Eminem‘s daughter, Alaina Marie Scott, celebrated her wedding to Matt Moeller on Tuesday (June 13) with a series of pictures from the couple’s Detroit nuptials. “June 9, 2023 simply one of the best days of my life🤍 in this lifetime and in the next, my soul will always find yours,” the bride wrote in an Instagram post that featured glamour shots of the happy couple.
The roll opens with an epic snap of the pair on a rooftop, with Scott’s billowing veil blowing in the wind behind her as they kiss, followed by a more intimate shot of them smooching in an elevator and then again outside their vintage limo. In other pictures, the pair show off their wedding rings by flipping a finger to the camera, share a slow dance during the reception and pose with their wedding party, including Alaina’s sister, Hailie Jade, who served as the maid of honor.
Famous dad Marshall Mathers — who adopted niece Alaina, 30, more than 20 years ago when her biological mom, Em’s ex Kim Mathers’ sister, Dawn Scott, died of a suspected drug overdose — did not appear to make a cameo in the pictures. She has, however, been memorialized in his lyrics over the years, including in 2004’s “Mockingbird,” where he raps, “Lainey, uncle’s crazy ain’t he?/ Yeah, but he loves you girl and you better know it/ We’re all we got in this world/ When it spins, when it swirls/ When it whirls, when it twirls, two little beautiful girls.”
In a 2004 interview with Rolling Stone Eminem talked about their relationship, saying, “I have full custody of my niece… my niece has been a part of my life ever since she was born. Me and Kim pretty much had her, she’d live with us wherever we was at.”
Alaina also posted a brief video in which she wears a feather-decked white silk robe while flashing her engagement ring — before the scene switches to the wedding day — with the caption, “Love, Mr & Mrs Moeller.”

Following the news of Stray Kids earning their third consecutive No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with their biggest sales week yet, 5-Star confirms the importance behind the intense attention the K-pop boy band put into each song — even when the songs take years to make it on an album.
“2022 was filled with so many unbelievable events; it all feels like a dream,” HAN tells Billboard when reflecting on the group’s chart success ahead of their new project. “All I can think about is how deeply thankful we are for everything and how much this experience has motivated us to work even harder and grow even more. The goal of this album is to emphasize Stray Kids’ unique color, which can be defined as ‘strange yet special.’ I hope that 5-STAR will be yet another breakthrough for our group and become an album that many people acknowledge as a legendary one.”
The new, 12-track project is the band’s first full-length LP since 2021’s Noeasy and sees SKZ challenge themselves in new ways, like their ambitious, genre-hopping lead single “S-Class”; standout B-side “TOPLINE” (which includes their first-ever album feature in Korea’s legendary rapper Tiger JK); and “THE SOUND (Korean Ver.),” which transforms their beloved Japanese single for K-pop audiences.
“The idea for the title 5-STAR came from the lyrics of ‘S-Class,’ playing around the words ‘special’ and ‘star,’” says Stray Kids leader Bang Chan. “5-STAR represents the uniqueness and confidence that we put into our work.”
Stray Kids members Bang Chan, HAN, Changbin and Felix have songwriting, composition and production credits across every track on 5-STAR. Still, the group emphasizes the teamwork required to bring together all their new music.
“Feedback where everyone needs to be involved is really important when it comes to a project,” Bang Chan adds. “If some people made songs, then the others play an important role to give feedback about the songs—extra thoughts and ideas around performance, recording, concepts are all vital in the whole process and the other members participate perfectly.”
The group’s vocal star Seungmin adds, “I helped bring the wonderful songs our members made to life by singing my heart out,” while youngest member I.N notes, “I didn’t really participate in the production process this time, but I did push very hard for ‘S-Class’ to be the title track [single].”
Looking ahead, the group isn’t putting additional pressures on themselves beyond pushing further with their future music and live shows. Hyunjin promises, “We will continue to perform many stages and will expand to even larger venues so that we can meet and interact with more people.” At the same time, Lee Know says, “Stray Kids’ next [step] will be filled with many new challenges, just like what we’ve shown the world so far.” While Felix concludes, “We just hope to be healthy in order to get through the challenges that await us.”

Cardi B is turning her kitchen into a concert stage.
On Saturday (June 10), the 30-year-old rap superstar shared a comical video of herself dancing on her humungous new kitchen island while singing Lady Gaga‘s hit song “Bad Romance.”
“My kitchen island is soooo big!!! I can’t wait till it’s completely finished,” Cardi captioned the clip on Twitter, which drew a ton of reaction from fans in the comments.
In the 10-second clip, the Grammy-winning artist confidently struts down the gigantic black-and-white marble countertop while singing the opening lines to Gaga’s “Bad Romance,” which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2009.
