‘Vampire’ Week: Olivia Rodrigo Soars In Atop Both Billboard Global Charts

Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire” blasts in at No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts (dated July 15).

The song introduces Rodrigo’s sophomore album Guts, due Sept. 8.

Plus, Taylor Swift’s “Cruel Summer” surges from No. 9 to No. 3 on the Global 200 and hits the Global Excl. U.S. top 10, jumping 14-7. The song was originally released on her 2019 album, Lover, and is now being promoted as her newest single.

The Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts, which started in September 2020, rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate. The Global 200 is inclusive of worldwide data and the Global Excl. U.S. chart comprises data from territories excluding the United States.

Chart ranks are based on a weighted formula incorporating official-only streams on both subscription and ad-supported tiers of audio and video music services, as well as download sales, the latter of which reflect purchases from full-service digital music retailers from around the world, with sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites excluded from the charts’ calculations.

Tale of the Crypt: ‘Vampire’ No. 1 on Global 200

Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire” launches at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200, as it drew 86.3 million streams and sold 13,000 downloads worldwide from its release June 30 through July 6.

The song is Rodrigo’s third Global 200 leader, following “Drivers License” (eight weeks on top) and “Good 4 U” (six) in 2021, both of which also debuted at No. 1.

Rodrigo becomes the first woman with as many as three No. 1s since the Global 200 began in 2020, and overall joins only BTS (seven) and Bad Bunny (three) with at least that high a total. (Justin Bieber, BLACKPINK, Drake and Taylor Swift each boast two No. 1s.)

Rodrigo is also the first woman with three No. 1 debuts on the Global 200. Overall, only BTS (five) has more.

Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” descends to No. 2 on the Global 200, after 13 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 beginning upon its debut in January; Swift’s “Cruel Summer” charges 9-3, up 16% to 44.1 million streams and 4% to 5,000 sold worldwide; Eslabon Armado and Peso Pluma’s “Ella Baila Sola” dips 3-4, after six weeks at No. 1 starting in April; and Yng Lvcas and Peso Pluma’s “La Bebe” falls to No. 5 from its No. 2 high.

Rodrigo Also New Atop Global Excl. U.S.

Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire” likewise premieres at No. 1 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, with 51.5 million streams and 4,000 sold outside the U.S. June 30-July 6.

The song is Rodrigo’s second Global Excl. U.S. leader, after “Drivers License” dominated for nine weeks in 2021. She ties Swift for the most No. 1s among women since the chart originated in 2020.

YOASOBI’s “Idol” recedes to No. 2 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, following three nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 beginning in June; Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” slides 2-3, after 13 weeks at No. 1 starting in January (as it tied Harry Styles’ “As It Was” for the chart’s longest command); Fifty Fifty’s “Cupid” keeps at No. 4 after two weeks on top beginning in May; and Yng Lvcas and Peso Pluma’s “La Bebe” drops 3-5 after hitting No. 2.

Elsewhere in the Global Excl. U.S. top 10, Swift’s “Cruel Summer” flies 14-7, with 29.7 million streams and 1,000 sold (up 19% in both metrics) outside the U.S. Released on Swift’s 2019 album Lover, and now being promoted as her newest single, the song becomes her 11th Global Excl. U.S. top 10, the most among women and tied for second with BTS among all acts, after Bad Bunny’s 14.

“Cruel Summer” has been gaining momentum in recent weeks, as Swift has been performing it on her current Eras Tour, her first in which she’s been able to spotlight songs from Lover, which was released shortly before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each concert on the tour is divided into 10 acts, encompassing nine of her LPs; the Lover era kicks off the show, with “Cruel Summer” performed in the opening set.

The Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts (dated July 15, 2023) will update on Billboard.com Tuesday (July 11). Bad Bunny’s ‘Un Verano Sin Ti’ Is Now the Most Streamed Album in Spotify History

It’s official: Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti is now the most-streamed album on Spotify.

The streaming platform confirmed to Billboard on Monday (July 10) that the Puerto Rican artist — who was named Spotify’s artist of the year in 2022 for a third consecutive time — that Un Verano Sin Ti has become the most-streamed of all time in Spotify’s history, globally.

