50 Cent Says Jim Jones Is ‘Delusional’ for Thinking He Has ‘More Solo Records’ Than Most NYC Rappers

50 Cent fired back at Jim Jones claiming that he has better songs than most New York rappers. In a deleted post on Instagram, the Queens rapper and filmmaker called Jones “delusional” and brought up his infamous beef with rapper Tru Life. “Delusional,” wrote 50. “JoMo only got one song, Ballin written by Max B. Better shut up before I have Tru Life chasing you around the city again. F—king punk!”

During his conversation with The Breakfast Club as he was promoting his new album At the Church Steps, Dipset‘s notorious Verzuz loss to The LOX came up as the catalyst to Jones’ tension with fellow Dipset member Cam’ron. “Yeah, man, Verzuz was weak, man” Jim agreed. “He’s mad because we lost and he got boo’d, just tell the truth.”

The Harlem rapper than asked which rapper wanted to do a Verzuz with him and stood by his catalogue. “I got more solo records than most of them that really hit — remember that” he said. “I got a lot of gold singles. I got some action with me. It’s gonna be hard for a lot of people from New York to win with Capo. In New York City, it’s going to be hard. I would say that for anybody.” Which then prompted DJ Envy to say that it sounded like he wanted to go up against the likes of 50 Cent.“ I don’t wanna do nothing with that sucka,” Jones responded. “Leave him out of the conversation.”

Jones then revealed that he felt Swizz Beatz could’ve handled the business side of things in a better way. “Swizz, holla at me. You backdoored me, gave [Cam’ron] some business that you ain’t give all of us,” he said, implying that he and Juelz weren’t treated the same and said that he needed “triple what I had last time.”

Earlier in the interview, Jones admitted that he didn’t regret promoting gang culture in his music, likening being in a gang to being in a fraternity. He also challenged Cam’ron to a $10 million dollar boxing match.

While talking about his connection to the infamous 6ix9ine case, Charlamagne tha God asked him why he doesn’t run from his affiliation with the Bloods to which Jones compared being a member of a gang to being a member of a fraternity. “It’s not a crime to be a Blood,” quipped. “It’s not a crime to be a banger. It’s not a crime to be a fraternity member. It’s not a crime to be a sorority member. It’s all the same thing. It’s a crime if you do crime while being that and that turns into other things. If it’s more than one of y’all doing crime while being Blood, that turns into a RICO and things like that. I do business. I’m a businessman, you heard? Always music, baby!”

DJ Envy then asked him if he regretted commercializing being a gang member and to Jones’ credit, he didn’t shy away from the question and owned up to it. “Yeah, I made it cool, but I also commercialized it,” he admitted. “I made millions of dollars off the gang culture. Same thing with [what] Snoop has done and the West Coast.”

Adding, “Do I regret anything? No, I don’t. Because I’ve done so many positive things being in this position as being a man, as being a gang member, as being a father, as being all these things, you dig? If I didn’t have this platform, people would never know how great some of these people can be, because I’ve put on a lot of people and put them in positions to feed their family.”

Elsewhere in the interview, he challenged fellow Dipset member Cam’ron to a celebrity boxing match with the winner taking home $10 million and called 50 Cent “a sucker” when discussing New York artists to do a Verzuz with.

Mark Zuckerberg Dresses Up in Benson Boone’s Grammy Jumpsuit & Performs for Wife’s Birthday

Benson Boone wasn’t on hand to perform at a birthday celebration for Mark Zuckerberg‘s wife, philanthropist Priscilla Chan, so the Meta CEO simply decided to do it himself.

In a truly wild video posted to Zuckerberg’s Instagram Friday (Feb. 28), he jumps on stage at a black-tie party honoring his better half and spreads out his arms to let two friends tear away his tuxedo, revealing the “Slow It Down” singer’s baby blue Grammy jumpsuit underneath. The Facebook founder then dives into an energetic performance for a shocked Chan and their party guests, jumping on top of a piano and recreating Boone’s movements from the musician’s memorable set at the 2025 awards ceremony (although it doesn’t look like Zuck went as far as doing a backflip).

