Life behind bars is taking a toll on Diddy’s physical appearance. A reporter says he appeared to be thinner and much grayer at a recent court hearing.

As spotted on Page Six, the founder of Bad Boy Entertainment looks to have lost a bit of his signature luster. On Wednesday (Dec. 18), Diddy appeared at a hearing to review his forthcoming federal trial. Reporter Elizabeth Millner of Law & Crime was in attendance for the proceeding and gave an account about how he looked. “He appeared just astonishingly thinner, which you can expect [from him being] inside a federal detention center for a couple of months now,” she noted. “A lot different from the luxury lifestyle that he was living before, but he appeared very noticeably thinner and maybe being locked up in detention is starting to wear on him.” Millner also pointed out that his hair is a lot more gray than before.

The celebrity gossip website reached out to Diddy’s legal team for comment on the matter but did not hear back. A source that is apparently close to the “Last Night” performer told the outlet that his change in appearance is due to engaging in more physical activity while he awaits trial. “He has been very active, remains in good spirits, and, as always, he was happy to see his children,” the source explained.
Diddy is being held at Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn (MDC Brooklyn). You can see reporter Elizabeth Millner’s analysis below starting at the 2:06 hour mark.

The chief adviser to New York City Mayor Eric Adams resigned without warning over the weekend, as news broke of her impending indictment.
On Sunday (December 15), Ingrid Lewis-Martin, the top adviser to New York City Mayor Eric Adams, resigned from her position. The move comes three months after she was subpoenaed by federal investigators and amid reports that a grand jury is seeking to indict her. Lewis-Martin, 63, said in a statement that she is stepping down to spend more time with her family.

“I thank God, first and foremost, for allowing me to serve the city that I love for close to 35 years through volunteerism and employment,” she said in the statement. “While I previously announced my retirement, this is still a bittersweet moment for me as government has been my life’s work.” Lewis-Martin has been a staunch ally of Mayor Adams for close to four decades, from his time as a New York City Police Department officer to holding the highest position in the city.
In a separate statement, Mayor Adams wrote that she “has not been just a friend, a confidante and trusted adviser, but also a sister.” He continued: “We’ve always talked about when this day would come, and while we’ve long planned for it, it is still hard to know that Ingrid won’t be right next door every day. I, and every New Yorker, owe her a debt of gratitude for her decades of service to our city.”
According to reports, Manhattan prosecutors who have been investigating allegations of corruption by Lewis-Martin have presented evidence to a grand jury, with the possibility of an indictment being announced this week. Federal agents seized her phones in September after she arrived at John F. Kennedy Airport from a vacation to Japan with colleagues. Sources close to the investigation state that the focus is on bribery and money laundering being part of the city’s commercial leasing properties. Federal agents also searched her Brooklyn home and seized the phones of her son and colleagues the same day.
For Mayor Adams, his adviser’s resignation is a gut punch. Lewis-Martin’s departure is the latest in a string of those in his administration who have resigned early and after Adams’ federal indictment in September. Mayor Adams is set to go to trial on charges of corruption in April 2025, months before his re-election campaign officially kicks off.

It seems Diddy isn’t going out without a fight when it comes to his criminal case. His lawyer says he will take the witness stand to defend himself.

As spotted on TMZ the celebrity news site is about to release a new documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment on Tubi. Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo was one of the individuals interviewed for the project and the legal professional made it clear that the mogul is more than willing to testify. “I don’t know if I can keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story and I think he will tell every part of his story; including what you see in the [Cassie] video” he explained.

Harvey Levin was taken a back by the reveal and said putting Diddy in a position to have to speak on the Cassie video, allegedly blowing up a car and more is a big gamble. “He has his story and I think he has a story that only he can tell” Agnifilo added. “It’s a human story, it’s a story of love, it’s a story of hurt. When he describes that relationship he uses the word heartbreak.”

Weeks ago it was reported that a grand jury had been empaneled in connection with the feds’ investigation into Diddy. Now, it seems like an indictment is all about inevitable as the music icon continues to keep a low profile.

According to TMZ, an attorney for one of Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking victims says that an indictment for the embattled music mogul should be coming down any day now as authorities seem to have enough evidence to lay down the hammer on “Brother Love” in a court of law.
Per TMZ:

Adria English’s attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd joined us on “TMZ Live” Wednesday and told us a possible criminal indictment against the Bad Boy founder is coming sooner than later, and perhaps even “very shortly.”
Mitchell-Kidd is definitely in the know here … her client is the former porn star who recently filed a bombshell lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault and sex trafficking.
Adria’s lawsuit is among several accusing Diddy of sexual assault, human trafficking and other serious offenses … including the one he settled with Cassie, which mentioned the now-infamous video of him brutally beating her in a hotel hallway.
At this point, the only way Diddy can avoid prison is by running for President and winning. Unfortunately, he’s already alienated the Hip-Hop community with his atrocious actions, and y’all already know he’s not getting any support from the MAGA faithful. In other words, he’s a**ed out on these streets.
While Diddy has been seen enjoying his life more as of late, such as white water rafting with friends, it could be that the man is enjoying some carefree freedom before he has to deal with the harsh consequences that he’s carved out for himself. Just sayin’.
What do y’all think will happen? Will Diddy be indicted and ultimately sent to prison? Will he buy his way out? Let us know in the comments section below.