Released in May 2022, UVST debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 (dated May 21, 2022), earning 274,000 equivalent album units in the U.S., according to Luminate. And with 356.66 million on-demand official streams for the set’s songs in its first week, the album registered the largest streaming week ever for a Latin music album.

The eclectic set – which spent 13 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 – also placed 22 songs from the set on the same May 21, 2022-dated Billboard Hot 100, the most in a week for a core Latin music artist and the most in a week performed all in Spanish. Moreover, Un Verano Sin Ti became the first non-English album to ever top the Year-End Billboard 200. The LP — which features wide-ranging collabs such as The Marías, Buscabulla and Chencho Corleone — also made history at the Grammys last year becoming the first Spanish-language album to be nominated for album of the year.

Reflecting on the massive success of his album, Bad Bunny told Billboard in December: “I never dreamed I wanted to be the biggest one or No. 1. I simply wanted to make it. Why? Because I love what I do. I’ve been doing rhythms since I was 13 years old, writing, singing songs in my head. … I never said I want to be the biggest or the best or the richest. I did it because I loved it, and my only dream was to be able to make a living out of it.”

Ozzy Osbourne Pulls Out of Power Trip Music Festival

Ozzy Osbourne will no longer be performing at Power Trip Festival in Las Vegas this October.

The rocker shared a statement to Instagram on Monday (July 10), revealing why he decided to pull out of his first performance since announcing that he will no longer tour due to health reasons. “My original plan was to return to the stage in the summer of 2024, and when the offer to do this show came in, I optimistically moved forward,” Osbourne wrote. “Unfortunately, my body is telling me that I’m just not ready yet and I am much too proud to have the first show that I do in nearly five years be half-a–ed.”

The statement continued, “The band that will be replacing me on Power Trip will be announced shortly. They are personal friends of mine and I can promise that you will not be disappointed. Above all, I want to thank my fans, my band, and my crew for their unconditional loyalty and continual support.”

Dan Smyers & Shay Mooney Reveal Dan+Shay Nearly Broke Up Last Year

In an Instagram video titled “The Drive,” the duo’s Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney take viewers deep into their interpersonal relationship, as they take a drive and recall a pivotal moment in December 2021 when they were struggling with burnout and dissatisfaction following the conclusion of their (Arena) tour. Even though the duo had won Grammy honors and were headlining a huge tour, the constant pace and career demands led to burnout.

“I was in, like, the lowest low of my entire life,” Smyers says in the video. “Came off the road and I was like, ‘Man, I f–king hate music. I’m ready to quit.’”

Mooney agreed, adding that the frustrations within the duo impacted their respective marriages and personal lives. “I could feel the separation, and I think there was little things between you and I that we never talked about. It was affecting everything. Not just our band. Like, my marriage, everything. I was in a really dark place.” He later added, “Especially at that point, I was drinking a lot. So those highs became really high, and the lows became really, really low.”

Following the tour’s conclusion, the bandmates didn’t speak to each other for four months — until they came together in March 2022 to take a stark look at the duo’s future, including whether they wanted to quit performing together.

The conversation proved to be a moment that “changed it all,” and led the two to determine they wanted to continue recording together as a duo, and that they were committed to healthier communication.

“The thing that filled my cup the most was being in a room with you, making music together,” Smyers tells Mooney in the video clip. “One of the most important things that’s ever happened in my life was Dan + Shay. If we’re gonna keep going forever, let’s get ourselves right. Let’s have a gut check.”

“I can feel the closeness of our relationship and our friendship when I listen back to the music,” Smyers adds. “We are by far, a million times, the closest we’ve ever been. For so many reasons. But because we worked at it. That makes what we’re doing now infinitely sustainable. I could do this the rest of my life with you.”

The duo also revealed they have new music on the way (coming July 14), and recently told fans they will be joining The Voice as a coaching duo next year.

Zayn Malik Announces New Single ‘Love Like This’ & Release Date: See Video

Mark your calendars, Zayn-iacs. Zayn Malik has finally announced the title and release date of his highly anticipated new song “Love Like This,” his first release since signing with Mercury Records last month.