“Your wife only turns 40 once!” the tech billionaire captioned the clip. “Shoutout to @bensonboone for the jumpsuit and new single.”

In the comments, Boone wrote, “I can’t believe my eyes.”

On another Instagram post about the tribute, the Washington native hilariously added, “I hope his nuts are okay. That thing is so tight.”

Boone’s sparkly one-piece was one of the most talked-about parts of this year’s Grammys, thanks in part to the fact that cameras caught the star adjusting his crotch as he sang his Billboard Hot 100 No. 2 smash “Beautiful Things” during the night’s best new artist medley. He later wrote on Instagram Stories that he was “sorry for adjusting [his] jumpsuit so aggressively on stage tonight,” adding, “that thing was extremely restricting in certain areas.”

The video comes one day after Boone dropped his new song “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else,” marking his first proper release since 2024 album Fireworks & Rollerblades. He and Zuckerberg have hung out in the past, meeting up in September for a playful sword fight filmed on Meta’s AI Ray-Ban glasses.

LISA Opens Up About an ‘Uncomfortable’ Moment With a Stalker

LISA is opening up about a negative side of fame.

The BLACKPINK superstar joined Thai radio talk show WOODY FM this week, where she recalled a particularly scary moment with a boundary-pushing fan. “I’ve never shared this before,” she said. “Last year, it was the first time I actually experienced [stalkers] myself. I’ve heard a lot about it from other idol friends, mostly from male idols. But it just happened to me.”

She continued, “Usually, when my flight lands in South Korea, fans will be there waiting at the airport. That’s normal, and I appreciate that they come. But when I got home, I saw them waiting. So I told that person, ‘I’m really not comfortable with this. If you want to see me, let’s meet somewhere public. Showing up like this at my house, I feel uncomfortable.’”

Despite the scary situation, LISA has reached a lot of positive milestones in recent months. The singer has officially made her foray into the acting world, taking on the role of Mook in the third season of HBO’s The White Lotus.

A$AP Rocky Gives ‘Don’t Be Dumb’ Album Update: ‘I Just Want to Drop It’

Now that A$AP Rocky was found not guilty of shooting his former friend A$AP Relli, he can focus on releasing his long-awaited fourth solo album Don’t Be Dumb.

While sitting down to talk with GQ about his creative director role with eyewear maker Ray-Ban, the Harlem rapper gave fans updates on his album and his life. As far as the project goes, Rocky says he’s in the process of putting the final touches on it. “I’m in the mixing and mastering realm of it,” he told the outlet. “But I think quite frankly, people are tired of hearing about updates about the album. They’re just ready to get this sh–, you know what I’m saying? I don’t think anybody wants to hear where I’m at with it, how far is it along and all that. They just want to hear some sh– just to see where I’m at, and I promise I got some new sh– in store. I’m challenging myself. It’s like anything, I approach it with a different tactic, degree, or finesse.”

When it comes to how he’s feeling about life after his trial, the Harlem rapper is grateful for his freedom. “I feel blessed,” he said. “I feel so lucky to even be here talking to you in Milan at a launch for my Ray-Ban creative directorship. Honestly I do, man. You know, feeling like there was a chance that your freedom would be taken away from you, and then like a week later to be launching your creative direction announcement in Milan, Italy.”

Since beating the aforementioned case, Rocky and Ray-Ban not only announced his partnership, but he’s also set to star opposite Denzel Washington in a new Spike Lee joint titled Highest to Lowest, which will be a remake of the classic 1963 Japanese film High and Low directed by Akira Kurosawa.

When he was found not guilty, Spike Lee celebrated by posting a still from the movie on his Instagram thanking the judge and jury, and just recently posted another picture on set with himself, Denzel and Rocky.