Some of Cardi’s 30 million-plus followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the hip-hop star’s impressive kitchen remodel. “This island bigger than my room damn,” one fan wrote. Another person added, “How do you even reach things in the middle?”
Others compared the enormous countertop to a live performance area. “Sister.. what island? .. that’s a stage ?” they tweeted. Some joked that the video could be a hint at an upcoming Card-Gaga musical team-up. “The Lady Gaga x Cardi B collab has been confirmed on Cardi B’s kitchen island,” the fan wrote.
This isn’t Cardi’s first time performing “Bad Romance.” In 2018, following the release of her chart-topping debut album, Invasion of Privacy, footage surfaced of the rapper performing the chart-topping single at her 2009 high school talent show. Of course a Little Monster let Gaga know about the clip, and she was way into it. “I LIVE,” Gaga tweeted at the time.
The “Up” rapper recently said that she is gearing up for a sizzling summer with some exciting new things on the horizon. “You guys can expect a lot from me this summer,” Cardi told Rolling Stone, which added that she was specifically referring to music and other projects. “I promise,” she said.
New music from Cardi would be her first proper release since July 2022, when she dropped “Hot S—” with Kanye West and Lil Durk. Last year she also guested on songs by Rosalia, GloRilla and Summer Walker. But it’s been five years since Cardi unveiled a full-length LP, her debut album Invasion of Privacy which was released in 2018. Since then, she’s topped the Hot 100 with two songs: 2020’s “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion and “Up.”

Tupac Shakur finally received the ultimate Hollywood honor on Wednesday (June 7), 27 years after his tragic death: a star on the Walk of Fame.
The ceremony, hosted by radio personality Big Boy, paid homage to the beloved West Coast rapper’s laundry list of achievements, within music and beyond. “Though his career lasted just five years, Tupac Shakur remains one of the most complex and prolific artists of his generation, with over 75 million records sold worldwide,” Big Boy said.
Speakers at the ceremony included Dear Mama: The Saga of Afeni and Tupac Shakur director Allen Hughes, Shakur’s sister Sekyiwa “Set” Shakur, chairman of the board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Matt Fritch, writer and former Black Panther Party member Jamal Joseph and more.
“When we talk about that global influence, we think of Tupac Amaru Shakur,” Joseph said during his speech. “And yes, that impactful time of the world knowing who Tupac was, was a five- or six-year period. But for everybody who knew Tupac, everybody who was here, we knew he was a star from the time he was a little boy.”
Special ceremony guests included Mike Epps, YG, Tupac’s stepbrother and fellow rapper Mopreme Shakur, Money-B and others.
Shakur’s star marks the 2,758th to grace Hollywood Boulevard. While the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce unanimously selected Tupac for star in 2013, it took a decade for it to come into fruition.
“How fitting in the year of hip-hop’s 50th anniversary that the art form’s most transcendent star is finally being placed on the Hollywood Walk of Fame?” Hughes asked the crowd during his speech.
In addition to Wednesday’s honor, Tupac was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in April 2017. In 2015, the Grammy Museum unveiled an “All Eyez on Me” exhibit and recently, in 2022, The Canvas @ L.A. Live hosted a “Wake Me When I’m Free” immersive experience, honoring the late rapper, poet, actor and activist.
“Today, we aren’t just honoring a star on the sidewalk; we are honoring the very essence of a person who fearlessly pursued his dreams and fought to turn them into reality,” said his sister, Sekyiwa. “This is Tupac’s moment — the culmination of years of dedication and passion.
“Even before the world recognized his name, he dreamed of having a star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame,” Sekyiwa added. “And today, the unveiling of Tupac’s star not only pays tribute to his contributions to the entertainment industry but also speaks volumes about his lasting impact, even after 25 years. I couldn’t be prouder of my brother to watch his star now shine even brighter.”
Billboard has more than 200 different weekly charts in its menu, encompassing numerous genres and formats.
While established artists often compete for a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart and Billboard 200 albums ranking, which track the most popular songs and albums of the week, respectively, up-and-coming talents typically start off on genre-specific lists.
Here’s a look at 10 acts who appear on surveys for the first time on the June 10-dated charts.

The 12-track set, released May 26 through Jagjaguwar, debuts at No. 2 on Classical Crossover Albums. Save for the sixth track, “City Song,” the album is entirely instrumental, flush with ambient sounds and the occasional electric guitar. Margaret, who has described her sound as “sleep rock,” has released two other albums: 2019’s There’s Always Glimmer and 2020’s Mia Gargaret (both on Orindal Records). She also released a pair of songs with Welsh folk singer-songwriter Novo Amor, “No Fun” and “Lucky for You,” in 2019.