After teasing the comeback track for a week on social media, the 30-year-old pop star at last revealed that his new era begins later this month — July 21, to be exact. The news comes in the form of a teaser video posted to the singer’s Instagram, featuring a shirtless Malik spray-painting the song’s title onto a wall, along with the date, “7. 21.”

“Love Like This” plays in the background throughout the clip, revealing more of the song’s loved-up lyrics. “I guess there’s love like this/ Usually I never wanna jump like this,” Malik sings on the track, over a chill, uptempo beat. “I guess there’s faith like this/ Give you everything and you can skate like this/ But I think I gotta take that risk ’cause I can not go back/ And I’m loving what you say, what you say, what you say when you’re on my line.”

The new single will mark the former One Direction star’s first solo release since his 2021 album Nobody Is Listening, which preceded a collaboration with Ingrid Michaelson (“To Begin Again”) and a cover of the late Jimi Hendrix’s “Angel.” It’ll also be his first release since departing from former label RCA Records, having signed with Mercury in June. Going forward, Malik’s music will sound notably different from his previous career-defining hits like “Pillowtalk” and his Taylor Swift collaboration “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” sources have told Billboard.

Leading up to the “Love Like This” announcement, the musician had steadily been dropping teaser videos with revealing snippets of the track, including lyrics like “your direction is on my mind.” On one video, Malik’s former bandmate Liam Payne commented: “this sounds big already.”

Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Vampire’ Debuts as Her Third Billboard Hot 100 No. 1

There’s new blood atop the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, as Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire” debuts at No. 1. Rodrigo slays with her third leader, following “Drivers License” and “Good 4 U” in 2021, both of which also launched at No. 1.

With “Vampire” serving as the lead single from Rodrigo’s sophomore album Guts, due Sept. 8, after “Drivers License” introduced her first LP, Sour, she is the first artist ever to debut the lead singles from two career-opening albums at No. 1 on the Hot 100.

Plus, two songs ascend for their first week each in the Hot 100’s top 10: Taylor Swift’s “Cruel Summer,” now being promoted as her new single after it was released on her 2019 album, Lover, jumps 13-7 to becomes her 41st top 10 – extending her record among women – and Gunna’s “Fukumean” pushes 12-8, marking his fourth top 10.

The Hot 100 blends all-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay and sales data, the lattermost metric reflecting purchases of physical singles and digital tracks from full-service digital music retailers; digital singles sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites are excluded from chart calculations. All charts (dated July 15, 2023) will update on Billboard.com Tuesday (July 11). For all chart news, you can follow @billboard and @billboardcharts on both Twitter and Instagram.

Streams, airplay & sales: Rodrigo’s “Vampire,” released on Geffen/Interscope Records, drew 35.5 million streams and 26.3 million radio airplay audience impressions (aided by an FCC-friendly radio edit) and sold 26,000 (17,000 sales combined on 7” vinyl, sold for $10, and CD, for $3.50; and 9,000 digital downloads) in its first week, ending July 6, according to Luminate, following its June 30 release.

The song is the 1,150th No. 1 since the Hot 100 began in August 1958, and the 67th to soar in at the summit.

The track likewise debuts at No. 1 on the Streaming Songs chart, No. 2 on Digital Song Sales (as it’s the overall top-selling song of the week, downloads and physical copies combined) and No. 22 on Radio Songs. (It starts at No. 17 on Pop Airplay and No. 22 on Adult Pop Airplay.)

“We always said that it was kind of our version of a rock opera,” Rodrigo told Billboard of “Vampire,” which she wrote with her main collaborator Dan Nigro, who solely produced it. “I think as the album was coming together, we were coming up with a bunch of songs that we really liked, but this one always stuck out to me as something that I felt like was honoring my singer-songwriter roots, but felt like an evolution – in a good way that wasn’t too stark. So, I really liked it for that, and it was always one of my favorites.”

Rodrigo’s 3rd No. 1: “Vampire” is Rodrigo’s third Hot 100 No. 1. “Drivers License” dominated for eight weeks, starting upon its debut in January 2021, and “Good 4 U” ruled for a week in its first frame in May 2021. “Vampire” is her fifth top 10, as her debut album Sour also generated “Deja Vu” (No. 3 peak) and “Traitor” (No. 9). All 11 songs from Sour reached the Hot 100’s top 30.

