Diddy’s family continues to stand up for the disgraced mogul. His children are making it clear they stand in support of their father.
As spotted on TMZ the Combs clan are speaking up about their father’s legal issues. On Tuesday, Oct. 22 Quincy Brown took to Instagram to show support for the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO. “The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media” the caption read. “We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.” The accompanying photo shows Diddy sitting with all his children, his mother Janice Combs and the mother of his youngest child Dana Tran. According to the celebrity gossip website the children volunteered to share the post.
The legal troubles continue to mount for the “Victory” rapper. Last week new lawsuits were filed against him including four males who claimed he sexually assaulted them. Additionally, two minors also allege that they were drugged and taken advantage of. Diddy’s lawyers have refuted the claims. In an exclusive statement to The New York Times Jonathan D. Davis says “the new claims against Mr. Combs for alleged misconduct from many years ago, which were filed at the last minute, are all denied and rejected by him. He views these lawsuits as a money grab.”
Diddy’s trial is set to start May 2025.

The infamous footage of Diddy physically assaulting Cassie might be more sinister than originally imagined. Federal prosecutors say a freak-off was being hosted that day.
As spotted on TMZ, Diddy’s attempts to secure bail are being met with even more opposition. The feds say that Diddy has a long history of pressuring victims and witnesses and because of his behavior he should sit in jail until his trial commences.
While they don’t mention Cassie by name in the new documents submitted to the court, the U.S. Attorney’s Office makes direct references to the shocking video saying he beat the victim and proceeded to “drag her back to the hotel room.”
They go on to stress what occurred shortly after the beating, specifically, Diddy’s actions to keep the beating under wraps. The disgraced mogul allegedly offered a hotel security guard “a stack of cash in exchange for his silence.”
Even though the employee denied the offer federal prosecutors say that “within days” Diddy’s staff made the footage disappear from the hotel’s computer servers. They also allege that the beating took place when Diddy was hosting a freak-off. ExtraTV reports that Cassie and a sex worker were both trying to escape the carnal affair.
Diddy’s trial is set to commence in May 2025.

Throughout his career 50 Cent has remained one of Diddy’s most vocal critics. In a recent interview, Fif explains why he would poke fun at the mogul.
The G-Unit CEO recently interviewed with People magazine. While he discussed several topics during his sit-down, the entertainment publication got him to explain why he would tease Combs throughout his career.
“Look, it seems like I’m doing some extremely outrageous things, but I haven’t. It’s really me just saying what I’ve been saying for 10 years,” 50 Cent said. The “I Get Money” rapper went on to add, “Now it’s becoming more full-facing in the news with the Puffy stuff, but away from that, I’m like, ‘Yo, it’s just my perspective because I stayed away from that stuff the entire time, because this is not my style.’”
While the two have been spotted hanging out from time to time, Fif maintained they only had a working relationship.
“I wouldn’t call it a friendship because there wouldn’t be disappointment between us if we didn’t speak to each other,” he says. In 2006, things seemed to sour between them when 50 Cent, who was trying to sign Mase at the time, expressed his frustrations with Diddy on a diss track called “The Bomb.”
Not only did 50 say Combs was stalling the deal but also alluded that the Bad Boy Entertainment founder had something to do with The Notorious B.I.G.’s murder.
Diddy’s federal trafficking trial is set to commence in May. His previous attempts to secure bail have been denied.

In a new series of lawsuits aimed at Sean “Diddy” Combs, an explosive claim in one of them alleged that the music mogul used a date rape drug in baby oils and lotions. Six new lawsuits have been filed against Diddy, prompting his legal team to ask the courts to reveal the identities of the individuals behind the filings.
Radar Online reports that among the six lawsuits filed by four John Does and two Jane Does, one specifically states that Diddy’s large baby oil stash was laced with GHB, or Gamma hydroxybutyrate, which has infamously been used in situations where offenders would use GHB to take advantage of someone under the drug’s influence. As the outlet notes, GHB is a crystalized substance that was allegedly added to baby oil and lotion bottles. In that same lawsuit, a claim of child sexual assault was also levied.
A raid of homes owned by the Bad Boy Records founder revealed a massive stash of baby oil that was allegedly used in the so-called “freak off” parties hosted by Combs. The attorney for Combs has shut down the widely reported claims of 1,000 baby oil bottles and adding to that defense stated that his client lived near a Costco and purchased the items in bulk.
Attorneys for Combs have not made further comments about the lawsuit other than requesting that the judge reveal who is behind the newest filings.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently awaiting trial in his explosive sex trafficking case and attorneys for the music mogul have made a bold request. According to a new report, Diddy’s legal team has asked the judge overseeing the matter to reveal the identities of Combs’ accusers.
According to the Associated Press, Diddy’s attorneys presented a letter to a Manhattan federal judge requesting that prosecutors share the identities of the accusers so that the Bad Boy Records founder can prepare for his trial.
Combs will have plenty of time to prepare after a trial date of May 5, 2025, was set last week with Combs entering a not guilty plea. Since his September 16 arrest and subsequent arraignment, Combs has been held at the MDC facility in Brooklyn, which is notorious for having poor conditions for those held in the detention center.
The request from attorneys comes just as six new lawsuits were anonymously filed against Combs. Of the six, four of the accusers were identified as John Does while the other two were Jane Does. According to the filing, these individuals were somehow involved in the music industry and claim Combs used his power and influence over them and assaulted them.
In the letter to Judge Arun Subramania, the attorneys said of the most recent lawsuits and those that came before them that the “swirling allegations have created a hysterical media circus that, if left unchecked, will irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial, if they haven’t already.”
Attorneys for Diddy are still angling to have their client freed on bond and given home detention with several promises in place to prove he would remain cooperative in the ongoing matter. However, the court has determined that the entertainer is a danger to the community.