Former President Donald Trump was joined onstage at his rally in the Bronx by Sheff G, who has been indicted on charges of alleged murder.

On Thursday night (May 23), Crotona Park in the South Bronx was the scene for a campaign rally for presumptive Republican Party presidential nominee Donald Trump, whose speech contained commentary about the crime and “decline” of New York City. This made it all the more surprising when he was joined on stage by two drill rappers indicted on multiple charges including murder and attempted murder in Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow. Sheff G is out on bail after posting a $1.5 million bond. Trump briefly passed the microphone over to them so they could address the crowd.

“One thing I want to say, they’re always going to whisper your accomplishments and shout your failures. Trump’s gonna shout the wins for all of us,” Sheff G said to those gathered. Sleepy Hallow yelled out Trump’s slogan, “Make America Great Again!” as both rappers left the stage. “I like those teeth,” Trump remarked as they walked away. “I gotta get my teeth like that.”  Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow appeared a little over a year to the day that both were arrested in a sweeping raid by the New York Police Department as part of a 32-person, 140-count indictment. Both rappers were identified as part of the 8 Trey Crips and 9 Ways gangs, with Sheff G aka Michael Williams being explicitly named as one who ordered a hit resulting in one dead and five injured. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez also said at the time that Sheff G used some of the proceeds from his music to “help facilitate further gang activity,” but stated that his lyrics were not a major factor in the charges.
Trump’s rally in the solidly Democratic neighborhood of the Bronx was regarded by observers as a play to siphon off Black and Latino voters who dominate the area. It comes as Trump – who currently has almost 90 indictments against him – is on trial in New York City for alleged criminal behavior involving “hush money” paid to adult star Stormy Daniels.  A representative for the Trump campaign claimed that the rally drew 25,000, which has not been verified. That assessment comes in contrast to local reporting done by ABC 7 Eyewitness News, whose team got an overhead shot showing the sparseness of the crowd.

Former Mar-a-Lago valet Brian Butler came forward to reveal being a source for the indictment against Donald Trump and why he feels he is unfit for office.

On Monday night (March 11), CNN aired an exclusive interview with Brian Butler, a former valet at the Mar-a-Lago estate of former president Donald Trump in South Florida. Butler spoke about his role as the key source of information for Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment of Trump, saying that his former boss is unfit to be president again.

Butler, who’s referred to as “Trump Employee 5” in the indictment, worked at the estate as a club valet, manager, and chauffeur along with valet Walt Nauta and property manager Carlos De Oliveira (Both men are currently facing criminal charges along with Trump). Butler spoke to CNN’s Kaitlin Collins about Trump sharing classified information about submarines with Australian billionaire Anthony Pratt, and how Pratt repeated that information to his chief-of-staff as Butler was driving them. He also told Collins he had no idea he was helping to move sensitive information. “For me, I’m just thinking, eh, the former president, he has a lot of stuff he likes to lug around with him,” Butler said, referring to moving the “10 to 15” white bankers boxes of information stored in various places at Mar-a-Lago which Smith cites in the indictment.

Collins asked Butler if he felt Trump was a security risk, to which Butler responded: “I personally would just say I just don’t believe that he should be a presidential candidate at this time. I think it’s time to move on.” When pressed on if he was “concerned”, the 41-year-old replied, “Yeah, absolutely. I think we can do better.” Butler also criticized Trump’s defense in the case as “bogus”.  “To me, you have the ‘law and order’ president attacking agents, the special counsel on almost a daily basis, when these people are just taking their sworn oath—they took a sworn oath to basically follow the laws of this country. And now you have somebody attacking them. I don’t think that’s right.”

Butler also spoke about the end of his and De Oliveira’s 20-year friendship, blaming Trump for that division. “Nobody should have to go through that. And for him (Trump) to get up there all the time and say the things he says about this being a witch hunt and everything. … He just can’t take responsibility for anything,” he said.

OK, this is yuge!
A second co-defendant in Donald Trump’s RICO indictment for allegedly interfering with the 2020 election in Georgia has pleaded guilty. But not just any defendant. Former Trump attorney Sidney Powell was one of the most visible, publicity-loving members of the ex-president’s legal team. She was basically ex-NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani‘s sidekick as they tied up courts at every level with frivolous cases and easily dismissed alleging the fiction that Trump lost his bid for a second term because of illegal voting, made-up ballots and rigged voting machines.