In 2021, he scored a Grammy Award nomination for best jazz instrumental album, for his contributions to Terri Lyne Carrington and Social Science’s Waiting Game. He has also collaborated with Jon Batiste and Yoko Ono. Currently, he’s on the road supporting Digable Planets on their latest tour.
Imase
The Japanese pop singer-songwriter hits Billboard’s charts for the first time with his track “Night Dancer.” The song, released in August 2022 through Universal Music Japan, debuts at No. 83 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, with 15.2 million streams worldwide, and No. 165 on the Billboard Global 200. TikTok has been a significant factor in the song’s growing profile, as a portion of the track has been used in over 200,000 clips on the platform to date. One such video is a recent clip of BTS’ Jungkook singing the song’s chorus. Also contributing to the track’s recent push is a May 15 remix by South Korean rapper BIG Naughty. Imase is slated to kick off his first tour this fall.
Sexyy Red & Tay Keith
Sexyy Red and Tay Keith both make impressive arrivals on Billboard‘s charts as recording artists, as their new collaboration “Pound Town 2,” with Nicki Minaj, debuts at No. 14 on Hot Rap Songs, No. 21 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and No. 66 on the Billboard Hot 100, plus at No. 34 on Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and No. 41 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay. The song, whose remix adding Minaj was released May 26 via Heavy On It/Open Shift/Gamma Records, arrives with 6.7 million official streams (up 127%), 2.8 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 104%) and 5,000 downloads sold (up from a nominal sum) May 26-June 1. While Sexyy Red (real name: Janae Wherry) is brand new to Billboard’s charts, Tay Keith (real name: Brytavious Lakeith Chambers) has already made an impactful mark as a producer (though “Pound Town 2” is his first credit under an artist billing). He’s produced 37 Hot 100-charting songs in his career, including six top 10s and two No. 1s: Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” (co-produced with Hit-Boy, OZ, Cubeatz and Roget Chahayed) and Drake’s “Jimmy Cooks,” featuring 21 Savage (co-produced with Vinylz). Chief Wuk notches his first Billboard chart entry, thanks to his featured appearance on Lil Durk’s “Big Dawg.” The song — released May 26 on Lil Durk’s new LP, Almost Healed, on Alamo Records — debuts at No. 67 on the Hot 100 with 7.4 million official streams in the tracking week. It also debuts at No. 15 on Hot Rap Songs and No. 22 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Chief Wuk (real name: Vontrell Voker), from Chicago, is a long-time collaborator of Lil Durk. Natalie & Brittany Haas
The siblings both score their first-ever solo Billboard chart visits with their new collaborative album HAAS. The set, released May 26 via Padiddle Records, debuts at No. 7 on Classical Crossover Albums. The Haas sisters, from Menlo Park, Calif., are both seasoned musicians. Natalie, a cellist who is also an associate professor in the Strings department at Berklee College of Music, has recorded with Scottish fiddler Alasdair Fraser and served as a guest artist on over 100 albums as a studio musician. Brittany, a fiddler and banjoist, is also a member of the chamber-grass band Crooked Still, which has released five studio LPs (one of which, Some Strange Country, reached No. 15 on the Americana/Folk Albums chart in 2010). She has also performed with Béla Fleck, Tony Trischka, Abigail Washburn and Steve Martin’s bluegrass band. On June 2, she was named the new fiddler of the Punch Brothers, taking over for longtime member Gabe Witcher. The Haas sisters have a string of tour dates together later this month on the west coast in support of HAAS.
Alvin Garrett
The Birmingham, Ala., native arrives on Billboard’s charts with “’Til I Get Back to You.” The track, released May 5 via HILL Entertainment, debuts at No. 29 on Adult R&B Airplay (up 15% in plays). Garrett is also an accomplished songwriter, having written songs for Fantasia, Johnny Gill, Joe, Kelly Rowland and Ruben Studdard, among others. One of those tracks, Joe’s “I’d Rather Have a Love,” reached No. 18 on Hot R&B Songs in 2013. Garrett has also written two No. 1s on the Gospel Airplay chart: Fred Jerkins’ “Patiently Praising,” featuring Lowell Pye (2021), and Lamont Sanders’ “He Kept Me” (2022). Garrett has also released three solo studio albums: Expose Yourself in 2012, This HILL in 2019, and The Lightness of Love in 2021.
