Tekashi 6ix9ine is looking to be compensated for the injuries he suffered at LA Fitness. The infamous rapper has field a lawsuit against the chain and is seeking seven figures in damages.
As reported by XXL Magazine the rapper turned federal informant is suing the Irvine, CA. based company over an incident that took place in 2023. While finishing up a workout at their Lake Worth, Fl. location he was attacked by three men in the bathroom. He was left bloody with visible injuries to his face. While it is unclear why they assaulted him it is speculated the individuals took issue with him taking the stand on his former associates and gang affiliates the Nine Trey Gangsters.
On Wednesday, Jan. 15 he filed legal complaint and named Fitness International LLC., which operates as LA Fitness, as the defendant. In the paperwork 6ix9ine alleges the gym chain “knew or should have known that LA Fitness was located in an area where crime statistics, including violent crime had increased substantially in recent years.” The document would also read that the “defendant had a duty to adopt and implement reasonable security measures commensurate with all attendant circumstances, including the prevalence of criminal activity at LA Fitness and the surround ding area.”
6ix9ine says that as a result of the attack he suffered “bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, humiliation, medical expenses, loss of income, and diminished quality of life.” He is seeking a million dollars in compensation for his suffering as well as legal fees, etc. LA Fitness has yet to formally respond to the matter. Blueface is apparently down but not for the count. The rapper was reportedly stabbed during an altercation at a boxing gym.
As spotted on Deadline the rapper has been training for an upcoming boxing match. On Wednesday, August 24 while practicing on the heavy bag at Kaminsky Boxing Gym in Reseda, California he was approached by a man unknown to him. The security camera at the facility captured the incident and showed the individual approaching the “Hello” rapper with combative energy. It seems Blueface was not taking him seriously until said man stayed in front of him prompting the self proclaimed Dirt Bag to throw hands.
After taking some punches the man reached into his pocket and pulls out what appears to be a knife. While the video does not show the stabbing, Blueface confirmed that he got cut on his Instagram. “I won’t be able to fight October 14th, I was stabbed today by some random guy. Won’t heal up in time.” His trainer David Kaminsky told TMZ that the suspect came into the gym yelling, “I’m gonna kill you.” The man is reported to have left the scene in a black Tesla Model S car with no license plates. Blueface was taken to a local medical facility for treatment.

It seems Gunna has undergone a lifestyle change since accepting his plea deal. A new photo has surfaced online and he has lost some serious weight.
As per HipHopDX the College Park, Georgia native has kept a very low profile since taking a plea deal. While it remains to be seen whether he and Young Thug are still on good terms or if he is signed to Young Stoner Life Records; it seems he has recently prioritized his health. This week a photograph leaked online showing the “Pushin P” MC with hanging with some assumed friends. While he wasn’t front and center in the group shot it is apparent he lost some weight and added some muscle definition in the process.
Naturally his leaner frame caused a stir prompting folks to compare him to Gucci Mane; another Atlanta star who got in shape. “They cloned Gunna like they did Gucci Mane,” one user tweeted. As expected some used the opportunity to get a joke off at the rapper’s expense. “Lost the auntie hips!” another user responded. “The rest of the wide hipped men should follow.” The new photo spotting comes on the heels of Gunna teasing his comeback to music. Last week Gunna responded to a fan page on Instagram saying “I’m on the way.”
Young Thug is currently on trial fighting a 56-count Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) indictment filed by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. He has plead not guilty to all the charges.
