50 Cent is showing no mercy toward Diddy. The Queens rapper continues to make jokes tied to the evidence presented at Diddy’s federal trial, often in real time.
As per Deadline, 50 Cent is not missing a beat when it comes to poking fun at the now-disgraced mogul. Earlier this week, Capricorn Clark took the stand and gave the world an inside look at her life while she served as the executive assistant to Diddy. During her testimony, she confirmed several details surrounding his problems with Kid Cudi and even claimed that Diddy vowed to kill the “Mr. Rager” performer on more than one occasion.
Clark also added that Diddy expressed having issues with 50 Cent after the G-Unit MC made fun of Diddy on several songs and interviews. She went on to recall that Diddy bumped into 50’s now-deceased manager Chris Lighty at an event for MTV many years back. Capricorn says that Diddy stepped to Lighty and made it clear he was ready to take it to violence. “I don’t like all the back and forth,” Clark revealed Diddy allegedly said to Lighty. “I don’t do that, I like guns.”
Like clockwork 50 Cent took to social media to make light of the weapons reference. “Wait a minute PUFFY’s got a gun, I can’t believe this I don’t feel safe LOL,” he wrote on Instagram. The “21 Questions” rapper followed it up with another IG post jokingly saying “oh my goodness itty bitty Diddy wants me Dead.”
Diddy’s federal trial officially commenced earlier this month. Thus far several familiar faces have taken the stand including Cassie and Kid Cudi, both whom corroborated the claim that Diddy organized a break-in to Cudi’s home to torch his vehicle. Diddy has plead not guilty to federal sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

The legal team for Diddy, also known as Sean Combs, is seeking to have Kid Cudi’s explosive testimony dismissed.
It’s no secret that the Diddy saga is a pure circus that not even Netflix or HBO could have dreamed of in terms of shenanigans following his arrest on racketeering and federal sex trafficking.
One of the more eyebrow-raising claims is that Kid Cudi’s Porsche was torched because of his relationship with Diddy’s ex, Cassie Ventura. Lawyers for Diddy are asking the judge to dismiss Mr. Rager’s testimony on the grounds of CAP, strictly based on his unconfirmed claim that the disgraced mogul lied about his involvement.
During his testimony in Combs’ federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial last week, Cudi spoke about meeting Diddy at Soho House after his car was set ablaze.
Cudi’s testimony provided the public with one of the more memorable statements when he hilariously said that Diddy was “standing there like a Marvel supervillain.” Still, Diddy’s team of lawyers believes the focus should be on discussion when Cudi was asked if he believed Diddy when the Bad Boy general said he didn’t know anything about Cudi’s whip being torched.
After Judge Arun Subramanian overruled an objection from Combs’ lawyer Brian Steel, Cudi went on to say that Diddy was “lying.”
As part of their argument to have Cudi’s testimony thrown out, Comb’s legal team argues that Cudi’s claims qualify as an opinion and should be stricken from testimony because it is in reference to the “Day ‘n’ Nite” crafter’s firebombed vehicle and could sway the jury’s opinion.
Ye & Young Thug Were Not Fans of Kid Cudi Testifying
Speaking of opinions, there are those within the Hip-Hop community who are not happy that Cudi testified against Combs.
Taking time off from being an antisemtic douchebag, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, Ye, expressed disappointment in Cudi.
“I wish Cudi hadn’t testified against Puff,” the problematic producer/rapper wrote on his X, formerly Twitter account, per HipHopDX.
West continued, “We need to not be locked in white systems. Praying for Puff and his family.”
Ummm, ok.
Young Thug also demonstrated why those in the Hip-Hop community continue to hold flawed logic regarding “snitching.” The rapper, who recently returned home from a lengthy prison stint, wrote on X, “Dam Cudi a rat lol.”
SMH.
Trust and believe if someone blows up our car and we knew who did it, we would be on the stand testifying too.

Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi took the stand this week at the sex trafficking and racketeering trial for Sean “Diddy” Combs, detailing his side of the ordeal and alleging that the mogul attempted to harm him. Kid Cudi testified that he confronted Diddy after an incident involving his car, referring to him as a “Marvel supervillain.”
Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi was in New York at the Manhattan federal court on Thursday (May 22), where Sean “Diddy” Combs has endured brutal testimony from the likes of ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and former recording artist Dawn Richard.
As spotted in Newsweek, Mescudi shared his side of things in the wake of Ventura’s testimony. Ventura shared that she and Mescudi had a brief romantic encounter that was strained by the alleged actions of Combs to keep them apart. According to Mescudi, he was unaware that Combs and Ventura were still an item after he began dating the singer in 2011.
In 2012, Mescudi’s car was set on fire while away from his home, stating from the stand that he later confronted Combs at Soho House in Los Angeles. Combs claimed that he didn’t know anything about the car bombing, according to Mescudi. When asked what his reactions were regarding the car explosion, Mescudi replied on the stand, “Umm, what the f* ck?”
In addition to the exploding car, Mescudi claims that Combs entered his residence in a bid to intimidate the rapper and actor, whilst attempting to sever the connection with Ventura.
Mescudi said he broke things off with Ventura due to what he referred to as “drama” and added that Ventura “played” both him and Combs. He also added that Combs approached him and apologized for all of the alleged actions that took place during the ordeal with Ventura.