Lola Audreys
The South African dance-pop artist hits Billboard’s charts with her track “Miami,” featuring Nile Rodgers. The song, which she self-released in November, debuts at No. 39 on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart (up 30% in plays). Contributing to the song’s gains are multiple remixes: three each by Majestic, three by Paul Woolford, two by LP Giobbi and one each by Öwnboss and Tropic Thrust. Audreys has also released the songs “Diamonds” (including remixes with Redondo and MESZCA), “Meck’s M.I.A. Megafix,” with Rodgers and Meck, and “Tension” (plus a remix with MK).
D.O.D
The British DJ and producer (full name: Dan O’Donnell) scores his first chart appearance thanks to his track “So Much in Love.” The song, released April 21 via Armada Music, debuts at No. 40 on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart (up 36% in plays). D.O.D has been active in the dance community for over a decade. He’s previously collaborated with fellow genre staples Afrojack, Calum Scott, Deorro, Laidback Luke and others.
Sexyy Red and Tay Keith are officially Billboard Hot 100-charting recording artists for the first time, as their new collaboration “Pound Town 2,” with Nicki Minaj, debuts on the June 10-dated list at No. 66.

The song, whose remix adding Minaj was released May 26 via Heavy On It/Open Shift/Gamma Records, arrives with 6.7 million official streams (up 127%), 2.8 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 104%) and 5,000 downloads sold (up from a nominal sum) the United States in the May 26-June 1 tracking week, according to Luminate.
“Pound Town 2” with Minaj is the sequel to the original Sexyy Red and Tay Keith version, which the pair released Jan. 27. Contributing to the song’s gains are multiple versions: the original, sped-up and slowed-down and instrumental versions, a radio edit and a “bass boosted” mix. (All versions of the track are combined into one listing on Billboard’s charts.)
The collab also debuts at No. 14 on Hot Rap Songs and No. 21 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, both of which use the same multi-metric methodology as the Hot 100. As its radio reach builds, it opens at No. 34 on Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and No. 41 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay.
TikTok has been critical in the song’s growing popularity. A portion of the original has been used in over 140,000 videos on the platform. Another version, credited to SkeeYee and Sexyy Red, has been used in over 50,000 videos, with other parts of the song being used in a significant number of clips.
Sexyy Red (real name: Janae Wherry) is brand new to Billboard’s charts, as this week marks the first in which she has appeared on a ranking.
She released her first song on streaming services in 2018: “Ah Thousand Jugs,” is a reworking of Vanessa Carlton’s 2002 No. 5 Hot 100 hit “A Thousand Miles.” In 2021, she self-released her debut LP, Ghetto Superstar. This April, NLE Choppa dropped a remix of his single “Slut Me Out” adding Sexyy Red in a featured role. The track hit No. 28 in April and currently ranks at No. 65. Sexyy Red is also on the “314 remix” of Kali’s “Area Codes,” at No. 38 on the Hot 100 after reaching No. 33. (As the remixes have not accounted for the bulk of the songs’ weekly consumption, she has not been credited on either title on Billboard’s charts.)
Tay Keith (real name: Brytavious Lakeith Chambers) has been one of the most in-demand hip-hop producers of the decade, but “Pound Town 2” becomes his first Hot 100 entry as a billed recording artist. He has produced 37 Hot 100-charting songs, collaborating with artists including Cardi B, Drake, Eminem, Future, Gucci Mane, Lil Baby, 21 Savage and Travis Scott. Six have reached the top 10 and two climbed to No. 1: Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” (co-produced with Hit-Boy, OZ, Cubeatz and Roget Chahayed) and Drake’s “Jimmy Cooks,” featuring 21 Savage (co-produced with Vinylz).
Tay Keith has also tallied 15 top 10s as a producer on Hot Rap Songs, including three No. 1s: “Sicko Mode,” “Jimmy Cooks” and Drake and 21 Savage’s “Rich Flex.”
Tay Keith scored his first production credit on the Hot 100 in February 2018, when BlocBoy JB’s “Look Alive,” featuring Drake, debuted at No. 6. Notably, his first seven production entries on the Hot 100, all in 2018, reached the top 40: “Look Alive” (No. 5 peak); Drake’s “Nonstop” (No. 2); “Sicko Mode” (No. 1); Eminem’s “Not Alike,” featuring Royce Da 5’9 (No. 24); 6ix9ine’s “Stoopid,” featuring Bobby Shmurda (No. 25); Lil Baby and Gunna’s “Never Recover,” featuring Drake (No. 15); and Metro Boomin’s “Don’t Come Out the House,” featuring 21 Savage (No. 38).
Additionally, Tay Keith has spent six weeks at No. 1 on Rap Producers and one week at No. 1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Producers. In 2021, Billboard’s editorial staff ranked him as one the greatest producers of the 21st century.
