Did You Catch Gigi Hadid’s Taylor Swift Reference at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show?

Gigi Hadid had her bestie on her mind at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday night (Oct. 15).

The supermodel was the first to walk the runway at the iconic event in New York City, rising up from beneath the stage rocking a deep-cut pink silk outfit and fluffy angel wings. Before she began to walk, she took a page from her pal Taylor Swift‘s book, waving to the audience exactly like the “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” singer did throughout the Eras Tour.

Hadid teased the reference to Swift before the show while chatting with ET in the dressing room, telling the outlet, “There is something new on this runway tonight that is new to at least me. I can’t remember if it’s ever been done on the VS runway, but there’s an aspect to it that I was trained to do by Taylor on her tour. At one of her rehearsals, she was like, ‘I’m going to show you how we do this,’ and now I’m using it tonight.” That “something new,” turns out, was the below-stage riser, which was also used throughout the night by models including Ashley Graham and Tyra Banks.

While Swift wasn’t in attendance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year, she’s no stranger to the iconic event. She performed “I Knew You Were Trouble” at the 2013 show, and returned a year later to perform “Blank Space” and “Style” in 2014.

This year, LISA and Tyla took the stage for jaw-dropping performances before Cher headlined the event by performing “Strong Enough” and “Believe.”

Gigi Hadid Gifts Taylor Swift Adorable Benjamin Button Ring With Travis Kelce Reference

Gigi Hadid took gift giving to the next level.

The supermodel gifted her best friend, Taylor Swift, an adorable gold ring shared by jewelry maker Cece Jewellery. “What an absolute honor it was to create something special for Taylor Swift,” the company wrote alongside a photo of the ring. “Gifted to her by her best friend, this piece features her famous cat, Benjamin Button, encircled by a lustrous pearl border with flaming hearts on either side. It includes her favorite number, 13, on one side and Travis Kelce’s jersey number 87 on the other. This ring is designed to keep her favorite things close. It’s been amazing seeing her shine on the London stage, and we are keeping our eyes peeled to hopefully see her wearing it soon.”

Swift and Kelce had some fun at the third of a trio of Swift’s concerts at Wembley this weekend. Kelce, after watching the show among friends, family and celebrities all three evenings in London, made his Eras Tour stage debut at the start of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” The Kansas City Chiefs tight end carried an exhausted Swift to the couch on set in the over-the-top final act of her Tortured Poets extravaganza.

Zayn Says Daughter Khai Named the Turtles on His Farm After These Iconic TV Show Characters

Turtle power! Zayn stopped by Capital Breakfast this week, where he revealed a sweet anecdote about his farm in Pennsylvania.

The 31-year-old star revealed that his daughter, three-year-old Khai, helps him name his animals on the farm, and revealed that the turtles are fittingly named after the beloved characters in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. “I have three now. Raph, Mikey and Donatello,” he revealed. “One of them died quite recently that was quite sad.”

He added, “I think that shows a good owner, you have to be somewhat connected to your animals, and I like to name them.”

Taylor Swift Has Girls’ Night Out With Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Sophie Turner & Brittany Mahomes: Photos

Baby, they’re the new romantics, the best people in life are free. Taylor Swift is living her 1989 2.0 era, stepping out for dinner in New York City over the weekend with Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Sophie Turner and Brittany Mahomes.

The A-list group, which blends O.G. members of Swift’s “squad” (Gomez and Hadid) with a couple of the pop star’s newer friends (Turner and Mahomes), was spotted together in Manhattan. After grabbing some Japanese cuisine at BondST, Swift swift exited the restaurant holding hands with Mahomes and linking arms with Gomez. (The restaurant even shared an Instagram Story about the outing on its account.)

Coincidentally, as fans on Twitter pointed out, four of the five women have at some point been romantically linked to a Jonas brother: Gomez dated Nick Jonas in 2008, while Swift and Hadid both dated Joe Jonas before he married Turner in 2019. The “Anti-Hero” singer and Game of Thrones star have been spotted hanging out in public since the actress split from Jonas earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Swift and Mahomes have sparked up a friendship amid the 12-time Grammy winner’s romance with Travis Kelce, who plays alongside the former soccer player’s husband, Patrick Mahomes, for the Kansas City Chiefs. The two women are often seen cheering on the NFL stars side by side from a private box suite at Arrowhead Stadium.

Zayn Malik Addresses Fight With Gigi & Yolanda Hadid for the First Time Since 2021

For the first time since it happened, Zayn Malik has spoken about his explosive falling out with Gigi and Yolanda Hadid.

For the most part, the former One Direction star has remained tight-lipped about the fall 2021 altercation with the 59-year-old Hadid matriarch, which ended with Malik pleading “no contest” to four counts of harassment. Other than posting a blanket statement on social media about the incident days after it became public, he hasn’t said a word — until now.

In a candid interview with Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Malik reflected on the dispute and opened up about why he chose at the time to plead “no contest,” which is the equivalent of a guilty plea that does not actually admit guilt. “I knew what the situation was, I knew what happened and the people involved knew what happened too,” the “Pillowtalk” singer said on the Wednesday (July 12) episode.

