Though the Urie family has yet to reveal the baby’s name or gender, the arrival of the bundle of joy comes shortly after the singer revealed that Panic! At the Disco would no longer continue.

“Well, it’s been a hell of a journey…,” Urie wrote via Instagram on Jan. 24, thanking the band’s fans for 20 years of dedication and loyalty. “Growing up in Vegas I could’ve never imagined where this life would take me. So many places all over the world, and all the friends we’ve made along the way. But sometimes a journey must end for a new one to begin.”

In the statement, Urie announced that he and Sarah were expecting their first child. “We’ve been trying to keep it to ourselves, though some of you may have heard… Sarah and I are expecting a baby very soon!” he shared at the time. “The prospect of being a father and getting to watch my wife become a mother is both humbling and exciting.”

“That said, I am going to bring this chapter of my life to an end and put my focus and energy on my family,” he added, “with that Panic! At The Disco will be no more.”

Urie and Orzechowski’s baby arrives nearly 10 years after the couple tied the knot. The pair got engaged in 2011, and married in April 2013.

It’s all love in Perry-Bloom-Kerr-Spiegel blended household. Miranda Kerr just took to TikTok to celebrate her ex-husband Orlando Bloom’s fiancée, Katy Perry, a few days after the pop star presented an award to the Victoria’s Secret model at the 2023 G’Day USA Arts Gala earlier this week.

Kerr posted clips of her embracing Perry on the red carpet for the gala, set to a popular TikTok audio that says, “Me? Obsessed with you? Yes, yes I am.”

“When you love your son’s step mom,” the KORA Organics founder captioned the TikTok.

Kerr shares 12-year-old son Flynn with Bloom, whom she was married to from 2010 to 2013. Four years after their split, she married Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel, and the couple have two kids together. Meanwhile, the Pirates of the Caribbean star has been engaged to the “Firework” singer since 2019 and shares 2-year-old daughter Daisy with her.

Perry also paid tribute to Kerr following the G’Day USA event, posting videos from the red carpet and awards ceremony on Instagram. “Loved celebrating my fav Aussie Aussie Aussie (oi oi oi!) & sister from another mister,” the American Idol judge captioned her Jan. 30 post. “Congrats on the honor, I love our modern family … also thank u for introducing me to celery juice I just thought they were those veg stick things I stir me Bloody Mary’s with.”

On hand to present Kerr with an Excellence in Arts award at the gala, Perry shed some light on the two women’s relationship and family dynamic during her speech. “Some of you might be confused about why I’m introducing Miranda,” she said onstage, according to People. “That doesn’t play into the antiquated narrative of ex-wives and new wives. And yes, it’s true, most of the media would like to see us mud wrestle … but we are here to lead by love because Miranda is love.”

“I’m so grateful for our modern blended family,” Perry added. “It’s like I gained another sister, one with whom I usually sidebar from the main family chat and agree with.”

It’s Groundhog Day! Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow on Thursday (Feb. 2), which means there are six more weeks of winter left. And if you’re not exactly thrilled about that, watching Groundhog Day might just boost your mood.

Bill Murray, Andie MacDowell and Richard Henzel star in the ’90s comedy about a man trapped in a personal time warp where every day is Groundhog Day. Murray plays Phil, a grumpy weatherman sent to Punxsutawney, Penn., to report on the town’s annual Groundhog Day event.

The film delivers a nice mixture of bleak and hilarious moments that encapsulate that sinking feeling of another month and a half of winter. But there’s a not-so-hidden life lesson within the comedic plot, because Phil eventually learns how to approach life “like there’s no tomorrow.”

Groundhog Day will be airing on AMC all day today and on Saturday morning. (See the schedule here.) If you don’t have cable, stream Groundhog Day with a free trial to AMC+ or at AMC.com. You can also subscribe to a streamer that offers AMC and other cable channels such as Hulu + Live TV, Direct TV and Sling TV.

If you’re an Amazon Prime member, you have the option of streaming Groundhog Day on Prime Video for free through AMC+.

‘Groundhog Day’
$free with 7-day trial to AMC+

For those who don’t want to watch through AMC+, Groundhog Day is streaming as a video-on-demand rental ($3.99). You can rent or buy a digital copy of the film on Prime Video and other streamers like iTunes, Google Play and Vudu. Groundhog Day is also available on Blu-ray and DVD.

Not familiar with Groundhog Day? The annual tradition was brought to the U.S. by German settlers. The first Groundhog Day event was held in Punxsutawney on Feb. 2, 1887.