The allegations against Diddy continue to grow by the day. Four different men are now accusing him of sexual assault.
As reported by TMZ, there are more individuals who say they suffered at the hands of the entertainment mogul. The first John Doe says he used to work at the Ecko Clothing in 2008. During a visit to Macy’s flagship location in Manhattan he bumped into Diddy and three of his body guards in the stockroom. The “Missing You” rapper allegedly had him pistol-whipped; while on the ground, he says Diddy then told him “Suck my d***, Ecko,” and proceeded to orally rape him.
Another man says he was contracted to work Diddy’s 2006 White Party. The plaintiff believes he consumed a laced beverage while at the event. Later on, he says Diddy forced him into a van and sodomized him. This plaintiff claims that the assault left him with semen leaking out of his anus. Another unidentified male shares a similar story but with his incident happening in 2011. This man says he drank a beverage and soon after become disoriented. He says he then woke up in a bedroom with different men sodomizing him but “distinctly recalls” Diddy above him during the crime.
The last man says he attended a White Party in 1998 when he was only 16 years old. He alleges he took a photograph with Diddy, but the entrepreneur took an interest in the young man and asked to speak to him privately. This plaintiff maintains Diddy expressed that the youngster had the right look for a career in music and then asked him to drop his pants so he can inspect his private area. The man gave in to the peer pressure and says Diddy went on to fondle his genitals.
Representing the four aforementioned plaintiffs is Tony Buzbee, the Texas-based lawyer who recently claimed to be representing a total of 120 victims of Diddy. Diddy’s lawyer has denied these allegations in an exclusive statement to USA Today. “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. “In court, the truth will prevail: That Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
Diddy maintains his innocence. His federal trial is set to commence May 2025.

Bow Wow has found a way to get dragged because of Diddy.
The rapper, born Shad Moss, is now being dragged after appearing on Rocsi Diaz’s podcast, More To The Story. During their conversation, the miniature rapper claimed that he misses Diddy parties.
Bow Wow’s head*ss comments come as the embattled music mogul, whom he called the “gatekeeper to the game,” is currently behind bars after he was arrested and indicted on sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting for prostitution charges for his alleged “freak off” parties.
The “Let Me Hold You” rapper lamented about Diddy’s absence from the industry party scene to host Rocsi Diaz.
“Like, BET Award weekend, like the past two, it didn’t feel right,” Bow Wow said, speaking about the BET Awards in June and BET Hip Hop Awards that went down last week in Las Vegas.
He continued, “There was no motion, there was no parties. There was nowhere to go.”
Diaz interrupted Bow Wow and pointed out the difference between the Diddy parties and his alleged freak-offs, which he denies happened.
“For the record, I left before 1 [a.m.]! I never stayed,” she told Bow Wow after he brought up industry parties they both attended.
She continued, “I’ve only been to two parties, and I’ve never seen a freak-off!”
Ignoring the off-ramp, the 37-year-old continued saying there is a “hole” now that Combs’ influence in the music industry is no longer present.
“I said, ‘Jermaine, there’s no parties,’” Bow Wow said while recalling a phone conversation he had with his mentor, Jermaine Dupri.
“You feel it. It’s like a hole. He was everything hip hop! So for that to die out, you just would have never thought,” he added.
Bruh.
Social Media Tells Bow Wow To Read The Room
Since the clip has gone viral, X users are dragging Bow Wow for his foolery.
“His stupid forever teenager ass need to read the fucking room,” one user on X, formerly Twitter, wrote.
Another user wrote, “Diddy has a long history of violence. Against men & women. This should not be suprising to anyone! This “we aint know. We just wanted to party” has to stop.”
Where’s the lie?

