademiks replying, “Damn! You over here like, damn, Kamala, come back to me!”

Wackademiks is referring to former Vice President Kamala Harris, who Trump narrowly defeated in the 2024 presidential election. Ross wasn’t shy about his support for Donald Trump. She also warned Ross and many other Americans about the exact nonsense Trump is doing now with his tariffs.
Ross interviewed the then-Republican candidate for President, putting the orange menace on his incredibly large platform to push his nonsense.
Now, to see him and many others who bought in the MAGA jig crying about losing money is absolutely hilarious, and quite honestly, good for them.

Social media has been clowning Ross for effectively f***ing around and finding out, and having the audacity to complain about what’s going on.

Elon Musk didn’t help convince people he’s good at Path of Exile 2.
Musk, who is reportedly on his way out of the White House, didn’t do much to repair his credibility as a gamer after he admitted to “fraudmaxing” in Path of Exile 2, which is basically paying someone to play the game and level up his character for him.
The billionaire decided to stream himself playing the game while on his private jet during an “airborne continuity test” of his Starlink internet service.
During the stream, Musk was mercilessly trolled by viewers, who attacked the Tesla chief for his “work” with DOGE, laying off government workers in the name of “efficiency” and his wild personal life, making babies, he’s currently at 13 kids.
The stream, which is still on his X profile, lasted about an hour and 45 minutes. Musk rarely said a word, instead staring into the camera while playing the game’s early parts.
Musk died a few times, and he had to create a new character because he played on hardcore (i.e., perma-death) difficulty.
The Trolls Showed Elon Musk No Mercy
It didn’t take long for the trolling to begin. One message said to Musk was, “make it clap for daddy.” Another person claiming to be Ashley St. Clair, one of Musk’s many former partners, and is currently locked into a custody battle over their five-month-old.
Another comment read, “Elon, deep down you will always be cringe no matter how much money or power you have.”

Barack Obama didn’t bite his tongue when speaking about the blatant double standards when it comes to the lack of outrage towards Donald Trump’s reckless policies and behavior.
Our forever President, Barack Obama, stated the very obvious during an on-stage interview at Hamilton College while speaking on what Trump is currently doing in their first 100 days as President.
“Imagine if I had done any of this,” Obama said Thursday during the interview, where attendees were not allowed to record, according to CNN. “It’s unimaginable that the same parties that are silent now would have tolerated behavior like that from me or a whole bunch of my predecessors.”
The gloves were off when Obama spoke explicitly about Trump using the presidency to bully private institutions to bend to his ridiculous will.
“Imagine if I had said to law firms that were representing parties that were upset with policies my administration had initiated that you will not be allowed into government buildings,” Obama continued. “We will punish you economically for dissenting from the [Obamacare] or the Iran Deal.”
He continued, “The idea that a White House can say to law firms, if you represent parties that we don’t like, we’re going to pull all our business or bar you from representing people effectively…that kind of behavior is contrary to the basic compact we have as Americans.”
Obama also revealed that he is more deeply concerned” about the Trump administration’s threats to American universities “if they don’t give up students who are exercising their right to free speech.
Obama Touched On The Stupid Tariffs
He also touched on Trump’s stupid implementation of sweeping tariffs on countries, mainly our trading partners, adding he doesn’t believe it “is going to be good for America.”
Well, he couldn’t be more correct.
Since Trump rolled his orange behind out into the Rose Garden with that board with all of the “reciprocal tariffs” in response to “trade barriers,” most economists couldn’t figure out what his administration came up with, the global stock market has been in free fall, the US economy is tanking, and talks of a worldwide recession have reached an all-time high.
But what seems to be keeping Obama up at night is the Trump administration’s continued attack on Americans’ rights.

NetEase isn’t shy when making the characters attractive in Marvel Rivals, but Frost has activated the BIG HORNY alt in gamers following the release of her trailer.
Instantly, many players began comparing Frost’s look to that of Chun-Li, who’s been the thigh queen of the video game world for years. A new challenger in Emma Frost has arrived and is currently the talk of the gamer world.
Since her unveiling, the comments have been rolling, and they are pure virtual thirst. “Crush me with your thighs, Emma Frost,” one post on X, formerly Twitter, read.
“Emma Frost has thighs so thick that solo tanking will be a thing of the past in Marvel Rivals,” another post read.

Donald Trump and his stupid tariffs are already having an unfortunate impact on regular American lives. If you were one of the excited gamers hoping to preorder the Nintendo Switch 2, we have some bad news.
Orange Mussolini continues to show his financial incompetence, especially regarding tariffs and how they work. After Trump’s masterclass in tanking the global economy following his bonehead announcement of “reciprocal tariffs aimed at countries, mainly our allies, he feels have treated us “unfairly.”
Anyway, it’s no secret the tech space, mainly the gaming community, was apprehensive about the effect of Trump’s looming tariffs, and low and behold, we are seeing just how impactful they will be.
Nintendo is gearing up to launch the Switch 2, with preorders in the US set to go live on April 9. However, the Japanese-based company has taken the unprecedented step of delaying preorders because of the tariffs imposed on Japan and Vietnam.
Nintendo spoke on its decision sent to Gamespot:
“Preorders for Nintendo Switch 2 in the US will not start April 9, 2025 in order to assess the potential impact of tariffs and evolving market conditions. Nintendo will update timing at a later date. The launch date of June 5, 2025 is unchanged.”
Bruh.
Gamers Are Not Happy
As you can imagine, gamers who were excited to preorder the Nintendo Switch 2 are unhappy with their decision. The Nintendo Switch 2 is already expensive, but the 46% tariff on Vietnam, where the company has shifted the manufacturing of the console, could raise the price even more.
The 24% tariff on Japan is also significant because that’s where the physical cartridges are made.
“Once again if you are a gamer who voted for Trump you are stupid as shit. Get ready video game fans. You think these shits are expensive NOW?!? BWAHAHAHAHA we’re f****d,” one user on X, formerly Twitter wrote.
Another post on X read, “Not only is the Switch 2 preorder delayed, it is also possible Nintendo will increase the price for the US market. This is a HUGE mess.”