As for the movie, Danny Rubin initially wrote Groundhog Day to land a meeting with producers in hopes of getting other potential work. Director Harold Ramis worked with Rubin on retooling the script, but Murray wasn’t the first choice to play Phil. Michael Keaton, Tom Hanks and Chevy Chase all turned down the role before Murray signed on.

Groundhog Day grossed $105 million at the box office and went on to become one of the highest grossing films of 1993.

It’s hard to imagine anyone not knowing who Harry Styles is nowadays, but when the 29-year-old singer first met Ashton Kutcher, the No Strings Attached star thought the pop star was just another guy at a house party.
In a Tuesday (Jan. 31) video interview with Esquire, Kutcher was asked about his favorite karaoke song — Zac Brown Band’s “Chicken Fried” — something that prompted him to recall the time he and wife actress Mila Kunis obliviously met the “As It Was” singer for the first time at a karaoke bash.

“There’s an extraordinarily well-known singer, that is maybe the best singer today, that we happen to be neighbors with,” Kutcher began without naming this famous neighbor. “She was throwing a karaoke party. She gets up and gives this, like, out of this world, bananas [performance], and I’m like, ‘This is so unfair.’”

“Then this other kid gets up and he does this ABBA song. I’m like, ‘Oh my god, this is bananas,’” the 44-year-old actor continued. “So the kid gets offstage, and Mila and I go up to him and we’re like, ‘Man, I gotta tell you something — you’re a ringer. You’re really good. He was like, ‘Thank you, I really appreciate that.’”

When the That ’70s Show costars-turned-couple later raved about the performance to a friend at the party, they realized that the ABBA singer wasn’t just any ordinary karaoke connoisseur. “They’re like, ‘It’s Harry Styles.’ And I’m like, ‘Who’s that?’”

After the friend filled him in on the former boyband star’s claim to fame, Kutcher said he felt “like a jerk.” “He’s a professional singer and we’re trying to tell him he’s a good singer,” he laughed. “And I feel so dumb, so I just really want to say I’m sorry Harry Styles, but you’re really good at karaoke, man. Seriously. Like, really good!”

The singer’s millions of fans would definitely agree with Kutcher’s rave review of Styles, who was just recently honored with a custom banner at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum for his string of 15 sold-out concerts at the venue. One day after Kutcher’s interview was published, the pop star celebrated his 29th birthday.

Kutcher, meanwhile, is gearing up for the Feb. 10 premiere of his and Reese Witherspoon’s new Netflix romcom, Your Place or Mine. He and Kunis also recently returned to their roots and guest-starred on the streaming platform’s ‘70s Show spin-off, That ’90s Show, reprising their respective breakthrough roles of Kelso and Jackie.

Y’all Eat Yet: Welcome to the Pretty Bitchin’ Kitchen, due out this spring, is comprised of recipes that are meant to “fill your belly and your soul” — some of which were handed down from Lambert’s beloved mother and grandmother. Others come from Lambert’s circle of “cherished friendships that helped raise her” and every recipe is meant to be shared with loved ones.

The cookbook ($35) is slated to hit shelves April 25, which means that it won’t be out in time to make your Valentine’s Day gift list, but you can preorder a copy now.

$26.74 $35.00 24% OFF

The cookbook will be available in hardcover, Kindle and audiobook formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Bookshop.org and other retailers (see a full list here).

Y’all Eat Yet? is currently the No. 1 on Amazon’s tally of hot new recipe releases in the burger and sandwich category. Lambert, who celebrated her four-year wedding anniversary with husband Brendan McLoughlin last week, announced the cookbook on Instagram last November.

“This is something I never thought I’d say, but…I’m releasing a book!!!! ‘Y’all Eat Yet?’ is a collection of recipes and stories from my pretty bitchin’ kitchen to yours,” she wrote. “I was blessed to be raised by two generations of hell-raising, hard working women who knew how to make people feel good. This is a look into our lives and the food we’ve made along the way.”

The cookbook is the latest addition to Lambert’s growing cookware and homeware brand after The Wanda June Collection, which is named after the Texas native’s mother and grandmother and debuted last year. Wanda June features a selection of affordable bakeware, cookware, kitchenware and decor items, including baking dishes, dessert plates, mugs, cups, wine glasses, rugs, decorative pillows and door mats.

Before his death, Boss — who was known for his role as a DJ and dancer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and was seen on So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With The Stars — modeled for the collaborative collection, which releases Jan. 31, and features hoodies, varsity jackets, basketball shorts, sweatpants, chinos, hats, tote bags, socks and more, for children and adults.

