One of the greatest comedic minds is set to make a return to the stage. Martin Lawrence has announced a new stand-up tour.
As reported by TMZ, the actor is going back into his one-man act bag. This week, he announced Y’all Know What It Is!, a tour that will reunite him with his fans in 36 different cities. The stops include Dallas, Atlantic City, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Atlanta. Additionally, he will be joined by the likes of DC Young Fly, Jess Hilarious, Adele Givens, Ricky Smiley, Deon Cole and more.
In an exclusive statement to the celebrity news site Martin Lawrence detailed his excitement regarding the new tour. “Comedy gives me that instant gratification. Seeing the fans up close and in person, making people laugh, doing what I love most; this is what it’s all about for me” he said. While Martin Lawrence has primarily focused on film, he started as a stand-up comedian. In the 1990’s he hosted Def Comedy Jam and would go on to release two influential comedy specials, You’re So Crazy and Runteldat.
His newest film Bad Boys: Ride Or Die is coming out June 7. Tickets to the Martin Lawrence Y’all Know What It Is! tour go on sale starting Friday, May 17. You can purchase tickets here.

DC Young Fly has lost the love of his life. He shared a very touching eulogy at the funeral for Jacky Oh.
As spotted on TMZ, the comedian and podcast host took the stage at Jacky Oh’s formal going home service in Atlanta. In leaked footage from the invite only event, DC Young Fly spoke to the crowd for about 10 minutes in what seemed to be an unscripted but passionate message. “She had a beautiful soul. She was a great mother. She made sure our kids were loving each other. They praying. You’re in heaven, your spirit is with us. You’re still here,” he said.
While he seemed to holding up well for the most part, he did make it clear his family will need all the love they can get to get through this very tough time. “We have an amazing support system. We got a beautiful support system and they came out,” he added. “Love you, everybody in here keep God first. Most importantly what this entire family needs is prayer. Pray for us man. Send good energy our way. This ain’t hard but it sure ain’t easy.”
After the ceremony, he went to social media to share more. “You are the GREATEST MOTHER I KNOW your soul was beautiful Yu always wanted the best for others and I admired how our family love each other!!!” he wrote. “Never had to worry about our kids loving each other cause you were on top of Dat!!! You kno we GOD fearing and we are grounded by the spirit”.

Ms Jacky Oh, the romantic partner of former Wild ‘N Out co-star DC Young Fly, has reportedly died according to breaking news sources online. As this story is just breaking, details are still developing and we’ve reviewed several sources ahead of publishing our report.
The Source appears to be among the first media outlets to break the news that Ms Jacky Oh died due to complications from surgery although those reports have not been confirmed. TMZ added in its reporting that sources tell them Ms Jacky Oh passed away in Miami where the alleged surgery took place.
TMZ adds in its reporting that Ms Jacky Oh’s given name was Jacklyn Smith and she began dating DC Young Fly when he joined the cast of Wild ‘N Out in 2015. While The Source noted that the couple was married, the pair never tied the knot yet were parents to three young children, including the couple’s son who was born last year.
With the news still fresh, we’re seeing a number of reactions on Twitter to the tragic news, along with several industry figures showing support for DC Young Fly during this tough time. It was also reported that DC Young Fly was recording new episodes for Wild ‘N Out when the news broke.