She was also charged with six misdemeanor counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with performance of election duties, which, on Thursday, she pleaded guilty to.
From USA Today:
Powell agreed to testify in future trials in exchange for serving six years of probation, a $6,000 fine and paying restitution of $2,700.
Powell is one of 19 co-defendants charged in the case, which alleged a broad racketeering conspiracy. Other portions of the conspiracy included the recruitment of fake presidential electors to vote for Trump despite President Joe Biden winning Georgia, lying about election results to state officials and in court records, and soliciting public officials to violate their oaths of office.
Legal experts said Powell’s agreement to testify against others in the case is “very significant” because she dealt at length with Trump, lawyer Rudy Giuliani and others charged in the conspiracy.
“I think it’s very significant because she is one of the people who was closest to Trump in many of these alleged nefarious activities, and as part of the agreement, she must testify truthfully against Trump as well as the other defendants,’ said John Banzhaf, a George Washington University law professor who has been following the case closely. “So it is a major victory for Fani Willis and certainly a major concern for Trump.”

Powell was initially charged with conspiring with bail bondsman Scott Hall, who has also pleaded guilty to the RICO charges against him and others to access election equipment provided by Dominion Voting Systems without authorization. They even hired computer forensics firm SullivanStrickler to send a team to copy software and data from voting machines and computers they were told they couldn’t legally access. Another way of putting that is that they used fraudulent means to prove Dominion’s voting machines were fraudulent, which, of course, they were not.
It’s worth pointing out that conspiring to undermine democracy in order to keep Trump in office after he was legally voted out should not be a misdemeanor and certainly should result in more than less than a year of probation and less than $10,000 in fines. On top of that, Powell won’t even have to call herself a convict officially.
More from USA Today:
Powell’s agreement fell under Georgia’s First Offender Act, which will allow her to “honestly say” she was never convicted of the charges if she successfully completes her probation and is discharged, according to prosecutor Daysha Young. If Powell violates the terms of her first-offender sentence or commits another offense while on probation, her first-offender status could be revoked and she could be resentenced to the maximum, Young said.

Still, legal experts feel that Powell’s plea is a big step toward the prosecutors proving their case against Trump and the other 17 co-defendants considering she was such a major player in his circus-like MAGA games.
“Miss Powell is at the vortex, the center, the hub of the alleged conspiracy,” said Gene Rossi, a former federal prosecutor and Justice Department official who has decades of experience with RICO cases. “She will be a phenomenal witness for the government because she was at strategic meetings, part of important conversations and she was a leader in implementing the scheme to discredit the lawful election of Joe Biden.”

Trevian C. Kutti, a former Kanye West and R. Kelly associate, is one of 18 people named in the indictment against former President Donald Trump that was unsealed on Monday night (Aug. 14). Others on the Fulton County, Ga., indictment include former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, Trump lawyer John Eastman, another Trump attorney Sidney Powell, and former […]

Donald Trump and his legal issues hit new heights this week after he and over a dozen other individuals were indicted in the Georgia election interference case. The former president of the United States has until August 25 to turn himself in according to the charges announced by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
In the charges read on Monday (August 14), Donald Trump and 18 others were indicted in connection to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. The 19 individuals named in the indictment face the charges under the state’s RICO act, essentially accusing Trump of running a criminal enterprise.
As seen in local outlet Fox 5 Atlanta, the indictment is almost 100 pages in length and lays out several dozen actions done by Trump and his allies. Among the charges was an attempt to sway Georgia’s secretary of state, who is a member of the Republican Party, to secure votes for Trump to win the state for its coveted electoral college votes.
Other criminal acts listed in the indictment include the harassment of an election worker while accusing them of voter fraud and pushing members of Georgia’s legislature to appoint electoral college electors who were in support of Trump. Adding to this, there were also details of a scheme to gain illegal access to data from a voting machine company.
DA Willis spoke to the press on Monday, laying out the terms of arrest warrants for the 19 defendants and the expectations of her office.
“After the indictment, as is the normal process in Georgia law, the grand jury issued arrest warrants for those who are charged. I am giving the defendants the opportunity to voluntarily surrender no later than noon on Friday the 25th day of August 2023,” Willis shared.
Also named in the indictment were Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Lynn Ellis, Ray Stallings Smith III, Robert Cheeley, Michael Roman, David Shafer, Shawn Micah Tresher Still, Stephen Cliffgard Lee, Harrison William Prescott Floyd, Trevian C. Kutti, Sidney Powell, Cathleen “Cathy” Latham, Scott Graham Hall, and Misty Hampton (Emily Misty Hayes). While the charges among them vary, they all were charged with one count of Violation of the Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, reactions to the latest indictment suffered by Donald Trump have been ongoing. We’ve got those reactions below.