“And that’s all I really cared about,” he continued. “If anybody of the same mind would look at the situation, I believe that you could respect that I just didn’t want to bring attention to anything. I just wasn’t trying to get into a negative back and forth with her — any sort of narrative online where my daughter was going to look back and be able to read into it and it would just be something, there was no point.”

Before the fight, which went down at the family’s Pennsylvania home, Malik and the Victoria’s Secret model had dated on and off for six years. In 2020, the ex-couple welcomed their now 2-year-old daughter Khai, and Malik noted on Call Her Daddy that he and Gigi now have a “really good relationship” as co-parents.

At the time, however, things were not so rosy between the two. In a police report, Malik was accused of hurling insults at Gigi — telling her to “strap on some f—ing balls and defend your partner against your f—ing mother in my house” — and grabbing Yolanda and shoving her into a dresser. He was also alleged to have called Yolanda a “f—ing Dutch slut” and demanded that she “stay away from [my] f—ing daughter.”

Zayn Malik Recalls His ‘Overexposed’ One Direction Years in ‘Call Her Daddy’ Teaser

Since his exit from One Direction eight years ago, Zayn Malik has become notorious for his reclusive approach to press and traditional avenues of music promotion. But as the star preps the release of his new single “Love Like This,” he is officially re-entering the interview arena.

For his first interview in six years, Malik was announced as the latest guest on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast on Tuesday (July 11). In a preview clip posted to the podcast’s social media pages, Zayn reveals why he chose this moment to return to the limelight in a more open way. “I feel like we were so overexposed in the band that that’s why I took the time that I have to not even necessarily do interviews,” he said.

It’s easy to see why Malik feels that way — from 2011 to 2015, One Direction pumped out five studio albums, four world tours, two concert films and a documentary, as well as collecting four No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 and six top ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100. Zayn ultimately decided to leave the group before the release of their fifth studio album, saying in a 2015 statement, “I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight.”

In the teaser clip for his upcoming interview, Zayn tells Cooper that he grew weary of the stereotypes being used within the boy band. “They just said, ‘Oh yeah, you can be the mysterious one.’ That wasn’t necessarily my personality, I’m just chill,” he said. “I know that a lot of people have high-energy personalities, and it’s just not the way I am.”

In 2020, Zayn welcomed his first child, a daughter, with model Gigi Hadid; in the episode preview, the singer credits his daughter for giving him the confidence to sit down for the interview. “Since I’ve had my daughter, the main thing in my mind is trying to be a good example for her,” he said. “That’s why I’m even doing this interview. I used to get a lot of anxiety around having a conversation like this, and I want her to look at me and be like, ‘Yo, my dad’s doing this!’”

The preview clip also featured Zayn embracing his newfound affinity for “dad jokes,” and gushing about how his daughter has brought “the color back” into his life. Zayn’s Call Her Daddy interview will be available on Wednesday, July 12. His new single, “Love Like This,” is slated for a July 21 release.

“Taylor Swift is an exceptional cook, and I love her,” the model revealed. “She also makes a really good bolognese sauce and a really good chili that I love.”

Hadid also added that cooking with friends helps her feel close to them. “When you have friends that really also care about those special moments and the more intimate spaces and what can really come from putting an effort into making the time for that, I think that that’s when you start to find the friends that you really connect with, because you’re both working towards manifesting those really special moments,” she shared.

The model is hardly the first person to compliment Swift’s culinary skills. Earlier this year, Paramore’s Hayley Williams gushed over the “Anti-Hero” singer’s cooking while chatting with Zane Lowe for an interview on Apple Music 1. “I remember when we were 19 and I was closer with Taylor Swift at that point because we both lived in Nashville, and we’re both experiencing our own versions of real success for the first time,” she recalled. “I went over to hang out. She’s a really good cook, by the way. She’s a really good cook. She has taught me how to make stuff that I did not retain at all.”

Gigi Hadid & Baby Khai Kick Off the New Year With ‘A Little R&R’: See Their Beach Day Pics

Gigi Hadid took to social media on Friday (Jan. 20) to show off her recent beach vacation with daughter Khai.

“Celebrated the new year w a lil r&r,” the supermodel captioned the slideshow on Instagram.

Though she follows a strict policy of keeping Khai’s face off social media, the seaside snaps made clear the 2-year-old she shares with ex Zayn was there for the fun.

In one photo, Hadid spells out “Mama [hearts] Khai” in the sand with her own head cut out of the frame. Another shows Khai balanced on her mom’s shoulders in stark grayscale, while a third features the tot carefully outside the edge of the photo, frolicking in the surf while Hadid wears a red bikini top and baggy, multi-colored board shorts over her matching bottoms.

A few months ago, Hadid offered an update on Khai’s growth and development, telling Sunday Today, “I think she’s a genius. But I think that’s what everyone says about their kid. It’s so much fun. The more that she talks, and understands, and remembers, it just gets more and more fun. And she’s a blessing.”

For his part, Zayn most recently unveiled “Angel,” a posthumous collab with Jimi Hendrix in honor of what would’ve been the late guitar legend’s 80th birthday. At the time, the former One Directioner called being asked to join the track “such an unexpected and huge honour,” adding, ” I have so much respect and admiration for Jimi, his music and fans…Happy 80th Jimi.”