This past Summer, Kanye West was slapped with a lawsuit by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior. Now, Pisciotta has added another eyebrow-raising accusation to her original suit.
According to PEOPLE, Lauren Pisciotta has amended her original lawsuit and is now alleging that Kanye West once drugged her during a studio session in Santa Monica, Calif., with none other than Diddy, and proceeded to sexually assault her in said session. The amendment comes weeks after it was said that Diddy would serve his guests laced drinks before allegedly sexually abusing his victims. We’re not sure if the news jogged her memory or what, but Pisciotta is claiming that Ye and Diddy preyed on her before she ultimately ended up working for Kanye in 2021.
Though Pisciotta says Diddy was a part of the studio session where everyone was basically forced to drink up if they “wanted to stay,” she doesn’t accuse the embattled music icon of any wrongdoing.
PEOPLE reports:
The filing further alleges that Pisciotta’s drink — allegedly served to her by a studio assistant at the request of West — was “laced with an unidentifiable drug,” before she felt disoriented after “a few small sips.”
“As plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her,” the complaint reads.
According to the filing, Pisciotta woke up the following day “feeling physically ill and confused” and felt “immense and embarrassment” for not being able to recall what happened after she had the drink, according to the filing.
For years, West’s former assistant thought she got roofied and made a fool of herself at a work event. Much later — after West hired Pisciotta to serve as an assistant and Chief of Staff and do A&R for him — she says the rapper allegedly brought up the night in question for the first time. During the conversation, West told Pisciotta that they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” referring to the evening in the Santa Monica studio where the alleged assault took place.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, Pisciotta also recalled how Kanye West basically barged into her hotel room at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco at 6 a.m. claiming that he needed to use her shower as his was “out of order.” Once he was in Kanye allegedly “dropped” his towel and attempted to “forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into Plaintiff’s face” and “ignored her pleas to stop.” Per the complaint, West “swiftly left” after saying “sorry” and “went about his day as normal.”
This is the same guy who dropped an album named Jesus Is King?? Christ on crutches!
A lawyer for Kanye West did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment about the story.

Lawyers for Diddy have accused the government of purposely leaking information to prohibit him from having a fair trial.
A new legal motion submitted by lawyers representing Diddy claims that the federal government is colluding with the media to spoil their client’s chance at a fair trial. The filing made on Wednesday (Oct. 9), requests that the court take the “government’s scheme” seriously, and asks that all of the appropriate remedies including the dismissal of the trial outright and disqualification of witnesses be taken into account. The legal team cites a hotel surveillance video from 2016 – which shows Diddy, aka Sean Combs, allegedly assaulting the singer Cassie Ventura – as proof of the collusion. The video was aired on CNN in May, prompting Diddy to make a public apology. It is unclear how the network was able to obtain the video.
“The videotape was leaked to CNN for one reason alone: to mortally wound the reputation and the prospect of Sean Combs successfully defending himself against these allegations,” wrote attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos. The reasoning they presented the government as the likely suspect mentions that Ventura made no mention of the assault in her lawsuit against Diddy last November and “received a substantial eight-figure settlement,” and a third party would’ve sold the footage.
The lawyers named the Department of Homeland Security as the group behind the leak, claiming that the raids they conducted on Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were done in broad daylight for full media exposure, stating that the media was present at the Los Angeles residence “before the crime scene tape was put up,” and pointed to DHS agents perp-walking Diddy’s children to a public area during the raid. They also allege that a DHS agent was behind anonymous leaks to the press.
Prosecutors have cited the hotel footage as core for their argument that Diddy engaged in sex trafficking and intimidation, alleging that he assaulted Cassie Ventura because she refused to participate in one of his alleged “freak-offs.” The motion came with another filed request by Diddy’s lawyers to have the trial begin in April or May of next year. The embattled music mogul is currently in federal custody in Brooklyn. He had another bail appeal denied by the court on Tuesday (Oct. 8), with a procedural hearing set for early Thursday (Oct. 10).

Sean “Diddy” Combs is going to trial, but he’s going to be sitting in jail for months. The disgraced music mogul’s trial date has been set to start in May 2025.
Per various reports, Judge Arun Subramanian scheduled a trial date of May 5, 2025 at a hearing on Thursday, October 10. Diddy’s legal team had reportedly requested the trial to occur in April or May.
However, while the defense got a date they wanted, Diddy was once again denied bail, his third attempt at a pre-trial release.

Diddy was arrested in New York City on September 16 and has been jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges that include racketeering and sex trafficking.
The “Been Around The World” rapper has pleaded not guilty while the court of public opinion has been slamming him ever since his former girlfriend and ex-Bad Boy artist Cassie sued him back in late 2023. That lawsuit essentially set everything in motion, with soon after its settlement multiple lawsuits were filed alleging similar accounts of sexual abuse, a video surfaced of Diddy beating on Cassie (that confirmed an account described in her lawsuit) and in September, Diddy’s indictment.
Combs’ mother, Janice Combs, who recently described her son’s prosecution as a lynching, was in attendance along with several of his children.