Leader for lead singles: With “Vampire” the lead single from Rodrigo’s sophomore album Guts, expected Sept. 8, after “Drivers License” ushered in Sour, she is the first artist ever to debut the lead single from two career-opening albums at No. 1 on the Hot 100.

‘V’ is for victory: “Vampire” is just the seventh song that begins with the letter “v” to top the Hot 100.

Here the songs that have made such vaunted vaults:

  • “Vampire,” Olivia Rodrigo, 2023
  • “Viva La Vida,” Coldplay, 2008
  • “Vision of Love,” Mariah Carey, 1990
  • “Vogue,” Madonna, 1990
  • “Venus,” Bananarama, 1986
  • “Venus,” The Shocking Blue, 1970
  • “Venus,” Frankie Avalon, 1959

(Strange, but it’s the tooth: Rodrigo has the first Hot 100 hit with the word “vampire” in its title.)

Y is for Y2K: Rodrigo was born Feb. 20, 2003. She is the only artist born in the 2000s with multiple Hot 100 No. 1s.

The other acts born since 2000 to have led the Hot 100: Billie Eilish (“Bad Guy,” 2019); Jawsh 865 (“Savage Love [Laxed – Siren Beat]” with Jason Derulo and BTS, 2020); 24kGoldn (“Mood” featuring Iann Dior, 2020); and The Kid LAROI (“Stay” with Justin Bieber, 2021).

“I think the most change I’ve felt was just as a girl, growing up and changing from being a teenager to a 20-year-old,” Rodrigo mused to Billboard of her evolution over the last two years. “All of the maturing and figuring yourself out, that’s just on a normal human-to-human level – I think that was the most surprising thing for me.”

Morgan Wallen’s “Last Night” dips to No. 2 on the Hot 100 following 13 weeks at No. 1, the second-longest command this decade, after Harry Styles’ “As It Was” (15 weeks, 2022). “Last Night” spent the last 10 consecutive weeks at No. 1, the best streak since Roddy Ricch’s “The Box” linked 11 weeks on top all in a row in January-March 2020.

“Last Night” drew 74.5 million in radio reach and 29.8 million streams and sold 8,000 June 30-July 6.

“Last Night” tops Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, which employs the same multimetric methodology as the Hot 100, for a 22nd week, the sixth-longest rule since the chart became an all-encompassing genre reflection in 1958; Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line’s “Meant to Be” spent a record 50 frames at No. 1 in 2017-18.

Plus, “Last Night” adds a sixth week atop Billboard’s Songs of the Summer chart, having ranked at No. 1 each week since the survey returned.

Luke Combs’ cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car” reverses course to No. 3 from its No. 2 Hot 100 high.

Rema and Selena Gomez’s “Calm Down” slips to No. 4 from its No. 3 Hot 100 best as it spends a third week atop Radio Songs (92 million, up 2%). The collab concurrently tops the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart for a 45th week, extending the longest reign since the ranking began over a year ago (in partnership with music festival and global brand Afro Nation).

Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” retreats 4-5 on the Hot 100, after eight weeks at No. 1 beginning upon its debut in January, and Lil Durk’s “All My Life” featuring J. Cole descends 5-6, after it started at its No. 2 peak, as it tops the multimetric Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts for a seventh week each.

Taylor Swift’s “Cruel Summer” bounds 13-7 on the Hot 100, with 30.3 million in all-format airplay audience (up 35%), 14.9 million streams (up 11%) and 3,000 sold (essentially even week-over-week).

The song was released on Swift’s 2019 album Lover and is now being promoted as her newest single. It has been gaining momentum in recent weeks, as Swift has been performing it on her current Eras Tour, her first in which she’s been able to spotlight songs from Lover, which was released shortly before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each concert on the tour is divided into 10 acts, encompassing nine of her LPs; the Lover era kicks off the show, with “Cruel Summer” performed in the opening set.

Nearly four years after Lover’s release, “Cruel Summer” becomes the set’s fourth Hot 100 top 10, joining lead single “Me!” featuring Brendon Urie (No. 2 peak); “You Need to Calm Down” (also No. 2); and the title track (No. 10), all in 2019.