Selena Gomez Wants to ‘Call You Daddy’ in Sultry New Song Teaser: ‘I Know You Like That’

Selena Gomez is turning up the heat on her next song with Benny Blanco.

On Friday (Feb. 28), the singer/actress shared a teaser for a sultry new song titled “Talk” that is expected to appear on the couple’s upcoming joint album I Said I Love You First. In the clip, she sits in a car while staring sensuously at the camera, mouthing along to a couple charged lyrics as the uptempo, Britney Spears-esque dance track plays.

“I’ma call you daddy, ’cause I know you like that,” Gomez lip-syncs to the song, which appears to sample Cake’s 1998 Billboard Hot 100-charting hit “Never There.” “Go recharge your batteries, come back to me and make your momma proud.”

In the comments, her fiancé and collaborator cheekily wrote, “i do like that.”

The “Talk” teaser comes just over a week after the duo dropped “Call Me When You Break Up” featuring Gracie Abrams. It followed “Scared of Loving You,” which served as the lead single for the March 21-slated I Said I Love You First.

The Only Murders in the Building star and Blanco first announced the LP — which marks Gomez’s first album since 2020’s Billboard 200-topper Rare — on Valentine’s Day. In a conversation with Interview published the same day, the couple opened up about the process of making the project’s 14 tracks together, with the producer revealing, “We said at the beginning, ‘If this ever is weird, we cancel it f–king immediately.’”

“I definitely didn’t feel any sort of pressure,” Gomez added, sharing that the creative process was so relaxed, she often recorded vocals snuggled up with blankets in a chair. “I was maybe just nervous with jitters in the beginning, and then slowly but surely it was happening and it sort of fell into place with a lot of hard work and love.”

Watch Damian Lillard Get Trolled by Giannis Antetokounmpo Rapping GloRilla Lyrics During His Press Conference

The Damian Lillard and GloRilla saga took another turn this week when Dame’s Milwaukee Bucks teammate, Giannis Antetokounmpo, teased Lillard during a press conference by singing some of Big Glo’s lyrics.

Giannis loudly rapped bars from Glo and Sexyy Red’s “Whatchu Kno About Me” collab in the background of Lillard’s presser following the Bucks’ loss to the Houston Rockets on Tuesday.

“Big G-L-O in that GLE,” the Greek Freak can be heard rapping. Dame initially ignored his teammate to finish answering a question before he couldn’t hold it in any longer. “This dude is crazy, man,” Lillard replied. “I knew it, I knew it,” Giannnis said with a childlike innocence.

It’s unclear if Giannis is familiar with the backstory of Dame and Glo’s relationship, as the Bucks star previously rapped lyrics from GELO’s “Tweaker” during a Lillard presser earlier in February.

Glo and Dame — who raps under the alias Dame D.O.L.L.A. — linked up for the first time at All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis last February. The Memphis rapper proceeded to shoot her shot when commenting on their photo together. “Who n—a dis is? Cause I want him #GetEmGlo,” she wrote before adding, “Whoever she is can’t whoop me so I really dgaf.”

The 34-year-old hooper filed for divorce from his estranged wife Kay’la Lillard last fall, and he’s kept his relationships out of the spotlight since being shipped from Portland to the Milwaukee Bucks prior to the start of the 2023-24 season.

Lillard downplayed his friendship with Glo being anything romantic during the Milwaukee Bucks’ media day in September. “I’m weak. That is hilarious. Nah, I keep my personal life personal, you know? And I let it be that. I respect her as an artist,” he replied. “We know each other, she’s an artist, I’m an artist. But as far as anything else, it ain’t nothing going on. That’s what I can tell you.”

In November, GloRilla claimed she was single and planned to remain celibate until marriage. “Single & celibate until God send me my husband,” she wrote.