Former executive assistant George Kaplan revealed unsettling details about his time working for Diddy at Combs Enterprises.
Kaplan, who served in the role from 2013 to 2015, told jurors that part of his duties involved preparing hotel rooms for Diddy’s private encounters, which he referred to as “freak-offs.” According to Kaplan, these preparations included setting up items like Astroglide lubricant, Johnson’s baby oil, and candles—creating an atmosphere tailored to Diddy’s specific preferences.
Kaplan testified that he regularly booked hotel rooms for Diddy in major cities such as New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. Among the locations mentioned was the InterContinental Hotel, where Diddy was later seen on surveillance footage assaulting singer Cassie in March 2016. Although Kaplan’s employment ended before that incident, his testimony painted a troubling picture of the behind-the-scenes operations at Combs Enterprises. He disclosed that he often reserved rooms under the alias “Frank Black,” a name inspired by The Notorious B.I.G.’s alter ego, Frank White.
Describing his job as grueling, Kaplan said he typically logged between 80 and 100 hours per week for a starting salary of $125,000. The ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial for Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to roll on, and more shocking details have been unveiled since its start over a week ago. In a new report, it was shared that the 2024 raid of Diddy’s home turned up baby oil, drugs, and a rubber duck.
The Independent reports that the 2024 raid of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ home in Miami involved several dozen Homeland Security Investigation agents, who discovered several items at the spacious residence. Agents uncovered 25 bottles of baby oil, firearms, MDMA and Xanax pills, bottles of personal lubricants, and the aforementioned rubber duck.
Gerard Gannon, an agent who was involved in the raid, will take the stand in the trial on Wednesday (May 21). Gannon will be joined today by forensic psychologist Dawn Hughes, who also appeared before the court in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s defamation trial in 2022.
Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi is scheduled to testify later this week. Mescudi dated Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and was an alleged target of the mogul’s wrath.

Is Diddy getting desperate? Word on the street is that the disgraced mogul is seeking a pardon from Donald Trump, despite not even liking him.
Spotted on Raw Story, via a Rolling Stone report, Sean “Diddy” Combs is angling for a pardon or kissing Donald Trump’s orange a**.
Multiple sources have confirmed that Diddy’s desperation to get out of jail has led to people in his camp to speak with Trump’s team to see if a pardon is possible despite him “Not liking Trump.
Per Raw Story:
“He’s willing to do anything to get out of jail,” a source who has known Combs for a decade told the outlet. “He’s always been this way. He’s always going to do what he has to do to get out of a situation.”
“He doesn’t even like [President] Donald Trump,” they add.
According to the outlet, “The sources describe the conversations as ongoing and preliminary.” One source called the conversations as Diddy World, “making connections with the Trump team.”
Rolling Stone made clear, “There’s no evidence that Trump is personally aware of any of these conversations, and the president has not publicly weighed in on Combs’ criminal charges or prosecution.”
Rolling Stone did contact representatives for Diddy and the White House, but neither has confirmed the reporting.
What’s Going On With Diddy’s Trial?
Combs, 55, is currently facing 15 years to life if found guilty of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and fraud. His trial is currently underway, as it’s already a circus.
His ex, Cassie Ventura, has already taken the stand along with the Bad Boy general’s former artist Dawn Richard, who both dropped some scathing testimony about Diddy’s abusive ways.
The prosecution took the gloves off early, alleging that Diddy “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”
Diddy has already turned down a plea deal.