“Cruel Summer” is Swift’s 41st career Hot 100 top 10, the second-most among all acts and the most among women.

Most Hot 100 Top 10s:

  • 68, Drake
  • 41, Taylor Swift
  • 38, Madonna
  • 34, The Beatles
  • 32, Rihanna
  • 30, Michael Jackson
  • 29, Elton John
  • 28, Mariah Carey
  • 28, Stevie Wonder
  • 27, Janet Jackson
  • 26, Justin Bieber
  • 25, Lil Wayne
  • 25, Elvis Presley (whose career start predated the Hot 100’s inception)

Gunna’s “Fukumean” charges 12-8 on the Hot 100, driven most heavily by 20.2 million streams, up 12% and boosted by the July 5 premiere of its official video.

The song is the rapper’s fourth Hot 100 top 10, following “Pushin P” with Future and featuring Young Thug (No. 7, January 2022); “Lemonade” with Internet Money and featuring Don Toliver and NAV (No. 6, November 2020); and “Drip Too Hard” with Lil Baby (No. 4, October 2018).

Swift’s “Karma,” featuring Ice Spice, slips 8-9 on the Hot 100, after it soared to its No. 2 high in June following the release of its remix with Ice Spice.

Rounding out the Hot 100’s top 10, Toosii’s “Favorite Song” falls 6-10, after it hit No. 5.

Madonna Says She’s ‘On The Road to Recovery’ In First Statement Since Hospitalization

Madonna issued her first official statement on Monday morning (July 10) in the wake of her hospitalization last month with what was described as a “serious bacterial infection.” In an Instagram post, Madonna thanked her fans for all their positive energy, prayers and words of healing as she navigates this health issue, while assuring her followers that she is on the mend.

“I have felt your love. I’m on the road to recovery and incredibly grateful for all the blessings in my life,” wrote the 64-year-old singer who spent several days in the ICU in late June, forcing her to postpone her career-spanning Celebration world tour.

While Madonna did not get into detail about what is ailing her or her prognosis, she noted that the very first thing she thought of when she awoke in the hospital was her six children. “My second thought was that I did not want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour,” she continued. “I also didn’t want to let down the people who worked tirelessly with me over the last few months to create my show. I hate to disappoint anyone.”

For now, though, she said, her focus is on her health and getting stronger. “And I assure you, I’ll be back with you as soon as I can!” she promised. “The current plan is to reschedule the North American leg of the tour and to begin in October in Europe.” The post also included a picture of Madonna in which she is staring into the camera while wearing a black long-sleeve t-shirt and sparse makeup.

One of her longtime friends, Donatella Versace, commented on the post, writing, “We are with you all the way, Madonna. Thinking of you and sending you love, power and hugs for a speedy recovery. The world can’t wait to see you on stage again!!! I love you very much.”

Following news of her hospitalization, manager Guy Oseary issued an update on June 24. “Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care,” Oseary wrote. “A full recovery is expected.” At the time, a source close to the situation told Billboard that the singer was already out of the ICU and recovering; Billboard has reached out to reps for Madonna several times since the news broke, but no additional information on her illness or hospitalization has been released to date.

The Celebration Tour was set to launch in Vancouver, B.C. on July 15 at the Rogers Arena. According to Billboard Boxscore, the trek — which was slated to feature a set list covering four decades of hits from a catalog that includes 12 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1s and 38 top 10 hits on that chart — was on track to net her more than $100 million. At press time the singer’s official site still listed the original tour dates, with updated routing not yet available.

Joe Jonas Joins Billy Joel for ‘Uptown Girl’ During London Concert: ‘Life Made’

Joe Jonas has made one of the items of his bucket list come true. On Friday (July 7), the Jonas Brothers singer had the chance of a lifetime to perform on stage with Billy Joel at London’s BST Hyde Park, and took fans behind the journey on social media in a video posted to his Instagram.

“I just finished soundcheck. I’m doing something really exciting today. Bucket list. Major bucket list. Quite nervous, but the person I sang with is incredible and made me feel very comfortable,” the 33-year-old said in a video leading up to the performance. “The sun is officially down or just about to be down. I’m walking to stage. My friend is on his last song. Can you hear it? And I’m about to go join him up there. Wish me luck!”

