One of the most respected executives in the Rap industry is hoping to clear his name. Harve Pierre has formally denied the recent allegations against him.
TMZ is reporting that the former president of Bad Boy Entertainment is speaking out against some very damming accusations. In an exclusive statement shared with the celebrity news website the man formerly known as Joe Hooker vehemently denies claims that he participated in sexual assault against a minor. âThis is a tale of fiction,â he said. âI have never participated in, witnessed, nor heard of anything like this, ever. These disgusting allegations are false and a desperate attempt for financial gain.â Pierre added âI will vigorously protect my reputation and defend my name. Those who know me recognize that these claims are not true.â
The latest lawsuit against Sean âDiddyâ Combs also claimed Pierre groomed an unidentified Detroit teen by flying her out on a private plane to New York City for a recording session. There at the studio she says men assaulted her in the bathroom while Pierre smoked crack cocaine from a Pepsi can. The filing states the abuse occurred on multiple occasions throughout 2016 and 2017.
Bad Boy Entertainment founder Diddy has found himself also fighting to keep a good name with multiple lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct. On December 6 he finally spoke up with a post shared throughout all his social media channels. âENOUGH IS ENOUGHâ, the statement read. âFOR THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS, I HAVE SAT SILENTLY AND WATCHED PEOPLE TRY TO ASSASSINATE MY CHARACTER, DESTROY MY REPUTATION AND MY LEGACY. SICKENING ACCUSATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE AGAINST ME BY INDIVIDUALS LOOKING FOR A QUICK PAYDAY.â He added âLET ME BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR. I DID NOT DO ANY OF THE AWFUL THINGS BEING ALLEGED. I WILL FIGHT FOR MY NAME, MY FAMILY AND FOR THE TRUTH. SEAN DIDDY COMBS.â
On November 18 Diddy reached a settlement with former girlfriend and Bad Boy Entertainment recording artist Cassandra âCassieâ Ventura. As per his lawyer Ben Brafman the settlement âis in no way an admission of wrongdoing.â

Former Bay Boy Records President Harve Pierre is being sued by a former assistant for sexual assault, amongst other allegations.
Rolling Stone reports that Pierre, a longtime member of Diddyâs inner circle of Bad Boy executives, is being accused of grooming and sexually assaulting the victim, who is unnamed. The Jane Doe plaintiff filed her lawsuit in the New York County Supreme Court.
âPierre used his position of authority as plaintiffâs boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her,â says the filing, per Rolling Stone. âPierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of plaintiff, and sexual assault.â
The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises as co-defendants, The Jane Doe assistant alleges that Pierre assaulted her multiple times between 2016 and 2017. She is seeking unspecified damages that will reportedly âfully and fairly compensateâ her for her pain and suffering.
Recently, Diddy was sued by former Bad Boy artist and ex-girl girlfriend Casandra âCassieâ Ventura for allegations that included rape and sex trafficking. However, the case was settled out of court about a day after she filed the lawsuit.
It is Pierre, who met Diddy while they both attended Howard University, who is initially heard on the late Craig Mackâs âFlava In Ya Ear,â one of Bad Boyâs earliest hit records.