We’re only a few days into the trial of P. Diddy and already the Hip-Hop world has been collectively clutching their pearls as Cassie’s testimony about her experiences during Diddy’s “Freak Off”‘s were scenes straight out of porno movies.
Still, as disturbing as her memories were, we’re now learning that Diddy’s life of sex, drugs and rock-n-roll nearly cost him his life as Cassie revealed that Diddy actually suffered a drug overdose back in 2012. According to HipHopDX, the “Me & U” singer recalled the time that Diddy went overboard with his opioid intake while at Hugh Hefner’s famous residency and had to be taken to get medical attention due to the state of his condition.
Per HipHopDX:
On the stand, Cassie said: “That evening, we had a freak off. We went to a sex club in San Bernardino. And then he had a party at the Playboy Mansion that night, and I went home. From what he told me, he took a really strong opioid that night. But we didn’t know what happened, so we took him to the hospital.”
Cassie also claimed that they both heavily used drugs during the length of their relationship, mainly opioids and painkillers.
Cassie would also admit to having become addicted to opioids and that she has been clean since 2022.
We’re kind of surprised news of a Diddy overdose never got out.
Also surprising was that Cassie recalled the time that Diddy called off a Freak-Off (mid-freak mind you) at one of his LA properties when he learned that Suge Knight was at Mel’s Diner. Wanting the smoke with his one-time rival, Diddy rounded up the troops and took off to confront Suge.
Cassie added: “I was screaming and crying, ‘Please don’t do anything stupid.’ I didn’t know what they were going to do. It’s like I wasn’t even there.”
Knight later claimed that he was never confronted by Diddy and his associates.
Them drugs really had Diddy on some sh*t!

50 Cent is living his pettiest life as he continues to kick Diddy while he is down. He recently made fun of him over his alleged small manhood.
As spotted on HipHopDX, another unidentified woman has filed a lawsuit against Diddy claiming that he sexually assaulted her back in 2001. She alleges they spent the evening together and eventually went back back to his Manhattan apartment. Things apparently went left as the woman says Diddy led her to his bedroom, locked the door, and put his hand around her neck saying “I’m going to suck the life out of you.” The document states Diddy then started “pulling out his erect bare-skinned penis which appeared to be the length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll.” She further described his lack of size calling it an “itty-bitty Diddy.”
This news landed on 50 Cent’s radar and he was quick to leverage it for his enjoyment. He shared a screenshot of the lawsuit documents and included a photo of the candy in the middle of the post. His caption read “Toosie Roll, Toosie Roll, to the left to the left to the right to the right to the front to the front to the back to the back now slide. LOL THAT’s WHY HE IN THE CORNER Masterbating!”
Diddy’s lawyers have yet to formally comment on the new lawsuit. The mogul’s federal racketeering and human trafficking trial is underway. The sex trafficking trial for Sean “Diddy” Combs heard further testimony from Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who took the stand on Wednesday (May 14) and unveiled some chilling details. Ventura said that Diddy became violent and threatened to harm her and her ex-boyfriend Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi after discovering the pair had entered into a relationship.
Variety reports that Ventura, now married to Alex Fine and expecting their third child, took to the stand and shared how Combs’ violent actions towards her were sparked in the midst of one of the so-called “freak-off” parties. According to Ventura, Combs went through her phone during the party in 2011 and found out she was in contact with Kid Cudi. Ventura added that while Combs gestured towards her with the sharp end of a wine opener, she was able to escape the hotel and met with Mescudi that evening.
Ventura then shared that she went to Combs’ home so they could talk about what he discovered, but said the mogul was “irate” and said that he would hurt her and Mescudi. She adds that Combs allegedly kicked her in the back, causing her to fall to the ground. She added that Combs threatened to leak freak-off footage.
As shared in her initial lawsuit that was later settled, Ventura made mention of the fight with Combs and the threats towards Mescudi, including a portion of the filing that detailed Combs’ intentions to blow up Mescudi’s vehicle, which eventually was a target of a bombing. Mescudi has since confirmed that the incident took place.
Further testimony is expected this week as the trial rolls on after starting in earnest on Monday.

The Diddy federal trial is underway and as expected some of revelations have been jaw dropping. Cassie took the stand and claims she was forced to participate in a four-day freak off and more.
As reported by Variety, Cassie served as a witness on Tuesday, May 13. When questioned about her 11-year relationship with Diddy she got emotional as she further detailed the abuse she suffered. Cassie alleges that after the two started dating the mogul quickly introduced to her to what he called “Freak Offs.” According to her Diddy invited male escorts to perform sex acts with Cassie while Diddy watched. While she admitted she enjoyed the “voyeurism” aspect of it, she felt “nervous” and “confused” and “wanted to make him happy.”
Cassie claims that eventually Diddy had tasked her with organizing the “Freak Offs” including sourcing the male escorts. She also said the sessions would go on for days with the longest one lasting four days. The “Me & U” singer alleges Diddy provided her ecstasy, marijuana, ketamine and mushrooms to perform. “The ‘Freak Offs’ became a job, where there was no space to do anything else but to recover and feel normal again,” she added. As time progressed Cassie started to see “a different side” of Diddy which came with physical abuse. She says the mogul would “knock me over, drag me, kick me, stomp me in the head if I was down.”
Diddy is facing federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. If found guilty he could serve natural life in prison.