The video then cut to Jonas being introduced and brought onstage for Joel’s 1983 hit “Uptown Girl.” Joel and Jonas joined forces for the single’s infectious ending chorus. “You know I’m in love/ With an uptown girl/ My uptown girl/ You know I’m in love/ With an uptown girl,” the pair finished. After concluding the track, Jonas and Joel embraced for a quick hug before the Disney Channel alum left the stage.

“This still feels unreal,” Jonas captioned the video. “Thank you to my friend @billyjoel for having me on stage to sing ‘Uptown Girl’ with you tonight in Hyde Park. You’ve been a big inspiration to me and this was a bucket list moment. Life made.”

Here Are Myke Towers’ ‘Lala’ Lyrics Translated Into English

Myke Tower‘s “LALA,” off his album La Vida Es Una, is the latest Spanish-language song to go viral on TikTok. With more than one million posts on the social media platform, the reggaetón-powered song took off on streaming services, including Spotify, where it became the No. 1 song on its Top 50 Global chart on Sunday (May 9).

Released in April, La Vida Es Una captured the Puerto Rican artist his third top 10 studio album on Billboard‘s Top Latin Albums chart. Meanwhile, “LALA” — which finds Myke Towers narrating a NSFW rendezvous with a lover — debuted at No. 25 on the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart and this week, it enters Hot Latin Songs at No. 50.

“I want to show my people that I’m in a new level of creating and I don’t want to keep in my comfort zone,” he explained to Billboard about La Vida Es Una. “Like, I always want to do new things. This album, some people are going to have to listen to it a couple of times to get used to it. People always think of me making only hip-hop or trap music or just like reggaeton, but in this one I want it to be different.”

Below, check out the “Lala” lyrics translated into English:

La-la-la-la-la-la
La-la-la-la-la-la
La-la-la-la-la-la
La-la-la-la

Everything is good, you don’t have to stress
I will never leave you alone
I was hooked since the first time I saw her
I fell in love when I danced with her
She had been wanting to get close for a long time
Put her back against the wall
If I go down she knows what I’ll do

La-la-la-la-la-la
You want it mami (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Her eyes change (la-la-la-la-la-la)
I look at her and she licks her red lipstick (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Her waist is loose (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Baby, if I grab you (la-la-la-la-la-la)
I’ll take you to new heights (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Let me know and I’ll pick you up (la-la-la-la-la-la)

She let me drive
You’ll always know when I arrive to a place
I was crowned since I was little
It looks good on photo but in person even better
She took one too many drinks
After the red wine she took a pause
When she was going for her fifth
I took her cruising around the neighborhood in the KYMCO
When they see me up front, they become astonished

She does it alone
She’s already turning someone else on as this one burns down
She’s calling my attention because she wants me to do it

La-la-la-la-la-la
You want it mami (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Her eyes change (la-la-la-la-la-la)
I look at her and she licks her red lipstick (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Her waist is loose (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Baby, if I grab you (la-la-la-la-la-la)
I’ll take you to new heights (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Let me know and I’ll pick you up (la-la-la-la-la-la)

When something is for you, it’s inevitable
Baby, I know you want it
Let’s do as if there was no television or cable
Your gaze is to blame for
They’re looking at us, let’s go
She told me, “Don’t think about it to much and give it to me”
By the look on her face, you can tell she’s enjoying it
The neighbors are looking

I love it when you look mad
She fills my bullet cartridge
And even left the weapon in the living room
I was focused on

La-la-la-la-la-la
I’m your Carmelo and you’re my (la-la-la-la-la-la)
When I go down (la-la-la-la-la-la)
She always asks me (la-la-la-la-la-la)
I never stop (la-la-la-la-la-la)
She likes the (la-la-la-la-la-la)
I make her go crazy with (la-la-la-la-la-la)
She touches herself when (la-la-la-la-la-la)
Looking at her and doing (la-la-la-la-la-la)

I’m your Carmelo and you’re my
When I go down
She always asks me
I never stop
She likes the
I make her go crazy with
She touches herself when
Looking at her and doing