“The Brooklyn Circus and Gap share in the heartbreaking loss of beloved icon Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, who was a longtime supporter of the [Brooklyn Circus] community, [founder and creative director] Ouigi [Theodore’s] work and a core part of this campaign thanks to his personal friendship with Ouigi Theodore,” a press release for the campaign reads.

Gap has also announced that it will support the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and donate to Vibrant Emotional Health, an organization that provides free and confidential counseling to those in need 24/7, in Boss’ honor.

Allison Holker, Boss’ wife, also shared a statement surrounding the release of official campaign images: “When Stephen and I first saw his images from the campaign, it brought tears to our eyes. He was so moved by how they captured his true essence, and he was excited for the world to see them.”

Pose actor Indya Moore, Euphoria star Javon Walton and model, agency founder and activist Bethann Hardison are also featured in the campaign.

The collaboration, timed for Black History Month, “explores the concepts of individuality, movement and modern prep — blending academia, music and Black culture and street style from the 1960s through today,” the press release reads. It will be available via both brands’ online stores on Jan. 31 and in-store at select Gap retail locations and The Brooklyn Circus’ Boreum Hill flagship.

Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Lopez and more famous faces got together over the weekend to celebrate makeup mogul Anastasia Soare.
On Monday (Jan. 30), the SKIMS mogul posted selfies and more photos with the talk-show legend and former Super Bowl halftime performer from the bash, which marked the 25th anniversary of Soare’s massively popular makeup brand Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics.

“Celebrating @anastasiasoare’s 25 year anniversary of her brand @anastasiabeverlyhills,” Kardashian captioned the carousel of pics. “The women who have been on this journey with you coming together to celebrate you was magical! You are the epitome of the American Dream and I couldn’t be more proud of you. I look up to you, you give the best advice and hearing everyone’s kind words about you just reminded me what I already knew.”

Amusingly, one fan commented, “Why does this look more like it was a party for Oprah” on Kardashian’s post, and they wouldn’t be wrong, considering the media personality happened to ring in her birthday on Sunday (Jan. 29).

According to another photo from Kardashian’s slideshow, the party was a veritable who’s who of women in Hollywood, with everyone from Cindy Crawford, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Kris Jenner to Jessica Alba, Rita Wilson, Maria Menounos and Ashley Tisdale also in attendance.

Lopez also shared the selfies and other snaps on her Instagram account. “Lovely dinner last night celebrating Anastasia’s 25th anniversary,” she captioned her carousel.

Soare’s get-together also coincided with the release of J. Lo’s latest rom-com, Shotgun Wedding, which is now streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. Earlier this month, the multihyphenate revealed that she was originally meant to participate in Madonna and Britney’s infamous kiss at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, but was replaced with Christina Aguilera as she was filming a movie at the time and couldn’t get away from set.

Check out Kardashian’s selfie with Winfrey and Lopez below.

Dear future mothers, here’s a few things you need to know: Meghan Trainor is right there with you, as the singer-songwriter recently shared not one, but two pieces of big news. Just three months after dropping her fifth studio album, Takin’ It Back, Trainor stopped by the TODAY show Monday (Jan. 30) morning to share her exceptionally well-timed joint announcements. First, Dear Future Mamas‘ due date is April 25 this year, and second, her baby on the way is expected to arrive this summer.

“What a blessing,” the “Made You Look” singer also told People of her pregnancy news. “I’m just so grateful I can get pregnant. And I’m like, ‘I’m crushing it. This is amazing. This is my dreams.’ I’m halfway there — I want four kids!”

She also shared the baby announcement on Instagram with a photo of her sonogram. “BABY #2 COMING THIS SUMMER,” the singer captioned a snap of herself holding up the series of images.

Trainor, who’s four months pregnant, and Sabara first became parents in February 2021, when they welcomed their son, Riley. The “All About That Bass” musician’s experiences being pregnant with and giving birth to Riley will serve as the focus of Dear Future Mamas, which will also include “TMI real talk” about body image, the newborn days and insights from the artist’s own personal trainer, registered dietitian, husband and ob-gyn, according to a release.

“After feeling so overwhelmed and alone in my first pregnancy, I was inspired to write this book to make sure no other future mama ever felt like that,” Trainor said in a statement. “I want to give future mamas permission to find the right path for them — without the judgment of others. I want this book to feel like a hug from a bestie.”