Anyma feat. Ellie Goulding, “Hypnotized” (John Summit Remix) 

Ahead of his slot opening for Anyma at Sphere this weekend, John Summit drops his edit of “Hypnotized,” Anyma’s collab with Ellie Goulding released in January and a contender for one of the most major dance releases of the year thus far. It’s an apt meeting of the minds, with Summit leaving the track largely in tact but adding a siren-laden bridge and other smart flourishes that have his fingerprints all over them. The epic build that Summit layers in will without a doubt have ’em going wild in the seats tomorrow (March 1) when he plays in support of Anyma’s lauded audiovisual spectacular.

2hollis, “Style”

It seems everything Los Angeles-based artist 2hollis touches turns to gold, with his latest single “style” already racking up tens of thousands of views across platforms. The song is slight in length (one minute and 39 seconds) but absolutely goes, with a twisted, wind-up production paired with distorted beats and the artist breathily declaring “I like your style.” (Please also see the simple but effective accompanying video.) 2hollis currently on tour in Asia and Europe, with the run set to conclude with performances at Coachella in April and an appearance at Bonnaroo in June.

Carlita & Andre Zimmer, “Raf”

Carlita joins the esteemed crew of producers who’ve assembled one of fabric’s mix compilations, with the lead single from fabric presents: Carlita out today. A collaboration with Toronto producer Andre Zimmer, “Raf” is all out gospel house bliss with muscle and a BPM sure to make ’em sweat. fabric presents: Carlita is out on April 11.

Tesh, “Wants & Needs”

Hitting with the same zest and effervescence of your favorite flavor of La Croix, “Wants & Needs” is the newest from rising producer, Tesh. The richly textured song is laced with U.K. garage and manages to emote a certain amount of love and longing (with the vocals doing a lot of the heavy lifting here) even while also bouncing merrily along. “Wants & Needs” is the second single from Tesh’ forthcoming Cycles + Repetitions EP, coming April 25 via San Holo’s bitbird label. (And don’t sleep on the project’s lead single “Fingertips,” released in January.)

Rusko, “1 Man Army”

The British master is back with his first new solo work in two years with “One Man Army,” a track that delivers the same hectic D&B + bass that’s made Rusko a longtime hero. Out on Monstercat, the song is the title track from a five-song, no skips EP. “Creating this EP was a mission that began with a simple desire to explore more areas of my love for drum and bass,” the producer says. “Over the past 19 years, I’ve been experimenting with new sounds, genres, and emotions — and this collection is a reflection of the vibes and feelings of this past year as Rusko.”

Falling in Reverse’s ‘Bad Guy’ Tops Mainstream Rock Airplay Chart

Falling in Reverse scores its fourth No. 1 and second in a row on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, as “Bad Guy,” featuring Saraya, lifts a spot to lead the March 8-dated survey.

The song follows the band’s Jelly Roll team-up “All My Life,” which ruled for five weeks beginning last July.

The Ronnie Radke-led act first topped the chart in 2020 with “Popular Monster,” followed by “Zombified” in 2022.

The rockers first reached the tally in 2015 with “God, If You Are Above…,” which peaked at No. 28.

“Bad Guy” is Saraya’s first Billboard ruler, earned with her first charted title. The professional wrestler dated Radke for six years through last year. (Another Saraya, fronted by vocalist Sandi Saraya, made Mainstream Rock Airplay four times in 1989-91, paced by the No. 9-peaking “Love Has Taken Its Toll.”)

Concurrently, “Bad Guy” ranks at No. 16, after reaching No. 14, on the all-rock-format, audience-based Rock & Alternative Airplay chart with 2.4 million audience impressions in the week ending Feb. 27, according to Luminate.

On the most recent multimetric Hot Hard Rock Songs survey (dated March 1, reflecting data accumulated Feb. 14-20), “Bad Guy” ranked at No. 6 (it debuted at its No. 4 best last August). In addition to its radio airplay, the song earned 711,000 official U.S. streams.

“Bad Guy” is the latest single from Popular Monster, which debuted at No. 1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart in August 2024 and has earned 892,000 equivalent album units to date.
